The bed was neatly made with crisp, clean sheets, and even the small details—like the dust-free surfaces and sparkling fixtures—did not go unnoticed. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. What really stood out, though, was how affordable the stay was considering the quality. It’s not often you find a hotel that offers such a high level of cleanliness at such a reasonable price point. I felt like I got far more than what I paid for. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank, this is definitely a great choice. I would happily stay here again

First time at the Jameson. Very convenient to the I-75 and pet friendly. We liked the room. It was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price was right. Would stay again.

Need a place to sleep. Cleanest room I've had for years. Noticed 2 inspection reports on the wall. Both scored 100. Didn't have the plush look or exercise rooms but great place to sleep. I'll see you on the way back.

We requested a ground floor room and supposedly got the last one, although there were not cars parked by every room. Our refrigerator would not stay closed after manager tried to level it. luckily we had a bungee cord and used that to keep it closed. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Get some real orange juice!!

The room was clean. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. The ice machine was working. We got in late but the staff member became available in prompt time from having to ring the bell. We were satisfied with our stay for what we needed.

We only chose Jameson Inn due to not experiencing any issues at another location and fully understand they are independently owned and operated. We checked in one day early and was allowed to use the same rate. The male employee/owner that I interacted with was nice to answer all questions, until checkout. Our room was next to the complimentary breakfast entrance so kind of noisy. We did not experience any bedbugs. It’s questionable to say when the floors last seen any type of cleaning, hair on bathroom floor and piled up behind the beds, rag was used to clean up a spill from the floor that was brown when picked up. Cracks in the door so we experienced several bugs. Mattresses, very FIRM-not our thing. As we were showering on our day of departure, the swivel shower head came off which was immediately reported. When I arrived at the checkout desk the same male employee/owner was not present at the desk so I calmly waited. As he entered the breakfast area and saw me standing at the desk, he simply stated yes, I held up the room key as I was turning around to notify him that I was checking out to where I was advised to “just leave”, never greeted at the check out area, just conversation from two different areas. Free continental breakfast-milk in glass canister clobbered, Sunny D orange beverage, pecan swirls from the local grocery store, 3 varieties of cereal, english muffins, bread, a gas station type coffee dispenser. Overall experience-we won’t be a returning guest 👎.

Good for families traveling through the state. The property is well lit, quiet and safe. There are two floors and parking is right in front of your room. Beds are comfy! We arrived at 1:30 am. I rang the bell at the night window and attendant came right out. The coffee at breakfast was good with several cereal choices. There is milk, OJ, tea and coffee. There were also some boiled eggs, muffins, bread, bagels, and bagels. Cream cheese, butter and jelly are also available. Great price too! We would stay again.

The room was super clean and in great shape. We were very pleased with it. Parking was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We didn't need the breakfast, but there wasn't much there if had wanted it.

This is always one of the best stays! It is home away from home, the owners know me by name, they try to keep me in the same two room, I’m comfortable, it is peaceful, it is always clean! They are still best hotel in the area!!!

We do a yearly trip for Peaches to Beaches. Thats why we were there.

Breakfast could be better. Instant oatmeal packs which are cheap and easy to store could have been offered.

On the not so good side the breakfast buffet was very limited and my room did not have a TV, just the remote and channel guide. The staff also had to visit to get the room fridge to work. Otherwise, clean, quiet, and all at a reasonable price. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

The beds were a little more firmer than my husband, and I like, nothing we couldn’t sleep on,Just wish they were a little softer. Also maybe some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. They did provide some soap in a small container (1 ounce)of hair/body wash, but for two adults and one child that didn’t last long. Although I’m sure they would’ve provided another had we asked.

This is a cute, old-fashioned hotel. Two-stories with individual doors facing out. It's very clean and staff is courteous. The sad thing is the beds are just painful. My husband and I were only looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet room to spend the night on our way to Florida. The hotel was all of those. It is a bit dated, (furniture), but what do you want at the price point of $76 for the night. The pillows were very comfortable, as was the mattress ( for me). My husband likes a softer mattress. Breakfast is cereal, toast, bagel, English muffin, and hard boiled eggs. Again, lets remember the price. When we are only taking a breK in our long drive, we don't want to spend a lot of money on a bed. The only issue we had was that for some reason the heater turned off during the night and the room got down to 65. (50 outside). This is perfect for me, but not my husband.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with no weird "smells" or random stains anywhere. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which was a surprise to us! Room was spacious with all vinyl plank flooring. Linens were clean and smelled nice. AC cooled the room very quickly. We never felt unsafe during our stay. By having the vinyl plank flooring, there is nothing to help dampen the noise from the upper floor. Additionally, the walls must be paper thin because we heard "everything" from the rooms around us including the kids in the room above us practicing WWF moves. The AC in the room is loud, but that was to our benefit because it acted like white noise and drowned out the noise from the other rooms who stayed up a majority of the night. The pillows on the bed were nice, but the mattress was hard and I woke up very stiff. This could be a "me" thing though because my daughter said her mattress was fine and we're roughly the same size. I would stay here again if I couldn't find anything else nearby, but this wouldn't be my first choice in the future if I had other options.

