Everything was lovely! The rooms were very cool looking and I loved the artsy feel of the whole place. I especially loved the concrete floors in the room. Much better than Harper most hotel rooms have.

but.....upon entering the room there was a musty smell. we initially assumed it was the cleaning products and we couldn't find anyway to open the windows for fresh air. we were too exhausted to change rooms. The following morning waking up we walked into the restroom to see the mold and dirty shower, and oddly a sink in the shower was a feature that seemed prison-esque. The hotel appears much older and dated than its recent remodel. The lighting is cold and not charming. I was really hoping for a better stay given the location....the mold and rusty metal design really missed the mark for comfort and hospitality. I think they were going for ace hotel vibes but instead landed at uhaul storage. I'd avoid this hotel until it undergoes a renovation.

Even though I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and available when check in was at three, other than it was a nice place. I love how artistic and creative the room was from the way you can move the main light fixture that’s over the bed. The shower was is huge and the sitting area was cozy. And for being in Phoenix that AC came in clutch especially at night time. All in all I would go back and stay there again!

The staff was friendly and made my solo stay very welcoming. I loved just how dog friendly the hotel was and having the large amounts of grass and shade made you forget you’re in a desert. I also enjoyed the pool multiple days and this is now my favorite Phoenix hotel.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive to requests, there is a shop / cafeteria/restaurant right by the lobby to cater to travelers and it’s right in the heart of everything. Street parking is tough and you’ll have to pay quite a bit to park at the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes.

We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced. Went down to the restaurant/bar one afternoon and sat there for 20 minutes and we were totally ignored. We left and went to a restaurant across the street. I understand everyone has bad days, but the focus didn’t seem to be on the customer. If in the area, I don’t think we would try them again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s still a favorite. Good for shows or games downtown. Near the light rail to get around. Different and unique rooms. Amazing art, food and drink. I’m a little worried it’s going down though. Found drink rings and what looked like a spill on the desk/headboard. Eye lashes in the bathroom…

The art decor was different

The room itself was great but my husbands car got booted after coming up to drop off his things and to go back to take a picture of his plate. He was gone for 30 mins max. The hotel should really do something about providing a parking voucher for free parking for hotel guests. I let them know and they disregarded me and just told me I’d have to contact the third party company. My car also got broken into. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but I’m honestly shocked they don’t have security. The rooms are nice but beware on the surrounding area, lots of homeless people around. Make sure you secure any valuables and make sure you PAY THE PARKING, no matter how short you’ll be gone for.

Thoroughly impressed with this hidden jewel of a hotel. The art feel to the hotel made it feel like I went to an art exhibit. The room has an industrial feel without feeling sterile. This hotel will definitely be at the top of my list the next time I visit Phoenix

One of our favorite hotels in downtown phoenix. Our go to staycation place. But after multiple stays here we have noticed the rooms needed a little more attention. Tv remote control didn’t work. Bed was lumpy, mildew buildup in shower & sink and AC was extremely loud. Still love the hotel just could use a little more love.

Let’s talk about the room. I love the design and creativity. It’s just the right size. When I say clean, you could eat off the floor. The only problem was the face towels - there was only one. However, housekeeping was quick and to the rescue. The Fiji water in the fridge was ours without an additional fee. Thank goodness! I’m still amazed at the factory details. Who would have thought? The bathroom’s intricate details and factory preservation was genius. Kudos to the designer. So, whenever we come to Phoenix, we will definitely stay here. Hopefully, we can invest in a timeshare in the future. Last but not least, the location is quite convenient. It’s diverse. Also, there are inspirational murals, tourist sites, and delectable restaurants nearby.

We really like staying at the FounDre. The hotel is fun, the bartenders are cool and so are the rooms. If you are looking to stay in Phoenix this is the perfect spot to stay.

This is not a family friendly hotel, the rooms are cold and industrial, so dirty your feet turn grey walking from bathroom to bed. Make sure you pay your parking before you dare set foot inside or you’ll come back to a boot on your tire and $199 ransom to get the code to remove it. you can’t even run your bags upstairs, no offer of assistance whatsoever.

It was disappointing to see mold buildup in my shower. It was also disappointing to be informed there’s no house keeping after 4pm. Thought this was an issue for me it didn’t take away from the venue and the staff as a whole. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully these issues will be resolved.

