Visiting the Austin area was fun, but our stay at the Plantation house Inn was definitely the highlight. From the amazing host and her delicious breakfast to the gorgeous surroundings and perfect amenities, you will want to come back again and again, if only to visit Luey and Norris!! Not only did we have a very well appointed room and amazing breakfast each morning, but we learned all about the local cowboy culture, and my son even purchased his first authentic cowboy hat. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Best decision of our trip to stay here!!

They thought of everything that a traveler may need. We can’t wait to stay at The Plantation House the next time we are in the Austin area.

Our room was beautiful decorated, which had two bedrooms adjoined by a lovely bathroom with complementary shower gel to bath salts. Louey & Morris are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast we had was excellent first time any of us had had German pancakes, freshly made while Louey chatted away from the kitchen. This was just the most amazing 6 days I could ask for. The owners Luey and Norris are such nice and welcoming people. Every morning Luey makes sure you get a different kind of breakfast. The Plantation House Inn is gorgeous. My room was very comfortable, food was delicious, and the owners were super friendly.

We stayed in the third floor (The Cole) which was beautifully decorated and appointed. The morning breakfasts were terrific, and the hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to ANY friend or family member. Terrific!

It is centrally located and the place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and truly loved her amazing hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and she asked us in advance of any known allergies which I truly appreciate. A wonderful and enjoyable experience we had at the Plantation House. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. Everything about this inn was wonderful. It feels like a slice of heaven 30 minutes outside Austin. The room was huge, lots of little details to help it feel cozy. The owners were so kind. The breakfast was the delicious and my kids loved the pool. Nothing. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Can't wait to go back. Would plan a trip just to stay here.

Luey's breakfast is a great way to start the day. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visit; close to our destinations in an idyllic setting.

We had an exceptional experience at the most elegant Bed and Breakfast in Texas. The owners give you a sense of family. The room was very comfortable, the shower, closet, the bed was fantastic. Leaving, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible house with a beautiful property that guests can enjoy. Peaceful and relaxing. Luxurious rooms with buttery soft sheets. The hosts were welcoming and kind. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. The hosts have clearly invested a tremendous amount of time and energy making to ensure all guests feel pampered and comfortable. The tiny details make it feel like a 5-star hotel. My wife and I stayed at plantation house for 2 nights. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The property is gorgeous and a secluded but not far off the beaten path. I really liked that thr property is gated, passerbys can't just come waltzing in. The hosts, Loue, was so amazing and did everything to make our stay more enjoyable. I look forward to visiting plantation house again in the future

We couldn’t have picked a more lovely place for our getaway. The Plantation is the perfect place to cozy up and slow things down. Lots of space to stroll around this lovely property or if you want to visit Austin it’s just a beautiful 30 minute drive. Luey and Norris were the most gracious hosts who truly make you feel like family. Luey even helped my husband with a birthday surprise for me! You’ll get served absolutely the best breakfast with fresh ingredients not hidden in a box. Bedding was comfortable and bathroom fully stocked. We were not lacking anything and have no complaints. Thank you Luey and Norris for making our getaway that much more special! We hope to visit again.

The property as well as our suite were immaculate and well stocked. The only thing negative I could say was having to say goodbye. They don't know it yet, but for us, it was not a goodbye. We plan to return.

What a wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! The plantation house is a fabulous gem in a great location, but the host couple is what truly makes it special. My wife and I sincerely felt like a part of their family while we were there. The banana bread, homemade cookies, expressos, and a different breakfast menu every morning were the icing on the cake.

The Plantation House Boutique Inn was a phenomenal experience. I can't even put to words how beautiful the property is and beautiful the owners are. The Honeyroom Suite we stayed in was exquisitely gorgeous. The bed was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body lotion. It even had q-tips available. The bath towels were soft and felt nice on the skin. Loui and Norris are the Innkeepers and they are so welcoming and loving. They treat you like family. The house is breathtaking. The moment the gates open to enter the properth to stepping out of your car to enter the doors to the inn. The landscaping is gorgeous. You enter the doors of the house and you are just overwhelmed with beauty. Loui decorates so perfectly. It looks like everything is from a cover of a magazine. She has a coffee bar, she makes you homemade breakfast. She bakes delicious treats that are to die for..so don't be on a diet. Just forget about calories and taste the love!!!! I can go on and on about how incredible The Plantation House is. They exceeded my expectations of how my stay was going to be like. I am dreaming of the day when I go back again...I can't wait to go back!!!! Love this place and love the Innkeepers ❤

There is absolutely no other place I’d stay when visiting Austin. This place is a game changer. Easy to get to with lots of options to get where you need to in and around Austin. We were treated like VIPs the entire time. Breakfast and all amenities were first class!

Luey and Norris were wonderful hosts, the property was beautiful and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and very enjoyable. Every morning Luey prepared breakfast and in the evening we were able to watch the sunset from the balcony that truly felt like we were on a plantation.

Everything about this was perfect. We stayed in the Harper Suite which has two separate rooms with a shared bathroom, which worked out great for our two children ages 6 and 3. The rooms were clean and well thought out. There is WiFi throughout, smart TVs in the rooms, and a Nespresso machine right outside the bedroom doors. The hospitality was top notch with responsive communication, a welcoming family type feel, and amazing breakfast cooked to order. The outside was huge and perfect for the kids to play ball, ride bikes/scooters, fly a kite, and feed the horses. All around, this place was exactly what we were looking for and more. We’ll definitely be back!

The Plantation House is everything it appears to be. Beautiful, well kept, quite. The grounds and house are spacious and excellent. Luey and Norris are excellent hosts, easy to talk to and met every need from easy check in, home baked delicious snacks to privacy. There were several common areas to sit and relax. And if you read that Luey is an excellent cook it is no exaggeration. Our breakfast was beyond delicious and filling. We will definitely visit again.
