Very clean and well maintained property. Rooms were full studios including kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and even dishwashers. Also only 2 minutes from the airport with hourly transport to airport.

The current company has given this hotel a makeover and it looks tons better. The breakfast was on par with what it should be and the staff seemed to be well trained and very friendly. This time it was worth the price charged and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay and a relative bargain.

Dear Management, I had to write to compliment the staff from prior to my arrival as well as during my stay during May 31-June4. Prior to my arrival I spoke with Karina and Kell regarding my reservation. Due to my physical condition, I wanted to ensure I had the proper unit reserved. Both were so helpful!!! Another time I called and spoke with Jelanie. She too was sooo kind! I shared I was coming for a funeral for my best friend’s husband and that my friend would be staying with me at the hotel. She was so empathetic!!! We also had the option of meeting of meeting Anita. Thank you so much! I will be making a reservation for another week in the upcoming future.

The meals were very nice with plenty of food and healthy options. They also had the best decaf coffee I have ever tasted. Hands down. I would totally stay here again anytime.

The stay was wonderful. Both the hotel and the room were impeccable. Everything was very clean and organized. Wonderful breakfast. The only not-so-good detail was that, first one hour before our check-out and then again 20 minutes before, the housekeeper knocked on the door. Since we were packing our things, it took us a moment to open it, and she even started opening the door without permission. That was the only inconvenience.

The internet did not work in the room when I was staying at. I had to walk to the lobby so I can connect the hotel's internet.

Our initial assigned room was clean. Only issue we had was the bath not draining. We were then assigned another room that was more accommodating in space. However, this room has a slight issue with the bathroom design where the shower water will seep out and get everywhere. We had to use towels to create a barricade for the remainder of the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was sufficient. Air conditioning worked really well. Breakfast selection was okay. For a couple of mornings, items will run out and not kept in stock. Coffee area wasn’t cleaned or replenished often. Wish there was more of a selection in food.

Never received a set of keys to room. Management was not helpful at all!

We were only there for a short sleep but if I fly back out of Pensacola I will use again! Bed was comfortable and the rooms were a great size.

Room wasn’t cleaned the best, especially having small children. A huge pill was on the floor by one of the beds and when I scooted the nightstand over a couple of inches I found a facial razor and various other items. The pill I trashed but I left the rest. There were hairs in the shower and a huge hair in the fridge. We were given one washcloth, 3 hand towels and 3 body towels for a huge double bed suite. When it’s late and you’re trying to bathe small children with a hand towel it’s annoying. Also, after checking out I realized one of my sons prized possessions had been left behind and could not get anyone to answer the phone, I called 6 times and the phone just rang and rang but every time I came by during our stay there was always someone at the front desk so very frustrated to not get through to anyone.

the hotel was super clean. We loved the room, it was super spacious. The a/c unit was super loud! It blew air great, but when it would kick on, it sounded like it was on it's last leg. We also thought the layout was super confusing. You could easily get lost in the halls. haha

Bfast was your basic fare, not great, but free. Place is recently remodeled and looks great! The aforementioned remodel transition has not gone well. Checked in to different rooms two nights in a row as travel plans changed. There is no signage directing you to room numbers, so you have to guess and figure it out. Rooms had no toilet tissue, paper towels, and other sundries you require. Need to retrain housekeeping and re-supply. Otherwise, ok place.

I really like everything about this place it’s just that right now they are remodeling so it’s not the best of conditions. But the room is nice, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. And it’s close to the airport which was important for me.

The TV was programmed upon arrival. Waited on maintenance I told Anita at front desk at my check out regarding my no shower....no hot water last eve.... She said basically nothing I told here i wrote review on hotel.com Customer service shpuld said Let me speak with Asst. Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest.

