Breakfast was not offered The front desk staff had no personality. The whole building and an odor about it. The furniture was chipped and scratched. It looked like it was from a 2nd hand store or a garage sale. We were awakened by a bunch of noise right below our 2nd floor room. At 5 AM we decided to leave. We packed up and as we left I told the desk clerk why we were leaving and that I expected a refund of any money paid to Extended Stay or Booking.com.

Clean rooms and really nice staff

I expected breakfast as they advertised and mentioned when I arrived. They didn't have coffee or breakfast. They said the toaster was broken. So instead put out granola bars and prepacked mini muffins. The facility is in need of remodeling. There are holes in the wall. Not a nice place to stay.

The room we stayed in was clean but dilapidated. Would have given 3 stars except there were no clean bath towels. We needed to get up early so decided to shower the night before. I went down to the front desk and was told there weren’t any towels available. Seriously? Yes, but if I came back in an hour there would be. Well, that would be 11PM. We will not stay here again.

False advertising when I booked my room it says breakfast included and the guy couldn’t tell me why there was no coffee nor anything as complementary breakfast. So I was very disappointed and want my money back service was bad, bad attitude and beds not clean

The price point besides the fact they tried to charge me $50 for an early check in of 40 minutes Where to start! There were only towels for one person with a 2 person check in, no coffee maker in the room, the breakfast was granola bars and muffins all chocolate chip in which I don't eat sugar. Oh wait there were 2 packages of oatmeal but no bowls. No hot water. The laundry only had 2 working washer which were full at all times with left laundry by live in people only a couple dryers that didn't have out of order stickers. The ice machine was " out of order" When we asked for more towels we were told the landry was being done and it would be at least 4 hours which would take us until 10 pm. Please explain that one ??? The TV has about a month's worth of dust which tells me this room wasn't properly cleaned the pot smell throughout all of the common areas was intense also cigarette smell. Will not stay here on my next trip. Message to the owners. If you are going to buy a hotel don't run it like a slum lord. Don't get into "hospitality" industry and not take pride in your establishment. 100% dissatisfied customer!!!! Oh also how about don't answer texts and phone calls while checking me in, on your personal device, as well. Learn respect and pride in your business or your job!!!!

As I was checking in, the gentlemen at the counter was more engaged on his phone to the point he handed me the iPad to check myself in with all my information. The atmosphere felt extremely unsafe, I ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel.

My experience here was horrible. I was traveling with my two kids and booked a non smoking room double bed room. However I received a room that had a strong smell of smoke it even made our lungs hurt and bed stains all over it was disgusting . We were there for a soccer tournament and there’s no way I was going to let my kids stay there. So I requested another room, the girl at the front desk initially said there weren’t any available and then she switched it to, there’s only a king size available to which I agreed. However upon trying to make the switch the girl informed me that the king size room was no longer available as it had been pre booked. At which point I was left without a room with two kids in the middle of the night.

First of all, they gave us the wrong room instead King size bed. The room was so dirty missing chair, dirty towers, broken furniture, door, sink on the bathroom, blood stain on the door, and nasty floor. They insult us room rate are more than $150 and we got a cheaper rate from online. That's why they did not want to give us the room we booked. It was so ridiculous.

Everything, the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijauna , both in the room and in common areas. The shower was full of mold in particular in the ceiling. Accompanied by this was the fact that furniture in the room was broken. The shower had hairs.

Did not stay requested due to, upon arrival went to my room. Very dirty and smelled dirty. Clerk offered a 2nd room, just as dirty and bad smelling. my spouse has congestive heart failure. I could not except thise conditions. Not as advertised.

Everything else. This place should not be charging over 25 dollars a night. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, beds were horrible, a/c made a ton of noise, lamps didn’t work properly and paint smeared on bathroom counters, splattered on shower walls.

Old hotel with much needed renovation. Bedding and towels are not even white anymore. Small bar or soap and very small bottle of shampoo is all you get.

