Everything was amazing! ALL of the staff were very nice! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. All of the food was amazing. Literally no complaints about anything! I will 1000% be staying there again and I will tell refer others as well.

Didn’t get to use the pool but I would bet it’s as clean as the rest of the hotel. Definitely recommend. Great pricing and even better than a lot of higher end hotel brands I’ve stayed at!

Stated at this location with my family after driving from Las Vegas. Had stayed here before and everything was great. This time around was amazing. We were greeted and felt welcomed right away. The staff is amazing. The location was serving a dinner buffet and 3 complimentary adult drinks. The pool was well kept and the rooms were extremely nice. Apparently as we were arriving there was police activity (OIS) down the street and not a thing was heard. So I guess the insulation and noise proofing is top tier. Anyway, the place is great. We all loved it.

This place knocked it out of the park. We picked it because it was close to where we needed to be and the price was good. Not only do they have a great breakfast, but you get 3 free drinks each night and the happy hour snack is a full on dinner for free! Coffee and soda are available all day. I hope they bring this brand to California!

Went to Arizona solo to celebrate my birthday e joyed staying here. Staff were helpful and the place was well maintained throughout. Only down fall is no one watches the pool area kids were running, jumping, and splashing guests not with them.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we showed up after having traveled all day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the ease for use of amenities was extremely beneficial. We would absolutely stay here many times over if we were gonna be in the area again.

It's a small things that count at night I like to sleep with noise at home I have a fan this motel provided a fan in the closet that I found that I could use at night for that noise and I slept great And I had to pay instead of being able to stay on just my good looks

Drury Inn and Suites is a wonderful place to stay for business or leisure. The staff were very courteous, helpful and professional. The pool is half indoors and half outdoors. Appreciated the amenities! Especially the continental breakfast buffet and evening lite fare. Ample parking around the hotel. We booked the larger suite. Nice desk to be able to do some work on. The bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the extra long counter to place our snacks and drinks. Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Phoenix.

Our brief stay was very comfortable and watching Tiffany handle the entire breakfast service single-handedly was amazing. The food was great and for the hotel being sold out, I was so impressed with her ability to restock the buffet and turn over empty tables with a smile on her face. Bravo!

We always use this motel because it feels like home away from home. I'd rate the staff 10 on a 10 they are very curteous and welcoming.

Everything was great, but when I checked out I had a question about the three (3) daily taxes on the room/bill: 1. Occupancy Tax 2. Room Tax and 3. Lodging Tax??? The girl at the desk could not explain them, yet I was still charged approximately $20/day. They made know offer of compensation or refund; so we left. Maybe next time someone can at least EXPLAIN what they are. John

Check in was quick and easy, and the quy who greeted us and completed our check in was very nice and efficient. Room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. I checked for bedbugs by pulling down the bedding, no evidence of any bugs in the room anywhere. Nor was there dirt in the corners of the room or behind the bathroom door. Bed and pillows were comfortable too.

The free buffet dinner was modest yet flavorful and a lovely surprise. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub, next time!

Some things that need help… and it’s not crazy because even without the stay was great! No fan in the bathroom Different choices for breakfast essentials… maybe hash browns or country potatoes. Different sausage such as links or bacon. The elevators were a tad slow Dusting is needed especially in the dining area. Hubby looked up at the cabinets while waiting for our toast and there a lot of dust build up. Didn’t look clean : ( But all in all very nice! If we go back definitely staying here again!!!!

Hotel was nicer than expected for the price. The complimentary food in the evenings was a pleasant surprise.

We found several stray hairs throughout the room after every cleaning. The breakfast was not as good as usual and most of the hot food was lukewarm. Drury has been a favorite in my family for 20 years. This location was previously in our top 10 hotels but it fell short on the last visit. Hopefully, it was just a one time deal.

Loved the breakfast. They upgraded our room when we requested a king size bed free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had all the amenities as expected, and the staff were incredibly courteous. This will be our destination for future trips.

What I didn’t like about a hotel is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi pressure in Jacuzzi was pretty low. And the water was not that clean

Room for Improvement: Renovating / modernizing rooms (especially walls) Mattress in the pull out couch are uncomfortable Either way I would stay again because the price is unbeatable for how nice this place is.