My stay was ok. I sent a message asking for a room with a decent view and possibly something special as it was a birthday surprise. Neither of those things were accommodated. The cleaning service did not clean the room before or during my 2 day stay there. There was only 1 face cloth in the room. There was dust everywhere as if they didn’t clean properly in months. Also there was dead bug splatter on a few different areas on the wall. All in all it could have been a better stay, it was not the worse but definitely not the bolstering 9.0 out of 10 ranking. Maybe that was just my experience though.

One issue I experienced was with the toilet continuously running on the first night. I contacted the front desk and was told someone was on the way to look at it, but no one ever came. I eventually figured out how to fix it myself. Aside from that inconvenience, the stay itself was decent, but improving maintenance response and adding a few basic conveniences would make the experience much better.

A pleasant hotel in a good location, our suite was large, luxurious and well equipped with a great balcony. The staff is good and courteous and there is a nice cafe/bar downstairs. The suite had a large set of towels, at least 4 of which were shower towels - they were stained with orange stains, which made us ask for new towels in the lobby and the feeling of cleanliness was not as expected.

The front desk lady was just ok, probably just forgot her smile and friendliness at home. Also, if you don’t value bathroom privacy, this hotel is for you. Me on the other hand don’t like glass a separation from the rest of the hotel room. Otherwise the hotel was clean and we had an enjoyable experience. Oh yeah, $32.00 for parking sucks.

The staff was great. Everyine deserves at least a dollar raise. The art was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The balconies could be swept, dusted and the cusions washed. The bathroom showers could be better cleaned, showerhead/corners. The bar could be wiped down better to keep th3 ants off and they need to be wiped underneath the napkin holders. Outside tables need to be cleaner. Not bad. Could be better

The whole hotel was really cool and interesting to experience. I got a room with a king sized bed and a balcony. The view was solid. It was clean and cozy. Room service was fast and friendly. I loved being able to explore the art. It was like its own destination.

It was a very nice experience. It certainly did not feel like you were in downtown phoenix. Property has a great vibe and wonderful artwork to view during your stay.

The bar top could be cleaner. The corners of the showers could be cleaner. There were several strans of hair in the shower. The toilete paper should have been replaced. It was half used.

The breakfast menu and the staff were the best parts about this day. We enjoyed the people there and the gift shop that they have food is immaculate and the art is a nice addition to the ambience. The bathrooms floors could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well as the public bathrooms, could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well at times the inside of the lobby did smell a bit funny.

Nice hotel with an Artsy Flair. The room was very clean and had an industrial vibe. Comfortable, relaxing, good shower. Nice bar in the lobby along with a nice breakfast kitchen and a gift market. Great location to Roosevelt row downtown area. Walk to all the nightlife and train is right out front for farther destinations. Very nice staff and service.

There is a hidden $40+ resort fee which seemed wrong. I don't remember hearing about it when I placed the reservation. Breakfast was meh (American cheese?) and the espresso and coffee were so weak! Go elsewhere and get good espresso. The pool is shallow and small. There is no hot tub. Don't resorts usually have hot tubs?

Great location, room furnishings need better cleaning. Otherwise, the restaurant downstairs was great and the art throughout the hotel.

There were bed bugs in the bed.

Everyone was so nice. Place was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the pool was perfect on a hot day. Close to the trolly station which was so easy to get to and from downtown and the airport. Highly recommend!!!

I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. That being said though, the staff at the counter were great. The food was large portions and very tasty.the art display everywhere was inspiring.

I knew this was going to be an excellent stay when we saw the infamous Burt Reynolds centerfold mural behind the front desk, Loverboy playing in the background & amazing art on the walls. The rooms were spacious with an artist loft vibe. The entire staff was really friendly & helpful. Breakfast tacos were amazing. Centrally located & walking distance to the arts district. Will be back!

Most mid-range city centre hotels in the US are corporate and suitably dull and standardised. Found Re is different: it's funky, the decor is a play on the industrial look, more like a New York loft conversion than a downtown hotel. The walls are lined with artwork by local artists, some of it appealing and all of it for sale. There's a very friendly bar with a decent menu open to the street when the weather allows and a great breakfast offer too. Nothing.

Horrifying parking situation. My car was booted and I was not able to leave the hotel. I had no intention of not paying for parking. It just wasn’t clearly instructed how to do it. They could’ve rectify the situation right away, but they chose to make me suffer. This was an excusable. And probably illegal.

A pool renovation would definitely be the "icing on the cake" for this hotel! But either way, was very pleased with my stay!

Overall a nice, boutique feel hotel but the lighting in the room is pathetic. It is so dark by the sink and vanity it requires a cellphone flashlight - no joke. If you need to look presentable for an important engagement, stay elsewhere.

