Nothing. The front desk let goods of mine go missing while I went to my room as a couldn't carry everything with and the I return hopefully getting the rest of my belongings and they were gone, hundreds of dollars missing. The sketchy front guy said he set them on the counter for me huh. We'll they do have cameras but cant look until manager is in. We'll she was in off n on but still nothing from anyone. This place should definitely not be in business.

The location to the airport The staff was very rude, the facility was dirty, the room looked like it was about 50 years old
- 1/5
It looked institutional, at best. It had an odor, bath drain was rusty and tub was disgusting. The kitchen ‘counter’ had stains and burns. We left immediately and went to Drury Inn, across the parking lot. That hotel was fantastic

It was just ok. Main thing I enjoyed was not having to sleep outside. Beds could not be more uncomfortable. I'm not sure which God I angered to be assigned this level of hell bed. Luckily I found a giant unmarked bag of pills under the mattress that turned out to be 800mg ibuprofen. The universe smiled on me. You may not be so lucky. You've been warned.

Otherwise, the room was definitely worn and not clean. Hairs in the bathroom. A soda can still in the trash. Stains on the sheets. People lingering in the parking lot for hours on end. Only stay if you have to and be prepared for long waits at checking.

Dirty. Room ( non smoking) reeked of smoke. Smelled.
- 2/5
It was kind of close to airport It seems dirty. There was a cockroach in my shower in the morning. And the bed sheets/blankets were scratchy.
- 0.5/5
No Ice No access from the other doors to enter the property Room wasn't ready when I arrived No good breakfast 1 luggage cart only No light bulb in the lamp by the desk Dishes were dirty that I asked for to cook No dish washing liquid
- 0.5/5
T he day didn’t have a room for me
- 2/5
First, no airport shuttle. Taxi to the very close hotel is $18. The room had big stains on the carpet, the light over the desk did not work, and the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. One small bar of soap, no shampoo or other amenities. Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Proximity to airport Gross. The hall stunk of cigarette smoke. Entered my room and there was a horrible chemical smell. Carpet was gross. Came out the next morning around 8/9am and the breakfast bar was empty. Like it had never been stocked or straight up robbed. The beds suck!
- 2/5
I thought I would like breakfast and the proximity to the airport and why I initially booked. Faith was a sour puss the morning we attempted to leave. She was not very helpful when we asked questions. Made me feel like we were an inconvenience.
- 2.5/5
Close to airport. Staff was attentive. Free parking. We smelled marajuana upon arriving. The rooms are older and not worth the price. This was the second most expensive room in my trip out west for an entire week, it was not worth that. There was a group of women standing outside the front door at 2am.
- 2/5
The room was OK but there was left over food in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The hallways were noisy until 2am and the rooms were not insulated for noise. The air conditioner was making loud squeaky noises when the fan was running. I don’t think I would stay here again.
- 4/5
The coffee bar could use a little more options as far as food goes. But it was good. My room was clean, and it was quiet at night so i was able to sleep well. I was pleasently surprised. It is a nice place to stay and the staff are friendly.