What’s really unique about a Drury Inn is the included dinner/drinks from 5:30 to 7 each evening. Also the staff are just a cut above everywhere else we stay!!

This was our 2nd stay at this Drury location in Phoenix. We stayed one other time at their Tempe location as well. We continue to return because their staff us top notch, friendly, helpful, always welcoming. We certainly appreciate that they offer (complimentary) good breakfast items and a small but sufficient and tasty complimentary dinner spread as well, along with free drinks.

This is a nice clean very quiet place that touches the far outskirts of phoenix. It is great if you are driving thru from NM to CA or a similar run and do not won’t to lost hours the metro traffic. It is off the freeway but far enough back so no traffic noice and has a great gas station right next door clean easy in and out to refuel. I always use this hotel on my road trips thru and see my son in phoenix as he lives around the corner and off to see my daughter in San Diego. Rooms are large. Beds and pillows are good. Request an even number floor as they have the ice makers. No ice makers on odd number floors. Nothing, if it all good. Staff is very good. Far better than the more expensive Marriott’s that I used alit over the years. The breakfast is much better as well. Better quality and more selection. Much better juice than the Marriott.

Its my second stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel is very clean and has a great breakfast buffet. We didnt use the bar....but the drinks looked good. Plenty of parking too.

We've stayed here multiple times for college drop-offs and pick-ups, and the Drury Inn in Happy Valley keeps earning our loyalty. The location makes the trip easy, the property is always clean and quiet, and the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable. It's the kind of hotel where you walk in and immediately relax. A consistent favorite and our first choice every time we're in the area.

The location is great. My son lives around the corner and I always see him when I drive from NM to CA to visit my daughter. I don’t like not have ice on all floors this even floor only and always get an odd floor is not great. The lady the serves breakfast and works on the food bar is not very nice. Was short with me when I asked where the spoons were. They are hard see at first where there are compared to the forks and knifes. The front staff were great but that food service lady in her 50s needs to lose the attitude. Ruin my stay and I am really very easy going.

Second stay here at the Happy valley Phoenix location. Food is really great. What really makes this place outstanding is the customer service, the friendliness of the staff and how much they care. The hotel is clean, comfy and safe. We had the pleasure of meeting Kenny. W who is the lead bartender. He was amazing and clearly loves his job! We enjoyed talking to him each night and watching him in action. The guy managed to juggle many things at once and remained calm and friendly. He was a wealth of knowledge all things around Phoenix too. I never got the name of the young man at the Front Desk with the black hair and black glasses but every question I asked he was able to answer. I look forward to a return visit in August.

We drove 3 hours to just have a two great night sleep at Drury's. Breakfast and supper is included with your stay. Plus you get free drinks. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I'm planning to keep going there soon.

I didn't make it to happy hour each night, but the nights I did, the ladies serving up drinks were so welcoming and sweet. One offered delicious suggestions to customize my orders; an olive in the chardonnay, and maraschino cherries in the Moscato! The other one accommodated my request to take my drinks up to my room, and offered a lovely chat about books and movies. The room was so well situated to meet my needs. I had a place for everything, and it was so relaxing to return to after the long training days.

Upon entering, we were welcomed by the front office staff (I don’t remember his name). We were helped by a tall blonde man and he was a joy to interact with, setting the tone for our stay. We came from Tucson for a conference and scheduled our anniversary trip to this hotel as soon as we entered the room. We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate living room because they ran out of king beds which was great and spacious. We were most excited about the 3 free drink per person and 5:30-7 happy hour with free appetizer type food. It was great before heading to dinner and such a nice touch. The property was clean, easy to navigate, and felt like such a jump from the hotels we had experienced prior. We will be visiting Drury’s much more often!

Breakfast was always the same very salty sausage, kitchen meals we liked a lot. Wonderful coffee the best. Wish we had more coffee in the room especially that Iam disabled and I had to send my friend 3 times to get coffee for me and meals.

They have a great happy hour with three free drinks and hot snacks, but it was crowded, nowhere to sit, and a long line for the free drinks. We opted for the very nice nearby restaurants. It has a small pool and only two elevators. After checking the great reviews, we were disappointed. Not sure we would try it again.

