Bathroom door was falling off front door didn’t barely work. Someone tried to break in our room at 1 AM. It was the worst day I’ve ever had.

I love the fact it isn't a traditional hotel and has full sized refrigerator freezer and microwave. Fairly peaceful

The overall cleanliness of the property is really bad. This property should have not been listed here. The walls, floors and doors are dirty, the tab is so nasty we were afraid to use it, we ended up not taking a shower there at all. I wish we have time to find another hotel that late. We decided to just sleep there one night and checked out really early. The staff were nice making sure there was a security in that shady area. The staff has to lock the front door of the reception area until the police came due to a questionable character walking around the premises. Some people are just larking around the premises. A couple of people occupying the other rooms are scary making inappropriate comments to my wife. This hotel should be inspected by the city of Phoenix because its condition do not reflect the good environment of the city and not appropriate for a paying customer.

The best thing about the place was the price. The staff was good. The condition of the property was in poor condition and very run down. We will not be staying there again.

TV ..Fridge...Microwave didn't work. Place is a dump with crack heads all over the place. 100% disgusting. Was told no refunds so booked a nice room across town and ate the money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was dufficult to get into the parking lot. There were more than several grasshoppers in our room. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The property was littered with homeless people, people in wheer-chairs, and BBQ pits around the parking lot for someone. I would not advise any female or family to stay here. The tub down-spout was disgustingly dirty. The floor tiles were mis-aligned, the tub floor was stained.

The room smelled awful and it was really dirty. The tub was black, I didn't take a shower my husband took a shower but he wore sandals in the shower. I knew that the place is an older, but there's no reason for the place to be so dirty.

This is NOTHING like the photos on here. NOTHING is clean or safe. The staff all have bad attitudes because they know how bad the place is! Any place that makes you inspect the room BEFORE you check in and pay already knows they are crap. There hasn't been a pool for over a year and they don't plan to fix it. There are homeless living in the parking lot. The room was gross. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There was a big gap under the door and around the door frame. There were barking dogs in one of the rooms being lived in. The filter on the room air conditioner was filthy. And there was a roach crawling in the bathroom.

We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. Dirty and worn out. I did not stay, i lost the entire fare.

My room was not available til 6 pm, breakfast was from vending machine n 4 oz cup for coffee, bathtub was still dirty, bed uncomfortable. I asked for room service and was told there was none cuz I was staying 4 days. If I left my ID they'd give me a broom and trash bags.

Exactly what you'd expect for the price. Nothing fancy but not dirty and nasty either. No bugs ever and as long as you respectful to the staff they remain respectful to you. If you follow their rules you'll have no issues.

I REQUESTED A HANDICAP ROOM AS IM DISABLED AND I EVEN CALLED HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GOT A HANDICAP ROOM OR AT LEAST DOWNSTAIRS AS IM DISABLED WHEN I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN I FOUND OUT I WAS UPSTAIRS AND NO ELEVATOR EITHER. THE LADY AT LEAST CARRIED MY STUFF UPSTAIRS FOR ME MY SUITCASE WAS HEAVY AS I HAVE A HIP REPLACEMENT AND A KNEE WHICH ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GO UP OR DOWN STAIRS. I CALLED THE OFFICE NEXT MORNING IT WAS EARLY BUT I ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY SUITCASE AND STUFF GOING DOWN STAIRS AND WAS RUDELY TOLD NO I HAD TO VERY SLOWLY DRAG MY SUITCASE DOWN THOSE STAIRS 11 STEPS TO BE EXACT UPSTAIRS THE CONCRETE HAS CHUNCKS MISSING AND I EASILY TRIPPED 1 LADY ACTUALLY FELL ONTO HER KNEES TRYING TO GO UP THE STAIRS AS THEY ARE MESSED UP AS WELL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS AGAIN. FOR THE PRICE I PAID WAS WAY HIGH FOR A CRAPPY PLACE LIKE THIS. DIRTY AND ALL. The property is old and run down. There are abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Thank goodness they let us look at the room before we made a decision to check in. Needless to say, we went to another motel

It was close to the freeway The room smelt like cigarettes and had a musty smell, the pavement or walkway to our room felt & looked like it was going to either cave in, tripped over how broken the walkway was.

Had trouble getting the tv, WiFi and door lock to work too.

