The room was very clean,check in was very easy,staff was amazing. Especially Cheryl who checked us in! She even signed us up for the rewards for Hilton. We were very pleased and loved our stay. The place was very nice and close to restaurants. The only problem was the water coming out of the shower and flooding the floor in room #114. The maud service was great to help clean it up.

Afternoon staff horrible and untrained. Did not run my virtual card and I lost $200.

We rent hotel rooms because of the pillows and the mattress. Everything else is just dressing and dressing on the pillow pillows and the mattress.

Quick weekend trip with 3 kids and these rooms are amazing for families!! Very spacious , clean , and I can not brag enough about how kind and helpful all staff members were.

She came with my grandchildren and was able to wash bottles, keep formula in the full size Frig. Just awesome Parking was tight but we stayed out all day so it was ok

Appears to be newly remodeled,very clean, staff is all very professional and friendly, the pool area is very nice too. We definitely recommend this for a stay.

We arrived at 3:35 with a baby whom had a poopy diaper. There was not a single room available until 4:05. And no changing tables in the restroom. The friendly staff did everything they could to apologize. Bits it’s annoying and stressful.

Very dog friendly. The first floor is great for the pups. Rooms are big and clean with full size fridge and microwave. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is awesome. My only room for improvement is the bedding. An upgrade on the sheets and comforter would be a big win. Just the sheets and bedding.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was probably the most friendly I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The facility was clean and well stocked. Breakfast had great options. The gym actually had a decent selection of weights and equipment. Very happy with our stay here!

It feels like home, very spacious and comfortable, they took care of every detail. We had full kitchenette, living room and bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had everything you can think of from savory to sweet servings. They had clean plates and utensils vs paper plates you see in other places. The guest bathroom was stacked with feminine products just in case you wanted them. Wish they had a full kitchen

The front desk staff were great! The property is very taken care of. My husband who notices small things noticed how clean their air filters are in the room. Comfortable beds and pet friendly. The evening food was great too! No complaints!

Felt like hot water off during sleep hours. Woke up with horrible headache from uncomfortable bed and strange surroundings, needed a good hot shower! NO HOT WATER!?!?!

Very convenient, staff was really friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and clean. They do allow pets for a fee which made me wonder if there would be noise, smell, or anything that made me feel the rooms weren't clean. That was not the case at all. Breakfast had lots of options, the whole property felt safe, and it would be great for a long-term stay. Everything was wonderful. They only small negatives, the bathroom was a little small (which was no problem for my quick stay) and there were no lid for the coffee cups at breakfast so no to-go coffee. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good. The elevator had construction paper in it as the entire 3rd floor was being renovated. I didn’t like the fact that they only clean rooms every other day. Otherwise than that, everything else was fine.

Very late at night walking my dog around the property one could see drug addicts and homeless people walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

This is our second stay at this location. While the staff members were efficient and friendly, the facility was a significant disappointment on this trip. Our king-size mattress was the worst we have ever slept on - extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was no better than the fold out. The breakfast on both days was also awful. Previously, Homes2 had the best breakfast options. Now, the food tastes bland and freezer burned. Meats sit under heat lamps until they are like shoe leather. The breakfast sandwiches are gone. Even the apple juice was watered down. Home2 is more expensive than the alternatives. However, with the awful breakfast options and hard beds, I'm sorry to say that it is no longer worth the upgrade.

Home 2 suites in general are amazing. Love their breakfast too. Great rooms that are super clean and have everything you could possibly need. However, the pet fees are way too steep so will only stay there if cheaper options eg LaQuinta are not available.

The staff was friendly but the dogs on our floor were left unattended. Barking none stop it was ridiculous. Trying to sleep with two little kids was not even possible. Called the desk about it some did answer and was nice but dogs continued to bark. Working in hotels pet friendly rooms pets are still not to be left unattended it cause noise complaints.

We stayed over Thanksgiving holiday for five days. We appreciated the kitchenette and took advantage of the large dining area in the late afternoon when family members came to visit. Because of the holiday housekeeping was not available and trash had to be left outside the door for pickup. It would have been appreciated if the carpet and floor had been vacumed just once. We were able to bring our pet and that was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again when visiting family.

Conveniently located off the highway. Check in and out were very quick and easy. Rooms were exactly as described with soft comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Full size fridge was perfect for our lengthy vacation. Free breakfast (The Waffles) was a perfect start to each day. All staffing were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Well worth the stay.

The room was fine. Bed was squeaky. 2 of the cardio machines had no power, and a 3rd was a pelaton with clipless pedals, rendering 3 of the 5 cardio machines useless.

Located right off the interstate So depending what room you're in you hear road traffic. We were on the third floor and could hear every footstep from the room above us on the 4th floor. When you're trying to get to bed at 10:30 at night it's kind of hard when there's a Clydesdale horse on the floor above you. That was my biggest issue, the noise above.

Staff is extremely helpful and very nice! In the middle of everything that's Pensacola. Hard to get into the property and hard to get out. Nothing but biscuits with cheese for breakfast, ok because there are other options

The bed cover had stains on it, the front desk employee said he didn’t have another room and just handed me a new bedding set!! There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and gets stronger inside the room. Thank God we were there for only one night on our drive back to Texas. Will not stay there again!
