    The place is absolutely beautiful. The room was beyond nice. The place was clean and full of great people. Second night there my friend and I were drinking and just talking outside. Not bothering anyone but we were called party girl and told we were disrupting other guests even though all we were doing was talking and sharing poetry. We were made to go to our room. Which we did without complaint, but someone was being a karen. I could understand if we were being loud making a scene or other things, but we were just chilling and talking not even loudly. I feel like we should of had the right as long as we weren't harming or being disruptive to sit outside and enjoy ourselves. Also a parking fee is absurd and if you're going to charge one, add it to the hotel cost with a car instead of separate fees that felt a bit unnecessary.

    A lovely, spacious king suite with a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff and restaurant host were very warm and welcoming. However, perhaps because I was on the 6th floor, there was almost no water pressure in the shower and it took a very, very long time to get any hot water in the shower. I thought I was going to be stuck taking a cold shower this morning, but after ten minutes or so it did finally heat up. I would stay here again, but would try requesting a lower floor.

    I stay there frequently approximate three times a year due to work and I have noticed that the quality of the room is not the same but yet the prices have went up so it’s disappointing because I love the location and I love the Hilton group, but the quality of the experience was not there for me this last trip. The main elevator wasn’t working andI they were also hosting a conference along with family reunions so the hotel was more noisy during quiet hours and people were not respecting the quiet time so the pool echo

    The pool was well maintained. The gym was pretty clean and the laundry room only has one washer and three dryers. So it was hard to be a load in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    We end up leaving the property and not even staying the night. The area is very rundown, homeless hanging out everywhere, room access is outside. As a female traveler with 2 teenage girls with me, I didn’t feel comfortable staying so we drove back to Tucson after the concert . Better places to stay for the price.

    Parking was easy, hotel was nice but service was slow. Felt bad they only had one person working the front desk and she was busy doing a bunch of things. Got to the hotel at the 2:30 and decided to hang out by the pool so we were going to have them hold our bags. The bag check guy saw us standing there with our bags and didn’t say anything, ignored us and left to go drop off someone at the airport. The front desk worked had to get keys to help us. Went to the bar to get ice and stood there for 5 mins and was ignored by the 2 workers. Tv in room didn’t work. Pool had garbage on the bottom.

    Close to the airport, lots of space and the pool area was lovely. I came in through gate 5 and it felt like I was in the basement in the service area. It would be nice to brighten this area with some plants and/or pictures for the walls. It was late and I was alone, so a bit eerie.

    The location was fine. We stayed for one night and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. The room rate was already quite high, and we were surprised to be charged extra for parking—especially since it was just an open outdoor lot, not even a structured garage. The most concerning issue, however, was the cleanliness. When I went to shower, the washcloth I took out was visibly stained/dirty. That is completely unacceptable, especially from a Hilton property where higher standards are expected. I did report this to management, and while they tried to resolve the situation by offering Hilton points, that solution didn’t apply to us since we’re not members. It felt like our concern wasn’t fully addressed in a meaningful way. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning.

    This place was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were very accommodating. My favourite part was check-in, when they offered us warm cookies. I only took 3 of the 4 offered, and when he kept insisting, I mentioned I have celiac disease, and they even had a gluten-free option for me, which I really appreciated. There was lots of parking, the pool was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, and the courtyard was a perfect, clean place to relax and hang out.

    OMG, the LIGHTS. Bathroom lights cannot be voluntarily shut off and they’re as bright as an interrogation room. All room lights so bright. Outside layout and architecture weird- felt like a motel or section 8. Strange place.

    The hotel was nice and clean. It had modern amenities and was nicely updated. Let's start with the automatic lighting in the bathroom-what a pain.Walk in and every light comes on. You can override the lights with two seperate switches, but after about 30 seconds or if you move, you get blinded again. Not the greatest experience when settling in after arriving at 1am. Now for the a-la-carte atmosphere. The desk person looked at us like we were crazy when we asked if there was a continental breakfast. Nope! $17 each for breakfast buffet. If we wanted a fresh coffee, it was $5.50 per cup, and we had to figure out the touchscreen custom coffee machine that tended to splatter and make a mess. Let's not forget the parking. OMG! after paying almost $250 for the room for one night, we had to PAY FOR PARKING TOO! The place may be nice, but I would give 0 stars in the bang for your buck category.

    Picked this hotel for a quick work stop near the airport. Instead I ran into paid parking and confusing Wi-Fi access with no clear instructions. Had to use my phone hotspot. Too many hoops for what should have been simple. Would not stay here again.

    Staff was amazing and the property grounds are very safe and clean. It’s conveniently located near Phoenix Skyharbor Airport and surprisingly quiet. Other than the ice machine not working on my floor, I have no other complaints. I highly recommend!