I checked into my room and the room was not clean, it was horrible and had stains all over the counters and the TV stand. The bathroom smelled. I could not stay there. I immediately left and they would not give me my refund because they claim they offered me another room but didn't. The hotel is not a place to stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. In a good shopping/food/main highway area and close to the airport. However....the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the sheets and pillow slips had stains that looked as if the bed had not been washed. Air went out after a couple of days, and breakfast was more like a morning snack, which was okay with me (granola bar/muffins/oatmeal packets, tea and coffee). There attendants were great and I actually felt bad for them because you knew they were doing their best. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again, but if you need something decent, affordable and in a great location, go for it. They never complained when Ibhad an issue nor was there any delay in response so I will give them that.

Pictures on the website were very deceiving. Would not recommend staying here. Staff was not very professional or welcoming. Walked in room after check in and there were puddles on the floor. We contacted them to clean it up and checked it out with maintenance. They used towels to mop it up and they were dark and dirty when they were done, so not sure the floor was cleaned before we checked in. Marijuana smell was very prominent in the hotel. Towels were very old and dingy, no longer white but gray in color and rough to use. A rag was left on the shower head. The WiFi was not working and we went to get ice and were told the ice machine was not working. Once again, the marijuana smell, UNREAL!! Ceiling vents, fire alarm and shower rod looked to be falling out of the wall/ceiling any minute. The bed was not comfortable. We checked out early and did not experience the breakfast. Would not recommend this place at all.

Do NOT stay at this extended stay; it is disgusting! There’s so many people that actually live there full time and they’re the worst. The front desk receptionist isn’t welcoming and he wasn’t even dressed somewhat business casual. So many cigarette butts outside. Dirty doors, windows and mirrors. The hallways stink so bad, everyone is cooking, smoking and smelt of pet urine. There was a lady sitting in her door yelling and commenting on everyone that walked by. Inside the room, the bedding reeked of cigarettes for a non-smoking room. I tried to call the front desk to hopefully fix the situation, but no one ever answered. Every cabinet and appliance is run down. Around 1:30am, there were some random ladies going from room to room, attempting to sell perfume. There is no continental breakfast, just bagged muffins and not even hot coffee. The whole building looked run down and housed many people who can’t get an apartment or a house. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is horrible misrepresented. We didn't even end up staying there. As soon as you walk in the door, it was filthy. Looked like there was someone living in the hallway. The hallway down to the rooms had trash in the hallway and smelled of an ashtray. I bought insurance and am hoping I can get my money back, since we never even stayed there.

Homeless lady in what I guess is the lobby - there’s 2 chairs there another person sitting on the floor on a phone. Plastic bags of what might be supplies for the hotel or the people’s belongings stacked underneath the area for the breakfast. Whole place is not up romper in any area loud car running out the window, no sleep small towels that are beyond the scope of any towel you want to use - left in the morning now fighting for refund - don’t even think this place is worth it being less expensive

After traveling 7 hours, I had to use a restroom very much, only to be told they had not restrooms down stairs in the lobby. So as I had to stand there while completing my reservation, I wet myself. That is not acceptable. Very poor customer service. The employee at the counter,couldn't have cared less. The dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed.

The room only had 2 small towels and I went to the front desk to ask for larger towels and I was told that there is some in the room too, which I replied there is only two small ones. They had me come back an hour later and gave me one large towel and two small towels again.

Staff and parking were good. Could’ve had a better selection on T V channels. And the air conditioner was not cooling enough.

Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing stay. The room and overall property were not in acceptable condition upon arrival. The sink and shower were clogged, the TV did not work, and there were clear cleanliness issues, including visible trash and hair in the drain. To make matters worse, upon arriving at the property, we noticed a small bag containing a white powdery substance near the front entrance, which was very concerning and did not create a safe or welcoming first impression. When we reported the room issues to the front desk, we were told to contact a supervisor or have maintenance come fix everything. Mind you, this was around 10 PM. After contacting Expedia, the hotel sent maintenance anyway, and he spent about 45 minutes unclogging the sink and shower just so they would function properly. Initially, Expedia advised they could not assist because the property has a strict refund policy. Under normal circumstances, I would understand that—but this property was absolutely not worth the amount paid, especially considering the condition of the room.