- 0.5/5
Not much … Room was filthy, not vacuumed, dried ice cram from prior people dried on counter, toilet dirty, pubic hairs in shower, toothpaste spray all over sink faucet and all over the mirror. Floor in bathroom not swept. It was gross and for $158 I should have a clean room. Trash at end of hallway full , ketchup all over the floor dried up, hallways very dirty .
- 0.5/5
Location No bathroom in lobby for customers just arriving to use before checking in. ADA issues: 1. No handicap buttons to open main entrance doors to open to walk through or bring luggage in/out. 2. No way to keep room door open to maneuver into room. 3. Room assigned had no shower for mobility issue customers. Had to change rooms due to water leaking/ not turning off in bathroom. Second room had electrical outlets issues. Employees/front staff not welcoming or accommodating to someone who needs the restroom and then told they couldn’t check in till 3:30pm. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Property states it’s a smoke free hotel but clearly it wasn’t. Property needs maintenance issues done, updating, a designated smoking area to say the least.
- 2/5
A very foul and old smell in the room. The building is not maintained well.
- 3/5
Room felt stuffy maybe cause the tub faucet leaked all night (super noisy). Staff was nice but wasn’t able to exchange room-didn’t have any(supposedly booked).Didn’t try the breakfast. Served the purpose one night stay.
- 2/5
One room sink was clogged, looks old and poorly maintained The other room one light didn't work and several outlets didn't work either
- 3/5
We only stayed for 5-6 hours because it was a quick drive to the airport. The reception staff is the treasure of this hotel.
- 2/5
Very budget hotel. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast
- 3/5
Negative features (Cons): I requested a third-floor room away from the elevator but was assigned a second-floor room near it. The staff's behavior is inconsistent; they can be friendly when they choose to be. No housekeeping service is provided. The concept of the hotel is interesting, but not my favorite. Overall, this hotel and its location served their purpose for this trip.
- 1/5
The staffing at night was horrible we as towels and thrown to us un folded, microwave didn't work and no ice available.most of all the TV didn't work either. 495.00 worst stay ever
- 1/5
Room is sub par, not enough tp in the room. Corners of bathroom not clean. Stained mattress broken phone, broken door lock. Doors dont open and close properly , loose screws in hinges.
- 1/5
I had a book reservation. I drove 6hrs from California and when I arrived the clerk said that they didn’t have a room for me that they over booked and there was nothing she can do. I will never booked at this hotel again.

Mold and mildew literaly covering the ceiling in the bath.
- 2/5
Staff were helpful; but their hands were tied. “Grab n Go” breakfast was Very limited and was not restocked at 8:15 when it was to go until 9:30f. TV didn’t work - despite repeated requests for repair. Bathroom fan didn’t work- again with repeated requests. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way with pull unattached and hooks missing. Towels weren’t worth stealing to use as garage rags. Won’t be back!

There was people getting high in the parking lot and homeless people all around. They were afraid to even get out of their car. Very dirty and nasty. I will be contacting someone about this.

At check in we were sent to a room that had not yet been serviced (bed was undone, trash in the room, etc). We came back to the lobby and let the front desk person know. He didnt even apologize for sending us in a dirty room. We were reassigned and the new room was not as clean as it should be. There was a stain on one of the pillows, spill on the carpet, and mold in bathroom sink.

It is a clean and nice place for a night stay. I had a stay over for airplane flight. I had a Uber pick up at the airport and a return drive to the airport. Plus I ordered dinner by DoorDash and delivered to my door! Finally, there was a Continental breakfast at 3:00AM. Totally pleased with this location!

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and burn marks on the counter and desktop. The sheets smelled like the room had been smoked in. Staff was very friendly. Lobby was tidy. Neighborhood seemed ok. I expected the room to be a little dated. Probably could have looked the other way on the sheets, as I know there are rooms that used to be smoking rooms, but the mold on the ceiling was bothersome and nothing was offered to be done about it.

The refrigerator wasn’t working because it’s installed on the wrong side of the cabinet and was unvented. The AC was struggling and noisy all night. Definitely not soundproof rooms because you could hear everything going on around you. The bed was not comfortable and we struggled to sleep. The property is in serious need of maintenance everywhere. And $150 deposit for such an experience - insane. Also no elevator - had to lug suitcases up stairs. Their pool was lagoon looking water and murky - obviously not maintained.

Good hotel, clean and friendly. Try getting room on University Ave rather than airport side of building, NOISE.