The hotel directed me to use a paid on-site parking system. I paid $33 for what was labeled as “24-hour parking” around 4 PM (assuming that meant a full 24 hours). The next morning around 11 AM, I came out to find my rental car booted with a $120 removal fee!! I later discovered that the “24-hour parking” that I paid for actually expired at 11:59 PM the same night, which was NOT at all communicated when purchasing the parking. This meant I paid $33 for only a few hours of parking. On top of that, when I paid for 24 hour parking again for the next night, it booked me for a parking reservation for the night BEFORE. Clearly there was an error in the system since it processed a payment for the wrong date. Completely ridiculous and frustrating. While the front desk staff was polite, I was ultimately directed back to the parking company and left to deal with the situation myself. The boot fee was refunded as a “one-time courtesy,” but the parking charges were not, despite the misleading setup. I've looked at other reviews and I've come to find out that this isn't just a one time thing. A lot of other visitors have had very similar story. This scammy booting company ordeal needs to be looked into at the very least. I recommend being extremely cautious with the parking here.

The 1st night I arrived (after my flight was delayed 4 hours), I was informed by the front desk staff member that the hotel didn’t have a room for me allegedly due to flooding. She gave me a letter to give to the manager at the AC Hotel so I could stay at the AC Hotel for the 1st night. When I arrived at the AC Hotel I saw a stack of letters like the one I received. I get the impression that they overbooked the hotel.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Had dinner there as well and the staff are amazing. Love the art work they have and the food was amazing.

I booked the more expensive room for the balcony but ended up on the ground floor. My not private “patio” was right on the street and honestly I would have preferred not having a sliding door to the street. Rooms are also very dark. The lobby, bar, and location are excellent but there are much nicer options for far less on downtown Phoenix.

It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that did not have an alarm clock or a clock in the room. Room only had two small drawers to store clothes which were located close to the floor.The shower did not have a door on it, which left the bathroom floor wet after every shower.Room floors were concrete and you could hear people in the next rooms walking if they were wearing shoes. The room entrance door closed loudly and couldn’t be closed quietly, even when tried. Lastly, you could hear other guests talking in adjacent rooms.

Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation.

I truly enjoyed my stay at FOUND:RE! The staff were kind and the property is beautifully curated with art. My only downside is the cleanliness of the showers. They could use a deep clean as there is grime on the grout which is visible. Outside of that, everything else was great.

The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Travis (the evening shift manager) was the second. Terrible customer service, bad for the company’s reputation. Every other person was very nice and very helpful regarding my huge concern about our room being unsanitary.

Foundre is a great place but has gone down a bit when it comes to cleanliness. My room reeked of weed, told th front staff about it, they apologized but never offered me to switch rooms or anything. Not a huge issue but definitely something I thought they would attempt to address

The TV could be updated. Didn’t allow for Netflix or Hulu or anything like that. Also had to pay for parking. And reasonable price but there’s some other fees I was a bit surprised about later. Otherwise it was a good experience. Pool was great. Had a nice small gym area.

My room was a bit dusty but overall was really nice. The restaurant has pretty good drinks and food and the property was really nice. Location was right in the middle of downtown, very walkable and across from light rail station.

Towels and washcloths not available, had to go to a store and buy my own. No microwave available to guest, had to hand at front desk my food to warm it up. First young lady at front desk was rude and dismissive of my questions regarding the parking. Hotel does not look the same of what I seen online, I drove past it three times. The first young lady was honestly the only rude staff.

I have found my new favorite place to stay. There should more of these places to stay. The experience was amazing and the rooms were as well. This place is extremely well kept and the staff are on top of it. If you have a complaint about anything they take care of it right away. It's just a very nice clean fun place to stay.

The staff was friendly and I appreciated the inclusivity for all people. Everyone from the front desk manager to the cleaning crew seemed to care about the guests. As a single traveler, I felt safe.

This was our second stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant and market were so friendly and the food was really good. The artwork made it special and location perfect for walking to the farmer’s market and sports arenas.

There isn't an obvious entrance. They make you pay for use of water/electricity and other amenities but they don't give you any in the rooms. It was cold, stagnet and was like staying in an elevator. Very over priced but so happy for the company I had.

