The beautiful open wash and trail ways that are directly south of the property. you can access bicycle routes as well - also it’s very close to a great fashion and retail locations. Due to the low cost of the rooms There were a lot of low income individuals who were customers or property renters. Which also attract locks riff raft which are constantly going around the property throughout the days and nights - the property needs security to be honest -

The breakfast was limited to instant oatmeal, Nutrigrain Bars and a choice of really awful blueberry or chocolate muffins. Minimal hygiene amenities. The staff is very pleasant. The room was adequate and comfortable.

Parking easy. Breakfast is coffe, nutrigrains, and muffins. Microwave was dirty and you are limited on how many towels, washcloths, and kitchen utensils you get (must return them to get new). Property was worn down. No alarm clock. Internet was so slow I ended up needing to use my phone as a hotspot because I couldn't open simple webpages. This was a work trip and I was unable to do anything once back in my room and refused to pay for "faster" internet.

Did not like anything, but stayed there because it was close to the stadium Breakfast was muffins and coffee, it was a terrible room. Not updated at all for what people are expecting and paying for these days. Update the shower, the sink sprayed water everywhere, there was NO Counter space and nothing in the kitchen for use. The air conditioner was loud and for two people there was not a side table for both sides.

The location to Peoria Sports Complex No pool, just kinda of tucked away on a busy street. For the price, the room was very much like a motel, so the price should reflect that. Not what I expected during the booking process, would have picked a place for a few more dollars with better quality.

Had to depart before the grab and go breakfast was available. Was disappointed that the grab and go breakfast wasn't available earlier. There was a small dinette table in the room but there were no chairs for the table. We had to pull the table down to the end of the bed and sit on the edge of the bed to have a place to eat. Also, there was NOTHING provided in the kitchen. This wasn't mentioned when booking or at check-in. We only discovered this once we arrived in the room. Then we had to call the front desk and specify what we wanted in terms of dishes, etc. They did offer to bring these items to the room but we went down the the front desk to collect the needed kitchen items. These items were in a basket but we were told that they only had 2 baskets for the entire hotel, so once we took the kitchen items to our room, to please bring the basket back right away. Lack of chairs and lack of kitchen items was disappointing.

Place is very dirty. Kitchen had food in the sink,no toilet paper, paint chips or styrofoam all over the hallway. Only coffee, no other old offered despite description and verbal overview. I left a day early and asked for a one night refund. Was told - we don’t do that. Once we get Your money….. Would like to discuss with Booking before I go to my credit card company.

The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. The rooms have full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, a small microwave, and cupboards. I wasn't offered dishes or cookware but had brought my own. Also I brought my own hairdryer and was glad because there wasn't one in the room. There was an iron/ironing board & plenty of space to hang clothes. Amenities like soap & shampoo are minimal but available. Plenty of hot water and the full-size bathroom is excellent. There was a bit of noise from neighbors. I won't say the walls are thin, but they're not soundproof either. It was Christmas time & the hotel was completely full, so I expected some noise but it wasn't bad. Bring earplugs just in case. Guests and staff were considerate. Smokers followed the rules and went to an outdoor area well away from the building. There is a very good dog walking area and I did not see any unhappy dogs among the several that were present. Bring a small bottle of dish soap if you plan to cook. I will absolutely stay here again.

It doesn't particularly shine in any area, but it is inexpensive, quaint, and convenient. The staff seemed capable and they were personable. I know this is the pro section, but it isn't really a con when you know what this place is like. It just is what it is. Because you can cook in your room, some people are better cooks than others, and some, not so much. As such, some people set off the fire alarm when they cook. If you're someone who needs to be sleeping during the times when people typically cook, be aware that a very loud noise for minutes on end might be waking you up. It only happened once during my stay, but I wasn't at the hotel very much, so it could've happened more often. I hesitate to use the word "dingy" when talking about the rooms because it's not like it wasn't clean. The room I had was sufficiently clean, it's just that everything kind of looks faded or well used. It all functioned properly though, and that is the important thing. The only real con about the place was that they started construction on the main entrance on Thanksgiving day, of all days. Oh, and also no dish soap was provided with the dishes, or even offered for purchase.