The staff was amazingly nice. We had our dog and what a clean and very dog, friendly staff and clientele. We were there for a triathlon and did not get back until checkout time and they gave us a late check out couldn’t have been a better experience.

This is a great place to stay, less than half an hour from the airport. They have everything you need, I got takeout for my mom and I before we checked in and it turns out we didn’t need to because they have pizza, burgers, etc until 10pm (if I’m not mistaken). Beds were comfy, staff was incredibly friendly. It’s a great value to stay here and a convenient location.

Great hotel, nice staff, free breakfast included (typical American style), free taco bar daily with salad, chips and soup, drinks are also complimentary. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. No complaints.

This was amazing! This our first stone booking here but when given the opportunity we will definitely do it again. The place is very clean, has a nice pool, and not has breakfast included but dinner too !!! Including free adult beverages !!!! Needs a better pool area and more elevtors

We ere there for my husband back surgery and Noah not only helped him out of the car but took him up to our room and made sure he was safe. We were very pleased with the breakfast and dinner selections so nice to not have to cope with gooing somewhere off site for a nice meal.

The room was clean, staff was nice, they also included standard breakfast hot and even dinner. Dinner wasn’t anything special but if you like to travel on a budget and still have a clean building and friendly staff it’s a good option. The pool was a disappointment and had several dead bugs floating around and wasn’t very clean we went in and out in five min. The location is great, less than two hours to sedona for hiking and allot of areas to hike around the hotel as well.

The staff were so friendly and very enthusiastic telling me about the very amenities and my room! And I loved the idea of kickback evenings, 3 drinks per person, and the kickstart breakfast. There was so much food! The suite was the best we ever stayed in. But we like blankets and not comforters. The comforters are too hot to sleep with. But we will start staying at only Drury Inns from now on!

Duane provided excellent service when I checked in. He asked if I had stayed previously, which I had not. He carefully explained the hotel lay out and benefits of choosing Drury Inn and Suites. I found the open dinner and breakfast options were fantastic. And, the complimentary cocktails each evening were the "cherry on the sundae". I will most likely return when I visit Phoenix in the future.

We had a great time at Drury for move in week for our daughter for college. Many other college families were there, and the atmosphere was fun and lighthearted. The amenities were great- the pool was so nice, and the breakfast and happy hour food was great. We recently stayed at another hotel nearby and would definitely choose Drury over the other hotel.

We were greeted with kindness and they really took care of our needs, answered our questions great job front desk. When we got into our room and when we pulled back in the comforter we notice long black hairs we felt uncomfortable that the sheets weren’t changed. Other than that the food at the bar was excellent and the bartender as amazing!!

This was the most friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff I have dealt with...down to knowledge of the fauna in the artwork around the lobby. The free buffet dinner, drinks, and full breakfast make this the best deal going. It was actually so nice we went ahead and booked a second night since we are already here!

We like the ease of parking, the quiet neighbourhood and fantastic breakfast!

The only issue I had was that there was no smart TV in the entire hotel. The NFL game came on YouTube and we couldn't watch it even in the bar because they have outdated televisions. Otherwise the stay was good and the staff was friendly.

This was our 1st experience and we absolutely loved our stay, will be back and will definitely tell our family and friends about this amazing stay. We could feel the love for people and community instilled within Drury Inn Happy Valley.

Bar/restaurant- again- with nice staff and good food, we did not have to go out. Rooms- spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good too- biscuits and gravy... good coffee :) Dislike- not really a dislike... but maybe add lotion in the bathroom...other than that- Thank you and keep up the good work! :)

Drury is a great chain. The breakfast and the happy hour are a great perk. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the service is great. Never disappoints!

From the minute we walked into the lobby the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and so was our bed. The evening get together in the dining area was nice and the food was very good and a nice variety to choose from. The breakfast was also very good with a big variety to choose from. The Drury will be our home away from home whenever we are in the Phoenix area.

We love that the breakfast is cooked delicious hot food including make fresh waffles and fresh fruit! Later in the day, they offer "Kick-back" time in the same area with dinner type food, coffee and drinks too. Awesome staff and super clean hotel! We loved our 2 night stay!
