We liked this hotel. The air conditioner unit and thermostat wasn't in sync, so it was hard to get the correct temp in the room, but other than that, it was great.. The bed was sooo comfortable.. We were only there one night, passing through to Florida.. I wish I had had that comfortable mattress for the week at the hotel I stayed at in Florida. The breakfast at LaQuinta was very good.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable but the pillows on the bed were awful. They need to get some new pillows.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was displayed beautifully and was fresh. The carpet in the third floor hallway was bleached in some spots and had a little odor right outside our door.

Overall, the entire stay was pleasant and accommodating!

Our only complaint was that someone must’ve spilled or sprayed this awful cologne/aftershave before we had the room, like nausea levels of it lmao, and the staff totally heard us out and switched us without us even asking. So they were very kind! Good location yet not in the middle of a busy road, made for a good quick stay. Awesome breakfast too!!

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The lady at the front desk was terrible. She billed me for two rooms and it took me 3 days and 10 hours to get it fixed.

Gabby from the office is wonderful a gem Dirty, noisey , AC was not good, staff sitting around not cleaning, went to breakfast and the key to get back into our room wouldn’t work, no one at front desk said they didn’t come in till later, are you kidding me paid way too much for how crappy this hotel is

Excellent location, conviennent to many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and offered a great over night stay. Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced with this level of hotel. Very roomy dining area attended by a very friendly staff member. We would definitely stay here again. Not a thing!

We had a double room , everything was clean and in order. The room seemed a little smaller than expected. Parking in back is difficult with so many large SUVs. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient! We appreciate being able to have our dogs with us and always clean up after them and are respectful of other guests .

Property was clean but could use some updates in the hallways like new carpet, and in the room I was in the dresser had seen better days. I was surprised to see an additional $50 charge for “incidentals” when the mini fridge was completely empty, not even water bottles let alone snacks or beverages. Not happy about the charge, won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast was delicious Bacon Grits Eggs & toast with loads of other options, greeted with a welcoming Good Morning hope you slept well… Asked us if we needed anything and as they were about a to close came over to our table and told us to please come and get anything else we wanted before they started to clean up.

The staff was outstanding. Check-in was fast, staff was very professional, super courteous. Lobby very nice, coffee: tea 24 hours a day. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Area was quiet and convenient to restaurants. Little green space for pets. Will definitely stay again when traveling.

This property is very clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and capable. It is in a quiet location away from heavy traffic, yet easily accessible. All in all, a pleasant spot to spend a restful night after a long day of travel.

We had a hard time getting bath towels replaced in the room. The shower drain was stopped up and you would wind up in 7 inches of water while showering. There were some very loud barking dogs overnight and early in the morning. The hallway outside our room had a vomit odor to it. We have stayed at this property before and this is the first time we’ve run into so many issues.

Breakfast was good. They had hard boiled eggs which was better then the usual scrambled eggs hotels serve.

The room was okay seemed clean…but the bathroom was not. I wanted to shower after a long day driving but it had black mold all over the caulking and in the corners, not just a little. Im confused how the shower is cleaned after each stay without this being dealt with!! Unfortunate for $140 but decent for a quick night.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay for the always fabulous complimentary breakfast (We had to leave early to get to a zipline excursion in Ocala Florida, just 3 1/2 hours away). The breakfast is one of our favorite things about staying at La Quinta! Gabby checked us in and was very professional and friendly, big beautiful smile greeting us after a long travel day. The room was as always clean, cool and comfortable. Thus usbour go to travel hotel. Ps, arby's is conveniently located within walking distance for a delicious quick sback or dinner for weary traveler.

Typical travel hotel, fresher, cleaner and better than most. Staff takes pride in their customer service. Breakfast was also better than most at this level, fresh yogurt with parfait fixings, Belgium waffles, grits with butter and typical scrambled eggs and sausage. Unusual to see was Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits intended to get heated in microwave. Overall a very acceptable experience for a hotel with in transit visitors.

All rooms are pet friendly and there should be rooms that are not because of allergy problems. Animals are also allowed on all floors so barking can be problematic. The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. Just wish their pet policy was more structured.