Very friendly check in staff, hotel was under renovations during my stay Feb 28-Mar1, 2026, but I had no issues getting to the elevator or my room. Heat and A/C worked well in the King suite I stayed in. Room was VERY clean and had fridge, freezer w/ ice tray, microwave, and a small sink. No cups or dishes, even disposable, so bring your own if you'll need them. Comfy couch and sitting area with TV, and a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom sink had soap & lotion pumps and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps. The only things missing were a trash can in the room and a DND hanger/magnet for the door. Would love to stay here again, very peaceful stay and convenient location for a quick getaway at a great price.

Nothing False information. There is no free breakfast, nor is there a shuttle to and from the airport. Someone puked by the only elevator. Spoke with the asst manager Maria Diaz. Said no one was there to clean it. That someone comes in at 8. There was absolutely no way to go around it. The police were called on a room where a young girl was bleeding. The sheets with blood on them were left out in the hallway all night. I would never recommend this hotel.

The front desk lady at time of check in was kind of rude. Someone puked all over the floor just outside of the elevator on the main floor.

Hotel is being renovated. My room was new, great condition. There were no glasses and the coffee didn’t fit the pot. Room needs towel holders and more trash cans. Had to leave before breakfast and hotel shuttle started after we had to leave so we walked to the airport. It is very close so no big deal. Phone did not work. Wakeup call was an hour early. Eventually, after the renovations, it'll we very nice

The construction underway was understandable, but there's was no warning that breakfast would not be served and that was very disappointing. The bathroom doors had some disturbing splatters. Nobody told us the hotel was a big construction zone! Our room wasn't even done yet. When I tried calling the front desk, the phones were dead! My husband and I went there for a date night, and it was a total disaster. When we asked the front desk how they could rent rooms like that, they said if they told people about the construction, no one would book! I asked her, "How can anyone stay in a hotel like this?" She just laughed and said, "Want me to cancel your reservation?" I asked if we'd get a refund if we did, and she said, "Probably not, since you booked through a third-party site!" So depressing! It totally ruined our date night! There was no breakfast served either to accommodate anything or anyone's inconvenience!

Again, once renovations are done it will be really nice.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite! Loved that it had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms! Soon as we arrived I noticed what looked like blood splatters on the side of the couch. Then I noticed there was no pillows on all 3 beds and when the person brought some to the room he knocked quickly a couple times then came right in after I told him hold on cause I was dressing my toddler after a bath. After that I realized all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles was empty in both bathrooms. There wasn’t much of a breakfast selection. Also before checkout another worker knocked once and walked in! Absolutely no privacy! I don’t think it was worth the money.

I was expecting more for breakfast. But I loved the bagels❤️ everything was still good and fresh. The towel exchange. I didn't know that we had to ask for more towels, after we put out the old ones. Also there wasn't any dishes in the rooms. But thats small, everything was still perfect.

the experience was unacceptable! expedia/hotel should have noted that the inside and outside of the place in sunder construction. it was unacceptable for my elderly aunt and our security was compromised by outside doors being open and unattended.

The kitchenette room had NO cups, glasses, spoons, knives, forks,...nothing but did have two burners (one broken of course...right...), broken dishwasher, but did have a good large size refrigerator. No blanket for the bed. No maid service in the whole week I was there. I paid for the room through super.com which was $234 less than going through the hotel. I never saw a house cleaner/maid the entire week. I would stay again but I would bring the above missing items. (smile)

Ms. Anita is the absolute sweetest woman I’ve ever met as a receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. The rooms I got were nice and very clean. The cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Don’t be afraid, it’s a one of a kind hotel. Diamond in the ruff so to say.

The only down side was the airport shuttle didn't run until 7:00 am which we didn't find out until we checked-in. That info was nowhere to find online. So we had to take an Uber to the airport.

Check in was pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. (Former Homewood Suites) Bed was uncomfortable (very firm). Ice maker on 3rd floor didn't work. Television did not have signal all morning until we were almost ready to check out. Most annoying- Do Not Disturb card on the door but twice the maid knocked on the door trying to see if we were gone and the second time opened the door as I was trying to get to the door to tell her we still in the room. Hotel was nice, but experience was not as it should have been.