Kick all of the crack heads, meth heads, and prostitutes off the property. Clean up all of the homeless people’s trash that camp out all over the property. I literally found two crack pipes in the parking lot. The place is horrible. Call the cops.

the hotel was over $200 for the night and not as nice as motel 6 that i have stayed in. we did have a nonsmoking room but it stunk like smoke in the hallways. the pillows were flat, the sheets and towels were old and dingy. this should have been a $100 room. and missing the basics, blow dryer, lotion and shampoo. you can tell the owners dont care.

The doors slam terribly hard and loud in surrounding rooms. So that i kept jarring awake. But also there was a couple in the next room who were angry and yelling at each other. Then loud music all night long, so I couldn't sleep. I had booked 2nights.

There are zero amenities, they could only give me one extra pillow, lamps did not work, there was no sitting area in the room. one star hotel at best the entire place smelled like marijuana, room was tolerable. The staff, however, is very nice.

The price was affordable Lots of things that caught my attention. Walking in the room appeared to be nice but found a huge square covered hole that wasn’t completed by plaster behind the entrance door. Found hair in the bathroom sink and shower. Bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows were thin and not fluffy. Furniture looks as if it was from taken from the garbage and just cleaned it up.

When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. I left there immediately when it felt safe to leave the room.

Then I had to argue with a different clerk at the front desk to get my file corrected so I could use my poor Internet connection. This place isn't up to the standards of other Extended Stays I've visited, so I don't plan to return.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. The outside of hotel needs a major clean up, with paint and power washing at the entrance. The inside of the hotel also needs a major remodel. Everything is old and rusted. Bad location with poor lighting and bums right outside of the hotel hanging out under the awning. Felt very unsafe, I ended up leaving with my kids and drove all the way back home after our concert. Definitely do not recommend.

The hall ways were very dirty. At 8:30 in the morning there was no coffee left and no "breakfast". When asked if there was more coffee or creamer the desk person said "we ran out".

This place is sooo nasty!!!! No toilet paper... Just an empty roll. All around the toilet there's little hairs. Like pubic hairs... Gross!!. All the countertops were dirty... I wiped them down with white cloths and they came out black..Does anyone clean??? I don't even know if they change the sheets? The fridge has old meat drippings in the bottom. I should have stayed in a motel 6. And the reviews showing up on this place???HOW??? I don't even think it's for the right Hotel. Maybe try cleaning this place up and taking care of it and you could charge more. On a positive note... At least the AC worked. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Fair, maintenaince had been done, staff had drywall dust everywhere and did not cleanup. When we asked desk they did not want to clean it then, said will get in morning, we were just overnite and pushed until they cleaned up then. At checkout they were reluctant to give me a hard copy receipt. Will not go back

When I tried to complain, no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell, waited, nothing. The next morning, the woman at the desk told me there was nothing she could do because we booked through Expedia. Filed a complaint with Expedia — no callback, no resolution. This was a total failure of basic hospitality and cleanliness. Avoid this hotel.

I was initially told there were no rooms available and that my reservation had been canceled by Expedia, only to be called back later and told that was a mistake and my room was available after all. Communication with staff was difficult due to a language barrier, which made the situation even more frustrating. The room itself was okay, but I didn’t sleep well because of constant noise and loud creaking from the floor above. I also requested extra blankets and was told they were in the washer and would be delivered later, but they never arrived — it seems there weren’t enough clean blankets available for guests. Overall, not a relaxing stay

Check in was good. The staff was nice. But there were no dishes, no towels and house keeper never cleaned our room for the 7 days we were there.The staff never seems to know where or how to get these items. They were always out of the items. Every day we have to ask for towel. We couldn't buy food to cook (which is the reason we wanted a kitchenette to save money) we ended up having to spend more money to eat out everyday. .

Charged me $250 for blood on the bathroom cabinet. I was rushed to the hospital for passing out and falling.