It was an okay stay for what we were there for (baseball tournament). The first staff member I spoke with was kinda rude when I asked to check in early, if possible. The next person I spoke with a few hours later, was very friendly (I think it was the manager) and she helped with trying to get a room ready faster. I guess they only had one housekeeper on staff for the entire property. I would stay again, if it's a shorter stay, but the room did have a very odd odor. I also didnt realize it was one of those places that people live at short term, which was why I said it seemed kinda sketchy.. the people, not the property.

I can’t have a full opinion yet I have not been here long, but check-in was super easy and inconvenient, the front staff Girl was very friendly, I was able to park directly next to the front door, it’s down a side road off of a busy road so I thought I was going the wrong way. No it’s tucked in nice and quiet behind everything.

Upon arriving for check-in at 1130pm, i was told that i could not even enter the lobby because the system was "performing and audit" and they could not check me in during that time. So because they could not check me in, apprently it was also against policy to have me in the lobby. Horrible experience. So i waited in my car with the air running because it was 105 degrees out still for almost an hour whole their computer finished its "audit". I had proof of payment, proof of reservation...i offered to leave a credit card at the front desk. Anything to get into a room and out if the heat. Nothing was accepted. Needless to say i will NEVER stay here again.

Lack of pool is unfortunate, but not possible. Gym could be done? Biggest issue was not all kitchen items were available. Plastic forks (others were metal), no toaster, one pot but no pan. Really need to have paper towels and a sponge provided. I had to go buy those just to clean up the kitchen

I thought she was parked dragon refused to let us in even though it was before midnight she didn’t want to do her job, they won’t refund my money And we slept in the parking lot that night don’t stay here. It’s horrible and it smelled bad and she was walking around with without her shoes on stay away.

This was supposed to be our honeymoon. Our honeymoon was ruined because of this. It was an awful experience. The bathroom was dirty. There is stuff inside of the bathtub on the outside of the bathtub. There's black marks on the bathroom counter.. The little island for the kitchen had sticky stuff on it. Underneath the TV there was spots of I don't know what and the table that they provide in the room so you can eat and put your stuff on. It was so wobbly that we were afraid to put anything on there afraid it would break the table. The dresser where you can put your clothes. One of the drawers was broken. Try to tell the office. There was nobody there.. Our upstairs neighbor was stomping. All all night long, until about 4 o'clock in the morning went to the office, nobody there to talk to. Finally was able to tell somebody in the office about our neighbor the 2nd day we were there. The lady told me we'll take care of it. I'll call them up. Tell me why my upstairs neighbors were still stomping. The second night we were there. Oh not to mention the smell of the cleanser that they use in their rooms still lingered until the evening time. The worst experience i've ever had staying at a hotel. We spent three hundred and seventy one dollars and seventy seven cents for this experience. We got home and i cried as i was so uoset. I have photos and video but it will not let me upload

Felt as if we were staying in an apartment complex. Staff will not clean the room until the 14th day and we stayed for 10 days, unless you want to pay. One day while leaving our room a staff member was very firm to a guest saying they were late paying rent. Again, felt like we were in a slum lord apartment and will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay facility. A few things were broken in our room that never got taken care of. For example, we would open the microwave and the microwave door would fall apart! Cheap side furniture as well. Do yourself and you family a favor and stay elsewhere,

The online photos and descriptions were not close to reality. Everything was poor quality. Room flooring was poorly installed (not carpet as in pics) as well as base moulding throughout the room and bathroom. Cabinets and a “dresser” were very cheap. Zero insulation between room walls Neighbors were not loud. But walls were very thin and regular conversations and TVs were always heard. Front door was not fitted or sealed correctly. Light was present all around the door. The so called breakfast was a joke. Coffee, a cheap small muffin and a pack of oatmeal (although free) was not a breakfast. We only saw muffins 1 day. The room bed was a single mattress on a cheap steel bed-frame, without a bed skirt so frame was very visible… resembling a military bed cot. We would have walked out but room was pre-paid for 4 days. Room rate was excessive for what was provided/advertised! We will not choose this Hotel and other locations in the future.

