This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We had a great visit with our Grandkids. They enjoyed the waterpark for two days. Loved that they always had plenty of towels at park and at our pool outside our room. The staff at waterpark were nice enough to let us enter with fruit and snacks for our grand daughter who is diabetic, other than that they only let you take sealed water.

Wonderful and complete peaceful stay. Very impressed either way the service.

Jaya at the front desk was incredibly helpful with our room change and upgrade. She made the process quick and easy. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made a great impression. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Jaya!

We went and stayed at the Mountain suites and it was really clean and maintained we enjoyed the oasis pool area and had lots of fun. Also during the stay the resort offered rides to the different amenities all you have to do is text the number they give you.

Our recent stay at Grand Arizona Resort was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards we expected from a resort property. The overall condition of the resort appeared neglected. Many of the buildings looked like they had not been pressure washed in a very long time, and bird droppings were visible throughout the property. The cleanliness of our room was also unacceptable, leaving us questioning the level of maintenance and attention given to guest accommodations. Another major inconvenience was the lack of elevators. We were assigned a room on the third floor and had to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs ourselves. This was especially frustrating after a long day of travel and is something guests should be made aware of when booking, particularly those with mobility concerns, young children, or large amounts of luggage. What was even more frustrating was our experience with vehicle damage while staying at the resort. Our vehicle was parked on resort property overnight and sustained damage that appears to have been caused by a golf ball. When we reported the incident, the resort's claims department denied responsibility and informed us that we would need to cover the repair costs ourselves. Despite the fact that the vehicle was parked on their property during our stay, no meaningful assistance was provided in identifying the responsible party or helping resolve the situation. Guests should be aware that if their vehicle is damaged by golfers while parked on resort property, they will be left paying for repairs entirely out of pocket. Had this risk been clearly disclosed, we would have made different parking arrangements. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of property upkeep, the inconvenience of carrying heavy luggage to a third-floor room without elevator access, and the handling of our vehicle damage claim, this was not the quality of experience we expected from a resort. Also, room we requested was a golf view. Unfortunately, we've got a roof view

Closing was at 10 by 9 it was closed. Open oasis was at 6am and didn’t open til 9am I don’t know how you can update and actually lets us enjoy time. The fact we got checked in an hour late but had to check out on time was the bad part.

I’m debating if we should have our wedding guests stay here in February 2027 so booked a stay to check it out. We were in room C269 on the corner and close to the lobby and pool. It was a great room and bed was very comfortable. Could use a window in the living room area. Front desk and employees were all very accommodating and we felt very well cared for. We will keep it in mind for our wedding! We are getting married at The Farm at South Mountain. Ty

While I anticipated premium pricing for food and beverages, the costs felt excessively high, even by resort standards. The fitness center is well equipped, but much of the equipment appears older, which is consistent with the overall feel of the property. Overall, the resort is clean, well cared for, and professionally managed, but it offers more of a mature, traditional resort experience than a contemporary one. I was also surprised by the $100 resort fee, which seemed difficult to justify given the room rate we paid. In the end, while the stay was pleasant, I would likely explore other options on my next visit.

Place is nothing short of prefect beautiful water park and rooms also prefect placement everything is within a 5 min drive
- 4/5
Pool and lazy river would be better if heated.
- 5/5
Love the atmosphere and great customer service
- 4/5
Staff was excellent, Room was clean and comfortable. Restroom was clean but too small for this king size room. Pools were clean, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Some areas of the yard had dog poo and attracted plenty of flies but seriously blame this on the pet owners. This hotel is a great place to have a fun weekend get away!

I went her for my birthday from the east coast and had a ball. This place is exceptional and the entire staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and food was great. They have a lot of pools and a water park on site . Me and my family had a great time. I will be back .

The property it’s. Beautiful! Our room was not as expected, the smell wasn’t pleasant or a “clean” ambient as you get in. I spent most of the night no feeling comfortable. The shampoo and body wash pump didn’t work (thankfully I always bring my own). We used the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable and noisy. Every time our kids turned made that noises that can be heard on the bedroom with the door closed. We ordered food, which is overpriced (2 hot dogs, 1 medium spray and it was $62 so be ready to spend a good amount of money. We did enjoyed all the outdoor activities and it was worth it because of it.
- 4/5
We just went for a quick trip to meet up with friends and use the water park. The water park was great. Food & beverage were more expensive than they should be. I was disappointed that the TV didn't include free movies which is pretty standard in most hotels I stay at. Additionally, the movie was going to be $25.00 which is insane. I also feel like in an AZ hotel in the summer they should include some water for free but the water was like $6 for a small bottle which is also crazy.