I appreciated the staff’s professionalism and friendliness. The restaurants food was 10/10. I used the loaner bike to site see in the neighborhood. The pool was nice, I would have loved a music playlist for amusement. The room had a nice layout. I noticed a build up of crumbs in the crevices of the ottoman at the foot of the bed, debris and fine strands of hair on the headboard. The side rugs desperately needed a shampoo. The bathroom tiles needed a deep clean. I loved the layout of the bathroom especially the bench like seat in the shower, however the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken so the moisture seeped in the rooms space. Overall the room needed a good sanitizing cleaning, w bleach and disinfectant. I’d stay again but I’d request a deeply cleaned room.

Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean. Do not stay here

They did not have the double beds we requested so we ended up in a suite King. While the suite space was nice it was very dated. Curtains torn, back of the couch peeling ect….We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and only had house keeping clean the room once. They did not replace the coffee or even empty all the garbages. Basically they made the bed and emptied the main garbage. Great location but the hotel is not worth the cost.

Its quirky decor and industrial design was a huge draw. The lobby is inviting and the eating area/ bar is buzzing giving off a good vibe. The room was so spacious and comfortable with great toiletries and linens. The furnishings were comfortable yet unique and the bed was deliciously cosy. It’s easy to catch the light rail and get to museums or downtown It isn’t well soundproofed so once people are moving around the corridor and the room above you can hear it

I have to say that your staff were not the most friendly. There was not a wonderful hello how are you what can I do for you except for one staff member in the cafe, a person with short platinum blonde hair- thank you to them! I was in room 200 overlooking a garbage area. Really you couldn't figure out how to use that room for something else? I also told someone a light was out and broken and nothing was fixed. I left notes on the desk about things and your staff removed it and did nothing with it as far as I can tell and they should NOT have touched it anyway, I was going to give it to the front desk.

The whole atmosphere ! The rooms were clean and fun looking. Staff was great. The restaurant had a delicious brunch and we really enjoyed all the art and industrial look to it.

Upon arrival, the vibes were a little off, starting with the valet/host. He didn’t acknowledge us or help with luggage. Weird but whatever. I was able to check in and offered $15 voucher at the bar or restaurant. Me friend and I visited the bar and the total was billed to the room. I never received the voucher. I calls after my trip and was advised to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. My thoughts were why would I need to track down a voucher that was offered to me. So I didn’t. The rooms were mid. No doors on the shower but I guess that’s the industrial feel of the hotel. There were robes and slippers available that added a luxury feel. We enjoyed the downtown feel and atmosphere. Overall a decent stay just small inconveniences. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We staycation here all the time. The rooms are so cool. The people are friendly. They charge for parking now and we got a $200 boot because we didn’t realize it. (We got there after midnight and were really tired) so be careful of that. Paying over $300 for the room and getting a boot was frustrating but other than that. This place is 10/10.

Great atmosphere and the bartenders really care.

there were two people at the desk when my party of three arrived, but only one computer was working. the person at the computer walked away and told the other person to check us in. the other person was on their phone and didn't seem to hear so we waited for them to notice that we were waiting to be checked in.

The room was really nice, but the staff at Match and the food/drinks were even better! They made us feel welcome and treated us with such courtesy. The parking was expensive, but I would love to stay there again. Thanks for making our 7th anniversary vacation a memorable one!

We requested to move rooms, and the staff was very accommodating and relocated us to the 7th floor. It was much quieter up there, and we truly appreciated their willingness to help. Because the room may not have been used as often, there were some mold issues in the sinks and shower. While that was disappointing, we were ultimately grateful for a peaceful night’s sleep and thankful that the staff worked with us to improve our stay.

Staff were friendly, the room was unexpectedly quite large, there was a unique vibe, and a cool concept with the rotating art.

This was a cool hotel experience. The room was really awesome with an industrial vibe. Love the art and the whole atmosphere. It's downtown PHX but they are revamping the area so overall a very cool and fun time.

The room could use a good cleaning. Our room had a nasty smell coming from the bathroom. Maintenance came in with room spray to mask the smell. Front staff put me on hold when I asked for a different room and never came back to the line. Maintenance said he would have them call me and nothing happened.

Fun, funky (in a very good way) hotel. Had a boutique hotel vibe. Fun, friendly staff, walls turned into an art gallery. So very unique and different. A nice change from the typical chain hotel. On site bar and restaurant made our stay perfect. Jalepeno popper pizza was definitely a do over. Same with hotel. Would happily stay there again.

It’s a lovely hotel, centrally located, friendly staff and a nice vibe. The only thing I have to say is the rooms and bathrooms need a deep cleaning. I appreciate an industrial decor, but there’s a fine line between industrial and dusty/crusty.