The place was old and run down inside. Our room had blood drops on the floor the bathtub was so filthy and not just the stains but there was hair on the walls inside the tub, the bathroom door had coffee or something dried up on it, the air conditioner did not cool the room the fridge kept going on & off really loud, and the free breakfast was lil debbie muffins. This room should have only costed 39.99 if that but definitely not $272.00 like I paid, I was so horrified that we left before the sun even came up. I feel like I should get my money back.

Front desk staff friendly. Room seemed clean but we found cockroaches. Which is the main reason for a mid to low score

Seems property was being occupied by displaced people. I was approached by an impaired individual asking for money who was staying at the property. Not Good

Saw two roaches in the bathroom. Had to check out a blow dryer. When asked when we had to return it was told to keep it but if someone else needed it an employee would get it. Told the room was remodeled but that didn’t include the bathroom. No chair to sit at a table.

Couldn't sleep most of the night. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you, above you and on the other side of the hallway. Didn't feel comfortable some sketchy people stay there. The overall cleanliness isn't too bad or I just got lucky. Door doesn't lock all the way either. Only stay here if you have too.

We had traveled all day to get to the hotel. Took forever to get checked in lots of people waiting for many different reasons that should have been my first clue. This place was so bad that I had no choice but to pay for another hotel for the two days I was in Phoenix. I went downstairs luggage in tow to cancel the reservation. No one was at front desk. A person waiting told me it was common for the front staff person to be gone for extended amounts of time because she was in charge of the entire hotel. Another person set off to search the hotel for her. I continued to wait until it was painfully obvious that I was out luck. The hotel is located in a nice area but the hotel itself is rundown.

This Extended Stay was a major disappointment. The lobby was tiny with no amenities, not even a vending machine. The hallway carpets were very dirty, like crack house dirty. The appliances were not well maintained and everything had a yellow tinge to it. The sheets were like hospital sheets. There wasn't even a fitted sheet. We used a top sheet to lay on, but we ended up on the mattress cover most nights. However, the water was hot and the sheets were clean. So the property served its purpose

I like they lock the doors at 11:00 pm for keyed residents. Felt very safe and my dog was very comfortable. The carpet was a little old and probably will need replaced. The room and hotel was worn in but very clean and all appliances worked well. The hot water for showering was wonderful and hot!!

The place was a housing community for long term residents. Place smelled like smoke and people walking around half naked with kids running around. I asked my money back from Expedia and never got a response or email back

Arrived @ 11:35pm and could not complete check in due to night audit starting was asked to sit outside till 12:38AM when computer was back up, then still could not check in on computer but receptionist made room keys anyway and let us into room. When I have to be at work by 6:30am the process was horrible. Then the bed is old and stiff and very hard spring mattress. Worried about safety of vehicles due to wondering homeless around property.

Absolutely disgusting, felt uncomfortable from check in. Checked in late and random guys walking around starring, room was absolutely disgusting, mold on ceiling in bathroom, bathroom shower faucet was and fridge gross, beds had cheap bed frame with no cover (definitely not at all like the pictures) super squeaky. Was going to stay for the night and someone kept knocking on the wall, and decided we were not going to stay and feel unsafe. Do not stay here specially with young kids

The property needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet is so filthy I dare to walk around without shoes. The elevator was broke a had to walk the stairs where I often ran into some pretty scary looking people that lived there. There’s a lot of other nice hotels that were all booked because of the Cardinals game. I will never stay here again.
