I am sorry guys. The individual I interacted with was wonderful. And I get that it is her job to tell me the place is safe. I came with an SUV stuffed because I am moving. I parked as close to the pool in a well lit area as was possible. But the light actually showed off that the vehicle was full. All important. Guest are families that I think in some cases were taking a break from being homeless. One man with a room near the door had empty plastic water bottles spread out all over the hallway. The hallway to get out. I googled and there is a history of break-ins. I left around 10:30 PM and found a place closer to the Biltmore with security. Peace of mind is worth the additional cost involved.

This placed charged me a pet fee but I don’t own a dog. I called to have them remove the charge and they declined. I asked them to provide me proof that I had a dog and they declined. I do not own a dog and am allergic to them.

Have had two very nice stays at this hotel so far. I especially appreciated the attitude of the efficient staff at the front desk who seemed especially friendly, not just polite. A maintenance issue could've been addressed better, but all the other aspects of our stay meet or exceed expectations. Room is clean. A/C, crucial in Phoenix, works great. Bed is comfortable enough for a hotel bed, shower is nice and hot, really appreciated the full refrigerator and freezer for restaurant leftovers. Kitchenette is very helpful touch as well. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

I'm sure everyone has their opinion about the facility but I was only there for two nights on this my first visit and I was comfortable with all persons contacted while there. Please remember everyone has an opinion about conditions they encounter when lodging. I've been to Asia, Australia, many places in Great Britain, Europe and Mexico. Lodging is different everywhere and my expectations have varied. I was truly surprised at the wonderful conditions here. Yes breakfast was all carbs, a no go for me, I got over it real fast and appreciated the price I paid for lodging. What's to cry about there are many eating places in walking distance. I could go on but it will only be boring to someone. It's not a bad place. It's clean, has good and pleasant employees and convenient to Biltmore Area. If you don't like the facility you could always check out and pay a lot more somewhere else.

the staff checking in was not very professional and made odd comments about my grandson. the room smelled of smoke and incense the floors weren’t swept and the towels were dirty. i asked for a blanket and more towels the front desk lady said there weren’t any then a man came out of the back room and said yes there is and gave us some. she then followed me out of the desk area to the elevator and said shhhh we had a noise complaint - it was 5 o’clock and we had been there 25 minutes. i was going to book for a week here for a surgery recovery but i have chosen not to come back to this hotel.

Not much. Staff was nice. No automated doors, or push button to gain entrance in a wheelchair. Booked a wheelchair accessible room, while the kitchenette sink was accessible the bathroom was not. They placed a cabinet in the spot where you could tell by the cut out of the cabinet it used to be accessible and as a result it wasn’t accessible. Reported it to the front desk, it was the only room they had. There was chipped paint all over the room. Do not recommend this hotel. There was also a large gab in the door, noticed on other rooms as well. Large enough to see into room a little bit. Needs a massive renovation.

Room was clean, staff was nice. We had a queen bed with a sofa sleeper and 4 people and there were only 3 pillows in the room so we asked for a few more and they would only give us 1 more so only 1 pillow per person which wasn’t great, there was only a tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and a bar of soap, and we had a whole kitchen, but no dishes to use. Wish the free breakfast had some hot breakfast. I’d stay here again but you definitely need to bring a lot of your own stuff for it being an extended stay hotel what do you think would come with a lot of the stuff.

The location.close to the hospital that I needed to go to.and had a diner across the street. No extra pillows, not much toiletries, and had to buy my own items soap and etc.no breakfast just coffee etc .to many NO,s