Parking was a bit expensive and if you’re a person who like to unpack your stuff this hotel may not be ideal as there isn’t a closet or drawers. If you’re just like a day or two you’ll be fine but there was 1 rack with like 4 hangers which wasn’t enough for 2 people staying 4 nights.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had to pay on an app. I ordered room service and they never removed the old plate with leftover food causing the room to smell. The body wash in the shower was never filled and out all week. The shower wall had a lean causing water to puddle towards the side of the bed. The toilet didn’t flush properly and informed them but remained the same. Overall a bad experience and extremely disappointing.

Great location the suite rooms have a ton of room. For a $400 a night room I expect the furniture to be in good shape. The couch is faux leather and the back of it was all worn away showing the material underneath. We have stayed her 3 times in the same type of room and the other rooms never had this. That couch should be thrown away.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was also amazing! We generally visit different restaurants in the area, but after our first meal at the Foundre we decided we didn't need to go anywhere else as we wanted to try more of what was on the menu! The room was awesome and the overall general vibe was welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed looking at all the artwork located around the building. The location was also central to what we wanted to do, We would definitely recommend you to family and friends, and will be visiting you again!

The staff was just ok, and that is being generous. Toilet never flushed properly, shower had a lean to it and water would seep towards the bed, body was was never filled and never had any to shower, ordered room service and nobody picked up dirty plates, outlets did not work, telephone did not have a cord, no wash clothes provided. The most problematic situation was that nobody informed me about the parking and that I had to pay with an app and got a ticket for $200 on the first night

We stayed in room 800 on the VIP floor. I loved the balcony and size of the room. I hated the bathroom and shower. Shower without a door created water all over the floor. We were left with cleaning after every shower. The ironing board was very dirty and The headboard was disgusting. We will probably not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible all around. We parked in the parking lot and got a boot on our car that cost $260.00 to remove simply because we didn't put some bar code in our phone to pay for parking the first night we arrived which was last in the day. The entrance is 200 yards from the parking lot and we had to carry our luggage this distance to get to the front desk. The room which was a suite was pathetic, the couch was old and falling apart, the room was dirty, there is no place to put your clothes. The shower is separated from the bed by a curtain in the room. They never informed us about the free breakfast and they didn't give a damn about our vehicle getting a boot that cost $260.00 for the night.

There was a homeless man in the lobby and another one looking in our car in the parking lot. So it did not feel safe. The property is difficult to access if you have more than 1 piece of luggage. There are no luggage carts and the interior design of the rooms feels like you’re in a converted garage. No night stands. It’s a hipster vibe but the other guests we spoke to thought it was all weird. Strange art all over.

We had no hot water for showers before leaving in the morning for the airport. I was told by the front desk that it takes a while for the hot water to get to the lower floors. That's not good enough! We let the shower run nearly 45 minutes and it was less than room temp. We had to pack up and leave dirty. Thanks for that.

Rooms were clean daily, the food was great. You have to pay for parking which is crazy because it's a small hotel but overall I'll use that hotel again.

Staff was courteous and the room was pretty clean. The lobby was hip and bar area looked fun. Problem was a ticking sound coming from the pipe in room #113. It was intermittent but continued through the night. I had to use ear plugs to get some sleep. The gave me another room the next night and there was inconsistent A/C problems.

The suite however was not as expected. The description says a king sized bed abut it was a queen. There was mold in the shower. It was disgusting, I didn't want to sit on the furniture. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Its cool and had has cool art but unless the price would go down I would bever stay again nor would i recommend to anyone.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the arts district of Phoenix. "Industrial chic" decor with larger rooms, concrete floors, metal light fixtures, and a very large shower which feels open but provides privacy. Everything is very new and fresh. Best of all the place doubles as an art gallery with a lot of interesting local art, and a huge lobby with attached shop/restaurant with excellent service and reasonable prices, healthy options for food. I will definitely stay here again, the price point was quite good for all the above. The parking lot in the back slightly pricey with open parking lot, right next to light raiil and a park.