    Th breakfast was good. Small restroom with moldy stained ceilings. The restroom door doesn’t open and close you literally have to break in and out of it with your weight. Cold pool, no pool towels, limited towels for about of register guest, no linen or blanket for pull out bed in the sofa bed. Remote don’t work for tv in living area. Rude security. Another 15 charge for parking ridiculous not worth the price of stay the hotel is run down.

    The actual inside of the room is nice. Love the layout. Really spacious with the sofa, small kitchen area and bedroom The outside looks really dated. I dont know how they could fix it up, but that would be nice. Also, you cannot place a pickup order for food during breakfast, although their website says its possible.

The mattress of the sofa bed had a stain, one handle in the bathoom sink didn't work, the sink took forever to drain, the toilet took a while to flush, and the shower took a lot of messing with to make the water warm.

    Staff member bar the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude also the driver both worked Friday morning around 8am were terrible with there service, I was calm and respectful trying to see if I could get accommodations because I got there early but after 8 hours in the airport because they told me to keep calling back which I did around 7:30am that’s when my trip reached its worst point I was scared to drop off my luggage because of the disrespect I received I was hung up on multiple times and no one even wanted to hear me out, my room was prepaid before I got there with no refund option so this kind of disrespect made me fear having to go through with my stay, I’ve never had this type of experience before so it was mentally draining and frustrating, the supervisor tried to fix things after the 14hours I had been there but the emotional damage was already done I wouldn’t recommend staying their for any guest, I was told I wouldn’t get my money back and I had no choice but to wait til 4pm check in time and hung up on repeatedly before ever getting a word in this was the worst experience ever

    Staff member bar the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude also the driver both worked Friday morning around 8am were terrible with there service, I was calm and respectful trying to see if I could get accommodations because I got there early but after 8 hours in the airport because they told me to keep calling back which I did around 7:30am that’s when my trip reached its worst point I was scared to drop off my luggage because of the disrespect I received I was hung up on multiple times and no one even wanted to hear me out, my room was prepaid before I got there with no refund option so this kind of disrespect made me fear having to go through with my stay, I’ve never had this type of experience before so it was mentally draining and frustrating, the supervisor tried to fix things after the 14hours I had been there but the emotional damage was already done I wouldn’t recommend staying their for any guest, I was told I wouldn’t get my money back and I had no choice but to wait til 4pm check in time and hung up on repeatedly before ever getting a word in this was the worst experience ever

    Enjoyed my stay and from desk staff + security were amazing! Blackout curtains were amazing, staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful, and it was conveniently located. My only complaints are that housekeeping never gave us a trash can liner for our trash can throughout our entire week stay, and the pull out couch bed had stains on it. The stains appeared orange/brown/reddish so I opted to sleep on the couch in its normal position which wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Other than that enjoyed my stay!

    - more than likely you will be unable to park anywhere near your room - contrary to hotel website information, there is NO bellhop/porter to assist with heavy bags - only one elevator is operational and chances are it will not be near your room - the parking payment system is a nightmare. Too time consuming, too complicated, and if you forget your license plate number it is going to be a pain in the butt. It’s really too bad because everything else is great: nice rooms, nice staff for the most part, cookies are tasty, price seems fair overall. Just NOT friendly for those with physical limitations.

    The shower had a facet that was difficult to get to shut off all the way. The bathroom motion sensor lights kept clicking on when I didn't want. They shut off while I was in the shower. It wasn't intuitive about which switch to use to get the result I wanted. The shower floor had a crack. Not a big deal and it didn't hurt anything

    We booked here to visit the grand canyon, as well as check the restaurants and other things PHX has to offer. The hotel was very accommodating and fairly priced. Parking is easy on the app $10 per night, rooms cleaned daily, friendly staff, gym had dumbells up to 70lbs so was able to get 2 decent workouts done. Pool was warm and able to swim during the cool PHX evening. Honestly can't complain for the price. Had the buffet breakfast twice too and it was OK, nothing crazy but definitely fine!

Sun over pool until about noon, then building blocks the pool unfortunately. Beautiful grounds with lots of activities to do-ping pong, huge chess board, lots of sitting areas. Highly recommend hotel yet surrounding neighborhood does not feel safe or walkable.

    Check in staff was super nice and helpful. Upon getting into the room noticed it was a little bit warm so turned down the AC. Noticed it still wasn’t cooling down. Let them know and maintenance came to check it and said it was working and offered to bring a fan but never received the fan. Ended up staying in a very warm room over night. When we called the front desk, they were dismissive of the situation and had us change the sheets ourselves, and in the process of doing so, we noticed the comforter had red on it as well, and some other colored spots. The table had coffee stains on it, the ceiling in the bathroom looked moldy, and the same thing with the caulking throughout. The staff did not address or attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

    The property is nice, check in was easy and room and bathroom are as advertised. Only issue was elevators weren’t working in the tower near our room so it was a trek across property on 6th floor. Thank God some elevators were working though! My friend and I enjoyed our stay, very nice for airport area hotel - I would stay here again. Only other negative is we were told we couldn’t have a noon checkout due to large turnover and I didn’t appreciate that - being a Sunday and large property I don’t see why we couldn’t checkout at noon instead of 11.