Small lobby no place to sit. I wonder if people live at this property short or long term? Had a kitchenette nothing in the drawers or cupboards no ice on site. Not even a glass in the room. We did go next door for drinks and ate. Best part of our stay awesome bartender waitress.
- 3/5
Pay for what you get. Old building, elements of rooms updated, coffee bar and muffins. Excellent place to just sleep - very quiet.
- 4/5
Nice cheap stay
- 4/5
Overnight stay, room was ready and clean! Check-in and check -out good! Would recommend!
- 1/5
Internet terrible couldn’t watch tv noisy and no ice!!
- 3/5
Post be excited stay but if you wanted to cook in your room you had to ask the front desk for everything you need. To big of a hassle
- 1/5
There is no restroom in the lobby. We'd had a long ride before we checked in, so I asked where the restroom is and the old man at front desk said there's no public restroom while he knew that we're guests and about to check in. The room was old and smelled old. There was no toothpaste and no hair dryer. They arranged a studio suite for us, but there was no plates or cups or anything we can use to contain food in the cupboard. The design of the bathroom was very inconvenience, the toilet was dirty like it wasn't cleaned enough. Water from the shower was so weak! The last terrible thing was at 11:00 AM there was a woman knocking on the door, and warned us that the checking out time is 11:00 and if we checked out late we would be charged a late fee. I don't think I'll ever want to come back to the hotel. And I want to tell people about my story so they can consider their stay somewhere else if they don't want to experience like me.
- 2/5
If you’re looking for a place with convenient access to the airport and nearby dining options, this location is a solid choice. However, if the appearance and condition of the room are essential to you, it may be worth considering other options or checking if the property offers recently renovated rooms.

Nothing
- 1/5
Its. It the property it's Expedia I sat in the lobby for 5 hours the night before my son's graduation couldn't shower or sleep Expedia did nothing to help the managers refused to escalate the call to management I will never use the. Again

Good place to stay
- 5/5
Great location if your flying out in the morning. About ten minutes from car rental drop off. Gas stations and a wafflehouse near by.
- 5/5
Typical hotel, no issues. The gentleman helping us was pleasant and worked quickly. The floor above us was noisy, thin walls, but nothing about the hotel itself. 8 min uber to the airport, no pool, and didnt try the breakfast.
- 3/5
Customer service was GREAT and helpful . Especially the young lady was new hire :-) very sweet. They only service coffee, oatmeal, and cookie for breakfast . I was kind of disappointed.
- 4/5
Our room was clean and very efficient. Glad the hotel was pet friendly too! Front desk lady was very nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Cool
- 2/5
Dog hair in bed. Human hair in towels in bathroom. Odor in room. Won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Alyssa was excellent during check in
- 4/5
A bit run down. I had a previous stay that was much better. Just luck of the draw
- 2/5
Rooms are very dated.
- 4/5
Breakfast is tiny; it's just muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee, and you have to ask for the food because it's behind the front desk. Other than that, no complaints really.
- 3/5
Not bad for a place to sleep. The manager tagged my work truck to be towed and didnt contact me or let me know in any way other than taping a pice of paper to the truck. That paper got caught in my window and pulled up the plastic. The only entrance and exit is the front lobby door. Breakfast is under guard as if you are in jail and collecting your daily rations. Some staff ok, others are akward. Manager is too busy with a different property.
- 4/5
Easy access
- 5/5
Able to check in late. Close enough to the airport. Waffle House is close
- 2/5
Additionally, the fridge periodically made a loud humming noise and the AC wreaked every time it came on. The filters were replaced, however, the stench returned shortly after housekeeping replaced them.
- 3/5
All good
- 4/5
Bathroom outdated. Rust around sink drain. Limited toiletries
- 4/5
I could have booked another hotel with free bfast with that money.
- 4/5
Decent enough for business trip, quiet and comfortable. Kitchenette was bonus
- 3/5
Okay hotel in a good location for the airport. Kitchenettes are pretty old - no dishware at all. Older hotel with a few topical attempts to update. Needs a complete remodel. Various food smells (take-out food) up and down the hallways (not pleasant). Overall, it's an okay place to stay a night during travel.
- 1/5
Close proximity to the airport, but that’s as far of a positive experience I’ll go. Complete lack of customer service with zero consolation for their computer system update that occurred upon checkin around 12:35am. I was told the system update may take at least 30 minutes, but the lady at the front desk could not definitively confirm a wait time of only 30 minutes. Had a toddler in a car, and being told to wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes without giving us access to a bathroom or any amenities is frustrating and infuriating. No water, no bathroom, no comps, no reserved parking spaces for checking in (completely full non-ADA parking, so had to park far away from lobby entrance), no reason to stick around and put up with an outdated check in system. Recommendation to executive leadership: grant access to managers and provide resources to the front end staff to allow them to offer amenities and comps to make the wait somewhat worthwhile. Consider the perspective of travelers: get off a long flight, deal with the line at the car rental counter, show up to the hotel ready to sleep, but then only be told that despite having payment ready and with other tired family members in the car waiting to get in the room, the computer system is updating and will take at least 30 minutes. There is either zero or minuscule warning posted anywhere online that checkin around midnight is subject to at least a 30 minute delay by no fault of the guest.