Had issues with the heating system during my stay room was too cold and thermostat was not adjustable

The hotel was overall dark and the artwork was quite bizarre. Definitely not our vibe. Within walking distance of some shops and restaurants which was convenient. Woke up early in the morning to loud neighbors in the room next door, the walls are very thin! 😭 Would not recommend overall.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The décor is incredibly cool and artistic—it honestly feels more like staying in an art gallery than a typical hotel. The industrial ambiance throughout the property really stood out and gave the place a unique, modern vibe. The bar service was excellent, and the tacos were just as impressive—definitely a highlight of my stay. When I first arrived, I was placed in a standard room, but I later found out the hotel is pet-friendly. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to dogs, so I contacted the front desk. They were extremely accommodating and quickly moved me to another room—and not just any room, but a major upgrade. The suite was absolutely amazing. The space, the comfort, and especially the views made it completely worth it. I truly loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. If you can afford it, I highly recommend booking the suite—it’s 100% worth it. From the art-filled design to the outstanding service, this place left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be back. I booked a king bed and received 2 queen beds. There was no breakfast to speak of and the staff was rude when we checked in.

The front desk attendant was either trained or just generally was a con artist. I know when a bed is not king size but he told me it was. He told me about some totals on my bill that were not on the bill.

Would not recommend. I had to rush out of the room since water was leaking from the ceiling.

It was absolutely horrible. I seriously can’t imagine staying here for more than one night. The water is not warm enough for shower Then they have to charge for parking. There’s no microwave, the bathroom and shower are basically one tiny space so everything gets soaked no matter how hard you try. The lamps are literally right above the bed, so you end up smashing your head over and over. And the parking situation is ridiculous—you have to drag your luggage from a parkade on the corner all the way to the entrance. For the price they charge, this place is an absolute joke. I would never come back.

Very interesting art in the lobby, somewhat disturbing and dark honestly. Would be a good idea to post some of this on their profile so it's not too much of a shock and people can decide prior to booking the stay. However clean hotel with great staff. Otherwise no concerns.

Great room location to restraunts and public transportation

Staff, tired of answering questions like, Do we pay for our parking? Parking, $65 for my 2night visit. All concrete floors. The noisiest place ive ever stayed. And woke by a 6am dumpster pick up. Only save was the in-house bar & delicious food. Otherwise miserable sleep stay.

What a great hotel I can’t wait to return

Now the negatives, the pool was too cold to get in, the card reader from the parking lot was inoperable, the front desk staffers were uninterested in helping and always on their phones, the room wasn’t that clean and daily service poor. The elevator is almost as slow as walking and the Suite we stayed in has almost zero storage and only four hangers. All in all nice change from a std hotel but substandard service when considering the price.

The location is actually quite convenient, but that means it did not feel totally safe walking around. (Phoenix is that way). The room was nice but just did not feel totally clean. It was super helpful to have free access to bottled water. Surprisingly significant. Also, the vibe is great with an interesting collection of art.

Waiter at the restaurant downstairs was so polite and helpful. He really helped us enjoy amd get the most out of our dinning experience.

Ill be back to stay again. Loved it.

Breakfast and coffee were great. Loved the restaurant option. There is 25 dollar a day resort fee on top of deposit. I did not know that. I liked the room, the walls are a little thin so you can hear people in the hall and the other rooms. Front desk staff are amazing. The location is amazing you can walk to a lot of stuff. The only think I didn’t like was the bathrooms in the room (I had the deluxe king) not a lot of privacy. It was uncomfortable. Also the bed was def not a king.

Negatives-Room- bed is extremely hard and bedding was very stiff. So if your looking for a heavenly plush warm soft bed to sleep in this is not it. Woke up with tight neck and back aches. Shower was a bit of a challenge getting it to work at full capacity. All the shower head drain holes are full of calcium build up and water pressure never got to full pressure. Disappointing. Positives- awesome shampoo! Complimentary evian waters Would not book here again because of the bed quality. Overall good hotel for a short term stay only.

The Hotel is beautiful just my style loved the art and the floor plan of the rooms. We had our room facing the pool on the second floor and it was lovely. Our room was spotless when we checked in but the day we requested room cleaning the attendant was not as thorough. But I would stay there again! 👍❤️

I really like the location and vibe but for some strange reason the attached Match Market & Bar likes to keep the windows open even on cold days/nights and the whole downstairs was freezing on my recent visit. Made it uncomfortable to even sit at the bar. They need to change this.

On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, the décor is modern and attractive, and both the bartender and the young woman at checkout were warm and professional. However, several issues affected our stay: Service from most staff, especially in the café, could be more welcoming and attentive. The chairs and small couch in the room were stained, and the balcony furniture was very dirty. The AC unit on the balcony is very loud, making it hard to relax outside unless it’s turned off. The bathroom’s frosted glass offers limited privacy, the open shower lets water go everywhere, water pressure is poor, and the shower tiles need a deep clean or replacement. There was only one bottle opener for the whole property (they said they were short on bottle openers), so we couldn’t keep it in the room, and we were given wine glasses for champagne. These may seem like small things, but together they take away from the experience. With better service, cleaner furnishings, and attention to detail, this hotel could truly be excellent.