So dirty we didn't even stay the whole night. Smelled terrible, unknown stains on bed, walls and toilet.

The whole place could use a remodel. When we arrived the toilet was clogged and had to use a condom floating in it. I contacted the front desk and they said they would have somebody take care of it right away. We left for a couple of hours to go have supper and when we came back it was still there. The walls in the bathroom were filthy, and had what appeared to be a blood stain. The bathroom door could not be latched as it looked like someone had kicked the door open and when they repaired the frame, they padded over the hole where the latch would catch. The bed was comfortable for just one night, which was all we needed it for.

The carpet in the room was disgutinly filthy and black and sticky, headboard almost injured me was not hung on tbe wall properly no mounts, room was discolored. Room needs a major overhaul remodel.I had to wait an hour after check in because room was not ready for me

This property is run down. There are shady people in the parking lot. The bathtub was stained, walls filthy. The nicest thing about this property is the rock wall you see in the picture that says extended stay.

I liked the office staff and I liked the large fridge very much I don’t like how the bathtub’s weren’t cleaned I had to do it myself to give my daughter a bath and in all the room just wasn’t cleaned just made looked neat also I got a knock early morning at the door saying they had to spray for bugs but I didn’t allow it bc my 3 yr old was in there so I said no which meant I had to check out before 11 so they could do the spray

How can I give it zero stars? This was absolutely the worst most disgusting room I've ever seen in my life. I've lived in the ghetto in New York in the '90s and this was worse than that. I would never even allow my worst enemy to stay here. The room was absolutely deplorable, and had mold in the bathroom. And the staff was equally as bad.

The front desk host was very nice and let us check out the room before we officially checked in. However, the room was not sustainable to stay in. It smelled of cigarette smoke and there was black mold accompanied by stains on the floors, walls, and bathroom. We quickly decided to not stay here and let the front desk know. She said that was fine and to contact Expedia since the stay was booked through them. After contacting Expedia and explaining this they blamed the hotel saying the hotel had to cancel the reservation first before we could receive our refund and that they couldn’t do anything. The hotel explained since the booking was through Expedia that Expedia needed to first cancel the reservation and there was nothing she could do on her end, even showing us on the computer. Expedia continued to say the hotel just wasn’t approving the refund as we stood in the hotel lobby with the attendant saying the opposite. She was understanding and helpful. Expedia was not. I was told from Expedia we basically had no options even though we never checked into the hotel and there was nothing they could do. This experience was aggravating and nothing sort of stressful. Why would I continue to book through Expedia when I could of just dealt with the hotel directly and completely avoided this? We even purchased the protection plan.

This place is really awful. The bathtub paint was worn away and the vinyl floor was peeling up in a dozen places. It was so bad that I ended up sleeping in my truck in their parking lot. This place is so bad that I wouldn’t even suggest setting up as a homeless shelter. I tried canceling with the desk clerk but they said I have to contact Travelocity. Travelocity has a no cancel policy, so I’m out 1 nights rate. Avoid, avoid, avoid

The room definately needed attention. The curtain was hanging off the rod, the bathtub was disgusting, there were no washcloths, and there were knobs missing off the drawers to the dresser dressers.

Almost all the walls and doors had obvious holes in them that were patched very poorly. The parking lot and surrounding area is very dirty with lots of homeless and drug users. Very old facility, but the staff was nice (Melissa). You can hear all the traffic from the I17 pretty loudly. The room was clean; just old, but cleanliness matters more for me.

When booking with an online broker such as Expedia they give you the dumpiest room. The rooms showin on the site photos are not the ones given to the registered Expedia guest and will only be given for additional upcharge per day if paid upon arrival. The carpet was torn, the furniture was old, weathered and peeling. I also saw a small roach near the sink.

Room was very worn down, dirty and the toilet kept clogging. They scheduled maintenance to spray my room for pests twice while I was there during my four night stay. The hotel was in a very bad part of town and there were homeless people lurking around the parking lot at night. At least I didn't see any bugs so that's a plus.

This place is beat ro death past the front. Staff was nice but it's a poorly maintained property to be kind. Got in late for a 2 night stay or we would have immediately left. Expedia would not let us cancel the second night but we left early in the morning and could not leave fast enough. No way this was a 5.8 rated property and thanks for nothing Expedia, never will use you again!