Great staff. Clean Rooms. Amazing Resort. The rooms are due for some updating.

i loved this resort but after this weekend i will never go back. first off our first 2 hours at the pool our kids were singled out and security had my son by the wrist and kicked them out for not being in their tubes and acting like children at a "family resort" also my wife and i were chased down by the lifeguards and told to leave the lazy river for having a drink from the bar that cost $24 each but other people had drinks in their stanley that they snuck in for free. we also had the worst nights sleep because i found out the hotel has control of the the room temperature and in the middle of the day and the middle of the night they shut the air off and we woke up soaking wet the thermostat is supposed to display the room temperature and it does not only displays the temperature you want it to be. i also witnessed a food service employee eating gelato multiple times with the same spoon that had been in her mouth eating it right out of the bowl had she been sick or had a virus it could of infected everyone at the resort and when i brought it to the managers attention i was met with a sarcastic remark. LETS SEE WHAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THINKS. FINALLY, both me and my sons devolved a weird rash after using the bath tub and we still have it there was nasty black pubic hair on the floor around the toilet and in bathtub so obviously it wasnt cleaned very thoroughly i was very disappointed and will not subject my family’s heath to this resort ever again

The property was beautiful. Water park and pools were very fun. However, you should know that when you book through a third party like Expedia you will be charged an additional $100 a day for “resort fees” from the Arizona Grand Resort directly. So just take that amount into account before booking so you’re not surprised with an extra $600 like we were when we checked in.
- 5/5
We came to celebrate my navies graduation by going to the water park. It was small but enough with a lazy river, 3 waterslides, a wave pool and toddler play pool! The rooms have a living room and separate bedroom making it spacious. The area is nice but to find your room was challenging with no numbers posted on the outside of the buildings. That would help a lot!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check-in, staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Kind staff and family friendly property.
- 3/5
It was hard to relax and enjoy the place because of the absurdly high cost of anything extra. $6 for a small bottle of water in the room? $24 for a glass of house wine with dinner? No Netflix app on the in-room screens - you can only buy a movie. The prices on the water park menu just make you resentful. It all combines to give the place an unfriendly "ripoff" vibe. One small trash can in the bathroom means you have to hunt for some place to throw away trash. It is a "suite". How about a second extra trash bin?

The room we stayed it wouldn’t lock & i told a house keeper she said she would send a security and the security never came. The sheets from one of the beds were dirty. Also every time we wanted to go in the oasis they would ask for our room key even though we had wristbands. Also the floaties for the lazy river were always low on air, theres usually a person putting air on them & this time there wasn’t. My family & i go at least 5 times a year because we like the fact that is always clean but this time we had really bad experience
- 4/5
There were a lot of activities on the property like the waterpark if you have kids, an adult pool for those without kids, hiking trails from the resort grounds and beautiful golf course. We would stay here again.
- 4/5
No parking. They let oasis park guests park anywhere and hotel guests have no place left.
- 4/5
The property was nice. My family had a blast at the water park. Way to pricey for such small limited amount of food. Had kids running up and down the sidewalk banging on our door all hours of the night. When called front desk they said security was coming. They never showed up. Then at one point the kids got mouthy with me.

Great staycation for family with kids looking to enjoy the pool and waterpark. It was busy, as expected, but staff was great. Awesome fireworks show, good DJ, food was great. Overall great stay

The resort was great and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish there was a price scale for food if we wanted options, but everything from the market place to the main lobby to the pool prices was all the same price.
- 1/5
Be careful when you book through a third party. They have lots of additional fees and charge outrageous amounts of money for food and drinks. Definitely not worth the value. We ordered 2 sodas, chicken nuggets, and fries, and the total was over $100.
- 5/5
I went with my son and his wife and my four grandkids ages five, four and twin year and a half-year-olds. Their accommodations were excellent. The rooms were very clean. I love the fact that there was a living area aside from the two beds separating with closed doors. At the oasis there was something there for everyone to do. I would definitely recommend. Hoping to go back next year.
- 3/5
The shampoo/conditioner/body soap pump dispensers were all.broken . It would be nice to offer the small bottles as options. I dont like the community bottles any way, who knows what gets put in them. Didn't like that we could not bring water bottles into the Oasis. We all drink ALOT of water and the cost was exorborant for the 2 days The fireworks show was great! As we were leaving, the grounds crew was cleaning the front area in which we had to walk. There were several rounds of hoses out and we asked to.walk where he was spraying so we wouldnt need to lift everyones luggage over all hoses, he said no and to walk around AND then kept spraying while we were walking so our luggage got wet We do hope to bring more family back in July

I would give it 7/10 few things I didn’t care for. 1).the bathroom was in the room with 2 queen beds. 2).the lazy river and wave pool had way to many ppl in couldn’t move and ppl was bumping into you constantly. 3).there was no parking for ppl who was actually staying there had to park way in the back of the property and walk a mile. The golf carts was no where to be found for a ride. It was a ok place to stay I did get a free upgrade on the room and a free wrist band for the water park.

