It listed a pool on the website. There was no pool, there had not been a pool for a long time. There was remodeling taking place, and we had supplies for the remodeling in our room. How was that appropriate?

No pool even though it says on all sites it does! No breakfast they offer granola bar and hostess cake!

Good luck trying to get your money back or either change your booking to a different day whenever you book for the wrong date. It’s always an issue with this hotel that will cause you not to get a good sleep. The manager is very arrogant and rude when speaking to your booking agent.

Upon entering my room, I noticed right away the head boards were missing and were propped behind the TV stand. The bathroom shower dripped all night. Check out is at 11 am, however upon my return from my appointment which was at 830am to 945am, access to my room was declined. I had to request for the card to be activated. Once in my room again, I finished packing and eating my breakfast, at 1053am there was a call and then a knock at the door asking if I was leaving or staying longer. Upon opening the door, house keeping and a male front desk clerk were at the door. I really felt rushed to get out. Very unprofessional!! I feel the pictures advertised on the web and on Booking.com are very deceptive. When I pulled up to check in, there was a sign that said something about Renovations. They are not ready to serve in a Four Star capacity.

The back of the bathroom door had a dirty towel from the prior guest, still hanging up. Hair behind the door. Loud noises coming from the hallway. Was told it was the washer and dryer. It was a loud grinding sound and kept us awake.

There was no one at the desk to check us in, it was around 8 pm, we were tired and wanted to get to our room. When we returned to our room the next day we attempted to take a shower and didn't have hot water. I tried again the next morning and still no hot water and the hair dryer quit working. I tried to reset it and let it cool off, so I wasn't able to dry my hair. The breakfast was not appealing at all.

This place was a dump. Exterior was unkept, the reception area smelled like marijuana and when we got into our room it wasn’t kept either. My husband went to put his sodas into the fridge and it wasn’t clean. There was a cup in there that had exploded all over the fridge. We were exhausted from our trip up to Phenix City and didn’t want to deal with a room change.

Price and Location Key for the room quit working at 9 am before I checked out. Might have set up the checkout time online for then but don't think so.

If I had wanted breakfast in the 2 days I was there it wasn’t offered. The juice machine had a sign out of order. The little amount of cereal in the containers looked old and not appetizing. I was sort of dark and in inviting where the table and chairs were in the main lobby. The air in my room never got cold cold even though I turned it down to 66. I floors in the room needed a good moping. My feet were black from walking barefoot in the room . It would have been nice to have a printed channel list to go with the tv/remote

No one was at the counter when checking in. Had to call to get a person to come check us in. The shower had hair in it. We couldn’t get the tv to work and the booking said there was breakfast but ding dongs and honey buns aren’t breakfast.

The hallways were very hot and uncomfortable. The refrigerator/freezer had thawed and water was standing inside and leaking outside of it. The bath towels were frayed around the edges and worn. I could go on but I’ve ran out of space in this block.

I liked how clean it was and how nice the staff was. Would absolutely stay again I didn’t like the location of the place

There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive of the area. The room itself was average, but the air conditioner struggled to provide cool air.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was in town for my son’s graduation at Fort Benning, easy ride to the base for back to back graduation ceremonies. Plenty of restaurants and retail in the area.

Room had many broken things including the fan in the bathroom. Very loud with holes in the grate. Could not turn the light on at night. Lamp shades had holes. Room was very musty and hot. Couldn't adjust the air.....again not working.

This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person.

I was there for 2 days and for some reason it said I was checking out after a day. The Indian woman from the front desk knocked and then took it upon herself to open the door. I told her I was there for 2 days and she did not fix it because housekeeping came later and knocked and said it stated I was checking out. The front desk also harrassed one of my guess coming to visit. I did not feel safe or comfortable there!!! I left early!

Staff are friendly and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and the floors were filthy. We only stayed one night and it’s not terrible for a one night stay but any longer than that and it wouldn’t be doable.

Let me start by saying the staff were great and very friendly! The room could use some upgrades especially flooring the carpet was very dirty. Overall it was a good place to stay and in great location.