When the reservation was made, the request was two beds in the room. But during the arrival, a king bed and sofa was made available. I kept asking but my request was ignored. A towel rack was broken and pieces were left on the floor. No dishes/utensils or towels were in the room.
- 2.5/5
It was a place to lay my head. No water pressure anywhere
- 3/5
No full breakfast just a coffee bar (it should state this in the description for the hotel). Pool was ok but lots of leaves and leftover towels. A front desk clerk was more busy with phone calls and I asked but couldn't get any pillows. Only two towels for eight people in a room.
- 2/5
The pool area had no towels, front desk staff stated they are washing some and will be done in 20 minutes. Went back after 20 minutes and still no towels. No room service. Not a good stay
- 1.5/5
My children's room was in terrible condition. The mattresses were all covered in urine, the bathroom was filthy, the cabinet doors were broken, and the TV was cracked. I had to ask them to replace the sofa bed mattress because it was in really bad shape.
- 3.5/5
For the purpose of our trip, this was the perfect location. Our room refrigerator and freezer did not work and kept defrosting and leaking all over the floor. Wouldn't freeze anything in the freezer and barely kept food in the fridge cold.
- 0.5/5
It was clean and close to everything. I had to pay for my room twice. I paid through Booking, but when I checked in, both the lady in front of me and myself had our payments come up missing in the system, and we both had to pay again at the time of check in. I didn’t have time to get it sorted out when I checked in as we were running late to our concert. I spoke with the person at the front desk and she took my name and number down so she could escalate it to her manager. I spoke with Booking, who called the property, and all the could do was email the property. I was told i had to wait at least 48 hours for a response. I’m out a lot of money right now for one of the worst nights of sleep ever.

Was here for once night for a wedding. Basic needs but room was clean and bed comfortable. Price was high but the least expensive in the area for this time of year.
- 3/5
Not much to say. It was clean and staff was nice. No Marriott but it was worth the price. Lack of hot water
- 3/5
Overall I give this a 2.5. Very low end facility. Hallways smell odd..(old?). Absolutely a bare bones room. You have to ask for every little item. Floors were dirty upon realizing after wiping up a small water spill. Haven’t had a hotel room in near 15 yrs that didn’t have a hair dryer.
- 3/5
The lady at the check-in was great. The complementary breakfast didn't have much to offer and the coffee wasn't very good. The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds could use an upgrade and were a little high in my opinion. Location was convenient to access the freeway.

At 9pm I went to the front desk to request a late check out. The clerk working said I could check out at noon the following morning and wrote down a note of this. At 10:40am housekeeping knocked on the door. Later housekeeping, staff, and the manager all knocked on the door, called on the phone, and threatened to throw me out before noon. This is an unacceptable way to approach a paying customer staying in your hotel. The women manager has high axiety and should not be in the hospitality industry. Very rude and poor experience. Also the motel had odd stale smells in the hallways during the stay.

My family stayed in room 210. The front desk was called after finding roaches in the room. Maria came up and saw the roaches herself, even stepped on one with her shoe. She apologized for the inconvenience. My family did not stay. They were offered to go to a different room but none was available. A request for a full refund was made and they left. The manager was not on duty and has not reached out to my family in regards to this. Yes, she has a contact number for us and a message to call us. We are currently waiting for her to call with a waiver code for a refund. This property will not be revisited by any of us again.

The next evening when I returned, I realized my room had not been serviced—my bed had not been made, and no fresh towels were provided. I called the front desk to mention the issue since no one was there when I left earlier in the day. The young lady I spoke with said she would inform housekeeping but could not guarantee the room would be serviced. When I asked why, she explained they might be too busy. When I came back later, the room still had not been serviced. I went to the front office to speak with the young lady in person, and she told me that one housekeeper had called out, leaving only one on duty, who chose not to service my room. I then requested clean towels, which she did provide. Additionally, during the times I called while I was out, I was placed on hold for so long that I eventually had to call back repeatedly. Despite all of this, I still chose to leave a small gift for the hotel—a set of 16 hangers and a measuring cup—items I had to purchase myself because the room did not have them.

Water was shut off for a whole day without informing me. I was met with annoyance when asked when it would come back on. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not. Tried to call the esa guest relations- not open, three days later, no one has returned my call. They also refused to give me linen for the pullout bed. Very poor customer service. No follow through when I asked for help. I ended up leaving two nights early and of course no refund. Besides that, there was mold in the shower and the room stunk to high heaven, window wouldn’t open. I won’t be staying here or any extended stay again.