I’m traveling. Looking for hotel I saw this one had ceiling fans and low one night stay. Good choice. Everything is close and food is everywhere

At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. We were given a full bed instead of the queen we paid for, and when I pointed it out, she snapped that she “just checks people in.” After some back-and-forth, she reluctantly switched our room but kept the same tone. Both rooms had non-working TVs; we ended up driving 25 minutes home to grab our own Fire Stick just to have working television. The in-room phones didn’t work, and there were no soap or shampoo dispensers as advertised. The first room had several hairs including pubic hairs on the bathroom wall. The pool was dirty with some algae and leaves, and the breakfast tasted stale despite being freshly prepared as we arrived about 20 minutes after breakfast opened up and some food was still steaming. No one explained where basic amenities were, and the front desk was often unattended. The only bright spot was the polite woman at checkout. Overall, the property felt outdated, unclean, and poorly managed. What should have been a simple honeymoon stay turned into repeated disruptions. I have been to many hotels in my life and I can say for sure I would not stay here again.

The location of the property is great! I believe the property is under some renovation and we were placed in a unit that has not been done. The room showed a good of wear, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen area counters were not clean and the faucet dripped. I would still stay again for the price.

The hotel was pretty clean but on the listing it says free breakfast, the morning we went to have “breakfast” they only had bread, oatmeal and cereal. I asked the employee where was the eggs, meat, pancakes etc for breakfast and she told us that they only serve that breakfast Friday-Sunday. So the bread and oatmeal was Monday-Thursday. We noticed a lot of other people looking for the food as well, since it says “breakfast included”. They should be more precise with what their type of “breakfast” they have with the stay. We booked this hotel because it came with breakfast, but we will not be booking again. If you’re planning on staying here a week, don’t expect the breakfast all week.

When me and my family first approached the front desk there was no hey, how are you guys are we checking in or booking? no nothing we proceeded to wait on a hey or something we sat almost 4 min for the receptionist to say do you have your license if you’re checking in with a eye roll and neck movement. The rooms are old tub was nasty cover had stains hardly clean napkins behind end tables in the bedroom area. It was hardy a comfortable stay. Again the customer service is terrible there was problems with the television with me and my mother in law room all was said we can’t do anything the technician would be here in the morning. i had to get up and be my own technician so i did not have to go all night without television. hardly any towels every time we asked it was we only have two left we have no bathe towels so if you staying for a week go to walmart spend extra money buy your family towels as well as bleach and other cleaning supplies. For a room to cost $500 it’s very much not worth it at all. the pictures are very misleading. coming from out of town you shouldn’t have an experience like this. i should have to ask for towels if im staying more than a day they should be given every morning didn’t get asked if i wanted room cleaned no nothing this is the first time going through this wouldn’t have excepted it especially out of town definitely would never stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay. We were there for my husband’s business and I was just there to relax. We were 2 minutes from the school he had to be at. Not a long drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Super nice staff. I spent most of my time by or in the pool. We had a really great stay.

We stayed Tuesday - Saturday July 1-5. We booked a king suite as that is GREAT if you have kitties. We set up the baby monitor and pack-n-play in the living area space and shut the door to the bedroom without having to fully go to bed. We played games and stayed up late watching movies without worry of waking up LO. However, we were initially placed in a room that did not have almost a singular bedroom and did have to go and switch it which they did without fuss and quickly. There was breakfast while we were there however the breakfast for tues-thurs was only grits, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, breads, etc. we did go and purchase eggs to cook in our kitchen however we did not have a pan to cook with. The pool was great! Would recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you have LOs. Our bathroom light did not work which was annoying but we were already settled in before we realized and did not want to make a fuss. On top of that we couldn’t get the faucet in the bathtub to switch to “bath mode” so we had to shower with our daughter in the dark a little bit. Overall though. The hotel was super kid friendly, affordable, in a great location, and the staff is friendly. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly! I checked in at the end of the July 4th weekend/holiday and housekeeping was short staffed. I couldn't check in until after 4:00 due to housekeeping waiting on linens. When I did get checked in, I didn't have bath towels. When I went to the desk at 9:00pm, they still didn't have any. While everyone was VERY courteous, I can't understand why laundry was a problem.

