The AZB has a very beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay, even with stunning mountain views. Renatas restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. The Cup and Cone Market has wonderful grab-and-go items; the overnight oats are very tasty. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You must check out AZB for yourself and experience the great stay.

Arizona Biltmore never disappoints. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful, well maintained grounds.

The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it.

Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. I asked about pool hours and was told they are 24/7. While the pools are open the slides aren’t.

We stayed in a suite with 2 outside patios. The furniture outside was not clean. Our room was very clean. It was a very large suite. We found it odd that the only trash can was located in the bathroom. Also the bathroom was only accessible through the private bedroom. Bugs were a problem at both the adult and family pools. All of the food was excellent.

We reserved a cottage for our stay. Check-in was quick and the desk agent spent time showing us where everything that we were interested in was and marking it on a map of the property. The cottage was beautiful and featured a separate bedroom from the main living room space. The bath was luxurious and spotless.

The room smelled like strong weed. They let us change rooms which was nice but kinda ridiculous that it even happened. The lifeguards were rude to the kids. They were lazy and didn’t want to open a water slide. There was a very slight breeze and they said this if the wind picks up the kids could get stuck in the tube slide. They eventually opened the slide implying it was now safe and then told the kids that if they get in and then wind blows they could get stuck in the tube. My kids didn’t want to get stuck so they decided not to go in it The life guard scolded my 9 year old son and said, “we opened the slide just for you and you’re not going to go down it!” Also, the waitress at the pool charged an entire ticket on my credit card that was not mine. When I called to get it sorted out, I was sent to voice mail. One person called me back and said he’d work it out and email me and I never heard from him again. I called back and the never actually made it right and I got no apology. I was able to get reimbursed by the person thru Zelle. For the price and beauty of this property, I had much higher expectations. Give your business to the Fairmont Princess if you’re going to Scottsdale!

I noticed the smoke detector/CO2 was broken. A resort like this should not be letting people sleep in rooms that are potentially unsafe or worse, deadly.

One drawback worth noting is that the hot tub located in the non–adults-only area did not clearly indicate restrictions regarding children. Given that hot tub use is generally not recommended for young children, clearer signage or communication would have been appropriate to avoid confusion.

Entering the Arizona Biltmore feels like stepping into a visionary idea—a refined compromise between living in comfort and embracing the secluded nature of the desert. Here, comfort and architecture exist in perfect harmony, made even more remarkable by the fact that this concept was conceived nearly a century ago. Spacious common areas, polished service, and a strong sense of tradition fully justify its five-star status. A timeless icon that continues to deliver. We had the villa that was super spacious. Service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. We also loved the swimming pools. On the negative side- the water pressure in the showers is low… We will be back when we’re again in Phoenix…

I was given a variety of different reasons why. It is what it is, we booked the signature suite. and requested the upstairs room pictured on the first slide, and were given the first floor room instead. Honoring this request would have made a big difference since I requested it 1. On the Expedia Chat 2. In person at the resort 2 weeks before stay, 3. By Phone call to Property and 4. on the Hilton Honors App. We were also charged $86 for telephone use that is not valid. Our room phone was not actually working, and we had someone come to troubleshoot. I was charged for my room service breakfast 3 times and then reversed and actually had to come to the front to remedy. My keys deactivated mid-stay and needed new ones. All this in the course of a 1-night stay that was supposed to be a celebratory staycation for my daughter birthday. I've requested a refund from the Resort for the phone charges, and I would like an honest explanation for why my room request was not honored. The resort is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is NICE, but for the amount I spent on this room and expectations for Hilton, we were disappointed.

We spent 4 nights in July 2025. We stayed in the Biltmore cottages and our room was clean, nicely decorated, convenient and comfortable. The water park and misting system at the outdoor bars made the 100 degree temps more than tolerable. We had a wonderful time.

I loved my stay! I’m happy we opted in for the citrus club access, definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the bar closed at the adults only pool at 5pm. Being that it’s 24 hours we would’ve liked for it to stay open longer.

Our room was absolutely perfect spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. It was a true sanctuary after our fun filled days. And speaking of fun, we took full advantage of the amenities. The adult pool was a peaceful oasis, and we loved the variety of food options available on-site. Every meal was a delight. The bars were a highlight! The bartenders were not only friendly but truly skilled, crafting delicious and creative drinks. The service throughout the entire property was consistently warm and attentive, making us feel so welcome. We're normally not the biggest gym rats on vacation, but the fitness center was so well-equipped we actually looked forward to our workouts. The pickleball courts were an absolute blast and added a fun, active element to our days. And the spa! What a gem. The services were spectacular, and we found the pricing to be very reasonable for the quality of the treatments. Now, for complete transparency, the in-room TVs were down for the first two days of our stay. While we would have enjoyed winding down with a movie, honestly? It barely put a dent in our experience.

