Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it.

It’s really not that bad! The exterior is scary, I was thinking about making a different reservation as soon as I got to the parking lot but convinced myself to at least check the room. It was like stepping into a different world, albeit a 3 star world.

The location is pretty remote and the property is undergoing renovation so there’s no elevator and we could only get the second floor, in spite of booking well in advance. We had no idea of the renovation until we arrived. My husband was unhappy with the difficulty of using the TV, so crazy. He asked for help from the front desk and they refused, because they were only one and said they couldn’t leave the front desk.The room itself was great very clean and like new. Overall, not terrible for the price.

We got scammed on another property and need a place to stay in Peoria for baseball. The motel had one wing that had been renovated, and we got a nice room there. But there was construction outside and around the motel. It was not noisy, and the room we had was new and clean with great cleaning service daily.

We could tell there in the middle of what looks to be a huge renovtion. It was hard to avoid the spill over constrution areas and areas that were old and most likely going to see a change. The room itself was pretty good, but even the room and bath room needed finishing in some respects. Im sure it will look better in several months when the renovation is complete.

It was okay I checked in and got a room that wasn’t done and had condoms open . Didn’t need my children to see that. Then we got an other room that was done and in top of that there wasn’t hot water. Didn’t get a discount or anything

The surrounding area is not nice and the hotel is under remodel and looks to be average at best from the outside. They are a pet friendly hotel and dogs could be heard barking from other rooms. I think the whole place is being renovated and there is a strong smell of paint and chemicals. Maybe this is temporary. It was the lowest priced hotel in the area, their breakfast is good and the stuff is friendly

It would have been great but….. there was no microwave in the room which is really a bad thing since I brought my husband food from home to snack on, and the TV did not work, it was a brand new TV and you couldn’t connect to it and couldnt cast on it even though it has that option, and internet sucks couldnt even work on my laptop.

Service at front desk was great. Problem was they advertise restaurant and bar. Both were closed had have been for some time. But it was close to Cardinals stadium.

For the price point, I enjoyed the stay. Expectations weren’t high, but I was still pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. check-in was great, plenty of free parking on site and a nice little complimentary breakfast. Could really do with updating some of the photos as it doesn’t do this place justice. I would happily come back!

The breakfast area was cold, the coffee wasn't fresh the breakfast was just to simple not very attractive we went out to eat every morning. When you take a shower the water runs out and the bathroom floors are wet. There is no heat lamp in the bathroom so you get out of the shower in a cold atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I was not the only person waiting. Attempted to call their corporate number only to get the runaround and placed on hold with no resolution. WILL NEVER BE STAYING here again. WYNDHAM needs to reevaluate this franchisee BIGTIME!

Property under construction, zero amenities, couldn't get the WiFi or screen cast to work, breakfast was just a collection of packaged snacks foods and weak juices. Barely on par with Motel 6. Not worth the price. Staff was kind and professional though.

The hotel is being remodeled. First we were put in a room right next to where they were remodeling. They were working into the night, there was plaster dust in the air. The room hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There was dirt in all the corners. We asked to be moved and they graciously moved us to a remodeled room. It was nice, clean and comfy. Not sure why the stuck is in a dirty room next the construction going into the night, changing rooms was slightly annoying but definitely worth it.

I booked A room requesting a ground floor because of my elderly father, and when I got there, the only room left they had was up the stairs. He couldn’t make it up the stairs we couldn’t stay there they’ve not refunded my money and had an attitude about it.

Property under major construction. My room was right by hallway from where the contractors were working. Room was dusty and musty smell. Eyelashes were on the mirror. Carpet really needed cleaning. I was only there 2 nights. For the price not worth it. Ice machine at front desk.

The stairs were beyond filthy. The carpet in my room was filthy and torn in three places. The fluorescent lights were out in the bathroom- I mean not working - no light- the morning of my departure. The upholstered chair in the room was stained terribly. The sheets on the beds were white and looked very clean. NEVER AGAIN!

Toilet did not flush properly. Sliding glass door was hard to open (bad rollers and bearings). Property is older and being renovated. Quiet and safe. Nice pool and patio area. Price is right and we would stay there again.

This property was under construction while we stayed there and they have ZERO elevators and you have to carry all your luggage and coolers and things upstairs which is super inconvenient and a hazard for tripping or falling down the stairs.

Some of the staff members were very disrespectful and rude. The old white lady during grave yard shift even got mad and rolled her eyes when I told her I needed to extend my stay. I wish I would have had the funds to stay else where but I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for....

Called to confirm my booking and let them know I will arrive in the morning of the second night so they can keep my booking. I got there and there was no booking because i didn’t show up. The lady that was there that morning was helpful and made it work

The workers were absolutely great! The room itself was nice. Could tell it was very clean and fresh from the smell alone. Not to mention even the person cleaning the room was extremely friendly. Loved it.

We walked in in the picture that they have posted looks nothing will help the hotel was supposed to look, we walked in and the personnel were rude could even speak right very unprofessional walked into our room which was supposed to be no smoking the hallway was full of smoke as if the people were smoking in their rooms also they didn't let us know that they were doing construction so rugs were so greasy and moist my socks were dirty from walking on the rugs The bed skirting was dirty and dripping with dirt or oil not really sure what it was. Call for a wake-up call after the young man said okay I never received the wake-up call. We asked for a receipt at the end of our stay when we turned in our key card and the lady after she finished her cigarettes said you got one when you paid at the beginning of your stay she was very annoyed because she had to get up from her seat to print it out. I do not recommend this place it was disgusting. Beware. False advertising always check your reviews avoid this hotel.

Upon initial entering of room, carpets were stained and coming apart. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and the blankets/bedding were like covering up with tissue paper. Location seemed sketchy. Staff was straight to the point and followed their policies- could be more welcoming/friendly.

The lady who checked us in was terrible! She was so rude! Us checking in seemed like an inconvenience to her. Once we got through the check in process, we were put on the second floor. They’re aren’t any elevators so that made getting to the room with our things and two small children difficult. The room was clean and comfortable.

When we got to our room, the sliding glass door didn’t have a lock. We got a second room. It smelled of cigarette smoke. 😡my son and family had to get another room too. Their room had bed bugs. Would not recommend .

When we got to our room, the sliding glass door didn’t have a lock. We got a second room. It smelled of cigarette smoke. 😡my son and family had to get another room too. Their room had bed bugs. Would not recommend .

It's clean and not expensive. Basic hotel room, nice staff. Needs an upgrade but that's why it's less expensive.

Once you’ve checked in you must walk OUTSIDE to get to your room. The rooms are clean and fresh, while the furnishings are OLD and OUTDATED but all in working order. FINALLY, when you open the sliding doors and head out to the POOL AREA, Then you realize what a GEM you have discovered. It’s like a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert! BEAUTIFUL, WELCOMING, HEATED POOL, AND GORGEOUS PALM TREES AND FRUIT TREES. A MOTEL OASIS! Worth the small fee to stay. I stayed for a WEEK 😄
