NOTHING My boyfriend & I used to stay at this particular Days Inn every single Thursday - Saturday for a little over a year. I have a registered service dog who is an 11 year old small dachshund mix. It has been almost a year since we came back. Recently we made a 1 night reservation. Stayed; everything was ok until checkout. We were BOTH on the room but the reservation was in his name so the guy at the desk wouldn't give me the deposit back I explained that he was working etc etc. to no avail. He said that he's got to pick it up. Ok, so fast forward a couple days. We go to stay another night. Only to find out we've been DNR'd because of "dirt & dog hair". WHAT?!? Again, my small dachshund mix is a registered service dog...I've given them her paperwork, ID card even though I DO NOT have to. Second, we NEVER, EVER leave any kind of mess or "dirt". A little bit of dog hair; possibly. I always take out the trash, put the towels in a pile and remove the sheets and pillow cases and put them in a pile. Never do we EVER leave mess or dirt behind. Needless to say, we never got the $50:deposit back from the previous time AND that last reservation wasn't refunded either. DON'T STAY THERE!!

The property was clean and reasonable repair and the staff was great. The pool appeared to be clean and sparkling and perfect condition. The area is a little rundown, but the property did not seem to reflect that. There were several homeless in the area, but the property seemed to keep them at bay. I was not approached nor Did I have any problem with any of the locals.

Breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meats available. It was just cereal and waffles. There was also not a water fountain for drinking water or to refill water bottles. Other than that, it was a good stay, the room was good and clean.

The room and breakfast offering was what I would expect from an economy property, (which is what this is) but I felt the price was higher than what I would consider inline for this place. It may be due to there only being a few offerings available in the immediate area of the hospital. Not a lot of choice but to pay the premium when you really have to be there.

Nothing. I don’t feel like this hotel in particular was worth a fraction of the cost I paid. Other guests are noisy. There are crackheads in the parking lot, outside the main entry door, and dumpster diving in the evening hours. It’s in a shady area and there’s a Castle Boutique directly across the street. I won’t be staying here again. There is an odd smell in the hallways. The room itself is mid at best. They gave me three small square pillows for my extremely uncomfortable bed. The kitchen/bathroom sink smells like sewage gas, coming from the drain. The TV has cable but no Netflix access, which is a must in 2026. Never opened my window shades once due to the view of the parking lot, Waffle House, and crackheads/homeless people within the parking lot. 0/5 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to leave after staying one night. The halls were permeated with the strong smell of tobacco and marijuana smoke. I woke up congested and with my face swollen because I am allergic to both. Even though my room was supposedly a non-smoking room, there were enough "smoking" rooms around me that it didn't make a difference. The mirror was dirty, and so was the floor of the bathroom. The front desk person I interacted with was pleasant enough, but I can't expect them to be responsible for all the issues I had. I was thankfully able to change my reservation.

I was very surprised and so glad this place was great! There are some homeless and strange characters pan handling off the I17 about a block or so away. I was worried. but wow...they have security, cameras, Waffle House is there and business so I completely felt safe for myself and vehicle! And the inside rooms...so so clean. AND the staff were great. nothing...well a lil pricey due to Spring Training but I am a bargain hunters.

Over all the hotel was remodeled and clean.Rm 123. There was a running motor sound coming from the air, conditioner or refrigerator all night and that was difficult to sleep to :( The walls also were very thin and we could hear others a lot. Lastly, there was no coffee/coffee pot in the room. There was coffee at breakfast, but no real creamers. It was creamer powder. Some of these small things really matter.

There is nothing near the location of this hotel - be prepared to travel a distance to eat. Staff was friendly but there is NO amenities. Share a bar of soap between washing hands and showering. A two in one shampoo and conditioner. We were told it was a queen bed - it was barely a full. Three half size pillows. One towel per guest. $10 chips in the snack machine. Light Breakfast provided was hot water and an oatmeal packet. No Iron, no do not disturb sign. It has a stench in the hallway that almost made you gag. Only good think about this place is that it was a clean room!