This was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area near the Phoenix airport. Other hotels were twice as much. I just needed to spend the night before driving the next day to Sedona. It was fine. Bed was small. Overall clean with one random hair wad on the floor. That was weird. Shower spray was not good. No rear entrance so had to park in back and walk around the building. It’s an older hotel so could use a facelift but served its purpose.
- 5/5
March 25 the woman who checked us in was very patient with other customers, as well as us. The overnight man was great also. I was tired and did something wrong and was embarrassed, but he made me feel as if it was no big deal. How do you find such lovely employees?
- 3/5
OK hotel. We thought the room came with breakfast, they did have coffee in the lobby. Didn't expect much, we were not disappointed.
- 5/5
ok
- 4/5
The only bad thing was the sink must've been clogged because it drained very slow.
- 1/5
Upon checking in the room was outdated and dirty , I had to request to be moved bathroom was disgusting with poop on the side from previous guest
- 2/5
It was ok. It was upsetting to see the floors were stained. There was only on entrance in the whole building, had to park in the back, couldn't use side doors, had to walk to front with luggage. Continental breakfast was behind front desk with very few items to choose from. Over all for it being an MLB sponsor, it was runned down and not clean. We were disappointed.
- 1/5
Secondly, there was a sign in the foyer for a continental breakfast. The only thing on the credenza was two coffee urns and one for hot water. Continental breakfast nowhere to be found. Nor did the desk clerk mention anything about food. My friend happened to see some cellophane-wrapped muffins and boxes of oatmeal behind the checkout counter! Not acceptable AT ALL! Also, you have to ask (and be specific) about any silverware, glasses, cups etc. you need. Asked for silverware and was given two spoons and two forks. No knives! Needless to say I will never, ever stay at this Extended Stay America again. Not worth the $150 by any stretch of the imagination!!!
- 1/5
No ice machine. No water in vending machine. Bad smell in room and on 2nd floor. Old and run down. No amenities at all.
- 3/5
Clean enough and secure, but not in the best neighborhood and limited dining options. Virtually no amenities.
- 5/5
Just an average hotel.

Staff I encountered the first two days were nice. After that, the gentleman that I seen working between coming/going didn’t speak (in all fairness I didn’t speak to him either). The bed was incredibly uncomfortable for me. I didn’t sleep well on any night. My back hurts horribly & I’ve been having back spasms nonstop. the bed squeaked with absolutely EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT (I’m not blaming that entirely on the bed. I’m heavier set). The pillows seem incredibly used, very flat. No cushion for comfort whatsoever. At first glance, the room would appear clean, but I am a person that does my own cleaning upon arrival, the level of dirt and dust and was not ok, in my opinion. Seems quite outdated. The dresser in the room looked as if it was purchased from a garage sale. On short notice, the price was right but it was also FAR BELOW my usual comfort level. I’ve never stayed in an “EXTENDED STAY” establishment or anything of their caliber. I can say that I never will again. Not because of lack of service or staff, but the cleanliness was not up to par for me, comfort wasn’t up to par and the smell were a big turn off for me. The location was convenient for all my traveling via Uber. I had 12 trips using uber to/from and my most expensive was $15.85.
- 3/5
Place has a kitchenette but the facility has no ice machine
- 1/5
Staff wasn’t very friendly from check in to check out. There was a loud clicking noise coming from the restroom all night long.
- 2/5
Not sure why there is a fridge and stove. No dishes in cabinets. The so called "breakfast" is coffee😳
- 3/5
Compared to any other hotel room with kitchen options, this place was sub-par. Had to get the utensils from reception and most of them were not clean. There was no room service even with a three day stay.
- 3/5
Maintenance issues with the room. Knob on bathroom faucet stripped, so it dripped all night. Diffuser on same faucet was missing so water spayed all over. Had to plug in and set clock radio. Microwave oven didn’t work properly. One of the wall mounted lights was broken. TV picture pixilated, so couldn’t watch. Fortunately, we arrived later in the evening and just needed a place to sleep. Informed the front desk staff about the above issues.
- 2/5
Your online ad states you offer breakfast. That is not entirely correct. You offer coffee and a plastic packaged muffin. Pretty disappointed in that but then your price per night was $100 less than everyone else so .....