The room was not clean, all the doors and frames had filthy fingerprints on them. The tub was dirty, we asked for the sheets to be changed before we slept in them as there was paw prints and long hairs on them.

The room was gross. The bathroom was disgusting. Har on the floor. Plumbing was hanging halfway out of was. Shower was filthy and covered in stains. Also the ad for it was misleading. Booking from Oregon and not knowing the city I was led to believe that it was 3.5 miles from cave cr when it was a 35 min drive on the freeway. We didn’t stay there our second night and will never consider it again

Overpriced, It's a super old building in a ghetto area. The repairs that have been done look like they were not done by a licensed professional. They are dog friendly which was nice but several people that did not clean up after their dogs so it's a mine field between the parking lot and the rooms.

Rooms were all rickety, floor wasn't level, the bathroom door was hanging off the hinge, you could hear the people that lived on the side of the premises and the people that lived in their cars on the property, got hit up for blues and everything else, so yeah three stars at best that's on a good day and we got sleep

The room was gross. I felt un-safe. The mattress and box spring were wrapped in plastic. Strange characters and long term residents made me feel like I was in an episode of Breaking Bad. Check-in involved passing my ID through a small hole in the plexiglass while another staff member made fun of my name. I stayed only long enough to get back on the road the next morning. I washed and sanitized everything after I got home.

I enjoyed my time here. The beds were comfortable and the bathtub was clean. Thank you

Do not stay here! The rooms are disgusting; I’m so glad I went to look at my room before we agreed to stay here. There were stains on the sheets, the air conditioner sucked, paint chips all over the floor, the acrylic of the tub was missing in several spots, and there was a notice on the door for a mandatory pest control visit at 10:00-10:30 am and if we did not let them in then we would be charged for it. Do not stay here!!!

The staff were nice. The room we goot looked like it needed updating. The bed was comfortable but they did not have pillowcases on them which i thought was a little funky. Had to use a towel over the pillow. Aside from that, i slept comfortably and for the 1 night i was there, the room setved it's purpose which was yo sleep and shower there then went along my way.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating price was good and they are very fair. I did smoke a couple of cigarettes in the room it was late at night and forgot to go outside. She was very fair about it. The only complaint is the pool was getting empty. I think they were doing repairs. Plenty of parking and waffle house is walking distance.

The exhaust fans cover was hanging down and unplugged because it is from the early 1900s. Now a new fan should be put in it’s not a big deal just to keep you on the up and up because I care man. I hope I don’t get sick from the condition of said fan because it was exposed and who knows what could have fallen out until I put it against the ceiling like it should be. Anyone with any type of skills could have done that, so I don’t know why it wasn’t properly secured. That’s all

With the cost in mind, I highly recommend this budget hotel roomy, clean, good hot water. Noted no shampoo or conditioner is provided.

This facility is conveniently accessed from the freeway and and has ample parking. It looks nice on the outside. However, it appears that this is a property used for short-term housing for homeless person's and families who are subsidized through government programs. There is quite a lot of smoking outside of the rooms. It is recently painted, but the maintenance is very poor (cracked second floor walkways, rusted plumbing, sticky around trash cans). Furniture is basic and lower quality (uncomfortable mattress and linens).

The pool was dry, the bathtub should be replaced, and the concrete on the upstairs walkway was torn up and so uneven that it's a tragedy waiting to happen. This place had to be the worst place I've ever stayed at my life. We rented the roof for two days online. Everything looked good. Got to the hotel and was horrible. The place stunk rooms were dirty. Beds had stains all over them, and that was the good part of it you walk outside and there's hundreds of people just walking around smoking Fentanyl horrible place to stay. Please never take your family there. It will be a night you will.

The good thing about the hotel is there were no bugs. However during our entire stay at least once a day we had to go and get both room keys rekeyed because the door kept rejecting them. The pool was never swimmable as it hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long, the bathrooms were clean but they were run down. One of the rooms that we had the toilet seat I went and bought a screw for the toilet seat because there was only one on it and it was annoying to sit on. With no microwave and no refrigerator in the rooms, it was more expensive to stay here because of having to eat out and not be able to store food then it would have been to go to one of the suites which had a refrigerator , microwave and stove in the room. I understand that we're paying a low rate, however it just seems to me that the basic necessities at the very least should be taken care of.

This place is not good. I had three different rooms and all of them had problems.

