OYO Hotel Pensacola I-10 & Hwy 29

Este es el hotel más malo y asqueroso que jamás haya visitado, debían cerrarlo , toallas empercudidas por no decir sucias lo mismo las fundas de almohadas con manchas de sudor, tuve que usar sábanas que llevaba para poder acostarme sin contar la peste dentro de la habitación

It will be a nice place if it was upgraded the bed was bulky. It took me a while to get comfortable or should I say fall asleep the staff was great, but the place really needs to be upgraded for the price I paid. It just seemed old and rundown. He needs a makeover.

Staff was friendly but the rooms were awful. Mold on the ceiling, the walls look as if they are crumbling. I left and found another place to stay.

blood on walls, cigarette holes in all sheets, blood in the bed, black hair in bed pillows bath sink toilet. Floor was sticky floor was soaked where leaking air conditioning. REFUND IS NEEDED. Didn’t even stay the second night

The bed sheets and towels were dirty. Patchy paint and holes throughout the walls. The lock on the door was broken. Terrible! Not at ALL like the pictures in the advertisement.

I've been booking at OYO for years. They have the best prices in town. The rooms are always clean. Never had any issues.

The air conditioning needs to be replaced in most rooms, ours didn’t have a filter and it didn’t blow cold. The floors weren’t swept and my brother found a broken glass pipe underneath the desk table. The guy who works the nights was absolutely amazing and jumped right on it giving us two other options. The rooms weren’t bad, but again I feel like they don’t own a broom or any cleaning supplies.

The staff was excellent. Very polite. The hotel is older. The room was clean and air conditioner did work. The TV worked great without any issues. The room has a fridge. I was notified upon check-in, the particular room did not have a microwave but was informed there was one located in the lobby for use.

Yes the a/c worked but was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think straight. There was a hole where a rat came through the wall and they had a rat bait trap shoved in the hole blocking of where the rat came in and out of. Rat feces in the bathroom and I killed about 6 roaches in one of our rooms we stayed in. The staff just opens our door one morning around 9-930 am hollering check out when it's not really til 11am. That is so unprofessional of the cleaning staff and lower management to try to get guests to leave early so they can get done early and go home. If I pay full price for a room I would like to get a full stay. Fair is fair..... The only good part of the price of a room is the no deposit.

In the past I’ve stayed once before and the room was dirty but doable for the night. The second time was a bit better on the cleanliness the front desk lady assisted me in getting cleaner sheets on the bed due to them being filthy. None of this is what drew the line. It wasn’t even 10 am my husband and I went to our vehicle and by the time we walked back to the room there were cleaners in side our room and all our things ..money, medication, clothes, food all of it was gone. We obtained the clothes back but the rest was trashed and missing. The employee repeatedly told us the room was empty when he got in there. All proved to be lies when he provided the belongings in the trash. Such an unpleasant experience will not return again.

I like that it was nice and quite and not a lot of loud noise I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t any microwaves in the rooms and the water pressure isn’t that great and there are roaches

Absolutely nothing. We didnt stay and the front desk guy gave us directions and said he was going to contact the OYO Company to refund our money. I also called yesterday and the confirmation code he gave me wasn't accurate and the company wouldn't help, just kept hanging up. The hotel was full of criminal activity, trashed, had lots of evidence of bed bugs and roaches, broken locks, broken door frames, etc. My sister and I did not feel safe and decided to sleep in our car instead. We panicked and didnt think to document the rooms. We just wanted out and to find somewhere safe. This was NOT it.

The room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I get it's a cheap motel but I shouldn't have to go buy a broom to sweep or scrub a toilet as I check in. The bathroom and floors looked untouched for a while. Not the worst experience I've had by far. Would recommend for a cheap stay.

The ceiling appeared to have mold, bathroom had half inch cracks in the wall and the tub looks like it had not been cleaned in over a year. The bed linens were stained with I don’t know what. I could go on, but you get the idea. You have been warned.

Nothing the staff was very rude the entire stay then tried to charge me more than what I paid thru their website I didn’t like the entire stay you spend the money to be harassed the entire stay is unacceptable

Room was so hot got there at 11pm took most of the night for the room to cool off. Holes in ceiling. Had a pretty funky smell, for 89.00 I've stayed a lot nicer places.

The pictures on line are completely false, the hotel is deplorable and should be taken down from your site as an option.

The water pressure in our room was terrible. Bathroom door would not shut and our front door would also barely shut and wouldn’t lock from the inside. We were given only one towel and a few rags. The tv also did not work. And the floor would turn our feet almost black from the dirt.