The hotel had good ratings but our experience was not so good. My family stayed 4 nights in a1 bedroom queen room. It was spacious and needs were comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and on a quiet road. The pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the room was dirty upon check in, old food in the freezer, sticky spots on the chairs, and dirty table. Unsafe electrical outlet that was only remedied after 2 days of requests and then direct conversation with the manager. We knew we wouldn't get a room refresh every day, but when we requested clean towels and trash can empty, it didn't happen, and we were told we needed to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones, and get trash can liners from front desk and empty our own trash and throw it in the hallway. Manager attributed this to upcoming remodel (not starting for another 2-3 months!). Communication between reception/housekeeping/maintenence/manager was non-existent. I observed 2 other patrons having problems and reception did little to nothing to help. Maybe things will be better after remodel. Probably better experience if only staying 1 night. Rated as 3 star hotel but more like a2 star hotel.

Coffee pot and bathroom sink leaked, kitchen floor and carpets worn and dirty, no shampoo, no tissues in dispenser box, bed worn and sank to the middle. Expressed politely to front desk but was told it would be better soon because they plan to Reno ate soon. No off of compensation.

Poor variety at breakfast, tv with not sound , 2 towels for 4 guest

It was convenient with the shuttle service for the airport. I would have liked a pan or two in the room for cooking. It also would of been nice if more than oatmeal and grits were the only hot breakfast food. Overall it was ok just expected a little more for the price I paid.

Could use new seating, bed was comfy, coffee pods were surprisingly good (if you make with less water) and staff was great. Left at 4am so no breakfast to comment on.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

The suite was very large and could comfortably sleep 6 people. Definitely could use a major renovation though to the kitchen area. However, the front desk lady was incredibly rude and miserable. The man working the next morning was nice and more helpful.

Yes you have a shower with dispensers…. With no shampoo or conditioner. My room must have been the ignored, farthest room to care about (#129). The place looks and feels run down and not cared for. Hallway Floors (or walls?) are smelly and dirty looking.

The hotel itself was good . I saw no bugs on our room as a couple of reviews mentioned. The. Breakfast was not continental. No eggs or meat . The rooms were nice for the price but there was absolutely nothing to cook with ...not even plates cups or any cookware or silverware. There were loud people down the hall and people camping in the woods behind the building. Other than that it was a nice place.

Our stay was great. My family and I was in the area for a family beach trip and chose Pensacola Suites Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super nice and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was fairly clean. The outside was free of trash and so was the lobby. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for us. The only issue we had with our room was it didn't appear to have been vacuumed. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful friendly quick check in.

Stovetop did not work. Neither did one of the phones. Microwave did not work consistently. No dishes in the room. Called down to get them. Was told it would be 20 minutes, but then shift changed and the order was dropped, although I did get dishes eventually, with additional calling and going down to the desk. We had a problem with our door key that took multiple attempts to fix. No paper cups in the room, and paper towels were stained like they’d gotten wet or dirty. Food service and housekeeping staff were very nice, but front desk staff seemed kind of put out by customer service. Another guest told us the hotel is changing ownership soon and will have a new name soon, so there’s no accountability or concern about poor reviews.