I stayed in three different rooms, and something was wrong with each one. First one the floor was flooded with water. The second one the air conditioner went out. The third one I got cut from a sharp part of the bedframe and they didn't do anything about it. Matter of fact they told me I couldn't stay there anymore. This place is terrible.

The best part of that motel is the front desk ladies. They truly understand the hospitality concept: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. If someone has back problems, do not stay at this place. The mattress is so soft you feel like you're in cocoon. Youll end up in a lot of pain next morning. Also, could be a cleaner place.

I understand I don’t get to make up the rules and as someone who used to work in hospitality at a JW Marriott we would always accommodate a late checkout by a couple hours. I was told I was put on the DNR list and if I came back to the property they would call the police. As someone who was sincerely just trying to stay another night I feel like the staff went completely overboard. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. It was like I was being evicted. I realize a lot of people stay past checkout and cause issues as this makes it hard for housekeeping to turn the rooms around. But if I am communicating that I fully intend to pay but am running late you don’t need to come at me with all guns blazing and trea.

DO NOT STAY HERE! 0/10!!!! I booked a last minute room and when I arrived and went up to my room there was feces on the floor. Stains on both of the beds. And that was just enough for me to turn back around I went to the lobby and asked for a refund and she refused and I couldn’t get ahold of the manager she gave me a different room and as soon as I walked in it smelt like urine was soak in the walls. The sheets also had satin the fridge smelt like mildew and there was urine stain dripping down the wall it looked like. I couldn’t stand in the room for more than 2 minutes without feelings nauseous from the smell. This is a HUGE health concern and they need to be closed down. I’ve stayed at motel 6 and they’re honestly a 10/10 compared to this. I’m in the process of getting a refund but please do not waste your money here!!!! I could not express this enough!!!!

After checking in i was already uneasy about the location and the people that hung around the hotel. Once we got to our room we noticed how disgusting the carpet and everything was. Like it’s never been cleaned. It was about midnight and we just sat there trying to unwind. We then saw a couple cockroaches on the end table. At that point I was so grossed out. Then when I got up I saw another cockroach crawling around on the bed. We then said we need to get out of here immediately! After being there for only 30 minutes we left.

It’s an old property with the bare minimum of amenities ie; no coffee pot, no iron or blow dryer, etc. And the cleanliness of the room was done at a bare minimum too, ie; hair in the shower, smeared counter tops, smelled like cat piss, etc.

This property is disgusting! Drug addicts and prostitutes hanging out on the property! We were afraid to leave our room at night! Inside the room was very dirty and clearly nobody cleaned the room before we had stayed! The beds didn't have real mattresses but only a thin foam pad. I was concerned the whole length of my stay about my car getting broken into. Luckily, my car was untouched. Also, the people behind the counter were very rude! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

You get what you pay for most definitely

Carpet is filthy cabinet falling off we cleaned the tub before we would use it.

We didn't expect much for the price we paid! However, not even a ½ hour of arriving, I was really grossed out! I went in to use the restroom and after I stir it up I then noticed the fecal matter that was on the toilet seat prior to our arrival! Our ice bucket smelled of STALE URINE. The next morning about an hour and a half before checkout, our sidewalk was Power washed. The person doing the power washing was not very cautious. We had water puddled up in our room under the door! I am disabled and I almost slipped and nearly fell! Needless to say I won't be spending any more money on any of the related properties in the future!

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly as any of the front desk ladies always ( been here before ) are upon my arrival. I appreciated the lady whom checked me in, allowed me to have a voice / option for the room & wheeere it was on the property, I chose in the back past the pool in #245, it is away from traffic coming in & out and the I17 that’s right next to this property, really it’s a convenient thing being right off the acces road, to get off and not have to go in a big circle to get where I am going, HOWEVER it’s the only thing I BARELY dislike , the highway is right there so if ur room is near the office, oh almost hear as cars will pull-in& out& around all times of the day! So I really appreciated her giving me that final say! I felt welcomed and cared for . I cannot recall the woman’s name that check me in around 4:30apm on a Wednesday May 21st, 2025!! You are an angelic person !! thank you all for everything you do! Your Love and patience always will yo a very long waaay..: just know THiS pretty please! U guys have come so far since the renovation and showing up everyday soooo so can check in simply and efficiently!