    Didn’t realize it was not an actual inside hotel as each door is outside. Bathroom shower floor was dirty and the ceiling you can tell it was leaking. Hotel is outdated. I won’t stay here again. It was not my double tree expectations as other doubletree that I have stayed at before

    As soon as you walk in the smell is amazing! The staff great you. It’s beautiful interior. Going to your room the outdoor area is gorgeous. The room was nice. We loved having a living area separate from the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The transportation was great! We had two different drivers for each ride to and from airport and both were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and again!

    Awesome room, nice staff, reasonable price. Beds were comfortable and the walk-in closent was impressive. BUT - The bathroom sink drain was clogged, it did not get fixed during our stay - but they gave us free breakfast instead. The footrest was stained and the first room layout was a bit awkward, especially because we had to use the kitchenette sink to wash hands and such.

    On Sunday, I called again for extra towels and faced a similar situation. After waiting a long time, I called back only to be told that the front desk had forgotten my room number right after we hung up. The customer service was disappointing. On a positive note, the maintenance staff member at Caesars was fantastic and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel a zero. He truly made a difference. Overall, the room was decent for the price, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. However, the area could use renovations; the bathroom felt dirty, the walls were grimy, and we even noticed blood on the curtains, which was quite off-putting. I wouldn’t stay there again, but I suggest giving Caesar a raise for his outstanding service.

    I was staying there as I had an early flight the next morning. i just wanted a clean and quiet place to sleep and get a shower before boarding the plane.Unfortunately the shower was impossible to turn on. Finally a maintenance person came in and with extreme effort managed to get it going. It was so late though I was unable to get a shower in after all. I turned off the shower and was unable to get it to stop dribbiling. I realized that someone had forced it closed to stop the dribbling rather than fixing the cause. You need to improve your maintenance. The whole room seemed to need some TLC

Nous avons contacté le service 3 fois, zvons attendue plus d'une heure sans que personne ne passe. Nous avions indiqué la bonne porte le bon endroit mais aucune voiture nest resté plus de 3mik attendre. Nous avons du payer un taxi 20 dollars. Arrivé à l'hôtel nous expliquons la situation, la personne de l'accueil nous dit qu'il est passé plusieurs fois. Ce qui est totalement faux. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel, et ne reserverons pas non plus dans une semaine.

    The room was not very clean, and basic amenities were missing — no dish soap in the kitchenette, no sheets for the pull-out bed, and the “king” bed was noticeably small.     The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the peaceful atmosphere, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel amenities were also impressive, including the fitness center and on-site dining options. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have a shower station near the pool area so guests can rinse off before swimming. Also, the hot tub could use a little maintenance—the water pressure wasn’t as strong as expected, and that took away a bit from the relaxing experience.     We got a great nights rest. Very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic. They were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was ok. I would not be happy spending $26 per person, which is the advertised price. Typical hotel breakfast that is usually included for free….but you can get an omelet made to order. The pictures do make it look nicer than it is though. The building seems to be quite old. Most of the landscaping is sparse, but we are in the desert.

    The oddest part was entering the hotel where we were directed to go. From the parking lot, we went down a long, dark hall to get to the elevator. It was a service corridor for laundry, etc. and not very inviting. Although it was a fairly small thing, it didn't say "Welcome!" So I got my great pool area and sacrificed a well-appointed room. I would have been happier if I'd gotten both for the price.

    The rooms were clean. No complaints about the room. The only thing is the lady at the front her name was Jennifer when checked in was not very friendly I felt that I had to know everything when I never been there before. Especially the parking she said scan code it tells u everything that’s it. Talk to your staff about being more friendly

    Parking was a bit far at 500 feet from the front (and only?) door. Parking fee is extra and is collected by a third party. I think it was $15 or so for a night. The room was old but moderately recently remodeled.

    Jerrica: amazing, attentive and so sweet. Upon arrival our toilet wasn’t functioning properly. We quickly realized it was probably clogged at some point before our stay, a chain was loose, and the water pressure was turned off so it was not filling. Jerrica informed us there were no maintenance workers on site and no other rooms available. We understood because of how late it was and asked for a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. She actually met up with us and gave us the plunger right before leaving her shift for the night just to make sure we got it. We appreciate her! Chris: extremely rude and dismissive. Didn’t want to help us with toilet issue. Yelled at my sister and I in the lobby. All because we asked a question, he answered, we did what we were told to do, he watched us trying to do it several times(where to pay for our snacks) when we locked eyes I apologized for bothering him again but it wasn’t working. He started making aggressive hand gestures and yelling “WELL YEAH. Because I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY BE THERE TO DO IT!” but he didn’t specify he needed to do it. I calmly apologized and told him that had he specified that, I wouldn’t have tried doing it myself. Him and the customer he was talking with started laughing and talking about us. I didn’t know what to do at that point because I was so shocked. We were only trying to buy some snacks. He acted like we were a huge inconvenience for it. I let him know we fixed the toilet in our room and he laughed.

