Courtyard by Marriott Austin Pflugerville and Pflugerville Conference Center

I booked and checked in late, around 10:30pm. Had zero issues checking in, Jenn was super sweet and helpful. My room was very clean and comfy. I had forgotten to pack shampoo, but thankfully there was plenty in the shower bottles provided. I had everything I needed for a night away. I felt safe, parking lot was full but I still didn't have to park too far, Jenn made sure to put me on the 2nd floor (ladies, IYKYK), and all in all I had a much-needed peaceful night. Will absolutely be back, thank you again!!!

I checked in late, but overall, it was an amazing experience with staff, professionalism all-time high,the overall presentation was excellent. My room was beautiful the only issue was the pullout bed that was in my room had a huge wet stain on it. I can only imagine where they could’ve came from but other than that great experience.

Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. So the wait for food or drinks became ridiculous. For a hotel with the words "Conference Center" in their name, they did a terrible job handling their business.

This Courtyard by Marriott is beautiful! The entrance, lobby layout, decor and bar area are beautiful! Modern, clean, gives off Luxury without a luxury price! The rooms are spacious, clean, not dated. Bed is very comfy! Every associate we had interaction with were very welcoming and friendly!! This is our first time in the Austin area and we will definitely come back and stay here!

I stayed from 11/28 to 12/3. We did not consume anything in the room yet I was charged $100 on 12/4. When I called the hotel, the clerk was not interested to hear me out. I sent them an email on 12/5. It is12/10 and I have not heard back from them. Will not stay here again!

It’s a beautiful facility. The rooms were very nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. Our view looked at the roof of the floor below us. It was no big deal though.

My room was accessible, although I didn’t request it. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a foul odor due to a drainage issue. I asked for a room change, but no other rooms were available. This is a Marriott property, and I urge you to improve your standards!

No one cleaned our room and then we had to go get our own towels. Guests were noisy and the shower construction created a huge mess on the floor, requiring the use of all the towels to keep the floor dry. Won’t be staying at this location again.

Property looks like standard Marriott property I was charged an additional $190 after I already booked the room on Booking.com. The Marriott staff do not seem to understand the process of booking through a third party.

I love the property. Everything was beautiful. The only downside that it said breakfast included in my room, but when I went down to look for breakfast, you had to pay for it.

I love this hotel. I stay here every chance I get. Mike & “Her name starts with an L” are AMAZING bartenders. They took care of me every stay with awesome service & food, Smiles & jokes. Came for the comfort, but stayed because of the staff hospitality. See you all again soon!

Stayed for NYE with family. We were all able to get our rooms on the same floor as requested. Jennifer was awesome she was super nice and accommodating.

A full just does not fit. There was hair in the sinks and shower. The shampoo and lotion were old and can tell had not been changed in some time. For the price it is very much not worth the stay. I do not recommend this place at all.

To add insult to injury, the beds were very uncomfortable and my room had a malfunctioning AC unit. I've stayed here before and it was never as bad as it was this weekend so I am willing to admit it was just a fluke weekend but I will definitely look elsewhere if I have an option in the future.

Their argument will be that there is water in the lobby - on the first floor - where you can only use a cup - that they don’t keep available. In other words, they are still so miserly that including 2/4 bottles of water in your higher than normal hotel cost is just something they don’t offer. I’ve stayed in $50 per night hotels that DO.

I made a last minute trip to Pflugerville and decided to stay at the Courtyard since the Payson I was going to visit lives near by. It was a good choice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The price wasn't unreasonable. I'll definitely stay here again.

It was clean, safe, and quiet. I highly recommend. I'll definitely revisit anytime, i am around this neck of the woods.

The fact that I needed to go down to the lobby every evening to pick up Coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room was quite cumbersome…. While I totally am happy to agree to housekeeping once every 3 days the fact that it came with these hassles was unexpected… not one I have noted in any other hotel chain…

Maricela was so helpful. We were staying here for a soccer tournament and she found us a room last minute. She saved us from having to be split from our team and having to look somewhere else. Given it was holiday wknd and everyone was booked, she made it possible.

The room is a little old, but breakfast is good! There is a nice swimming pool.

Every time my husband and I stay at this hotel we are place in a room with a view of the roof…ugh!!! Also, my started feeling bad around 12’o clock or 1’o clock in the morning most hotels will have a variety of teas in the room, this property had no tea in the room only coffee, which my husband does not drink coffee, I called down to front desk and ask if they had any tea bags and was told no, but she had hot water 😳

There was a wedding of some sort and our room was located near the meeting space. Parking was difficult to find and the noise from the party was extremely loud even at midnight. I called front desk to complain and they said it they were paying to have that and I said I'm paying to sleep.... so it wasn't great in that respect.

My place of choice when I’m in town !!

The TV remote did not work well due to apparently low battery. I asked the Operator for a replacement remote and they said they will notify housekeeping immediately. I stayed for two days and had to struggle with switching channels and setting the TV volume.

When I arrived they told me that they were sold out and they sent me to a worse hotel, Best western instead of a Courtyard, what I booked.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice the moment you pull in the parking lot! The only things I would complain about was there was no one working the bar area and we couldn't get a drink, we waited for 30 minutes and no one came out. Also there was a wedding and our room was located over the conference room that it was being held in so we could feel and hear the music till after midnight. The bistro food was great! We had breakfast that morning and it was fantastic and the prices were not bad! Staff at the check in desk were great and super friendly! They were very nice when we asked for extra towels because our room only had 2 towels in it.

Our stays at this particular property are always awesome. This is our home away from home when we come to visit the grandkids. Always clean and like my wife told be as we were leaving the property, “it is so comfortable here”. That is enough for me to keep coming back over and over again.
