I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends .

Great hotel for the price, was able to accommodate me and the family (6) comfortably! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was clean but a bit cold, and I didn't care much for the egg/cheese omelette.

The first room has a moldy smell i asked them to move me to another one and they did.highway traffic noise it was loud

i liked that it wasn’t too crowded i guess staff was okay, not the friendliest or most welcoming. lots of weed smoking in the parking lot. some loud music coming from other rooms. the swimming pool was FREEZING. and the location was next to a freeway and construction site making it loud at night and hard to find. hair on the walls of the shower.

Overall, I’d give it a 9. Hotel and room, we’re clean. Room was much larger than I expected, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, was breakfast! Parking was ez. The hotel could use an update, but it in no way hindered my stay.

The phone was broken in the room and they didn't have Netflix or any TV apps

I didn’t read the reviews before booking. Breakfast was super basic and half the stuff was empty. The rooms were ok but our room air conditioner in the room was super load when it turned on. Hallways were stuffy walking out and in. Was very much outdated.

Staff at check in was a bit rude. Other staff were nice. The freeway sounds kept me up at night! It was so loud!!! You need thicker windows! My key worked 20% of the time. No waffle mix at breakfast. No cleaning service or clean towels I had to ask for towels every day. That was not communicated.

unfortunately on one of the nights there was a huge issue in the hotel on the 3rd floor. It was very startling and it made us cancel our next trip to this hotel.

Location ok. Breakfast ended. Check in clerk told us breakfast lasted til 10 but when we tried to get food at 9:15 it had already closed. Sign says 9 but sign not visible from check in counter. Bathroom drain open with no cover. Worry about losing jewelry or other small things. Both electrical outlets in the bathroom didn’t work so the hair dryer didn’t work when i needed it and we could not charge our hearing aids there. No refrigerator, which is something almost every motel room has now. Room door cards were finicky and didn’t work well. Twice we had to go back down to desk and have her fix them.

Would absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. There are some cosmetic things mostly in the hallways and on doors that could be spruced up but really didn’t affect the stay. This place is a convenient, good value.

Front desk on check in was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. the rest was not very talkative. But the beds where the best beds I have ever slept in at a hotel!!!! If I could have, I might have taken mine home. Best nights rest I've gotten in long time. I was an early breakfast eater (got there by 630am) and gotta say was disappointed in breakfast. eggs and sausages were already cold and rubbery. I was excited to finally be able to get some protein for breakfast and they were bad. Protein wise nothing else to get so had it anyway. Funny fuzzy stuff on bed closest to vent (figure the vents hadn't been cleaned and they were just turned on so the dust came out.

The key would hardly work with the door and I had to fight it the whole time but it was a last minute stay and I was happy with the hotel for what it was. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are definitely on the tough side but I sleep on my stomach so that was fine for me. They only give two very small towels, I have long hair and I couldn’t wrap my hair up with the size towel they provided but they were clean. But all in all if I had to stay another night I would not have been too upset.

The city turned off the water for the ongoing construction. The hotel seemed unimpressed with doing anything about it. Kept blaming the city. Come 6am, still no water so no way to take a shower or use the facilities. Very concerning. I had a conference to get ready for. Health and Safety (no fire sprinklers) out the window. During check-in the lady took a copy of my ID as well as my debit card, I felt uneasy about that. My room was clean and good but the door was difficult to close. When I went back outside to get more stuff, a gentleman approached me and let me know peoples vehicles are getting broken into. Thankfully my truck was ok overnight.

Couple nights in the power went out, nobody came to check on guests or anything.. I sleep with a cpap and wasn’t able to go to sleep all night long. Power went out around 9 didn’t come back on until 4-5 in the morning. No offer to refund room or anything.

Based on the price point and adds through this website I thought the hotel would be in much better condition. My room was run down and smelled poorly. I was close to the highway and my widow wouldn’t close all the way and the highway noise kept me up at night.

There was a truck always parked by the entrance. We could use the driveway to drop off my mother by the entrance she has to walk from the parking lot. I only mention this because we were taking a break from the 18 days at hospital my mother had been.

The hotel was clean, cute little DOVE toiletries, but really it was as the reviews said; breakfast was AMAZING. Indoor pool was nice. Our neighbors were loud and air conditioner made noise rattling but we enjoyed our stay, AGAIN great breakfast!

Front desk clerk was very nice and patient. The room was clean but it did have a little smell coming from the A/C or carpet I’m sure that’s just because some tenants don’t follow the NO SMOKING POLICY not the hotels fault. Breakfast was decent , there were options to choose from. Close to entertainment and food. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars . Oh they do take an $100 deposit don’t expect to see it back in your account right away !

The room was clean but it did have a little smell coming from the A/C or carpet I’m sure that’s just because some tenants don’t follow the NO SMOKING POLICY not the hotels fault. Breakfast was decent , there were options to choose from. Close to entertainment and food. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars . Oh they do take an $100 deposit don’t expect to see it back in your account right away !

