We normally stay at Aloft when we travel. This one of course was very loud since we were so close to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The only concern I had would be. There’s no vent in the bathroom for showering so it made for it to be really steamy. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

You really need both elevators working.

They charge for parking. But they don't charge at the front desk like a normal hotel. You have to use a. Are code and put in information including your cars license plate number. I checked in late and the entire check in process became very difficult. I also thought a made to order breakfast would be someone actually making food. It's just some warming already prepared food in a microwave. You just have to pay before they warm it up. This was a odd hotel experience at best.

I had the greatest time at the A loft. I totally recommend staying here. The staff members were so good to my girlfriend and I. We received drink vouchers from the bar for my girlfriend’s birthday, we were offered free parking and even given free detergent and dryer sheets for the laundry. Everyone was so welcoming. Highly recommend.

A convenient location having a great modern fresh look about it. The rooms are up to date and crisp clean for a great stay. Convenient amenities and options within walking distance. A great welcoming staff right down to the shuttle driver. …an enjoyable place to stay.

Decent place, Aloft Tempe is better and closer to more things … this hotel lounge food was pretty bad and the poor waitress/bartender was also the cook … definitely don’t plan on eating here … gym was also lackluster

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had no car but there were places to eat and get snacks nearby. The Original Marketplace was yummy. Only stayed one night then got the hotel shuttle to the airport. No problems, very smooth ecperience

The room’s temperature control unit had a very loud blower that never went off. My husband was okay with the “white noise” but it kept me awake. I could also hear planes taking off, even over the sound of the A/C. But the staff was great, the room was clean and there is a bar downstairs with some good snd drink, although we didn’t utilize its services.

Hotel staff was awesome and the room was clean, but the area isn’t great. Lots of homeless people around the hotel, we were approached by a vagrant in the parking lot. Saw two people getting arrested nearby. A little sketchy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Phoenix. The room was exactly as described in the listing and met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, making the overall experience enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and quickly assigned our room without any issues. Overall, a great experience and a solid choice for staying in Phoenix. I would definitely consider staying here again. Everything was exactly as expected, with no issues during my stay.

That bullshit parking fee

Our room wasn't cleaned every day, which was disappointing. I feel like this room was way overpriced for such a basic room. Also, the chairs in the room were incredibly uncomfortable as well.

The room was great, where it’s located is pretty ghetto. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because every time I go to book a hotel I make sure there is a restaurant there so I don’t have to drive around town looking for somewhere to eat. I went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was closed. After a couple drinks, I don’t want to drive.

Being surprised that this Aloft charges it's own guests $15.00 a night to park in it's empty parking lot was a bit of a disappointment. I ended up parking somewhere else and had to walk to my car every time I went somewhere. It was a bit inconvenient.

Chose this as it is just opposite the 44th St light rail and Sky Train station to PHX which means an easy connection to the terminals. Only downside to this station is some scruffy homeless types in the surrounding area but there was a security team on the platform itself.

The hotel is quite conveniently located in the city. However, in my opinion, the rooms are not insulated well and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The pillows were very hard!

The room was okay, but needs minor improvements. The window area was missing a cushion, the AC was annoyingly loud, and there wasn’t a separate light for the bathroom. The bathroom/shower window, which could use a blackout curtain, required us to use our phones as to not wake each other.

What the staff does NOT tell you at check in when they ask for your licenses plate number is that you have to pay to park. Had I been given this information I would have paid onsite or with the checkin staff. Instead I was hit with a $75 fee. And also who makes there paying guests pay for parking? Will not stay here again due to not being transparent

The rooms were small yet functional with everything you need for an over night stay. There is a microwave, TV, coffee maker, etc. Overall we enjoyed the pool and the staff were very kind and the check in / check out was quick and easy.

Room had adjoining door so we could hear next door noise. Room layout good. Limited pay as you go breakfast options. Discourteous bar staff. Receptionists and Duty Manager were very pleasant and helpful.

Great property bearing in mind pricing and expectations. Located very close to the airport with a shuttle had friendly staff and decent amenities.

Problems at check in

Good choice for an overnight layover in Phoenix or possibly longer. Hip atmosphere and efficient but cordial staff at the front desk and the bar. Spacious and clean rooms. Shuttle was fairly easy - called the hotel and found out where to get the van at the airport, then every 30 minutes to the airport in the morning. Didn’t have time to go anywhere else and not too much right nearby, chosen mainly for proximity to the airport, but it looked easy to get downtown on light rail too.