The resort is excellent but if booking thru Hotels.com be aware that there are significant resort fees on top of the base rate you pay. Also the food prices at the Resort and Water park are crazy expensive and you cannot bring food into the waterpark. The resort and rooms are great. Tons of pools, extras to do in the main Clubhouse.

I appreciated being assigned a room close to the conference venue. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that housekeeping was done relatively late and the timing was unclear. A “Please clean” or “Do not disturb” option would have made the stay even better.

We had so much fun celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The Oasis water park was a blast, our room was quiet and we loved the pools. One of the elevators was down which wasn't that much of a problem.
- 2/5
I wanted to love our stay here, but unfortunately, the Arizona Grand Resort fell incredibly short of expectations. The Food: Mediocre at best. Room service was expensive and they didn’t even get the drinks right, For a resort of this tier, we expected much higher quality, but the dining options were underwhelming and definitely didn't match the price point. The Pools & Grounds: The pools were packed to capacity and noticeably dirty. One of the maintenance people was working on the pool adding chemicals while me and my children were in it. Beyond that, many of the property's amenities felt poorly maintained and dated. The entire property simply isn't what I expected based on how it's advertised. Billing & Cost: To top it off, the final cost breakdown made absolutely no sense. I do appreciate the staffs willingness to try to help and work it out! The one saving grace was the staff—they were very kind and polite throughout our stay. When I brought up the confusing charges, they mentioned they would work on fixing it, which I do appreciate. However, great service can't fully make up for a dirty environment and subpar facilities. Overall, it was a pretty poor experience. Between the maintenance issues and the lack of value, we will not be visiting again.

Always a great location for a family staycation. Food and drinks at Oasis Waterpark is crazy expensive but the everything was great overall at hotel
- 4/5
While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved.

The room we stayed in had a fake eyelash in the bed, a little concerning if the bedding was actually cleaned before our arrival or if it fell off from whoever cleaned the room. Our fridge wasn’t working but maintenance was quick to replace it.

Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it was fine. Overall a great experience I’ve come here many times over 20yrs and it’s been great and I would highly recommend . I just wish prices for drinks and food were a little more affordable . A tray of French fries cosing between $13-$19 is way too expensive!
- 5/5
Room was well kept. We just didn't like the sink being in the bedroom area instead of in the bathroom, but it worked out fine since it was not our whole family. It was just my daughter & me. (We were in the Sedona buildings.) My daughter enjoyed the golf cart rides & we walked around the property a bit too. Did not see or experience everything in the 3 nights we stayed. I think we would come back, but I forget if they have 2 bedroom units. We would need that if it was our whole family.
- 4/5
Loved the pool and the staff. It was easy to text the front desk with any of our needs. The lazy river was amazing and there were plenty of chairs. The room felt a little old. The curtains and the shower curtain looked dirty and the wicker furniture was not very comfortable.
- 5/5
We recently stayed here as a family of four and had a generally positive experience, primarily due to the layout and amenities. The Room and Layout The best part of this hotel is the space. We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and a living room, which provided much-needed breathing room. While the décor and furnishings are a bit outdated, I will always choose a larger room over a modern but cramped one. The sofa bed in the living area worked perfectly for our two children. Amenities and Value There is a $80 nightly resort fee, but it felt justified given what was included. It covered: On-site parking Water park access Complimentary pool towels For a family of four, having these costs bundled in wasn't a bad deal at all. The only downside to the room itself was the bathroom, which felt quite small compared to the generous living space. Safety Concern I do need to mention a significant safety issue we encountered. A heavy painting fell off the wall completely unprovoked. Thankfully, our children weren't underneath it at the time, but it could have been a serious accident. If you are staying with little ones, I’d recommend keeping them away from the wall art or ensuring everything is securely fastened upon arrival. Summary Despite the dated interior and the small bathroom, the space and the water park made it a great home base for our family. Just be mindful of the wall fixtures!
- 4/5
Nice family resort with plenty of small pools to relax besides the main oasis water park attraction. Prepare to carry your own food, water as the water park food and restaurants are expensive. Pro tip - pickup water and freshly made (even gluten free) sandwiches from sprout market!

The property was very nice and the staff was great when you needed a ride somewhere. They had an Easter Bunny and scavenger hunt for the kids to keep them occupied. The pools were clean and not too crowded. The only isse with the room was that the toilet didn’t flush properly. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price.

Great room. Fun pool for the whole family
- 4/5
Overall an amazing hotel, minus the issue we had with them wanting to change us triple of what was quoted by expedia as hotel service fee. Thankfully the manager was able to resolve it.