The true interconnectedness of diversity is stronger than anything else.
- 2/5
It was in a nice area but the air conditioner didnt work, so only the fan setting was functional. The restrooms were vary tiny, and only a few of the staff were nice.
- 2/5
For an extended stay I would not want to stay here, it was not very clean and up to date. It was ok to sleep and leave
- 2/5
Our refrigerator was not cleaned out before we got there.. The counter was chip on the edges so bad we scraped ourselves. No room service.
- 5/5
Easy to book and check in. Close to airport. Nice room.
- 3/5
There wasnt even a plastic cup in my room and breakfast was a joke.
- 1/5
That I was charged 268.00 for something who knows why ?
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The breakfast selection was limited.
- 4/5
This stay waa part of an extended trip. This location waa what worked for us. All good.
- 5/5
this place was convenient for relaxation and work
- 4/5
This place is great for a quick stay! The staff was friendly and the room had all the necessities. It doesn’t have a full breakfast like other similar locations listed, but it does have grab and go style muffins. It also didn’t have an ice machine so that’s why I didn’t put 4 stars for everything.
- 5/5
Rooms were comfortable, not too many food options in the area. Staff was great. It’s not a full breakfast just muffins behind the desk.
- 3/5
Breakfast was advertised by staff. Only pre-wrapped items Barely qualify as Continental breakfast. Items behind counter, niot readily accessible.
- 2/5
An old property that really needs updating. Staff not overly friendly. Lousy breakfast. No in room coffee. And, worst of all, no hot water!
- 1/5
Rest room unattended no shower curtain .. toilet bowl don't flush good ... Floor not clean

Really friendly staff, clean room
- 4/5
We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room. We had to request clean towels.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable and place was quiet considering it was located near the airport.
- 3/5
Convenient location to airport
- 1/5
Room was dirty, they dont wash the mattress cover, black mold in the refrigerator. The guy at the counter was rude. Ive stayed at a lot of extended stays and this was by far the worst.
- 1/5
My flight got super delayed so I called the hotel to let them know. They said it was ok to check in at any time. When I got to the hotel they said that they couldn’t give me a room because the system was rebooting. What a lack of consideration. I believe they just didn’t want to accommodate me.
- 5/5
Great condition, excellent price
- 3/5
Had only one nightstand, not on both sides of the bed, and no working bedside light :(
- 5/5
Very decent place. Not fancy but very clean and comfortable.

The staff put me a room where there was a strong chemical smell coming from the heater. I was told at 11 am I had a choice of two rooms, the room I was in or another room where the chemical choked you. This location shared my personal information and verified my room number with an unknown person. I am a domestic violence survivor. Please note you pit my life in danger and engaged in assault when you gave me a room with a strong chemical smell. The room was old, filthy and there was the famous person stomping on the floor in the room above me. Do you realize I have videos of people stomping on the floor all over Ohio, to Denver to Arizona. This is stalking and I can only be stalked if you release my personal information and verify my room number. Thank you so much for violating my privacy.

Noise place
- 1/5
The staff shared my personal information and confirmed my room number with an unknown third party. There was a strong chemical odor in the room and the staff refused to change the room. There was a non-employee in my room who posed as a maintenance man who couldn't fix a toilet but wanted to check on the smell. STOP SHARING MY LOCATION THIS IS A THREAT TO MY HEALTH AND SAFETY. I AM A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVOR !

The front desk lady was very rude, unprofessional and needs to find another job if she doesn’t like her current position
- 1/5
Very Basic rooms, old structure from 80’s
- 3/5
The hotel did not provide much in the way of "free breakfast". They had a few packaged muffins behind the counter that you had to ask for, and no milk/cream for the coffee.
- 1/5
The lady at the front counter should find another job if she don’t like her current job.