Our room had a cockroach in the shower, I would strongly suggest the hotel coordinator with an exterminator. I will be speaking to management as well.

When I asked about the lack of cleaning, the staff mentioned something about not providing housekeeping on weekends, which didn’t make much sense to me. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t offer daily room service, fresh towels, or at least basic tidying. Overall, it just didn’t meet the expectations I had for comfort and cleanliness during my stay.

Staff very helpful and fitness and pool area very good. One minor complaint is the complex set up to register your car on app for parking. Seems overly and unnecessarily complicated.

Then - the WXYZ bar that is the only place on the property to eat and drink was closed - for how long is anyone’s guess. They had a horrible little shop set up with disgusting snacks, for sale - and empty coffee urns. They suggested that I go to Burger King (down the street in a really sketchy area, with homeless people fighting in the street) or the Crown Plaza Hotel (same great neighborhood). The room was okay - comfy and nice amenities, but on a very noisy highway. Not at all as advertised.

Another issue I had that there was a lot of LOUD door closing as well as LOUD traffic noises.It disturbed the both of us. Neither of us would be considered LIGHT sleepers. I frequently travel out of PHX for family functions and leisure purposes and I will neither consider nor recommend this property upcoming travel.

Besides the convenient location and value, this contemporary property was aptly appointed for a desert getaway. Snug and stylish accomodations plus a pool, gym, vibrant bar and shop. Luis at the front desk made our stay exceptional! Helpful, considerate and accommodating. . . team members like him are an excellent example of hospitality and why guests return.

The receptionsist who cheked me in was not friendly at all. Only 3 conversation he had with me. My name, my cc and then where was the elevator...the guy who checked me out next day was friendlier and made shuttle arrangement to the airport . However when a customer who checked out asked for a water bottlen and the guy responded" sorry, can't give you any"! Wow. A customer was not worthed bottle water of less than .25 cents?

I stayed for three nights and hoped someone would have reset the room, provided clean towels, etc. It was disappoint to come back after three full days and see nothing had been replenished.

Staff was friendly. Paying to park there is fairly ridiculous since it’s not gated nor a garage. Surrounding area is sketchy and lots of interesting characters walking about. The barmaid Jayden was super nice. They failed to stock her bar with what she needs to do her job and they expect her to cook while serving drinks? Felt bad for her as other patrons might not be as understanding as we were. She’s aces though….

Facility is noise canceled, you don’t hear the planes although close to the airport. Very clean rooms with microwave and mini fridge.

My only issue with the room was I could hear the person above me walking around and hear the tv. Also, I got coffee and it was lukewarm and had grounds.

All of the management personnel at Aloft are amazing people! We had a fairly complex perdiciment with some extreme travel fatigue making things seem more difficult than they really were. Each manager we worked with really went out of their way to calm my family down, get us into a room at 2am. We initially worked with Josh H. at Aloft, and he was quite literally heaven sent. Without his assistance we would have been sleeping on the airport floor for two days!!! The rooms are all newly renovated, clean, and very sleek. Lobby is great with a pool table and welcoming vibe.

Aloft had 3 rooms left but we were turned away due to expedia booking. Was forced to walk across street to another hotel, dealing with homeless and mentally unstable individuals. Terrible experience. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be rectified

We love this hotel. It is close to the airport and has plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We usually stay only one night, but it would be great for a longer stay.

The Aloft was conveniently located by the Phoenix airport. The 44th street stop on the airport tram a short walk from the hotel.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My room had a spacious comfortable king bed. Free airport shuttle to and from the airport.

Typical Aloft room--nice beds, nice location of outlets for charging, nice shower and bathroom. Bar in the lobby had good drink selection and very friendly staff. Location right next to ariport was ideal for early flight, if their complementary shuttle is not running, its a 5 min walk to the airport train.

Only downside was the food, it could’ve been much better. Staff was great and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean.

This is a very nice hotel easy for me to get to the airport.

Comfortable beds, close to public transportation, safe, good food options close, close to airport, freeway, asked for extra towels and pillows and they totally made up and cleaned our room! The from staff was friendly and helpful! Bartender was great! Came for baseball and a concert! We would stay here again!