Exceptionally clean. I love the LVP floors … no carpet. Bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a comfortable stay. The duvet on the bed had a stain on it. Room 117 - it should be replaced. Also, the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. Might need new shower head to increase water pressure.

After long travel restroom was badly needed - no bathroom facility in lobby, clerk took a long time for check in, breakfast was cereal, small muffins, bagels w/butter only, mini rolls & toast. Very sparse. We opted out. Very disappointing

Quiet, clean hotel. Not modern at all but not headboard mounted to the wall dated. No complaints about cleanliness or smell. The air conditioner is loud and they use curtains for comforters (the look is nice but who wants a curtain for their bedspread). The blanket is as thin as a towel, beds were a bit too firm for my liking, pillows really bulky. I didn't sleep too great because the bed wasn't comfortable but if you bring your own blanket and pillow and don't mind a firmer mattress it's not bad. Decent value for the money I paid. I was only there for about 12 hours, just to sleep while traveling for work.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!!! I saw the rating on Hotels.com and it was a good rating so I booked a room. The nightmare started when I tried to check in. Even though it wasn’t late when we arrived the lobby was locked. I rang the bell next to the window. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. When the gentleman came to the window he was VERY GRUMPY and it was very hard to understand and hear him trying to talk to us through a tiny opening in the window. At this point we noticed thick security glass covering all the openings around the front desk with very small openings to pass paperwork through. After it took 20 minutes to check in we went to our room. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean but ALL the lamps and appliances in the room were unplugged. We had to scoot them away from the wall to plug them in before we could use them, including the fridge and microwave. The bed was very hard. It was more comfortable sleeping in the hard tile floor than the rock hard bed. The next morning I saw the gentleman that had checked us in when I went to get som ice. I cheerfully greeted with “Good Morning!” And he grumpily replied “morning “. After I showered, my wife and I went to check out the included breakfast. All that was there was 3 different kinds of cold breakfast cereals with a pitcher with just a little bit of milk in the mini fridge. There was also a toaster and a few slices of bread and 2 bagels but there wasn’t any butter or smear.

They offer a no frills service. Its cheap amd cheerful. Bit the AC was noisy and the TV was inconsistent and the lights blew a fuse during our stay. Cleanliness was ok.

You get what you pay for. The property was crawling with bugs, spiders, critters would fly into the rooms and etc. The rooms had mold on the walls of bathrooms, webs of spiders in just about each corners of the room

It was clean friendly, but you can’t really call what they had for breakfast breakfast. Also, the beds were great too small.

When I checked in the man at the counter looked into my purse while I was digging for my wallet and says you smoke as he saw cigarettes in my purse. I say yes, he says there is no smoking in your room if you do I’ll charge you. He was borderline rude as I said to him I dont smoke in my house so I won’t smoke in your hotel room. I’ve Stayed before at this hotel and was great for the price, this time the man checking me in just made me want to not check in and go to one of the many more updated hotels all around the Jamison.

Perfect motel for traveling with dogs as there is alot of clean, well-trimmed grassy areas and the parking lot is well-lit.

The room and bathroom were clean and the older furniture was in good shape, but a few spots on the recliner side did bother me a little. There were several restaurants in the area, so my choice of cuisine was plentiful. The breakfast at the Inn was adequate. From what I can remember, there were cereals, pastries, bagels, bread & a toaster, and peanut butter & jelly. There was coffee, tea, OJ, and milk. I will be visiting there again.

Owners are very friendly and always accommodating. For the price you can’t beat the cleanliness and the safety compared to other hotels in the same price range. Not a luxury hotel but definitely a decent place to stay if you’re trying to stick to a budget.

Pillows were great and bed was large but not as soft as I would like but comfortable for our 4 day stay. I liked the soft yellow color of the room made it easy to relax and sleep. The hotel was in a good location for us. It was easy to get into and out and close to many restaurants and stores. I was disappointed in the breakfast but it was not a big issue. The coffee was hot and I had creamer. I would most likely stay here again.

Booked a last minute stay for the rodeo and this was one of the one hotels not sold out. Hotel is older but very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the bed and pillows are a little too firm. The bedspread is thin (not wore out, just thin) and dated. The pool was closed but that area looked nice and clean. We did not eat breakfast so I can't review that. The rooms were spacious, clean and free of smells. Would book again if I can't get into the Holiday Inn :)

The room had a very musty smell and mold around the window unit. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the recliner had multiple stains. I rarely post negative reviews but this property definitely deserves it.

I have stayed ant this Jameson Inn often due to work travel. It is a very nice & clean Place! As long as I am working within an easy drive of this Jameson Inn, I will continue to stay there.

I always stay here when I visit my hometown of Unadilla (about 20 miles south of Perry). The staff corrected any minor issues I had maybe twice so I can say I've always a good experience staying here.

Love to stay here. Great value for the price. No carpet so great for dogs.