I liked absolutely nothing about this propeety. My room was unbelievably dirty. Dirty floor, all table nightbstand aurfaces. Curtins were filthy, found a tourch lighter underbed. On the day of checkout, a very rude lady came knocking at my door by 11am. It was onlyn8am.

Its ok . As long as you just want a place to sleep. Room smelled of smoke even though was a non smoking room. No microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer or phone in the room. Housekeeping never came by to ask if we needed anything.

No telephones in room and I was Disturbed twice by strangers just knocking on doors looking for individuals. Made me leery about visiting there again. Other than that it's just a room and I was only there for one night.

The air conditioning unit was quiet and kept the room cold so we could rest. The front desk clerk was efficient and pleasant. The bad... Everything else. This place was falling apart and smelt like urine and mildew. The roof had significant water damage causing it to cave in and have leaks above the bed. There were multiple lingering people around my room, asking me about drugs and peeping in my room window. This place felt very unsafe and not healthy to be staying in.

They do an outstanding job keep bad elements off the property. They are very helpful and do a great job keeping the rooms/property clean. Always updating and giving the guests the best at an extremely reasonable price!

One of the worst hotels I’ve booked through the site. The staff was friendly, but cleanliness was iffy, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the water was barely warm and that was with only the hot water running, Very rundown they’ve tried to paint over it, but it’s not a great job. They came knocking on the doors To clean up more than an hour before checkout time. Many Lights and plugs didn’t work.

The staff was friendly, but cleanliness was iffy, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the water was barely warm and that was with only the hot water running, Very rundown they’ve tried to paint over it, but it’s not a great job. They came knocking on the doors To clean up more than an hour before checkout time. Many Lights and plugs didn’t work.

This property is not very clean the rooms are not nice and dirty need to be renovated. But I guess for the price if you need somewhere to stay and not scared to take a chance with bugs and feel bring your own cleaning supplies you can stay

As well I was asked to leave while trying to reboot only for The cheapness of the room you Get what you pay for has never been more real. I couldn't be given a reason why I was being asked to leave many of my things were thrown away as I was not expecting to pack up and go having been there for a week again only because of the price. The owner. Was rude condescending and overall a racist And clearly misogynistic a** regardless of cost.I would never cheapen myself by Gracing them with my almost invisible presence. As I had not seen or heard one single complaint about my very quiet. Rarely leaving the room not bothering the staff whenever I couldn't get a towel As I tend to be very patient and understanding with other peoples workload they are awful

Constant law enforcement presence, noisy area, noisy refrigerator, roaches, spots on sheets, stained washcloths, generally run-down appearing uncared for, poorly maintained.

My stay was terrible , I wasn’t in the room longer than an hour and I left because roaches was everywhere. They did it sweep. Trash was still on the table rags and towels were dirty.

I was ok if you were looking for something budget friendly, but the TV didnt work, not hot water in shower, and i killed 2 german cockroaches. Bed was comfortable, so there was that.

The hotel is very old and needs to be remodeled and made handicapped accessible.

I have stayed here on a few occasions. It's a decent place for the money and everyone's super nice.

the floors weren't clean, had to go to the lobby if i wanted to heat up my food but they closed the lobby at night so i had to be let in. there was a hole in the bathroom wall and no working fan either. otherwise overall 3ish stars and solid sleep for the price.

1star never go there ! It was so disgusting!!!! Roaches everywhere . Sheets were dingy , towels were disgusting looking . The staff was nice though .

The man at the counter was extremely rude. He was trying to give me smoking room, I have 5 children one of which is an infant. He "found" me non-smoking rooms but they were definitely NOT non smoking. Made the baby red and sick immediately. The grass was 4-6 inches high, the rooms were painted very dark and had mold everywhere. We showered and left, we did not stay. Terrible.

We did not even stay. It was that bad. Walked in the room and it smelled of mildew and wet gum socks. There were gnats buzzing around. The wall had a large place cut out that showed the pipes/plumbing and had a painting/picture that hung over part of it. The sheets and bedding had cigarette burns and holes all in them. I didn’t even make it far enough in to check the bathroom. No way I was going to stay there.

Bed sheets clearly not clean, full of make up, bed making squicky noises with slight movement, worst oyo hotel i stay. I previously stay in different oyo hotels and the previous experience was average but this one wad terrible, im adding a picture of something found of bed sheets

I recently stayed at the OYO hotel from 7/13/23-7/15/23 traveling for work and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. Specifically, I was disappointed to find that my room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the pillows, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was black mold in the crevices of the bathroom corners, and there was a lingering odor in the room which made it extremely hard to breathe. As a guest, I expected a clean and comfortable room during my stay, and I believe that the issues I encountered were unacceptable.