We had a great time

Hotel was very dirty and over priced a bit . Rooms had hair in the drains and corners of the rooms .

Property looks amazing but when in use it's old feeling

Great pool and staff was friendly!

Beep. Beep. Beep. Garbage trucks at 0500 every day. Luck of the draw for room adjacent to this area.
- 5/5
A great stay.
- 4/5
This was a great place to stay for our family which includes an 11 and 7 year old. They loved the waterpark, which wasn’t too crowded, and the pools near each building. The food was good, but very expensive, however there are other restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Was a great time with our family! Everyone had fun and there’s plenty of things to do on the property. Would highly recommend
- 1/5
The TV was freezing up the whole stay. And there was nothing resolved by staff. Then on Monday they closed the water park too early.
- 3/5
We never had housekeeping because they came past 5 when we needed to get ready for dinner.
- 4/5
Very nice overall. Food options limited
- 5/5
The water park was so much fun! Rooms were beautiful. I loved how many pools they had. Golf course was gorgeous. The water park should’ve stayed open a couple hours later.
- 5/5
Really Relaxing. Family friendly.
- 5/5
Water park in the hotel and great gym Small bathroom
- 5/5
The spa was booked the entire time we were there. Wasn’t able to do it and that was the whole point of the trip.
- 5/5
Water park is amazing
- 3/5
The property is older and the water park is small and basic. Fun for little kids not older teens and adults.
- 5/5
My family and I loved our stay. Beautiful views and my kids loved the fireworks. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds! Loved the outdoor bonfires and water fountains. The trees were also something I'll miss walking up to! Staff, Brian, so helpful with check in and the resort bell personnel were extremely handy getting around. The lobby grill was nice as well!
- 5/5
Great place for a business retreat or family retreat.
- 3/5
Dated rooms that weren’t super clean
- 3/5
Great water park. Excellent staff. Food decent. Great hiking trails adjacent- Pima Canyon Loop trail, etc. You are a captive audience here if you don’t have a car. The food is very expensive, cocktails are $25. The little store offers no food besides Starbucks coffee and a small amount of pastries. This forces you to buy their bottles of wine from the bar for $75-200, and no chance of grab and go food, only sit down and expensive. They look like a high end resort, but provide no microwave in the room, paper coffee cups and water cups, powdered generic creamer and low end coffee, all for $400/night at the cheapest rate. Our kids had a suite with a full kitchen, but no pots and pans - guess why? The resort is isolated, in a huge complex, it was a half mile to the water park from our room. Lots of stairs. They have golf carts, but hard to get one.

Super let down. Housekeeping didn’t come and when they did ( after going to front desk to ask for service) they didn’t replace any toiletries. We have 3 young children and had no toilet paper. They also just folded dirty towels and didn’t replace with clean ones. In the gift shop the prices listed were less than the actual price charged. I showed the cashier and she said oh I don’t know. The rooms themselves felt very dingy. The WiFi didn’t work. I would most certainly never come back.

This hotel is the old "The Pointe" and has been renovated. The room was very clean and had a lot of freeway noise from the I-10. It's a big property with a huge workout facility and 6 pools. The main attraction is the oasis waterpark which we didn't use but it looks nice. The main restaurant and coffee bar are right off the lobby and have good food. You can watch golphers tee off. It's a decent resort but old and with great service. Well-located.

Beautiful. Nice first room. Second room OK Pillows!!! Very very small bathroom

It was great and we loved it, they just charged a lot for all the mini bars and even the water on the room. We got $36 bills afterward, also charge $10 for borrow microwave because we need to heat baby food and no one heated for us. Also for resort fee supposed to be $80 and they added $10 tax for each night. So expensive and lots of hided charges.

Loved our stay at the Arizona Grand resort. We stayed in the camelback suites which were perfect for our family of 4. Had the heated pool to jump into whenever we wanted and a waterpark included in the price. Food and drinks were a little overpriced but was expected. We can't wait to come again. Probably next time it's 40 below in Chicago again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better resort for my families holiday vacation I loved every minute.

Some teenagers were horsing around and smeared peanut butter on my vehicle. I am very disappointed in facility security regarding this.

There were also 2 toenail clippings near the dining table that weren’t ours- disgusting.

Great hotel! I stayed at the Villas and highly recommend. Very clean with lots of amazing amenities including golf and water park.

Room did need some updates. Furniture was outdated and there was a smell of chlorine and bleach in the room. Otherwise, it was clean.

