Excellent location and well maintained property. Very quiet and comfortable room. Could use more USB outlets at the desk and some on both sides of the bed. Would also be nice to have a K-cup coffee maker available. (I suppose Peet's Major Dickason would be a request too far.)

The walls are a little thin so you do hear your neighbors.

Very small bathroom. Usually get a tub/ shower combo but only had rooms w/shower. Parking was strange...long ways to carry luggage, etc. to room. Room was very clean and well maintained.

I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish soaps the front desk attendant was very rude and was like didn't i give you all that yesterday!!!! I did not get any but the point was she was very rude!!!! We spent over $2,000 there and feel like we were treated poorly!!!!

Breakfast was nothing special they have the same thing everyday, the staff that serves at the breakfast are so bothered to be there at 9 Sharp if you still eating you'll see them looking at you telling you with their eyes u need to leave, one time I was drinking coffee the server asked are you still watching TV when I looked at her confused like why ur asking me when you guys have the TV on all day and she turned it off.

Good solid breakfast, clean and surprisingly nice. Nothing too fancy but clean and plenty of room. Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave etc. We liked the pool.

Location was near many good restaurants and stores walking distance to the hotel. The room choices are great with a 2 bedroom 2 bath with living room and kitchen and tv in each room. Breakfast was decent. Maintenance needs to routinely check rooms for repairs needed to doors, cabinets and showers.

I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough caffeinated coffee packets in my room. Since there is no daily room cleaning, the two I had the first day were gone for the next day. If you aren't doing daily room service, then enough should be available to last !

Our room was on the freeway side of the hotel and it was very noisy, including overnight, so recommend a room on the opposite side. Otherwise the staff was professional, breakfast was fine, and it was within walking distance to several restaurants.

The girl front desk was rude and not helpful. I ask late checkout and she wanted charge $45.00. They need more money pending on my credit card then they told me they were going to and manager when ask what charges were for was also rude.

Residence Inn Marriott was very helpful accommodating. This establishmentfront desk worker named "Rose"personality fits the hospitality field with a 9 out 10 rating. Only thing the negative for this establishment is the $5.00 a night fee charged, not gated nor security24/7.

This was our 10th time staying at this hotel for Spring Training at the Peoria Sports Complex (our first since 2020), and it has been remodeled since we were last there. The best improvement was the shower that replaced the bathtub; the least impressive to me was the monochromatic brown/gray everything decor (and uncomfortable seating). That said, the staff is still very helpful and positive, the pool and hot tub were clean and good temperatures, and the proximity to the ballpark. Most disappointing was the breakfast, little to no variety of hot dishes in 7 day stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Initially there was a mixup with our room, but it was corrected immediately. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and everything was clean and fresh. We will always stay in a Residence Inn from now on.

The property interior unit space was adequate but situated near a very noisy stairwell and worst of all, there was a next store neighbor yelling at his kids at 6am, 7am two of the mornings I was there. I can hear all clearly through the walls while trying to sleep. Also Jacuzzi was too heavily chlorinated and police were called by a crying woman on the first night of my visit, reasons unknown. Told they staff about the noisy neighbor and stairwell, but they could not offer a workable solution. Later emailed the hotel; 4 days still no response Sadly will not be back.

The toilet clogged twice, once it self cleared the second time I had to unclog the toilet myself because they had no on call staff. They were booked (or they said so) and we’re unable to offer a different room. For anyone reading this review, if your room ends in an even number, you will get to enjoy the 101 freeway and bell rd. exit traffic.