Staff was very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located to the highway. Breakfast is about a 3/10. Our biggest complaint is the hotel is in a horrible location for the homeless hanging out on corner and near and around parking lot and the rooms were ok. We were kept awake for hours at night people in hallways, coming in late and being loud, banging noises. We did not feel safe there. We did not get a good night rest at all. The entrance door in the middle of the hallway where the front desk told us to enter using our pass keys didn’t shut properly; therefore is someone was careless anyone could come in. Very disappointed ! We stayed at days inn in Mesa and it was fabulous! Don’t go by the name as it’s obvious they are not standard of quality.

They tried to accuse me of smoking in my room, which I didn't. They tried to charge me $50 for smoking. The breakfast was trash, the Madeline's were stale, the coffee was watered down and there was not a very many options. The first few days I stayed there the husband and wife were really kind and helpful. The other staff that came in after them were rude and disrespectful.

The Pros: 1) easy check-in and friendly enough clerk who made the overall process take less than 5 mins. 2) Relatively clean room with reasonable amenities. 3) Decent well-lit parking lot with a couple of alternate breakfast options nearby. The Cons: 1) No elevator for a 2 story complex, so if you have any physical issues ask for the 1st floor. 2) Old & outdated furniture - my room had a night stand that I needed to place an object under to help the drawer stay closed, otherwise it wouldn't stay shut. 3) AC/Heat unit in room had control button ripped off, rendering it useless. Thank goodness the weather was decent and the sliding window was an option. But that felt like a workout to open and close. 4) The bed was just ok, the mattress sat on a top frame that was part long spines & springs, making for a rather hard sleeping experience. Also word to the wise, the north side facing rooms get all the noise from the considerably busy street that this location sits at. Expect racers, ambulances and a lot of traffic sounds at all times of the night. My overall rating out of 10 for this hotel would be a 5. When in Phoenix again I'll opt to spend a few more bucks for a better quality stay.

Would have given a perfect score but the manager/owner keeps the hot tub cold in the morning and 1 hr before closing at 10pm. This is not cool. We only go to hotels with hot tubs and want to use one throughout the day. We went in at 9am after breakfast and it was cold.... He winked at us and said he just turned it on.. Hmmm. Then that same night we finally finished a busy day and went in at 9pm. No more heat flowed into the tub until closing at 10. Please don't be so cheap. You have a hot tub for a reason. Don't keep shutting it off or we might stay elsewhere.

Sheets were stained, pillows were 2 tiny square flat, had to ask for more. Had to ask for lotion, there was trash in the hotel room, the soap was opened. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, nothing fresh was provided at all. They closed the pool during the 1 day I went to use it, and had it closed the entire day and provided no estimation for when it would open . There was no food onsite available for purchase either. I would not recommend this hotel. From the outside you can see it is very run down. Many of the window screens are torn. The pool was dirty. Inside the paint is peeling, there are exposed wires, the floorboards are coming off and the carpet is just disgusting. Our first night I had to call the front desk twice, once around 1am and again at 2am because the people in the room next to us were ridiculously loud. I had my 3 kids with me and we had to get up at 530 to be at the baseball fields by 645 for a baseball tournament. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The tile floor was dirty.

I booked 3 rooms for an event we were going too. We had to drop our vehicles off before check in, so we went to the front desk to make sure it was okay. Received permission from the lady there before we left. I guess our car alarm started going off and they decided to have our car towed instead of calling us to let us know. Admitted that they messed up and should have called me but still refused to pay for the tow services even though it was their fault. So I paid over 1000.00 for our 3 rooms for the weekend plus having to pay for an unnecessary tow when my vehicle should have been safe. Told us they were sorry for the inconvenience, then told us if the car alarm went off again the next night they’d tow the car again so we asked if we could leave our keys just in case which they finally agreed too instead. Came back to the hotel mid day and had 3 house keepers in the room completely disregarding the do not disturb sign in the door. Was not treated well here and I’ve never had issues with a days inn Wyndham before. Will never return to this property or recommend to anyone. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