Beautiful place to stay
- 5/5
Staff, amenities, it all was so great!
- 4/5
We booked the property to enjoy the Oasis water park. The weather was cool and the water did not feel heated to the level advertised. The lazy river was dirty as well. Overall the cleanliness level in the Oasis was lacking. The property was beautiful. There are areas of crumbling concrete and some minor updates that could improve the appearance. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Fantastic staff and the food was great. The rooms were dated and there was quite a bit of maintenance required on all of their buildings and inside the rooms. It could be phenomenal. But not yet.
- 5/5
The room was so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly
- 5/5
The online check-in is easy to navigate and pick up the room keys from the front desk was available and the staff was courteous and helpful with information about the property. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the bedding was well stocked with extra pillows and blanket. Sorry that I was only able to stay overnight but I would book a reservation for the next time I am in town.
- 4/5
Okay, the best thing about this place was the beds. They seemed to be a foam with pillowtop on top. I rarely sleep well on trips but these beds were comfy. It could be that we were exhausted but I thought they were a little firm but also soft enough. Pillows were pretty good too which is shocking. The fountains and courtyards are beautiful. The Oasis Waterpark is okay. It would have been more fun if it weren't so cold. Front desk isn't the most friendly which you'd hope for at a resort. Room was roomy but had a gap between the door and floor and that was icky to see and a little drafty. Just to warn you there are very overpriced food & beverages. Plan accordingly.
- 5/5
Pretty, clean and very quiet

- 3/5
The facility is beautiful. Although we did have issues with this resort. First the shower head in our room was spraying out the back of the shower head. I called to report but they never came to fix it. We were there for four days. Next on check in we were informed there was a $376.00 resort fee in addition to our room rate. Then we find out the golf course was shut down due to a storm they had a week or two ago. They have water slides on site but, they were down the first 2 days we were there. Then we went to the lazy river and when we put our stuff on lounge chairs we were informed the chairs were an additional charge and we could not sit there without paying. So, I asked where and an employee pointed to some chairs on a literal hill. They also did not clean the room until we called to have it cleaned. We are done with this resort! I could go on but you get the gist…
- 4/5
This hotel had the potential to be a 5 star stay but couldn't quite live up to the initial impression. I needed to call housekeeping to clean up what looked like paint chips or caulk off the floor upon checking in which did not make me feel great about the cleanliness of the room. We only stayed for 2 nights but that was the only time housekeeping came. The shower is designed so that when you turn the water on, it hits the shower door and ricochets out into the rest of the bathroom. The biggest disappointment was that the slides at the waterpark were closed during the week that we stayed. The waterpark was the main reason we chose this hotel and with all the other electronic messages I received in advance of my stay I think that a message should have gone out saying the slides would be closed. I spoke with the pool manager about this and was comped food vouchers but like other reviews have said, be prepared to pay $85 for lunch of chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich with 3 drinks. Overall, my kids still had fun but I just couldn't shake the feeling of being mildly disappointed by the experience.
- 5/5
My kids loved the water park area.
- 4/5
Very good location. Resort could use some updating, but overall we were happy with the stay!
- 5/5
Staff was so nice and the pools and hot tubs on the property are endless. The oasis water park was our favorite.
- 4/5
Room could have been cleaner, everything else was good!
- 5/5
Very clean, peaceful, and the staff in all areas were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!
- 5/5
Nice, spacious rooms, Starting to look a bit dated, but everything is kept well maintained and clean. Great water park for the kids.
- 5/5
Rooms and grounds were very clean. Loved the pool areas. Food was great, but very pricey.
- 3/5
House keeping came randomly, sometimes 1 pm sometimes 6 pm, so hard to plan when we should be out for them. Pool was nice but closed early and they required everyone to use tubes in the lazy river. Staff was friendly and resort food was good but a little pricey.
- 5/5
Beautiful location
- 1/5
A total rip off and I will never stay there again
- 4/5
The resort was great but it was difficult to get someone to clean our room daily. I had to call multiple times.