Though the property has kitchen amenities, there are no equipment readily at hand, you need to request them. The food to go like muffins and sachet oatmeal are controlled by the desk clerk, you have to point what you want and desk clerk will give it to you. The housekeeping is basically self service: throw the garbage on your own, ask for new towels to trade in for the used ones from the desk clerk. I also requested for housekeeping from the desk clerk but no one showed up.This probably how the hotel keeps the cost down but works for me for three nights of stay.

The staff was very capable and friendly. The location was great and the primary reason we selected this hotel. The hallways were clean. The room was spacious, but needed updating. The cabinets in the kitchenette were in terrible condition, the bathroom vanity as well. The mattress was lumpy. The linens seemed clean, so that was good. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, that wasn’t in the hallway. The offered breakfast was meager, there was coffee, but the prepackaged muffins appeared to be kept behind the front desk which often was vacant, the staff seemed to stay in a back room most of the time. Glad we were not really there for an “extended” stay, felt bad for the people who were.

The overall experience was not good. We did not stay there for the night. Hotels.com buffered during the process for same-day reservations. got an email a couple hours later confirming reservation. Called the hotel to confirm with them since it was already check-in time. The lady was obviously overwhelmed when speaking with her. She stated they were fully booked. And then put me on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. We drove down there anyway. When in line to check in the guy before us was advised they did not have a clean room for him to stay. He said give me fresh sheets and I will remake the med myself, and they did hand him fresh sheet. Not a best practice for cleanliness in my opinion. Then the couple just behind the first guy, demanded a refund for how dirty their hotel room was. Enough witnessed there to walked out. We found another hotel, more expensive, but worth it. Hoping this hotel was just having an off day, but with their scoring of 6.2 out of 10 on Hotels.com my guess it wasn’t. Live and learn, perhaps anyone who is adverse to dirty hotel rooms should consider hotels with a rating of 8 or higher, in my opinion.

Cons: Breakfast (packaged muffins and Nutrigrain bars) behind the front desk; they didn't put coffee out until 6:00 a.m. and if you are from the Eastern time zone, you want your coffee earlier; only soap and shampoo in the bathroom; you hear everything in your room - hallway, upstairs, etc. so if you want a quiet place, this may not be a good option. This is a lower cost option for the area so if you don't need the frills, it is a good economic choice. Overall my stay was good but there were the few things I would change.

It was clean, quiet and the pool was warm in late October. Breakfast was sparse with coffee, tea, oatmeal, mini muffins and nutri-grain bars.

The refrigerator door would not close. When I called downstairs to report it the clerk didn’t seem too concerned. I had read reviews about the place, they were all very positive. I suppose it was better than most of the properties of this chain of hotels. It was okay for a one off. I think I will stay elsewhere next time.

At check-in we were told that while all of their rooms are pet-friendly and advertised as such, only a few actually accept pets. We were only given option of cancellation. I asked to speak with manager or pay extra cleaning fee for my cat but neither were an option, we were just turned away.

Good place to stay , nice and clean. The only thing is that when I search for the hotel said breakfast included , and there’s only coffee and granola bar or muffin plus you have to ask at the front desk for the muffin . There’s no breakfast included haha .

Breakfast was a muffin and tried several days for coffee but no creamer or sugar. Staff said they didnt have any. The kitchen in the room was nice, but just empty cabinets. I tried to get a coffee maker, which they had available but you must purchase from a store off property. We ended up just going to find breakfast at different places. Basically just used to shower and sleep.

During check-in on October 16, 2025, the front desk informed me that I owed an additional $11.98 because the room type I prepaid through Hotels.com was “unavailable.” I explained that the prepaid rate should be honored, as I had already paid in full. Despite my explanation, the staff initially refused to correct the charge. After roughly 20 minutes and several requests, the manager was contacted and finally agreed to honor the original prepaid rate. This is the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this in more than two years of booking through Hotels.com. I wanted to report it to ensure this property is aware that guests shouldn’t be asked to pay extra when their reserved room type isn’t available. Thank you for reviewing this incident.

The bathroom smelled like urine. The walls were so thin that you could easily hear people in the hall, outside, upstairs. There was never any milk or creamer for the coffee and I had to ask for sugar. There were crickets in the room every day.