Check in was easy, easy to find the hotel and it was just hand over card, ID, and given room keys. Was informed then of no elevators, and I had been given a 2nd floor room. I have bad knees and back issues, but with no vacancy on 1st I had to trek all my stuff up the tiny staircase. Place is very very dated and old. Pool is tiny, thou I didn't use it many others did from what I could see. Room was basic, no carpeting fake wood floors and beds on metal frames. Beds were rock hard, tiny pillows, was uncomfortable. AC unit had dust and other debrie in it, only had two settings fan and cool, and cold was moderate but not the best. They did change our sheets/towels every day. Did not partake in the free breakfast. Also stains on the comforters.

We booked a 5 day stay and only had maid service 2 days. Rooms aren’t clean. No towels. Have to ask for everything. Will never use a days inn again. Way over priced for the money we paid!!!

Hotel was ok. Typical Days Inn. However, beds were extremely firm/hard so that tainted our experiences.

It’s insanely loud, walls are thin, lots of foot traffic. It’s a little scary. Lots of cops and arrests happening. The first floor window was cracked and screen had been ripped out in the past. Makes it incredibly easy for a break in Felt extremely unsafe. The cleaners also use a strong smelling chemical, so the whole room reeks of chemical cleaners. The staff was kind and sweet. Check-in was seamless.

Room was minimal to say the least. Bad bed, terrible pillows, AC noisy, other noises right outside my window, etc...will never stay there again. (Front office staff were very nice ladies.)

Not good. Beds very stiff and uncomfortable, very small uncomfortable pillows. Paper thin walls with loud neighbors until 12:30AM. Door to room and bathroom door were both broken. Only positive is that the room was clean. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The property was in poor condition, stuff was broken in the rooms, missing stuff, only a very small thing of shampoo, no conditioner etc. The bed was horrible as well as the pillows if you would even call them a pillow. The breakfast was a joke. Said no smoking and there was clearly smoking pot in the rooms. Would never pay to go back to this one. It was not worth the money. It was more rated under a Motel 6 property. We booked this room over another because of the breakfast which we did not eat because there was hardly any food, they did not restock when needed, the coffee pot was broken as well as other stuff. The management should be fired for this condition of a place.

We had a great stay. Pool is nice but much smaller than picture shows. Our king suite had lots of room and was updated. Was a little surprised that it was a Wyndham and the property itself definitely needs some updates. Breakfast was ok, not great but Waffle House and Cracker Barrel are literally next door.

For the price we paid, this property was disappointing. Though relatively clean, it felt very old and run down, and we had a 2-3 gap in our door that did not feel safe.

When we first arrived, we had a homeless person lurking in our vehicle while my family was still inside it. Then we were up all hours of the night due to the guest in the adjacent room was locked out do to a domestic dispute. She was banging on the doors, cussing at whoever was still in the room. Hotel staff was called and could not mitigate the situation. Law-enforcement Finally arrived to let the woman in her room.

If you’re only looking for a clean room and bed for one night, this place offers that. The check in/out was easy as well. Location not recommended for a female traveling solo. Bed was super uncomfortable, so I did not sleep. The only breakfast item I felt comfortable eating was toast and yogurt. The coffee machine was broken, so there was none. I will not stay at a Days Inn again in the future.

Our AC was not working very well. The breakfast was not a breakfast and we did experience red bite marks on our bodies so there was bed bugs abd that was a veey unpleasant uncomfortable stay. So please be careful with belongings. We brought this unpleasant creature home with us and was just not so cool at all.

It was bad. Sloppy. Ripped curtains, bright lights outside all night. No elevator, just had brain surgery, can't use high, steep stairs. Loud guests. Guests (transients) eating so much food just standing as they ate everything they possibly could.

I don’t understand why online check-in was offered, but I had to wait in line at the desk and have my license photocopied (after I had taken a picture of it for the online check-in). Property is noisy (leaf blowers woke us up) and not in great condition. Staff was friendly and helpful, but needing both key cards replaced during a one-night stay is a bit ridiculous.