Perfect distance to Grand Canyon University, breakfast included, and a large room. Liked the layout of the room. Friendly staff and a nice stay. The only issue I had was no hot water in the shower. The hot water was available in the sink so it worked for me. I have plans to stay again for family weekend.

The treadmill looked like it had not been cleaned in months, no AC while I was working out! Floor was filthy. My shower was dirty, the shower is supposed to be white and it was more brown. I usually shower with flip flops on while traveling and this shower was a BIG reminder of why I do that!!!

I've stayed at this location several times now. I have always received great service. Before checking in once, the staff checking me in changed my room withut me asking so that I wouldn't hear the I17 road noise. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness. The past 2 times, ive stayed here with my mom. She recently had knee replacement surgery and the staff made sure to provide us with the closest room to the entrance so my mom wouldnt have a hard time. I truly appreciate that. Thank you so much for the great service!

We pulled the blankets back and there was drop of something red on the sheets coudnt tell what it was but you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed or changed there was feet prints on them ask if we could get someone to redo the bed they gave my daughter sheets and said here you go

Staff member was nice and friendly! Room was good not the best but not bad at all. I really do wish they had a long body mirror though. The bed was so comfy. The drawers kept opening there was even tape on them to keep them shut lol my boyfriend had to level the shelf himself and they stopped opening not sure why staff couldn't do that themselves! Location is great right off the freeway lots of restaurants to choose from. I w9uld definitely book again!

Perfect stay for what I needed which was somewhere to work for the week in quiet. Loved having the kitchen in the room. Very friendly staff and was clean and comfortable.

For a place to sleep, it was cool. The freeway was kinda loud but I wasn’t phased by it because I kept the TV on. Pool is humid when you enter the indoor part of it which is expected. Surrounding area was nice because you have plenty of food options. The only thing I didn’t like is the key cards don’t work that good because I had to keep doing downstairs to get a new key card. Breakfast was lit. Continental breakfast forever!!!!

My husband and I stayed for 2 days had a 1 bedroom that was extremely tiny more like a studio, the fridge didn't work, the buffet was dried up eggs, with sausage link, cereal with no milk they were out is what we were told, cold coffee, really hot and humid throughout the hotel except our room, stains on our sheets, no vending machine or anything walking distance to get something to drink or eat, the gym consist of an elliptical and treadmill inside the same room as the indoor pool very humid, patio run down, back door to the patio from the pool area was broken, really dusty and dirty with food crumbs and misc. Crumbs underneath and behind and on top of all the furniture in the room, room smelled funny every time we walked into the room hard to explain but wasn't a good smell kind of like burnt popcorn or something burnt in the microwave maybe idk then 3 days after checkout they end up keeping our deposit for why don't know but wasn't our money we are supposed to give it back to our friend just helping us out. I took out all our trash wiped everything down put all the towels in a pile and took the couch cushions off to help them out with cleaning under and behind it cause it was so disgusting we wouldn't sit on it. I knew I should've taken pictures the place seems super shady wish I didn't forget, oh and of course I sprayed perfume and axe multiple times to get rid of the smell but only worked for a few minutes. If I could give negative stars I would but can't so here's 1star

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Both, the check in staff and check out staff were friendly.

I've stayed here a few times. As always, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The check in was easy and fast. The staff was very accommodating. I needed a room that was close to the entrance since my mom has knee problems, and they were able to provide me a room closest to the entrance making it easy for my mom.

The room had a weird smell upon entry but it faded within the hour.

No matter what time you arrive a friendly smile is always ready to greet you and help you with any needs you may have. Family friendly hotel and the indoor pool is a plus ! Their breakfast is a great way to help start your day! The cleaning staff does a great job at making sure you have clean bedding and any toiletries you might have forgotten to pack. Our family loves staying here especially it being conveniently close to stores and dining. We will definitely keep choosing to stay at this location in our future Phoenix trips!

Was dissatisfied with the pool without a spa. Needless to say we didn’t utilize the pool. The breakfast was fine. Just seemed to be a little lacking as there weren’t many guests using it.

Continental breakfast wasnt great. Food will be gone within 5 minutes. Then had to wait 10-15 minutes til new batch comes again. When opened sofa bed, was bare with no sheets, blankets, or extra pillows. When asked the front desk, response was, “we have no more.”

There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. The sink was clogged with I have no idea what. The employees couldn’t be bothered with responding to a “hello “ or “good morning “. My sheets had holes in them. The room and hallways smelled awful. Do not stay at the hotel.

For the price everything met my expectations. Breakfast was good, staff was polite and accommodating. We used the pool for a quick swim and the kids had fun. The freeway is a little noisy but it’s not overwhelming. If you need a cheap stay for a day or two this is a good spot.

CONS- This property has no vending machines at all. No laundry facility, and a very small pool. They do not send house keeping unless you ASK. We were here 3 days with no service, no trash can empty, no fresh towels.. ect. Before we realized we needed to complain to get service. Also the breakfast... The hot items are very gross!! They rest is normal ok stuff. Bagels and toast, muffins or make a waffle station. Over all disappointed with the lack of service and lack of vending machines. 2.5 out of 5 starts.