- 5/5
We came here for our wedding anniversary and had a great time but unfortunately one of the bushes on site that is where we parked our car scratched our car pretty bad. The bush had thorns and was sticking out quite a bit. Anyways, the staff was amazing and not only comped our stay but directed us to the claims department to hopefully be compensated for the damage. The room, property and staff were fantastic and definitely will be back.
- 3/5
2 queen room dated needs remodel-very small bathroom, old small tub and low old toilet- not shown on website-misleading- bathroom on website upgraded shower/toilet-elevator out-had to walk to back elevator to walk to front for 4th floor- moved to another room. Not happy with room for price.
- 5/5
Arizona Grand Resort is a dream. From the amazing staff, beautiful grounds and amenities this place is a grand slam. Will definitely be staying here again, One of my favorites!
- 3/5
Enjoyed the patio but it was right next to the convention center so the AC unit was running constantly. The pools/spas were conveniently located and the lazy river was very fun.
- 4/5
The staff is very accommodating.... Makes for a wonderful time
- 2/5
Our room was really not nice and quite outdated and rather shabby with plain furniture and dull carpets. It was hard opening bathroom door with door bumping on toilet. There were no wine glasses available and frig was set at 45 degrees keeping husbands required meds too warm. Ouch and chairs and even bed were not comfortable - I came home with a backache. Friendliness was VERY lacking - lifeguards were ignoring and did not give help and not friendly, I was very disappointed in staff responses to guests. On a positive note - we did enjoy the Rustlers Roost and Matt our golf cart guide was friendly, sweet and helpful. The grounds were very well kept up and beautiful. The Camelback pool was very very cold when I went in to do some water aerobics. Do not know why it was not heated ? We still are considering the reunion
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Our only regret was that the Oasis was closed before we had a chance to even try it. W e were charged a $90 resort fee for something we didn’t even get to enjoy. Our boys were so looking forward to an evening on “the lazy river”, but it never happened. So it would have been nice if we hadn’t been charged that $90.
- 5/5
The customer service was amazing, staff friendly, relaxing, quiet, and exceeded our expectations
- 4/5
The facility is great! Kid loves it! The only complain is our check-in experience! Front desk gave us keycard to a room that’s already occupied by another family so we were not able to get in. And the security come and help us get in and we noticed that the room is occupied and immediately get out. But I cannot imagine if I’m away and they just let other people get in my room like that.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff and clean pool.
- 5/5
That was just a small point- it didn’t take away from my overall experience! This was a gem in Phoenix!
- 2/5
Long in the tooth, beat up, under construction and terrible housekeeping service, broken outlets and fridge in room.
- 5/5
Accomodations, location, staff and service.
- 5/5
we enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
Tv guide programming wasn’t working. Hot water was a challenge. The pull out couch had sheets and blankets already on it when we got there and there was a clump of hair on the sheets! Housekeeping never came to our room (we were there two nights). They were mulching trees at 7:30 am outside of our window. They wanted to charge $6 for a bottle of water in the room! I wouldn’t stay here again. It was overpriced and outdated.
- 3/5
Waters are$6 restaurants were not kind to the guests because there are only 2 to choose from.
- 3/5
Hot tubs were cold, elevators were not working. Check in was at 4 and the Oasis closed at 5. Our shower curtain was busted and broken. We have stayed here several times and this was by far our worst stay.
- 5/5
What a great staycation! The staff is amazing! Front desk, bartenders, waitresses, the guy picking up the pool towels, the housekeepers, the guys at the car service!!!! Top notch! Will 10/10 be back
- 5/5
pools and hot tubs were clean, room was clean. front desk was very helpful and the overall atmosphere was beautiful...well kept grounds
- 5/5
Nice resort. You could text the staff and they were answer promptly. That was a bonus. The only disappointment was no microwaves in the rooms. I was told I could have one delivered for $10, which is not much, but when you pay the nightly fee and the resort fee, a microwave would be nice.
- 1/5
Music playing all night long from hotel and not other guests.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience
- 5/5
Everything was on point from the entrance to the hospitality and the ambiance
- 5/5
The property is fantastic, the only issue was Market Place, the staff is not really friendly. The customer felt like it was a bother to request a coffee.
- 5/5
The water park was fun and relaxing.
- 5/5
From check in to check out, this place is amazing! Nathan was so great. Rooms are great, water park is amazing. Great hotel.
- 5/5
The resort was beautiful, clean and felt safe. All staff were professional and very attentive
- 3/5
Dining options were limited things around the property are very limited limited places to go
- 4/5
Great property - great staff. Would have liked more extended hours for amenities such as pools and water park. Closing the park at 5:00 wasn’t great. Extended restaurant hours for food would be better. No late night options on the resort.
- 5/5
Spa was great! Staff was very nice! Clean quiet. Had the best time.
- 5/5
Clean room and restrooms, great staff
- 5/5
The water park was nice
- 4/5
Beautiful resort with several pools and the water park right on the premises, eateries close by the facility…
- 5/5
Good overall
- 5/5
Everytwas great
- 4/5
I just getting settled in when i heard dripping. Water was coming through my ceiling light, down the walls, soaking the carpeting and floors, dripping on the television and dresser. I called the front desk and notified a housekeeper two rooms away. I was promptly moved to a new room and the cable didn't work on either television. Fred came and said that it was isolated to only my room. The resort removed the room charge for the night. The staff were really kind, professional and did what they could under the circumstances. This is a beautiful resort. There is so much to do and the location to everything makes it a great place to stay. Mother nature's rain storm didn't squelch my visit. Phoenix needs the rain, so let it rain.
- 5/5
It really gives you a luxurious feel! The dining is epic! Waterpark is epic! Although, some of the hot tubs didn’t work, which was weird
- 3/5
The reason I chose this hotel was for the water slides for my kids, which were not operating both days/times we were there. Dining is limited and prices are outrageous. The groundskeepers work hard but we saw a lot of cleaning supplies just laying around the hotel grounds. Not sure I would choose this place again.
- 3/5
Not the best
- 3/5
Without being told a $10 large party charge was added to our bill. We had a party of 7 with three separate checks so $10 was added to each check. Lipstick stains on some of the coffee cups. Had to ask for items twice (hot sauce, mimosa)