A/C leaked on the floor. Bathroom door drags on the floor,almost impossible to close. The EV charger did not work, it goes off line after charging for 5 minutes. Circuit breaker is not the correct amps.

The property was fine but there was a home less man that had his plastic wrapped belongs out in the hallway and was yelling at someone…. He was very upset and we gave him the cart we had just come in with…. We felt very unsafe.

Hotel is pretty clean only downfall was that we stayed for two nights and we had constant problems with our room keys. Was annoying after a long day and drive you still had to be hassling with it. Still had problems on second day also, key cards suddenly wouldn’t work again and would go and they would work once and not again.

BY FAR the BESTTTT hotel I have ever stayed in. It was brand new and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The staff were AMAZING!!! Gabby at the front desk was such a ray of sunshine. That’s my girl now (can’t forget my glass slipper hahaha) and Miss Mary in the kitchen was so sweet! Breakfast was GREAT!!! The ladies in housekeeping were also very friendly. I had such a great experience. I would definitely book again!

The hotel floors were very noisy, i could hear people above our room walking in the floor and the noise in the hallway was loud, The reception was very pleasant, on presentation very comfortable but I felt the building itself was loud as you could hear through the floors. Check-in was awful on 1/12. We had requested a ground floor room when checking out on 1/9 (a previous stay at same location), and were assured of it. But they gave our room away!!! We had to use elevators from third floor 2x in middle of night with a terrified puppy. I'm 79 -- it was miserable. They apologized, but they did not offer any compensation.

Cleanliness is priority. I was very happy to see how clean it was, especially the bathroom, which appeared recently updated. This is a pet friendly hotel which is very much appreciated. The carpet. It looked like somebody spilled on it, but in that respect, if it does get spilled on, no one noticed.

There are probably 10 hotels on this exit, but I chose this hotel for one reason only; Gabby on your front desk!! I had stayed there a few months ago for the first time because you accepted pets. Gabby was great! So, this time I didn’t have a pet, but was hoping that Gabby was working so I could have the outstanding customer service she provided! When I walked through the doors, there she was with that big, warm smile! She actually recognized me and said “you’re back”!!! That put a big smile on my face! She wanted to know where my pup was hiding. It is so nice to have someone treat you so kind and professional when you’ve been on the road all day. The hotel is really, really good, breakfast is top notch, but Gabby makes everything about your establishment great!!!!!

But the morning kitchen staff woman was very rude. She was rude to myself, my adult son as well as my granddaughter. I do not appreciate this type of rudeness from a customer service worker.

Staff is courteous, room was spotless, best cheesy eggs I've had at a hotel, although the hash browns and sausage was kind of cold. Breakfast area was clean and person managing that area was pn the ball refilling coffee pots etc.

The refrigerator did not work properly. It was not cold and a freezer was not provided. The staff were not able to put my freezer packs in a freezer (as most hotels will do). The “hot” water for tea was luke warm. These are some of the base level accommodations that make a stay convenient. This LaQuinta will be low on the list of hotels I will consider booking in the future.

If somebody has issues with scents, that would not be good. It unfortunately lasted all night.

I have been traveling all my life and this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I am making this my new home away from home when I am in the area. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE My new friend Ms.Gabby! She needs a raise for being so kind, always had a smile, and was sooo helpful. I will recommend her for a manager spot. And in general the staff is amazing nice and even they had smiles on their faces. They need a cleanliness AWARD! 10/10

The lady at the front desk was not overly friendly at first, but she warmed up later. The location we stayed at had no drinking water due to a boiled water advisory in the town. While I understand that was not the fault of the hotel, it would have been a nice gesture to offer some bottle water to guests for the inconvenience. We were told no coffee or ice would be available and being big coffee drinkers, that was disappointing. We had to make a run to the store for water. The coffee maker in the room had disposable pod inserts that did not fit the machine and the coffee was terrible. There was hair in the shower, the bathroom door did not close properly or lock due to poor installation, the TV remote and alarm clock were dirty, the hallway carpet was badly bleached throughout. The bed was very comfortable, but overall I didn't feel at ease here bc it was evident they didn't clean very well. Will not be staying at a La Quinta again.