The hotel is nice. The room is good size and clean and I love the bar. However I was so disappointed that they just packed and emptied our room even before check out time. We went for breakfast and a morning walk, came back to find our luggages were gone. When we came to ask the front desk and were told that the room was checked out at 6am this morning. I don’t know how they came up such thing like that. The check out time was 11am, we came back from our morning walk at 10am and all our stuff were gone. What kinds of services were that? So disappointing. I don’t think I lost any thing but still I don’t think that is the right thing to do.

Overall the place was beautiful and clean. My one issue was that the WiFi in my room was incredibly bad. They said it may have been because of the concrete walls. I also didn’t have cell service in the room so I had to leave the property to make calls or access the internet. I wouldn’t advise staying here if you need reliable internet in your room.

The balcony was the best part. The room was not clean for a VIP guest room in my opinion. When we moved the barn door there was trash from previous guests and the towels smelled funny and had stains on them. The staff at the front desk were friendly but at the restaurant they didn’t really greet you or explain how their services worked. There was one guy waiter that was friendly and made our dining experience good on the second night.

This hotel two years ago was great. Not now! Seems like a lack an understanding of customer service and attention. Specifically, you should be aware of parking lot fees and fines!! Hotel sold the parking lot and now it’s a total Phoenix parking lot scam! 4 cars including my rental got booked in one afternoon. Last time staying at The Foundre.

Room was great and I had no issues my whole weekend. It’s very easy to get around if you don’t have a car, the metro is clean and fast.

Their internet didn't work so I couldn't get work done. When I complained to their staff they say no one else mentioned internet problems existing. Yet I polled two random couples in the hallways and they said their internet wasn't working either. Further, Foundre's reviews online also show they've had internet problems for a long time. Then I see there's no privacy. My connecting door to the next room had no sound insulation, so I could hear every work the couple next door says plus hear their TV. I couldn't nap nor expect any quiet later on at night. Then I took a shower. Foundre's shower area is so poorly built that water just spills all over to the toilet area. So if I or anyone else wants to use the toilet, we have to either mop up the entire floors or let our feet get wet. For over $200 a night, this place was an absolute disaster. I wouldn't have even stayed at a free hotel if I knew I'd have all these problems.

I was not please. This was a “VIP” property. One the art work is a bit offensive in some spaces. They put me on the bottom floor which is literally open to the public from the outside to walk in and up to your door. And the king room had an adjoining door… it had NO LOCK! no deadbolt! Someone could use a card to get into the room. I immediately asked for a higher floor with no adjoining room, and was told that was an upgrade. I ended up paying $60 more a night for a suite one the top floor which was nice but the Wi-Fi didn’t work up there so I couldn’t conduct my morning meetings and had to leave the property for service. Just lame,

They over sold on the room on a king bed I had booked. So, they gave up my room and gave me a twin bedroom. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot. You have to pay for either valet or the public parking which is $32 a night. A very inconvenient stay to say the least.

Stayed here a week and they only clean my room twice! I had to ask the fro t desk every morning to have my room cleaned and their answer was they were short staffed or they would promise to clean the room. I’d return to the same messy room! Pretty unbelievable and unprofessional! Also, they would not restock the room with water. Also had to ask for this very basic service. One night I came back to my room and they restocked the water in my refrigerator but left the refrigerator door open. There is also an employee at the restaurant named Chloe - super rude! She told me hard boiled eggs take 15 mins. After 27 mins I asked and she said she already told me it takes a while. The restaurant was completely empty and there were plenty of staff. There are far bette hotels than this one! Do not waste your money or vacation here!

I quickly grabbed my things and returned to the front desk to request a new room. The staff member simply said, “Oh sorry, I know what happened,” with no further explanation or apology. It felt dismissive and didn’t help ease the discomfort of the situation. Aside from that, the hotel itself was clean and conveniently located near the venue we were visiting, which was a plus. One small note for future guests: if you're hoping to enjoy a mimosa early in the morning, be aware that the bar doesn’t open until 10 a.m.

Really cool artsy hotel! The room was amazing. We went down and ate at the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast the next day. Excellent food and service! We will definitely be returning.