Very beautiful place to stay. We celebrated our 28th year Anniversary and we loved it. Loved the water park.
- 5/5
Beautiful clean stay
- 3/5
The room itself was acceptable though outdated, but cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were very dirty and clearly had not been mopped. Just because a surface appears clean does not mean it meets hygiene standards. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the hotel’s overall management and upkeep.
- 1/5
Excellent staff fantastic service clean room I couldn't have asked for a better experience

Love the water park
- 4/5
Overall the resort was beautiful and accommodating as well as close to everything! Check in process was easy and staff checked in consistently throughout our stay. They offered flexible payment options at check in providing us the option to pay with multiple cards and or cash if we wanted to. We got to the resort early and our room had already been ready for us! They allowed us to check into our room early at no extra cost. The room was clean however there were days that housekeeping did not clean our room. Twice while at the resort I had to call and request cleaning. I would call and request rags or towels and it would take an extended period of time for them to be delivered often require 2-3 calls. We also had to pay $10 a day to rent a microwave as this was not included in the room. I was unaware of this prior to booking. While staying at this resort I received two charges to my card for no reason. I called the front desk and they explained that there was some confusion since I payed through a third party (Expedia) and these charges would be removed. The charges took several days to be removed from my account. We stayed in Sedona which was conveniently close to the Oasis water park that’s on the resort. Parking was easily accessible during the weekdays but extremely slim on the weekend. The water park was really nice and catered to both adults and children. I enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. The elevator to the spa was broken which was inconvenient.
- 5/5
Wonderful resort. I’m going to stay here very time I come to AZ. Clean and specious resort and room. Refrigerator and coffee maker and all amenities. Beautiful room and bed. Price is reasonable. Pool oasis was so much fun and lots of tubes to float around. The wave maker would stay in for 10mins. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
The coffee maker was broken and when they brought a new one, the interior was filthy.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Staff, cleanliness and accommodations were exceptional. My only gripe was that I booked a poolside view, but all we could see was a walkway and a tree. Other than that, zero issues. I would highly recommend.
- 5/5
We were charged a hefty resort fee and were not able to use amenities the water park was closed at 5pm and was not told would like some compensation

- 5/5
Great property and amenities. Water park was a bonus.
- 1/5
Our check in was at 4:00. We got there at 4:20 and were told room not ready. We were told we could go wait at the oasis, but we were in street clothes in 110 heat so that was not feasible. We got our room an hour later. Our room was just ok. We had a king suite and they put us on the bottom floor. The patio is very small, no chairs, and the door to get out there would not open. There is a wall on the bottm level patio that blocks any type of view, so even if I could have gotten out there I would have not enjoyed it. There are waters in the room for $6 a bottle. We did visit the oasis and it's not that great. Not family friendly and the staff seem like they are unhappy. Will not be back.
- 5/5
We stayed in one of their renovated rooms and loved it. The stafd ans service were great. It was a beautiful and clean resort.
- 5/5
Rooms seem a bit out dated. No patio furniture was a bummer and not enough golf cart staff. But otherwise the stay was nice
- 3/5
Property was clean and safe, great parking option directly in front of our room (they didn’t explain curb side parking but we followed suit and it played out very well). No microwave, but a decent sized mini fridge we managed to live out of for a full week. Resort prices for food/drink are literally unhinged- thankful there are many places to eat nearby so explore your options and come prepared. We brought an electric kettle for easy meals and made lots of sandwiches/drinks in our room. Overall great experience- park wasn’t overcrowded for our stay and we got shaded chairs daily. Husband golfed twice and seemed to enjoy the course as well.

Loved the water park! Despite the huge dust storm, we absolutely loved our time at the resort!

This property is huge, we went to the water park and found 2 of the 6 outdoor pools! There are wonderful restaurants with in 7 mins of the resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, AC works amazingly and the beds are very comfortable! I am definitely coming back!

Everybody was was amazing. There was an older gentleman with a southern accent that helped us put air in our tire on our rental car that was flat this morning. We had asked a Cuban gentleman that worked for maintenance before that, and he blew us off and said they don’t do things like that so I really want to acknowledge the older gentleman that went above and beyond.

I would recommend this resort to anyone that is traveling in Arizona Phoenix area property was amazing. Service was excellent. I will be returning soon. Thank you for the stay.