Comfy beds and clean room

Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for the Georgia National Fair. It was only 5 minutes away- very convenient. Breakfast was good!

Gabby was the best! She put “customer” back in customer service! She greeted us like it was an honor to have us stay there. All the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Lisa, she was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to speak. Great place to stay if you have a pet!

Bed was good. We didn’t eat there. Had some issues with locked outside doors at night. I had to go to my car in the middle of the night for some meds. Doors locked on me and I couldn’t get in. No one around to answer me pounding on the door. I ended up prying the doors open. The ladies that net us when we arrived were great and friendly! But they were not the night shift.

Nice hotel- had an issue with the translation of reservation from Hotels.com. booked 2 rooms same res. Put my moms name as staying in 2nd room and front desk insisted they only had 1 room reservation. So we had to pay again. After checking in, I chatted with Hotels.com, they called the hotel and ended up refunding our 2nd room.

The service was excellent, the facility needed updating. The HVAC didn’t seem right in the room, very humid.

It was clean and very nice. The lady tammy juanette front desk she was amazing. So friendly and caring.

We had the best stay! Came to Perry for a horse show at the fairgrounds. Easy commute 5 mins. Lots of good places to eat all around. And the hotel itself was so cute and modern looking. Smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Staff all throughout the hotel during the day picking up, and keeping it super nice. We had to be at the arena early so we didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled amazing. The pool was nice as welll. 3 to 5 which was perfect to relax by after a long day at the barn. 100% will stay again.

We have stayed at this location several times. The last two times we stayed here the rooms had a hint of a smell that can only be described as BO. It doesn’t come from the beds

Nice new hotel

The room was clean, well maintained and everything went smoothly. The breakfast selection was good. The staff maintaining it were very helpful and attentive. They even helped a family with multiple children get everything that they needed. It was lovely to see that type of kindness in this world. The only tough thing was one of the exterior doors stuck when trying to open with a key card and didn’t work - which just helped us get our steps in for the day.

I really enjoyed my stay here, this location was close to many food & shopping options within very walking distance including a Walmart, which made it a very convenient location. Staff seem very friendly only issue I had was there was no more towels/linens available once the cleaning staff left.

It was nice looking and clean. But the strong odor of whatever they use to clean the rooms was overwhelming, and the freezing temperature was very uncomfortable. And although the bedding looked nice it was not suitable for sleeping, all polyester comforter and duvet. The breakfast was disappointing, there was only enough waffle batter for one waffle and the attendant didn't refill it. Had to ask for decaf coffee and that took at least 30 min. Also had to ask for the butter which should have been out with the breads and waffles. And the final disappointment was the EV charging station, we plugged in and after only a few minutes it stopped, blew a fuse or something and the person at the desk could not help her out rebooted.

Room clean, beds comfortable.

We rented a king suite. Bed was absolutely amazing! I wanted to take it home,best bed ever. Pillows were also very comfortable. Couch was nice for watching tv after a full day on the road. Young man at the desk when we checked out super friendly and very pleasant. Check-in....not so good.

I thought the breakfast, from which I could easily make a breaksfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, sausage patty and biscuit quite easily, was delicious and well-stocked. The coffee was fresh, hot and had some personality -- it wasn't the weak drink you too often get.

We stayed here on our way to and from a trip to visit family in Florida. We stayed here last September for the same reason and plan to stay here every time we travel to Florida.

The hotel doesn’t have normal luggage carts - they have this strange dolly that is an actually for stacking and moving chairs, so it was very difficult to put our things on it as it kept tipping. Awful!!! Also, floor in room was sticky. Bath mat was worn out. No waters in room (I’m happy to pay for them, but it is extremely inconvenient to have to leave the room to go hunt for water). Breakfast was good, although oatmeal would be preferred to grits (not everyone likes that).

Finally we were given a room on the 1st floor close to elevator. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was very nicely furnished. Other than key problem at checkin all else went well. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and we felt safe at the location. We plan to return on our next trip passing by. But next time wife will check in and check door key before we bring in lugga