This stay was the worse hotel stay of my life, this hotel needs to be completely renovated and new management needs to be hired, the night that I arrived there were ladies of the night walking up and down the hall and knocking on doors, when I complained to the front desk in the morning the clerk ask me if they were in room 111 how he knew this I’ll never know, then I spoke to the manager and she told me that there was nothing the hotel could do to keep them out, well they moved me to a different room which did not change a thing, about 1am someone started banging on my door and I did not answer it, this went on for my whole 5 night stay, beyond all of this the carpets in the hall are filthy and wore out with sections missing, the parking lot is very dark and I worried about my patrol car every night, and finally we get to breakfast, by far the worst hotel breakfast that I have ever had, I used to stay at this hotel when it was owned by a different chain and it was a great place to stay, will never be back !

The stay was okay overall. It would have been better that when we asked about things to be brought to us (I.e. toilet paper), they actually brought it. Because they didn’t. We had to buy our own toilet paper. If we pay a good amount of money to stay then the least they could have done is bring us what we needed when asked kindly.

We booked a two day two night stay. I am glad it wasn’t for more. I booked this flight through Expedia, the images and description was not what the hotel seemed to be. When we arrived there was two people assisting a couple, they were being completely rude to the customer. After about five minutes of them talking back and forth they assisted us. When we arrived to the room the hotel was somewhat clean but the room smelled. Furniture, chair and sofas in there seem very old and there were some things that were not cleaned very well such as the floors, kitchen area and table. There was furniture that was chipped and missing handles. There was no “ free breakfast” there was only toast and cereal. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had our trash set out by the room and no one ever came to pick it up. When I called guest services for some towels the phone rang and rang after 3 minutes someone answered in a rude tone and it took them almost an hour to bring the towels. The hallways and elevators smelled horrible like urine and it felt very unclean. I will not be booking at this hotel again. Please save your money or splurge and book at the hotels closer to the Boardwalk and Gulf Breeze. We thought this would be convenient since it is closer to the mall airport and other restaurants and stores. But I would much rather have stayed closer to the beach. This Pensacola Suites is more like a Motel.

No shower curtain in bathroom. Asked 3 times for one. Never got one. Went to breakfast 30 min before they stopped serving and they only had bagels and cereals and no milk. Receptionist was rude and didnt care. So I left dirty and hungry.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was nice. Close to the airport. Great shower pressure. However, this hotel needs a major upgrade. It’s very dirty and dated. My room was filthy, full of stained furniture and lots of dust. The mattress for the sofa bed was gross and wasn’t clean(had food in it). The kitchen is not stocked at all, so you should bring your own stuff. The breakfast was very minimal which included cereal, yogurt, and bread items (bagel, toast, and muffins). I wouldn’t stay here again and would suggest paying a bit more for a nicer hotel.

Good airport location with stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms are descent size and have kitchens. But condition is not impressive - a little tired

There’s was hair on the sheets of the bed. I have a shaved head and I was by myself. So I know the hairs in the pictures were not mine. So disappointing and disgusting

It was a good place for the price. The only thing was that the cleanliness of the room was questionable as there were clothing items in different parts of the suite that most likely belonged to the previous people staying there. That tells me that the room was not likely cleaned very well since the items were found in very obvious spaces such as on the floor by the bed.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The space itself was comfortable and quiet, but a few things could’ve been better. The king bed mattress was quite firm—too hard for my liking—and the pull-out couch only had a set of sheets, with no blanket or pillow provided. The room came with just two towels, which felt a bit limited for a suite meant to accommodate more than one person. A few small improvements in comfort and amenities would’ve made a big difference.

Our room was fabulous for a family of 5.

Breakfast was non-existent compared to when it was under Hilton branding... they said it will be much better once all changes are done. Our rate didn't reflect "transition". Utilize the full kitchen in the room and bring your own breakfast.

The hotel is nice overall, but the breakfast selection is limited. It would be better if they included more options like waffles and pancakes.

It What’s a good experience

This hotel was great at the beginning then when we pulled out the pull out couch there was no blankets or pillows. Called front desk and they rounded up two fitted sheets but no pillows. In the morning we showered to find out there was no towels. Then when we called down to front desk they said they didn’t have any and we would have to wait until 9am (it was 7am) for housekeeping to come in. Not a great experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