It's a dog friendly extended stay hotel so it was really nice to see a couple of very nice doggies. The people there are nice and everybody is respectful of each other's space and property. I only stayed for a couple nights but I slept very well and the bed was very comfortable. I did not hear dog barking at all and the place was clean upon my arrival. The front desk was helpful and they did not have any issues with early check-in or check out. I had a very comfortable and professional experience there. There's a diner right across the street. They have baked goods for breakfast every morning and free coffee. There is nothing in the rooms however you can request at the front desk if you need things like utensils. I would stay there again if I had to. It's a no frills hotel but it's safe quiet and comfortable. The hot water was hot and everything worked in the room.

The front desk has a big TV and ominous warnings about security, sending a very strong vibe of "This area is unsafe!" I don't think it's that bad but they certainly try to convey that. Also, I and somebody else asked about a restroom to use (we were both checking in), and the front desk woman kind of sneered that there wasn't any. I won't stay here again, and probably never at any other Extended Stay America property.

The room was filthy and the place was poorly maintained.

Stayed the night for early medical appointments for my child. Requested handicapped room. Front doors aren’t handicapped accessible, making it difficult to get in. The room itself looked nice and clean. Did the normal bed bug check, dropped stuff off. Went to grab food as it was late. Came back set up nightly machines etc, went to bathe child, no shower curtain dirty tub and nasty walls. So we decided we didn’t need a bath after all. So we went to sleep and brushed our teeth in the kitchenette sink in the morning and gone by 730
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Excellent front desk service
- 1/5
The room wasn’t bad but just to check in I waited over an hour with two different set of guest to just check in and that’s with calling their customer service phone number and being on hold a lot. Then checking out they were pounding on the door before 11 to make sure we were leaving. A very irritating experience and will not be doing a repeat of this on my other trips to the area.
- 5/5
Like I say every time, my time at Extended Stay was as good as always.
- 1/5
Checking in they wanted the ID of both adults which was suspicious. We went up the elevator and there were no signs indicating the direction of the room or where the elevator was when leaving the room. No toiletries in the room at all, not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. Finally, they knocked on the door at 7:15. Am wanting to come check the shower drain. They acted as if my refusal was a problem.

Someone came into my room twice during the time that I visit your suite. The first time I noticed my microwave have been used and I didn’t bring anything to microwave. It had 40 seconds left on the microwave so the next time I left, I put a paper at the top of my door and when I came back, the paper was in the hallway you need to be aware of this. There was really no way I could prove that you would believe me but it happened
- 5/5
Thank u for making me feel at home
- 5/5
The stay was nice and easy I'd rate this place higher.
- 2/5
The area is nice and it was ok for the price. There were some sketchy people there, felt a bit unsafe at night. The pull out bed we had was very gross and would not sleep on it.
- 5/5
Clean and quite

The credit card machine was broken. We had to run ten times my credit card. The receptionist did not even apologize. Sheets are poor quality and mattrass is uncomfortable. No water bottles in the room.

- 5/5
Itvwas very nice
- 1/5
Both beds were super uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The pull out couch part had no sheets no pillow and no blanket. When we went down to the front desk to get them they told us they only had one extra blanket and nothing else that they could give us. The bathtub floor was black and dirty and the entire night animals and people were yelling and making noises.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and the staff was really nice
- 1/5
I had a reservation at this property. It was fully paid for. When I showed up, they informed me at the front desk that the night audit had started so they could not get me a room. My choice is worth me to wait two hours or go to a different property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and acted as if I was being reasonable saying that I should be allowed to go to a room that I had paid for. Never, ever stay at this property.
- 1/5
They are very disrespecting