The staff was helpful however, the manager wasn't. They were never available when i needed to speak go them about the shower being dirty. We moved 3 times and they were all the same. No one reached out to accommodate us for the issues. Everything else was pretty good.

We stayed two nights. The first night there were ants everywhere but we couldn’t find where they were coming from. We went out to dinner and when we got back we didn’t see any so we didn’t complain. On the second day I noticed water on the floor and thought my daughters dropped something. Dried it up and when I got back it was soaked again. There didn’t seem to be water on the other side of our room (roof) so I don’t know where it came from. Art was cool, but not as cool as it seems online. Parking felt sketchy but was fine. Walls were thin and you could hear everything. No towels at the pool. Pool was closed most of our stay for a private event. Bathroom was unique but if privacy is a concern, the wall is see thru. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but our stay made me double check the reviews that said it was wonderful. I don’t know how it got that rating. I would give it a 6.5/7 In the hotel’s defense I didn’t tell them about the issues so I have to assume they would have fixed it. But, those are two big issues to have in such a short time.

Ive always enjoyed staying the the foundre but the recent change in the parking should have been mentioned as it used to be included, suddenly the good deal I thought I got felt more like I was scammed out of an extra 120 bucks. Just be more honest about this in your check-in process please

side note: it was also awesome having a coffee shop right downstairs—grabbing a delicious latte first thing in the morning made things that much better. I could get my caffeine without having to load me toddler into the car. would absolutely stay here again!

The modern take was good, but the parking was bad. You have to pay to park here. I reserve a spot online, it wasn't simple.

With the most relaxing and spacious steam shower, a cool art installation and great bar...its a perfect spot 20 min from airport. Nearby is a great speak-easy bar hidden from the world. The bar is great w incredible drinks and the pizza is next level.

Foundre was amazing! I need to go back for the Tombstone movie painting that was up front!

The walls are paper thin! It was around 6 am and the noise (not only from guests) but housekeeping was out of control. Not to be dramatic but it was unreal. Other than that - great!

This hotel is very unique, very clean, and the rooms were amazing with the views of the whole city. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was very updated and open One thing I didn’t know about the property is you have to pay for parking, $35 for self Park $45 for valet. Me and my husband ended up leaving at 5 o’clock in the morning and we had to go get our car after paying for valet.

The overall stay was nice. We were there on a Saturday. They advertise the bar / grill would be open until 11pm and when we went down at 9pm only the bar was open so we couldn’t order food. There was a snack shop area that we did not partake to. Love that they had valet parking and no limit on how many times you could get your vehicle. The only real negative thing I would say is about the bathroom. Although it was spacious, it flooded the whole bathroom. Maybe adding a half door, an additional drain. Good location, nice artsy vibe. I would definitely go there again.

The restaurant staff were also happy and nice. The breakfast burrito was actually amazing! The rooms are a perfect size; the bathroom is also fun 😁. I had a sink issue. It was fixed right away. The housekeeping staff was polite and also happy. The hotel must have a good manager-everyone seemed engaged, professional and happy to be there!

I loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant at the lobby.

Loved the look and feel of this hotel! Adored all of the art that was on the walls and loved how every single piece was available for sale. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also very close to Roosevelt row and everything I wanted to do was within a walk or 5-10 minute drive.

Overall good , but did not like that I had to pay for parking out of pocket.

People will be careful they say that you have a $15 credit per day for food but when you use the credit, they charge your bill for it and they charge your credit card. Be careful.

It was amazing and elegant yet trendy hip, love the many amenities available. The stay was so inspiring, The art pieces though out the entire hotel incredible, plus fantastic pool, the food the wines excellent!! The rooms were an interior inspiration thought down to the last slipper, robe. loved everything about this hotel. Will stay again soon!

A true home away from home! My stay here was absolutely amazing. The first floor doubles as a stunning art museum, which added such a unique and inspiring touch to the experience. The chefs’ kitchen and bar made it feel both luxurious and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a long day. They also made my first time visiting Phoenix an unforgettable experience. Everything about this place felt thoughtful, creative, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Internet was spotty and I asked for it to be fixed 4 times. It was never fixed. The buttons on the toilet would get stuck and water kept running. Smart fridge wouldn't go below 56 degrees and had to be replaced by a fridge thst wouldn't fit in the space. Guests seem to have 1 night escorts with sex that woke me up at 12:30 am. Workers didnt care if you were dissatisfied. Room didnt get cleaned / serviced one of the days during my stay.