Dirty room

Walked into my room and smelled a wet dog. Looked closely on carpet and was dog hair everywhere. Also saw some dog food on edge of carpet. Bathroom, their was human hairs stuck on the door. My room was not prpperly cleaned or vacuumed. I won't ever be staying at this hotel.

It was very clean and the price was reasonable but it is at a very inconvenient location, almost like it’s hidden. I had to walk far just to get a Waymo to pick me up

The clerk gave a hotel room that was not cleaned and looked like someone was living there. There was meat, tobacco, and a soda on the counter. The stench was absolutely terrible. When we went to tell the clerk, he asked if we did that and accused us of making the mess. We said no. He then went to go check the room and realized he lost his master key to the hotel. He gave us a new room on the first floor. We decided to leave the hotel. We packed the car. As we were packing the car he followed us out to our car and watched us. We left so fast. All the while yelling obscenities.

The hotel was good, comfy bed and accessible room. The smell was weird though, there was a lingering smell was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, i enjoyed ny stay

Good basic room for a quick stay. The staff members were friendly and the room was clean. Although it had a nice kitchenette with a full fridge, I don't think I would love staying here for a longer time. Things are not in the best shape - worn furniture, rippled flooring, etc. - and the bed was not all that comfortable. The breakfast is advertised as "grab-n-go", so I did not expect too much, but it was very basic - just some packaged muffins, Nutrigrain bars, and coffee. We went to Starbucks instead. All we needed was a place to sleep before heading to the airport in the morning, and it was totally fine for that purpose.

Service was ok. The property is definitely older. Paint chipping in the room. Water damage where the shower head was leaking. When it said breakfast included, they had muffins and coffee.

Bad breakfast

The door for my room didn’t close. Anyone could just walk in unless it’s bolt-locked from the inside. I stayed for 3 nights and it never got fixed even after bringing it up on day 1. I couldn’t leave valuables in my room in my absence.

Rooms are very satisfactory. Nice size fridge stove. Room was very clean. Couldn't get TV to work only one channel.

A very helpful desk attendant, Tim checked us in but the computer was very slow connecting to the card reader. There was not plugs in the sink or bathtub. It was clean and convenient to great food and shopping.

Host was very nice. Check in was smooth and friendly service. Room had minor issues but did not effect our stay.

The two gentleman at the front, Tim, and the morning clerk were awesome. But, we were awakened to water pouring through the ceiling flooding our room. Had no time but to grab our wet gear and leave the room. Clerk said our portfolio was going to be given to the manager to get us a refund, but its been seven days and heard nothing yet.

We arrived and the “Hotel” looked like it was abandoned. We walked in to the lobby and it looked worse than the outside. I have seen some bad hotels but this was the worst. We got to the room and the room was in very bad shape. The bathroom had graffiti on the mirror. The room looked like very shabby everything was old and damaged. No way would we stay at this dump.

The hotel offers a tranquil and quiet environment. One of the standout features is its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The welcoming staff enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel was dirty and very old. Not kept up. The sink and shower in my room were not draining. Someone had been smoking in the room. No one cleaned my room all week. There were dirty towels and ripped sheets. I deserve money back on my stay.

The building is ok but needs minor repairs. The surrounding property is littered with lots of dog fecal. Staff was friendly and helpful, but limited admin skills. Room was aged but needs minor repairs. Odd to see school bus picking up kids. My stay was ok, cost was fair.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We were first given a dirty room and then moved us to a room where people with pets stay and the hallway smelled like dog pee. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water dripped steadily from the tub. There were no cups or plates etc and when we called to request cups we were told to come get them even though the sign says we would bring them to the room. There were no blankets on the bed and when I called requesting blankets I was told again to come get them. When I went to the front desk to get them I was told I could only get 1 blanket even though there were 2 beds. I was told they didn’t have any blankets to give me and gave me 2 bed coverings which were basically the thickness of a sheet and that was what was on the bed originally so I took them and put them in the bed and we slept in 3 bed sheets. We had a baby with us. I complained to the front desk at check out and was basically told that they had a shortage of blankets and not all rooms have blankets.