The bad. Paper thin walls. Next room you could hear conversations in regular tones. The front desk DID ask them to lower the voice when i called in at 1am. No, no security on the room door. They started they removed the old ones and had not got the new style in yet. I was okay however i would NOT trust a single woman staying here alone with zero security but a skimpy door lock. Every lamp was supposed to have 2 bulbs. Each had only one. The room was too dark to do any work with only 3-40 watt bulbs to light the whole room. Shower was warm, barely. I tried it late at night and early am. No difference. I assume with the bulbs missing and the water turned down it was too save them money. The wood floor was clean but the panels were separating. Caught my foot2x Overall, aside from the security issues it was a CLEAN place. Just dated. Beds were comfortable and clean with no bugs spotted the 3 days i was there.

We checked in around 9:30pm the staff on duty was RUDE!! The refrigerator in the room had old food left in it. The bathroom had nasty wash clothes that had been used hanging over the shower rod. The tv had an error message that read weak or no signal the entire weekend so we couldn't watch tv. The pool had no wayer in it but there was no one made us aware that it was closed for whatever reasons. The wifi was garbage. We were not informed about the time for breakfast. We checked out at 6:15am i went to grab a bowl of cereal but there was no milk. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It doesn't have an elevator so we had to carry our bags up to the second floor. I was so disappointed. I traveled 10 hours from Florida to stay in a DUMP!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

One day there was a banana and the next there were 3 tiny clementines. If they had served a real breakfast, then it would have been a great hotel. Fortunately there is a Wendy's next door and a Waffle House across the street. Stay here. It's very clean and very comfortable. Do not expect to have access to a pool or to be served an edible breakfast.

Okay place to be if you don’t plan on being at the hotel a lot. Biggest disappointment was I booked the rooms with the knowledge that there was a pool. After check in was informed pool was “dirty and black,” and haven’t been used in a while. That should be something listed on the website! They never would’ve been an option. It was way too hot to not have pool access.

The room was gross but after a10 plus hour motorcycle ride this was the quickest option. The girl who checked us in was super accommodating, the guy the next morning was a total jerk!!!

Overall an averages place to stay with convenient location. No real complaints other than breakfast, or should I say lack there of. Only options were coffee, cereal or a tiny muffin. None of which I eat or drink.

Property doesn’t appear to be in the good condition it has been in my past visits here. It appears to be some renovations going on here presently.

The safety latch on the door was missing the plate that is attached to the door. Also, the exhaust vent on the ceiling of the bathroom was VERY dirty.

The safety latch on the door was missing the plate that is attached to the door. Also, the exhaust vent on the ceiling of the bathroom was VERY dirty.

When we got there, it was late. We were all tired. We checked in, got our rooms. Once we got in our room we noticed roaches floor to ceiling. We couldn't stay there, it was terrible.

There was a strong chemical odor in the room and the furniture was very dated and worn. Also the fan in the bathroom sounded like a freight train

The problem was i arrived about 12:30 am on the day of check in I was charged two separate fees, the next day i was charged double fees, third day triple fees. The front desk had a problem was me and my guests going out to my car to get my things. The front door was locked and didn’t have access to the building. They dis not clean food station at breakfast. There were no ABS plugs in the room most of tne accessible electrical plugs were behind the bed or TV station. The bathroom had large cracks close to the tub. It was not a pleasant stay.

The rooms were unclean, the manager is dishonest. We found hair, wrappers and stains in the “clean” beds. The showers were gross, there was food on the floor, leaks in the room so we tried multiple rooms and this is just how they find it acceptable to keep them. Parking lot was like a bombing range full of pot holes, A/C sounded like a rock crusher and did not cool well. The "free breakfast" was cold cereal and bring the coffee from your room

Super sketchy. The room was filthy. There was food in the fridge. The outlets were coming out of the walls. The bedding had holes in them. The shower didn’t stay cold. There was no elevator. The TV didn’t work — the room was HOT when we walked in.

Also, its was 90 degrees when I arrived and the AC was off in the room. Lastly, there are only about 10 cars in the lot, but I was given a room closest to the front desk. I heard talking all night! Won't stay here anymore!

You have to put down a 100 dollar deposit lot which was not mentioned anywhere except for the front desk. I got the deposit back and it was fine but it would be nice to know things like that.

Was ok for the price. Needs to be updated. No USB ports. And only one plug in that worked. Air conditioner would not cool. So it was stuffy and warm. Thank goodness it was not a hot night.

Didn’t know their was a deposit due at the hotel the info wasn’t on Expedia and the front desk didn’t have nothing in rooms we had to ask for everything

The staff was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was probably one of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed at. The staff was amazing highly recommended and will no doubt stay there again.