Im going to give a detailed review but please know, I was pleased & I would absolutely stay here again- The bad 1st: it was not quiet (we had an end room?1st room at the top of the stairs) and incessantly heard slams from the outside door all night long. The fridge was loud as well with ice cubes clanking all at once in intervals throughout the night, and the toilet was broke & ran the whole time. I did not bother the front desk- as I know how to fix a toilet but it needed a new part so I had to fix it daily to keep it from hissing. That's not a big deal to me as I am sure someone would have been up immediately had I asked. There were some stains on carpets and handprints on doors but only in the interior of the hall. The hottub was broke the entire stay and I really looked forward to using it. Now the good which outweighed the bad by far:. The room was very clean- and staff were impeccable about getting anything I wanted, and very friendly. The BEST breakfast - everything was fresh, clean counters and topped off. This was not easy- as at times there were HERDS of people in there- and yet they kept breakfast piled high and were asking if anyone needed anything- I wasn't expecting this (nor would I have) and the food was really good, so good in fact, I never ate breakfast anywhere else. Tip- weekends breakfast is served an hour later than weekdays. And- its busiest about an hour-15 minutes after it opens.

the staff is amazing, our room had a couple little problems, we called down and maintenance was up with in 15 min, we were there for a wedding and every time we asked for something the staff helped us and made our time there help us to be calm.

We liked Kimberly from the time I spoke to her on the phone until we met when we arrived on the property. She is a great asset to Marriott! She is always pleasant, professional and so personable! We liked our stay so much we plan to come back and stay the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

I shower head broke the first morning we were there. Although they fixed it before we returned later in the day they left the wet towels on the ground for all 4 nights we were there and the manager was less then sympathetic and helpful with the situation. Very disappointed

I shower head broke the first morning we were there. Although they fixed it before we returned later in the day they left the wet towels on the ground for all 4 nights we were there and the manager was less then sympathetic and helpful with the situation. Very disappointed

The location was great, the cleanliness of the room was OK, the bed not so comfortable but we were only there two nights. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice, several choices. No fruit

Really liked our studio room. Very well designed and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just precooked packaged food, so we ate elsewhere. Systems were a bit balky at check in, but the staff was nice and we were only slightly delayed. Our room faced the freeway but was fairly quiet. We’ll stay again for sure as the area is safe and there are lots of restaurants nearby and shopping readily accessible.

Room was fine, I think the only downfall was the tv not working in the living room and also the fireplace was not working. I think if those two things would have made my stay more pleasant.

Comfortable bed pillows Well thought out Safe super nice back section where it’s located so totally loved that too!!! area outside safe too!!! Walk to all the good restaurants!!! Cons are petty ….but no sugar or creamer so take some if you make coffee in the room. :)

The Hotel allows pets which I like but I have allergies and didn't realize all the rooms allowed pets. I wasn't offered a pet-free room like they used to do with smoke-free rooms. I did have occasion to run into a loose pit bull as well. Not sure management could fix that though. I felt flea-bitten after my stay.

Everything was great, except for our cellphones would not charge from the electric outlets. Have no idea why, but they wouldn't.

Got to room and it smelled. Both sink and refrigerator. Next day house keeper came up with 2 kerplunks for sink but refrigerator still smelled. The last night around 12:30 am I found a BEDBUG on the bed. Got it in zip bag took to front desk and got another room. After moving my stuff found another BEDBUG on the table by my suitcase in new room. Gave me another room. Found one in there so I

Our stay was nice, the hotel is located in a perfect location with many places to eat within walking distance. It was always refreshing to walk into a cool hotel after a hot day. The kitchenette was perfect for us.

Family had an amazing trip.

Didn't like: The night we were preparing to get up at 4:00AM there was a very annoying mechanical screech from 2 or so to 3:30 outside the window of 112.

The main reason for writing this review though is to let those of you know that neither Expedia, nor the hotel let me know there was a non-refundable $150 per fee (that was taxed $19 as well). This was more cost than the room night I stayed. I would have chosen differently if I knew this, as there were other hotels that take pets. The General Manager told me that they deep clean every room after pets stay, but being in the hotel industry, I know this is not true.

Close to the baseball spring training facility—-great location to walk

Car broke down leaving me waiting for repairs. The staff was very helpful, allowed me to have an extra long check out time as I waited. Very clean and nice room. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here a handful of times, and have been satisfied everytime. The one knock on em this time was: there were no towels in my room. While i was passing the front desk I was able to pick up a few so the problem was taken care of quickly.