No internet and services seem limited.

The front desk receptionist page was very unpolite didn’t acknowledge us greet us. We were waiting for the iron more than an hour was not quite happy with that.

The hotel wasn’t terrible. But there was mold in the bathroom fire sprinkler and on the ceiling. The shower faucet was running all night, with a steady stream. It was ok for one night.

There was no stay when we tried to check in we were told by the clerk that I reservation was listed as a no-show and we were unable to check in thus making me lose my booking and my money I need to be compensated

The pictures look nice but the property was dirty and run down. Carpet in the hallway was dirty. Bathroom ceiling wasn't clean and was missing a toilet paper roll holder. Different fixtures were missing or broken. Kitchenette area was old and laminate is breaking off. Walls are thin and can hear everything. Could hear what sounded like domestic violence down the hall. Place is like a halfway house.

The suite was large, bed comfortable and plenty of towels so I didn’t need to ask for more. There was a full kitchen with items upon request and the windows opened to my pleasant surprise. There were some noticeable oil stains on the chair/carpet around the chair and there was only coffee/tea at there “breakfast” but other than that was fairly happy.

How do you check in someone and dont tell them there's no running water.

The 2 ladies working were very helpful but to be honest the stay was terrible. Once i was checked in and made my way to the room it had previous person's belongings all over and inside fridge. Staff was kind enough to try and get us another room (appreciate the effort) but had an awful odor and the doors were so hard to open and close. Would not stay again or recommend.

It was a decent stay, but the hotel has clearly seen better days. All the walls and doors had serious scuff damage on them, the tv cabinet drawer in my room was broken and wouldn't stay closed, the refrigerator had something left inside of unknown origin and both luggage carts were broken. One had an issue with a broken wheel and the other had a frame that was not bolted in. Furthermore, they were not available upon arrival because other guests hoarded them. I had a car full of belongings that I needed to transport to my room because I'm moving across the country and that stressed me out. Breakfast was extremely limited, just tiny muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. At least the location was convenient, but I've been to motels in better condition.

Old and dirty room, outdated and dilapidated furniture and light fixtures. Bed was comfortable but other amenities were lacking. Complimentary breakfast was merely just a free snack bar. Would only stay again if there was an absolute emergency and needed a cheap room in the East valley.

Our room was nice but a spider web was in the corner ceiling and the carpet needs to be cleaned. Every time i looked down at the carpet i thought of athlete's foot. thank god i had slippers to wear around the room. other than that i enjoyed my stay

Rooms were decent. They werent filthy but werent the cleanest. For the price I would say it was a good deal. The only complaint I really have was one specific employee. Rude and thats saying the least. Now that I have read the reviews i would say, every person who had a bad experience with staff was due to the same employee. The other staff members were nice and welcoming. If this hotel is trying to keep people from coming back then keeping this particular employee is a good way to do it. She is a big problem for this hotel but I guess the owners are choosing to ignore it.

There was alot of construction going on in the hotel, especially next to my room. Would have been nice to be put in a room away from the noise. Customer service was great. Room was clean tidy.

Obvious patched hole in wall, no mattress only topper, shower fixture broken, bathroom counter died orange in spots but it was very clean. Laundry facility was nice though.

Great location and the exterior of the location was good. But as soon as you step inside, it needs a complete refresh. There are stains everywhere including the ceilings and bathroom sinks. The sheets are so thin that they look like they are going to rip anytime. The peeling of the sink counter, like the glue turning loose, was problematic. In addition, the furniture was aged to the point where I was afraid to sit in the chairs. The bed that my daughter slept in, was caving in - as in the head portion was lower to the floor than the foot portion so she had to sleep at an angle that night.

Staff were all really wonderful for our 5 day stay. It is in a semi sketchy part of town the gas station has some... Characters. But otherwise this is a really secure hotel nice rooms, nice staff, easy sleeping. We had zero issues here.