    The hotel was easy to find and the staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Only criticism I have is have is that the water pressure was very low. We will stay there again.

    I don’t like the fact you charge for parking then don’t protect your customers cars. Don’t collect money for holding a space on your property then. Park at your own risk but I’m charging $10 a night. Smh

    When we arrived they said they oversold the double queen rooms, they said we had to take a king room. I was on a trip with my brother so he was forced to sleep on a couch bed that had gym on it, when I booked well in advance for two queen beds. Then I asked if it was cheaper and she said yes, yet I was charged $26 MORE than my original quote.

    We noticed the well-maintained mature trees on the property. This is a unique occurrence among hotels! It is an indicator of advance planning and THOUGHTFULNESS before the construction began. These trees contributed to the ambiance of the hotel like a walk in the park! Much appreciated!!

    The room was in great shape except the bathroom floor was a little worn out. There is a walk in closet, get for a little privacy when getting dressed. A/C was good, but the noise from the unit above was annoying, so could improved sound proofing.

    Hotel was very nice and clean. Love the restaurant food the salmon chowder was amazing. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccable. The gym was small but well equipped. Overall the facilities were to high standards.

    The pictures and the ratings are misleading. I would say this is a 2 or 3 star motel. I left 15 minutes after I checked in, as it was a huge disappointment. Not even the cable tv was working. I agreed with the desk clert to be responsible for just one night- well they charged me for my entire stay. Hotel says I need to contact Expedia, Expedia says I need to contact hotel. It's a long and very frustrating ordeal. I would not recommend.

    The property is near the Airport. The rooms are very spacious. I like the rooms and the sitting room area and it has provacy incase you have guests. I like the view too Beautiful view. It aslo has shuttle to the airport. The Breakfast was very delicious l liked everything l ate. The staff were very kind and very welcoming, they had excellent customer service. Thanks.

    We didn’t have much time at the hotel given we arrived late and flew out early but there are no general complaints. The cable was out during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy any tv but that really wasn’t the end of the world. Convenient location to the airport and shuttles that run around the clock made for a great experience.

    The wonderful courtyard of this Doubletree Hotel is a peaceful oasis with a great pool and hot tub, and, from the skywalks, great views of the Phoenix skyline and airport. The neighborhood is a bit seedy, but extraordinarily convenient to the airport (and also with a wonderful brewery, Walter Station, right around the corner). Our room's air conditioning was not working, which we would have reported had we noticed earlier (or planned to stay for more than one night). The staff were very helpful with issues that we did bring to their attention. Would definitely recommend this as a great location for the start of end of any trip going through the Phoenix airport

    We only stayed here for one night but really enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the fire and fountains on the way to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. My son had fun swimming in the pool the next morning. Conveniently, towels were provided at the pool.

    DON'T STAY HERE IN SUMMER!! The air conditioning system is VERY OLD and VERY NOISY. It would be impossible to sleep having to run the AC 24/7 during the 120 degree summers in Phoenix. We could barely have a conversation when it was on.

    Im not a fan of hidden fees. They charge for parking which you find out once you get a parking ticket to pay online. They just implemented recently front desk stated. Ohh yeah theres more than enough parking since it’s surrounded by vacant office buildings in the middle of nowhere. Its like charging for sand at the beach. Wont be back.

    For the price I expected a high quality top end hotel. The rooms just seemed outdated and way overpriced. The rooms weee vey spacious. But definitely not luxury or high quality. My two bedroom suite felt more like an extended stay motel not a high quality double tree. I would not recommend for the prices they charge.

    Our son had fun in the pool, complimentary cookies were food and a nice gesture. Poor communication from Staff, did not greet me when checking in or didn’t explain anything about parking, etc. which is a joke. The representative didn’t share anything about breakfast, I had to call and ask which that reminds me our room phone wasn’t working and the maintenance persons did come and resolve this for us. Very disappointed with Teresa the manager provided us no resolve when we shared our concerns. After she mentioned we can not do anything if they are not told about the issues. Refrigerator racks were old and cracked, they had no replacements, hot water didn’t work in room, When we checked out the representative did not even thank us for our stay or ask us how it was. But maybe because I was already communicating in reference to the text messages they sent throughout the stay asking us how is our stay. Which was a nice gesture as well. We would not stay here again.