Property and service was average. Location of property along the 17 freeway and difficult to access. Free breakfast was below average. Property was next to Goodwill office, so many what appeared to be homeless were near by. Many resturants on the opposite side of the freeway, but again difficult to access. Was ok, but I would not stay there again.

Coat hangers were piled up on a shelf. They were the kind that slide into a slot. Except they only had a regular bar, so no way to hang anything!! No toilet paper roll. Toilet paper just sat on sink. Hot and cold water was reversed on the sink. What a mess. Many homeless in area. Panhandling. Breakfast was below average and price was well above average.

I didn't like coming in late night and see little kids sitting at the front dest, i think they live there, also there is a lot of homeless people in the area

Good value if you're looking for place to stay during a short trip. A bit noisy due to it's close proximity to the interstate, and the phone lines were down without an estimated time of restoration, which sounded weird. Not really within walking distance to anything, so will definitely need a car.

The breakfast area was completely unkept. The food was 1/2 out, so we only had a couple of choices. The coffee was out. There were food spills all down the counter. The garbage can was smeared with food all over the lid you had to touch to throw things away. The elevator was out one day because the management said “the smoke detectors were grimy and the sensors went off in the night, shutting down until a technician could come clean it and reset it.” I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Spend $20 more and stay down the street!

GPS often provided the wrong route back to the hotel. If staying multiple days staff won't clean the room or change towels. That's OK with me. Breakfast was good 2 of 3 mornings. My room had 3 sinks, which seemed odd.

Our room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The pool and workout areas need some help but otherwise the facility was good and the front lounge area is very welcoming.

Room was kind of old and outdated. Night table drawer kept opening by itself like a scary movie 24/7.

Great location, easy access, spacious, ok breakfast, reasonable price.

We checked in and got up to the room and the bathroom hair on the floors of the shower and gross. We woke up in the morning and the bathroom sink was covered in mold and poop smell from the drainage. Told the management they were able to get the clog figured out but it was so gross smelling the entire time we stayed. They didn’t offer to comp anything for the inconvenience of everything. They had no pillows for the fold out bed or sheets, we went down to ask for them and they said they had no pillows but could give us sheets for the pullout bed.

The room was very clean no issue there. Breakfast was good. Only slight annoyance was we had to have our room keys reset every time we were away from the room.

We spent $184 CAD on this property and received about the same breakfast and service as we would at a typical $90 CAD stay in all of western Canada. We booked a king and pullout bed for 4 people and were given no extra pillows. Breakfast was soggy powdered eggs, toast, yogurt, and oatmeal. Not worth paying the extra for breakfast. The pullout couch was also broken in various areas and the room was dirty - there were areas that didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. Thankfully the kids were tired enough and somehow slept on it. I don't write much for reviews but don't want to see someone else spend this much money on a poor night and breakfast. Hope this helps someone else. I'm sorry for the poor review, it was just really disappointing.

The entire place was very cozy and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We didn’t try the breakfast options so not sure about that. The only down side we had was the noise from the highway at night. We didn’t realize it was going to be so loud in the room but we got ear plugs the first night and that worked really well! Great stay overall for the cost!

The bathroom has broken tiles and the room was rather dirty. It smelled pretty bad in the room and the fridge was full of water.

There was lipstick and makeup stains on the shower. We also heard a loud crying/screaming of a women in our floor. I asked if a wellness check could be done but I don’t know if it happened. The noise was terrifying specially since it happened around 5:50 am. Phones in the room did not work. Breakfast was sad. There were 3 fruits only. Not to choose from but just for everyone. The waffle batter was too thick. Staff was friendly.

We were down visiting family and the hotel was in a great location where we could go straight across one of the main roads to our family on 51st. Very clean and staff were very courteous and helpful.

Some staff were friendly, others very unfriendly. Breakfast was hortible. Inedible scrambled "eggs", out of cups, cold coffee, out of orange juice. Never cleaned up. Really poor. When i told the front desk that the orange juice was gone, no forks and no cups, she, and the woman who supposedly was taking care of the dining room, just starred at me. No one came in to remedy the problems. Management needs to step it up. Also. We stayed 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned or serviced. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I booked a double queen room for my family for a short 2 night stay in Phoenix. The room was spacious enough for us all but even on the 3rd floor you could hear the highway all night. We had no towels for showers and the refrigerator wasn't working which created an unpleasant smell in the room. When we did get towels from the front desk and took a shower we discovered the hairdryer also didn't work. We did ask if another room was available but we told nothing was available. The hotel does have a pool and a workout room which we attempted to use the workout room had 2 machines one of which the seat was torn and metal springs were exposed. My kids got in the pool but only stayed in for a short time due to finding small pieces of trash floating in the pool. I would no recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice and clean. It is near the freeway so very noisy. You hear cars and trucks all night. If you are a lite sleeper you will need your sound machine or choose a different hotel.