First of all, I made reservations a week and a half prior to my stay from out of state. So when I first got there to check in I was immediately asked why I had chose a king bed and if I was by myself! He knew, obviously it’s in the system. Like seriously!! Then the guy proceeded to ask if I was handicapped as if maybe that was the reason and clearly he could see I wasn’t. That’s nobody’s business but mine! Even if I chose two beds and it’s paid for THATS STILL NOBODY’S BUSINESS! Then if that wasn’t enough, he was like ummm yeah the deposit is going to be $100 and looked at me as if he just knew I wasn’t going to have it. This man was CLEARLY “Stereotyping” me until I pulled out my credit card and it was only then he started easing up on me. If it hadn’t been so late (my plane arrived late) and I wasn’t so tired I would of just cancelled the whole reservation. The aesthetics of the place are very modern and nice. As well as the amenities in the room. However, after awhile when that nice smell wears off in the room you can start smelling this gawd awful stench! Not only that but the bed was so old, HOT, and uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep the the whole 2 nights I was there. The pillows looked fluffy but were so cheap that when I put all four under my head they bearly made one! The blankets didn’t do it any justice either. It was like they were washed in a bunch of of powdered cheap soap that wasn’t completely rinsed out. It was like a potty training bed with plastic underneath.

Staff was great, shuttle was extremely accommodating. Place is great, but it is not a quiet sleep. I had room 103, and it faced the high traffic street, had light rail traffic with electronic bells, airplane noise and helicopter noise. Kind of a bummer, because everything else was great.

We stayed here for only one night before heading out, but the bed was super comfortable and everything was new and very clean.

The staff was rude. And on top of that, I had to pay an additional $15 dollars for parking. The hotel didn't offer breakfast without me. Paying an additional fee, so I just went somewhere else to eat.

I stayed there for the airport shuttle but it didn’t run til Later so I didn’t get to use it. Also had no hot water for the shower.

Very nice hotel, mostly friendly staff. Not near anything. They charge $15 bucks to park. That is a total turn off for me, just greedy. They do have shuttle to airport. No restaurant, no free breakfast, bar food is frozen microwaved. Beautiful room, but will not stay there again.

Had a nice stay people were nice room was clean. Pool was a little salty but the water temperature was perfect. Shuttle drivers were great. I had a good experience.

As always, Aloft delivers the quality stay we’ve always experienced. No boomy upstairs racket, plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable bedding and a great 12 o clock checkout that gives plenty of time to get more sleep in.

I could tell how clean it was by the smell in the room.

The AC in the room is so loud and is on and off all the time. I had to put ear plugs in. And the rooms either smell musky/old cigarettes.

Close to the airport. Big rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice bar with basic meal choices until 10pm which we appreciated since we were late check-ins. Shuttle service but limited times - we had to get Uber. Nothing. Tho I always wonder why staff don’t help when they see people coming in with loads of luggage even just by offering a cart.

Modern simple good bedding and Design. Nothing

The food options are there but we never really seen food and the bed is only changed twice and we stayed there for 9 days. After checking to make sure the room is cleaned we saw that the blankets were folded and had the same stains on the blankets. Had to tell the front desk that we wanted the room cleaned and a couple days they would change the towels but not the blanket. There was a fire alarm going off and no one told us it was a false alarm and we ran out of the room. We had to call to find out. After calling there was no follow-up the next day or notification that there was no fire. I’m sad to say that my stay was inadequate. I went to the bar to have a drink and most of the drinks were unavailable and they didn’t know when they would get any more in. I was also check out my room two days before I was supposed to check out and I had to go down to the front desk and show my ID in order to proof that I was staying there and pay for the 9 days total. I will not be back for another stay and you have to pay for parking.

Hotel was great. In a sketchy part of town. Was not happy that the hotel bar was closed because apparently they only have one bartender and she called off. When I left to go to the airport there were bums and junkies sleeping right out front

Flight arrived very late and needed a quick and clean place to stay. Great rate for the night and super efficient check in. Would stay again if needed.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have plans to fly out or in. It is within minutes of the airport. The room was clean and the bed was every comfortable. We visited the pool which was simple but nice, no jacuzzi.

ok. Easy to walk to the airport. Parking is too expensive.

Usually it serves its purpose after traveling. But there was no hot water. So no shower. No Facial Tissues. Just seemed "less."

This property was great, the only thing bad was the pool when it touched your lips, it tasted like salt for some reason but still fun though.

I chose this location for the close proximity to the airport, free shuttle service, and free cancellation. I was pleasantly surprised by the polite and helpful staff, modern decor, and super clean room. I would recommend this hotel for all the things I mentioned!

Always try to stay at Aloft wherever I travel. Always quiet and clean. Booked at a great rate. Only downside to this location is having to pay for parking. Should’ve read full listing prior to booking because that $15/day caught me off guard when I arrived.
