Staff was very kind and professional. Room was clean. Only negative was the water pressure but we were fine.

It wasn’t one of the newest IHG hotels but it was good. The breakfast was as good as the other Holiday Inn IHG hotels but it was older. I’d stay again though.

I don’t write reviews often but I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was the best managed and run non-boutique hotel we’ve stayed at in a while. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was a very comfortable quiet stay with our 2 small children. We’ve been surprised how hard that can be to find recently.

Location ok, breakfast not great! Fake/watered down orange juice, eggs rubbery, sausage looked fake. The lady in front he breakfast area was awesome though A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM!!!!!!!! Front desk said they no longer put them in the room!! That’s ridiculous AND an extra blanket, walls too thin, we could hear everyone in the hall and in the rooms next door! As well as slamming their doors in/out all night Front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything AND YOU CHARGE $4 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER???!!!! I won’t stay here again

Good sleep nice and quiet until about 5 am- a lot of workers getting up and leaving (doors shutting)! Otherwise very quiet night sleep. Free breakfast 24/7 coffee bar is nice! Many places to eat around this area.

Room was immaculate. Parking was acceptable. Staff at check in was wonderful! We were awakened by housekeeping before we ever even woke up and were ready to leave. They knocked and then entered the room. We had to alert them that we were inside. Very dangerous for them to do that!

Parking was easy, secure and they already have some necessities you need. Hair dryer, hair shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Loved the location, within walking distance to a few different places. We had a trailer and it was a booger to get parked, I killed two roach bugs, the beds were hard as a rock.

When checking in, the front desk staff was covering multiple duties. I believe it is best to have extra people on duty during high volume times. The hotel was booked, no vacancy.

The staff was terrible at the front desk never took me 45 minutes to get checked in before. They sent me to a room that was being worked on and had to go back and then wait in line again. Ridiculous!

Easy access from I-75. Great check in (thanks, !). Spacious room. Very comfortable mattress. The combo roll-down shade plus the blackout curtains made the room SUPER dark - so much so that I was afraid we'd oversleep and miss breakfast!

We have stayed here before. Really like that they don’t allow animals. I understand that many Veterans need support animals however, I don't think any other pets should be allowed. There are individuals that are allergic to dogs and cats so so they have to suffer.

When I got to the room late on Friday evening, the room had a very bad odor. Just a musty smell. As I situated the pillows on the bed I noticed that one pillow smelled particularly bad so I just tossed in on the floor. The next morning I stopped by the front desk and made them aware of the issue and was told that they would make a note to have the pillow removed. Well when I got back to the room that evening the pillow was right back on the bed. So this time I took it down to the front desk and asked them for a new one. But it was like the pillow had gotten wet and soured.

In the future, I will likely reserve accommodations at the other hotel in Perry when visiting my daughter for college.

The hotel experience was great except for the pancake machine not working. But the biscuits and gravy made up for it. The room was very nice although there was not a coffee machine.

We actually booked the wrong hotel. We have been coming down the last 3 years for kids state wrestling. It was a good mistake. We will come back here next year

We just stopped over for one night here. Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. Many many choices for breakfast. Only slightly bad thing I could comment on is the quality of the bath towels. They were pretty sad. I’d stay again in a heartbeat

The hotel staff at this location is always accomodating and friendly. This is a great location and our go-to hotel in the middle GA area.

Unfortunately we were stuck in a 4 hour traffic jam that was caused by a wreck. When we finally got to the hotel I was greeted by John. He was very understanding and he made our check in quickly. It was late and we were exaughsted. John greeted us like family and really made our stay. This is a well run hotel with awesome staff.

After seeing that I just felt like the rest of the room was not clean so I spoke with the front desk and they moved me to another room. The guy at the front desk was helpful, but they have to do better with their cleaning.

Hotel was very busy so having one elevator was a problem. The room was nice and clean and quiet. It was at an easy on/off exit with little traffic.

Fabulous stay! We travel a lot and so many times even in very expensive hotels there are problems of one kind or another, (eg. tv doesn't work properly, etc.), but everything was in perfect working order, perfectly clean, and great service! Great breakfast options as well! Couldn't be happier with our stay!

This was a great hotel in the middle of nowhere. We went to Perry for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Other people that attended the wedding stayed at other hotels and ours was by far the best!

The hotel is close to the interstate and I could hear traffic noise at night. However, the amenities made up for the noise pollution.

We just stopped to sleep at this hotel, but we felt right at home. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Beds and sheets were comfy and everything was clean. The breakfast was very nice. It checked all our boxes.

We were not given the type of room promised. Beds are comfortable, decorating is quite loud and dated. Very clean. Breakfast was below par - and that is comparing it to other hotel breakfasts.

This is actually a very nice hotel. My only problem was that they ran a $25 charge to my credit card in case of incidentals which I never used and was told I would have a credit on my account. Is it a credit back to my card or is it to Expedia? It seems that they could just take an imprint.