- 1/5
The good thing about this property is that they gave me a refund because I didn’t feel safe there
- 1/5
The pool is closed. Total bait and switch. They don’t advertise that the pool is closed and we stayed here so our children could swim. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America after this. No discount was offered, no refund. The corporate leaders need to be forced to stay in a hotel room after their kids go down to swim and it’s 110 degrees. Staff is awesome. Clean hotel. Not forgiving the bait and switch.
- 5/5
Convenient and all amenities are available .
- 1/5
It was the most dirty room I even stay. bathtub, floors, all were dirty. Seems like room haven't clean at all. it was late and I was so tired and has to work early next day and I drove four hours that I wasn't strong enough to fight with staff for another room.
- 5/5
In the middle of renovations in the whole building. Strong odor of paint, couch in the hallway, unable to push cart pass the elevator hallway.
- 2/5
Felt like I was walking into a detention center when entering the “lobby”. The room smelled weird, microwave wreaked of something burnt, no stopper for the bathtub, Luke warm shower water at best, rock hard bed, no signal on the TV the first night. Spend more and stay elsewhere.
- 3/5
The hotel was being renovated. Lots of amenities were needing repairs or replacement.

- 4/5
The place was very clean. It was newly painted, and there was maintenance going on while I was there. They have a pool, and a small gym (though, I did not visit either).
- 1/5
Front desk was rude and our room smelt like urine. The cushions on the pull out bed were torn and there was blood stains on the mattress.
- 2/5
It was under construction and smelled in the room
- 5/5
Had everything we needed
- 5/5
This place was at first sketchy, there was a lot of people who looked like they lived on the streets and stayed here for another option to sleep. However the area didn’t look beat up and it was secured.
- 1/5
Rude staff. Dirty accommodations.
- 5/5
The overall experience was great. The only thing I can say is the room we stayed in had an issue with the bathroom door getting stuck from the inside. Someone had to open it from the outside to get out.
- 4/5
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and easy to access from the highway. I was disappointed that the "breakfast" was only coffee. Although the coffee was good!
- 4/5
In the process of remodeling. We stayed in an older room because it was available earlier. Didn’t have duel nightstands, which are very useful for a couple of senior adults. The desk chair had many stains.
- 5/5
Just what I needed to get away. Location was perfect, close to the 51 and downtown. All good.
- 2/5
The only problem was with the check in. The system was down and it took over 40 minutes to get a room. The woman at the desk was very nice and did her best to help.
- 4/5
Clean and economical hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
- 4/5
It met our needs for the night! It was good!
- 3/5
NO room service: terrible, if you need something you have to go personally to the lobby (get clean towels, shampoo, toilet paper, empty the trash can, etc)...
- 4/5
Overall Good, but I had to go to front desk to pick up kitchen stuffs. This hotel used to keep everything in the kitchen. The kitchen sink was draining slow. Disposal was stuck. This is obviously simple overlook of maintenance which daily cleaning could cough and fix.
- 1/5
This place was so dirty. Homeless people everywhere. The front staff was really nice though
- 3/5
The hotel was fine. The bed was as hard as a rock so we both woke up with aching backs. I was not thrilled with no housekeeping service. After paying almost $700 for a 4 night stay, I do expect clean towels and a freshly made bed. I was told if I wanted clean sheets, I had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and they would exchange them for clean ones. There are no ice machines, and the vending machine with drinks was empty. The room had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware. The staff were friendly.
- 4/5
Under major construction, so it impacted their scores a little. Besides that, no issues.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Convenient location and inexpensive
- 1/5
Never again. Room 233. Bath does not drain. 4” of water with a fast shower, bath sink does not drain and splatters everywhere and Full of water from short use. Checked in…tv remote had no batteries and no back…kitchen counter had paint peeling off….hallway and elevator to the 2nd floor was disgusting… dog hair and trash everywhere…outside our room was 5 huge bags of garbage…halls had a terrible smell. We were locked out of the outside door…one of the nights when returning…took 20 minutes to finally see someone inside to let us in! Very disappointed to say the least!!!!!
- 2/5
