Friendly accommodating staff with sufficient choices Toilet clogged. Phone connection did not work. Staff tried to help but several rooms were not up to par and internet phone never worked

Waited over 10 minutes to get someone to check us in. Ended up having to call on the phone to get someone to the front t desk. By the time they showed up there were 3 families waiting to check in.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. They made the visit great!!!

The breakfast was very nice. The room seemed fairly clean. There were spots in the bedspread. Noticed drips on the dresser drawers. It kinda had a musty smell. Maybe since it rained a lot. The bathroom was very clean.

The breakfast was very good! The staff friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Front desk staff were also wonderful and so friendly. The area felt safe. At no point were we uncomfortable with any situation. We didn’t end up using the pool. It was as closed when we first arrived but was up and running the next morning. It looked nice and clean. The only downside was there were a few stains on the carpet and the blinds. The shower head could use some updating. There was a lot of build up making it spray everywhere but where you wanted it too. Otherwise, the beds were clean and comfortable. Body soap and shampoo and conditioner were provided. I would recommend this to others. No major concerns or complaints.

This was not like the Holiday Inn Express we are used to staying in. It was run down, and I didn’t feel as though it was as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was okay, but not what we are accustomed to.

The room had a bad odor. The carpet had red stain on it, maybe ketchup, I really don’t know but looked like it needs a deep clean. The rooms need updating. Looks like they tried updating the bathroom but didn’t do a complete job, bathtub had rust spots on it. The only thing that smelt good was the lobby and the breakfast was actually really good with plenty of options. The ladies at the front desk that work night and morning shift and the breakfast attendant were very friendly. Overall stay was good, however the rooms need to be updated and floors in rooms need to be replaced.

We chose this hotel for the “heated indoor pool”. But just because it is not freezing doesn’t mean it is heated. Most people want a heated pool to be at least warm. Especially if you don’t have a spa/hot tube. I got in and was still cold.food was not good

The breakfast ms Eliza They was trying to kick me out the hotel after i paid because they said I paid through a third-party then they said that it was $25 for the deposit. Then when I got there, she said $25 a day since we were staying in three days.

Very pleased with the breakfast. There was a lovely lady in charge of the breakfast. She made you feel welcome and did all that she could to make your morning a blessing. Beds were super comfortable, especially the pillows. There wasn't anything we were unhappy about.

But when you got in at midnight, and by 2 when the kids are already asleep and the ac isn’t working. Who wants to wake them up and change rooms? Please change the housekeeper or change the bed sheets. Please. Kids are unsafe with the dirty stained bed sheets and comforters. The only thing that I like was kind staffs. Not the housekeepers.

Well let’s start by saying the staff was amazing to name a few of them .. Kimberly and Eliza and the housekeepers on floor 3 were very attentive to our needs . They made us feel very welcomed and wanted there.. the breakfast was amazing and a lot of options … they were loving to our children

We chose this property after we stayed at another property two years in a row. We unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt the second year, (they said they were remodeling).So we spent more money and chose this one and the same area. it was clean, the breakfast was a full breakfast (the other one was a package of three mini donuts and coffee) eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc. . The hostess at breakfast was a delight very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The beds are super high and difficult for a disabled person to get in. Suggested that they get lower beds or have step stolls with handles for disabled patrons. The staff are wonderful. It's very easy to find off the highway. The breakfast was FANTASTIC.

Staff is exceptional. Hotel employee at the night desk was helpful and friendly and Hotel employee who works the breakfast area is amazing. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but is the same each day. Room was clean and spacious and had the best blackout curtains.

Pro and con. Its right off i-10 so it got a tiny bit noisy, nothing loud enough where you can't sleep, but I love that I didn't have to drive far at all to get to the hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent. The check-in process was only terrible because Hotels.com did not send my 2-room reservation to the hotel. They only sent over my request for one room and they did not have a second of the same type available. The hotel did a great job of finding a second room that would work for my party of 6.

The hotel is old. By looking at the pictures, I thought it was near the beach, but it's not. It's 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach in light traffic. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor in the room and it was moldy. I had to use my asthma meds. The bed had body hair under the covers and black stuff all over the sheets. The staff apologized and moved us to another room that was a little smaller, but did not offer a discount. The safe accidentally closed and it took forever for them to get it opened because the battery was too weak. Needs updating!! I loved the Beach, but this hotel is not the one. The staff was accommodating and somewhat friendly.

I felt terrible for the lady working the front desk. She was so nice and kind, and completely overwhelmed being the only person working. It seemed a bit abusive that she was the only one to help a line of people check in, deal with phone calls, etc. Our room smelled. Seemed like someone smoked in there, and there was a HEAVY perfume smell as though they were trying to cover it up. The couch had holes that looked like cigarette burns. Gross. Made the room feel very dirty. We were only staying one night so we just dealt with it, I did NOT bother the poor woman at the front desk about it, I know the hotel was already booked and there would've been nothing she could do. SO EXPENSIVE here to be so nasty. $270 for one night, it should've been $60. Motel 6 would've probably been nicer. I don't know that we will ever choose a Holiday Inn again, I was pretty surprised about this place as we've had good Holiday Inn experiences before.

Also the room we were in had 2 tvs but one of those did not work and after the hostess came and tried to fix it the tv wouldn’t even turn on anymore. We were not offered any discount for our stay even after we told the desk person that the only reason we decided to stay at a hotel was for the pool. It was a very dissatisfying stay for us.

Beds were raised and impossible for a short person with disability to get into. These beds were unusually high and I was unable to get into it. The sleeper couch was an option but it was broken and the mattress was not in good shape. I chose to sleep on the closed couch. This was reported to the hotel. They offered to move us but noted that all beds were the same in every room. Very disappointing for me. I have used HI for 30 years. I probably will not go back. Not very conducive for old people or those with disabilities. Christi

We found that the property was nice and clean. Only issue was the lady doing the continental breakfast was RUDE. Not friendly at all!!!