I feel the prices at the snack bar were very high. The snacks that are left in the room should be an option up front to decide if we want them in the room. The elevators did not come down after waiting about 15 minutes. We had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor with 2 toddlers. That was a challenge but we made it The elevator issue was only on Friday. They seemed to work fine on Sat.

They should do a better job on the map of the property they provide to their guests. It is very "general" and unless you are very familiar with the property a little confusing. They should have a detailed map of each group of rooms. Walt Disney World is 100 times larger; but they have detailed maps of each section of rooms (at least online).

We always like staying here!!Great Family Resort

Seevice was better than expected. They provide transportation via golf cart from your suite to their Waterpark which is wonderful. Parking for the suite was horrible because it was almost non existent, had to park far away from our suite. Besides that I would definitely recommend this resort for a great family getaway.

No shampoo in my shower just conditioner and two body washes, mini fridge smelled like poop, iron left in middle of bathroom sink, hair on floor and toilet. Lazy river water stinked.

It was my son‘s 11th birthday and we decided to get a room and attend the waterpark and it was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back again just for some relaxation time.

Its was just wonderful stay!!

Wow! Is the first word that comes into my mind when thinking of this place. We booked it last minute because we were changing hotels and my GOD this place is beautiful, clean and so very central to getting places around Phoenix! It was about 20 minutes from every cute and scenic downtown restaurant and 15 minutes from the Phoenix Airport. There was 5 pools and a whole waterpark WITH a lazy river and 2 slides. We enjoyed the afternoon at the waterpark - in which there was so much space so we didn’t feel it was overly crowded, loud or dirty from people being scattered all over. After we left the waterpark we ate downtown came back and saw they had a Disney movie playing on the projecter at the waterpark- so FUN. The gold course was HUGE & the landscape so gorgeous my jaw dropped everytime we saw it. The highlight of the resort in my opinion is the gym. For people who like to workout on vacation This gym is probably bigger and better than the one you pay for at home. Every single equipment, dumbbell , workout piece you can think of is in this 20,000 sq ft gym. The spa is also attached so as soon as you walk in you feel the cleanliness and the relaxedness of the space. If I could give this resort 100 stars I would. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft the room was huge and spacious ! Everything felt so luxurious and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. If you need a great resort this is the best option.

This property was beautiful and so quiet. The rooms were a bit dated, but to be honest I loved that feel. The room was clean and housekeeping changed our bedding and towels daily. The waterpark was a lot of fun and had a moderate crowd (August.) A lot of the staff on the resort seemed younger (18-25) and every single one of them were such a joy to encounter. The golf cart boys were so respectable and it was so wonderful hearing about them loving their job at the AZ Grand while they go to college. I would definitely stay here again! -MN visitor

The water park was great. Sitting area furniture and bedroom nightstands were old and need of updating. Front office should give more information. Had to figure out Wi-Fi, safe and dining options.

Rooms were excellent. Enjoyed the water park!

The property was nice and clean

We had a nice room facing the golf course. Didnt realize the perfect view to watch the wonderful fireworks until we got back from the lazy river and movie night.

My son and I had a wonderful time here

Was honestly a really beautiful resort like gorgeous lake.I've never seen anything like that in my life

Pool area was a disaster, outside people can buy day passes and it was a packed madhouse. Hard to get food and drinks, staff was unable to manage guests in areas where you had to have a reservation for the pool. Not impressed at all, we will not return. Room was nice, that’s about the only positive I have

Muy lindo y tranquilo me encantó

The water park was great. The food and drinks are overpriced. The room price was a good value. But you end up paying a lot for food that is nothing spectacular.

Todo me encanto

Love this place!!

We loved the rooms that sleep 6 and the water park. Brought our own food to the hotel. Food and drinks in the water park are stupid expensive! But the staff and facility are worth a fun day of play.

Staycation with my children. Amazing property, clean, comfortable room. The room was roomy. We enjoyed the water park! Will definingly be staying again for another staycation.

Centrally located to dinning, malls and easy access to I10

I like the fact that there are multiply swimming pools for all areas of the hotel. Relaxing and clean.
- 5/5
Great Place to get out and enjoy family and make great memories. Our littles enjoyed it, from the wave pool, lazy river and Jacuzzi. They did show a movie at the end of night on the projector which was pretty cool. The wind did pick up halfway through the movie but they did make it available on our TV's in our suites. We'll definitely be back again.

Absolutely amazing

Nice place

For a resort the restaurants they offer are absolutely terrible and way over priced. The food the resort offers isn’t too bad but also overly expensive. They don’t ever change the bedsheets as well
- 5/5
Thanks you for everything

Nice having a waterpark on property.

I've stayed there before but this time the room was hot we had to ask for a fan but in Arizona that's definitely not enough and other details I didn't like