This hotel was understaffed and took forever. There was always a line to talk to the front desk. The room phone didn’t work had to use my cell to contact them. Front desk was friendly but at one point one of the housekeepers came up to tell us to be quite cause the downstairs people complained but we were no where being loud. And the housekeeper was extremely rude when telling us! Also at some point the staff came up to tell us that our shower was leaking to the downstairs room! They told us they may have to change us rooms but they never came back and told us anything. They also say they have kitchen items that could be delivered to your room but when I called they said they didn’t have any available. I waited for maybe over 5 hours and called so many times to ask if they had any yet and they never got any. Floors were also so dirty could tell they had not been mopped! Over all bad experience!
- 3/5
The stay was ok, staff wasn't the friendliest and breakfast was very small.
- 3/5
Room was great but service lacked a bit. What you got is what you got no budge was told they were oversold and we might not have a room. GJ
- 3/5
It needs improvement
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
This was a spring stay, so I cannot comment as to the adequacy of air conditioning in the summer, but the thermostat worked perfectly for me.
- 5/5
The property has a great staff but, the maintenance on this place has not been kept up. It's much older and it's starting to look and smell very old
- 5/5
All good.
- 2/5
Refrigerator made noise, reported but not fixed. No food service
- 2/5
Older property. Common areas are outdated and worn. The actual unit was worn but clean. Didn’t hable enough pillows for each person and said they were out. Staff was really nice though.
- 2/5
Our room was not clean. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The shower floor was dirty.
- 4/5
Very dated room. Remnants of pet stay. Worn rug. Not pre-stocked with kitchenware or linens for sofa bed. Had to request and go back to welcome desk to get it.
- 2/5
Very dirty, things falling apart. Probably will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again.
- 4/5
No bedbugs!! Reasonably priced, easy check and check out. Nothinf fancy but thats exactly what i needed. Only thing is make sure you bring shampoo/conditioner, all they give you is the bars of soap.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff
- 1/5
This property was dirty! The front door was even dirty all it needed was to be wiped off. We had dirty towels in our room. The paint was peeling, the beds were like big cots and extremely uncomfortable, the floors were dirty and had gum stuck and rubbed into them, the shower head was coming off the wall, there was no breakfast or coffee, the stairwell smelled like pot! The first two days, the pool was warmer than bath water and the next days it was too cold to get into. The front desk people were nice but it didn’t make up for the stay!
- 2/5
Never again.
- 1/5
It was terrible, very dirty in the rooms. It was disgusting I found a roach the morning we were leaving. It smelt gross. So disappointed in our stay. My daughter had a cheer comp in Phoenix for the weekend as we are out of state. Wish I would of stayed somewhere else. The couch bed was literally springs so she got terrible sleep.
- 2/5
Soap had been previously used; bed clanged whenever I moved; noisy - both from the hall and from above me; breakfast pitiful, hallways and check-in areas were dingy.
- 4/5
You should let people know during booking that you only serve oatmeal or muffins for breakfast
- 2/5
Property has been deteriorating for the last four years. Desk said upgrades will start this n April but that didn't help this trip. Kitchen faucet leaked all night and the shower was stuck on full hot so no shower. Xlicia the desk woman was very helpful but nothing she could do. At least the elevator which was broken for more than a year was fixed. Hope the new owners are good. Stay away until you see improved reviews.
- 5/5
Children jumping at 2:00am and again @5:00am, we understand that this family live here, but why put out of town travelers, in the same wing? Bathroom sink backed up from first hand wash on, leaking under sink, with a large trash can catching leaking drops, very annoying while trying to sleep. My husband brought to morning managers attention, his response was “housekeeping is supposed to inform him and obviously they didn’t”. Have stayed here in the past, and was satisfied, difficult to enjoy stay this trip.
- 3/5
It is what it is... A bit rough but affordable
- 2/5
Room had stained carpet. Strong use of air freshener, had to keep window open.
- 4/5
Extended stay was in a great location for our trip to Phoenix. Was not too expensive and I did feel secure while we were there. Would do it again.
- 2/5
When I get to my room it is unbearable. It reeked of a very strong perfume of some kind probably a cleaning solution. I had to turn off the A/C and open the window for the duration of my stay. The building is outdated and in need a makeover. The cabinets in the kitchenette area were in need of a facelift. The laminate was peeling away.
- 3/5
A little expensive. And comes with roaches.
- 4/5
not much of a breaksfest
- 4/5
When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine. The remote was very touchy wasn't real easy to use if I had to stay here again, I most likely wouldn't. I was only here for a specific reason this weekend
- 2/5
The room lacked trash can, no shower curtain, and refrigerator was not plugged in.
- 1/5
Smelly, dirty, noisy