When I got to McArthurs to ask, they referred me back to the front desk. At check out, I realized that they never even gave me the breakfast credits and also overcharged me for the resort fees for both nights. I had to spend a lot of time to get the situation resolved which left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is something that I have never experienced and would not expect at a 5 star hotel.

The Biltmore is everything I knew it would be. As a lifelong Az resident, I have known about the Biltmore all my life. It did not disappoint. Fabulous facility, great people, incredible food. My wife and I are already planning our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Valet, check in were smooth. Room overall great. The shower had a leaky shower head and no pressure. We only stayed overnight but we enjoyed a couples massage, visited MacArthur’s, the Wright bars and the staff was wonderful. Definitely will be back to check out more when we can stay longer

I’ll also add- the family pool was extremely crowded. You really had to fight for a seat. It was disappointing that many of the people by the pool were day pass holder and not resort guests.

Very nice area. Be prepared to walk long distances for self-parking and areas inside. Lobby, restaurants and bars are very nice. You can get the sense of history behind the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC could be better.

I booked through you all and it said paid all the amount for the hotel outside of the resort fees. They tried to charge me full price for the whole amount.

The property is beautiful! So much to do and take in, there is on site dining, pools, and activities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they made sure we were hydrated at the pools with complimentary water pitchers. Housekeeping went the extra mile with keeping our room clean and organizing our accessories, however majority of the guest were not friendly to other guest who weren’t from the same background as them which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise I really enjoyed the biltomore!

Hotel ac is very hot, there’s a bunch of random charges, and they charge $28 for parking per night or $38 for vallet per night. Hotels gave us a quote for about $690, and biltmore charged us $780 after our 10% deposit. Also, drinks are $25 to $30 dollars each.

Excellent gym, pools, property. What impressed me most was the house keeping staf. I travel a lot and stay and many hotels. The housekeeping staff thought of everything. They noticed that I had left glasses on my night stand. That evening I found a lens cleaner cloth next to my glasses. They had also organized all my chargers and bundled them for easy use.

The hotel is too spread out and parking is too far away from the rooms, so you have to give the car to the attendant to park. Rooms are old, windows are not opening, go other place for the money you spend.

Love staying here! It’s beautiful, just not much shopping close by if you are looking for that.

Look no further if you are seeking a luxurious hotel experienceEverything was perfect! We stayed in an Ocatilla guest room which was impeccably furnished and had a patio next to the pool. Loved the 24 hr pool access.

Amazing property! Loved the aesthetics, the amenities, the 24/7 pool access and location. Very reasonably priced for what the property offers as well.

We will be back. Advice: Bring mosquito spray for night time swim or hanging around the resort.

Beautiful property and room. Food and drinks were amazing. Had a 5 star meal at Renata's Hearth that was quite an experience. Not a cheap place to stay, was surprised at the additional 70-80 per night fees I was charged on check out and you pay for parking/valet typically but our front desk associate waived the parking garage fee as it was so far from our room. Would definitely come back.

$38 for valet parking which the parking lot is right in front of the lobby. Higher than Vegas. The food and facilities were nice otherwise.

We would love to come back here for a longer stay. The resort is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurants inside the hotel are pricey but the food is delicious. For some reason, we were given an accessible room so it wasn’t the usual bathroom, and I wish we had a regular room. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay.

Loved the Biltmore. First time staying. We’re able to get a late checkout which was wonderful as we enjoyed the adults only pool. The Poke Bowl was excellent!

Great property with so many Amenities! The property was well maintained and clean! Great for families with children, several pools and green space for them to run around.

Business trip during 107 degree weather. A/C in the hotel was fantastic. Gym was awesome with up to date equipment that had options for every type of workout you can imagine!

We were only there for a short day and night but our stay was just what we needed at the end of a great week with a lot of hiking. The property was beautiful and the staff and amenities were great!

Amazing Resort, very clean, nice staff, hated all the fees but amazing 24hr pools.

They did replace both. Other than that.. is was great!

Such a beautiful resort. We did a small family staecation. Everyone was so friendly and loved all the history behind the resort. So many things to do at the resort. It is very family friendly and adults only ares as well. We will be coming back soon.

“Newly renovated” room didn’t have more than one power outlet between both doors.

A weekend to relax - we had a lovely time but the resort is massive and very hectic. We checked in early afternoon and no sun beds were available.

Biltmore Resort met all my expectations. Plenty of activities and beautiful, quiet areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highest recommendations and would love to return if the opportunity ever arises.

Place is a luxury Oasis. You will pay to play, but you will get your moneys worth.
