Only problem I had was the guests above us would NOT stop stomping around all night and being incredibly loud... but luckily I could sleep through it, but just be aware.

Clean room and comfortable. Staff very helpful at check-in, Jennifer? Gave outstanding customer service. Mattress not as plush as accustomed to but nothing to complain about. Great stay

My room shared the wall with the kitchen. They started preparing breakfast before 5am so I would hear pans or bowls being used in the kitchen. I’m an early riser and I suspect if I complain they would have given me a different room. My stay was just 2 days so I sucked it up. However, they should save this room as a last resort

Sheets and bedding were dirty. Had food dried up under the covers. Windows were filthy. Towels had blood stains on them. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.

Otherwise, very clean and budget friendly hotel. Hampton never disappoints.

The hotel smelt amazing as soon as you walked in. The staff was very friendly and the manager inspected the room before giving me the key to make sure everything was good to go. The property was very nice and the employees were very friendly.

I will say it did seem like the attention to maintenance was a tad low. For example, the seal on the bottom of my room door was torn.

Smelled like baby powder from the lobby all the way to second floor. Breakfast was ok. Hot but there was no little omelette s like we were told. There was just bag scrambleceggs, but the sausage was good.

Wasn't as clean as it could of been. I was expecting 2 separate bedrooms because that's what the description said bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. But there was just 2 beds in a room. That was very disappointing.

Initial room was clean No one cleaned room for three night stay!

The bathroom sink looked like a folding card table and the desk was a very small circle. I turned the AC on the coldest setting and still was sweating at night both nights. The staff was very nice but this isn’t something they can fix.

We have stayed here before and been satisfied but it has obviously been remodeled and we will not stay here again.

We were about to give up on Hampton Inns until we stayed here. Our last 5 HI stays were awful, dirty and outdated. This property was very nice the staff was friendly and professional. This place was exactly what we used to love about Hampton Inn. Great stay

I loved that they had turkey sausage as the option for me because I prefer not to eat the pork ones! I would have loved for grits to have been an option on the menu tho. Room was pretty clean from the bed to the bathtub. I would definitely return again!

This place was spectacular. It was clean and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Only issue for me were the elevators, with it being 4th of July weekend it would have been nice if both elevators were working.

This property is under major renovation. There was nothing in the lobby except a desk. We were not offered any compensation. Had to visit a neighbor hotel if wanted breakfast. So surprised when I arrived late in my day. It will be nice when complete but be aware. The beds were very comfortable.

Pulled up at hotel during a hurricane and couldn’t see. Two families taking up the entire front entrance, mind yin can’t see anything. Two men standing there and I honked like can you move up a little as they took up an entire front entrance. Two cars together and it’s a big entrance. Didn’t see one had a small child until after I honked. Two men up to me outside cussing at me for honking. I went inside as I’m by myself with 4 kids in my car, wet from head to toe because of people taking a whole over hang entrance. It’s dark out as well! Two men approach me inside the lobby same ones that cusses me outside, I’m a woman btw. Yelling at me and cussing asking where my husband was, over one honk. I’m by myself and they continue to cuss at me, I’m shaking. I told them I’m by myself. They approached my vehicle my kids are honking the horn scared. I can’t Jew e as these men are outside wanting to beat me up and my husband who isn’t with me. They come in again cussing and leave. I’m scared to death and the front desk does nothing!! He gets his manager in the phone who tells me I wasn’t patient! That these men are gentlemen for not wanting to fight me but looking for my husband. What??!!! I asked for a refund and left the property, I didn’t feel safe after being threatened and they knew my vehicle, we all have TX plates so I wasn’t hard to find. I went next door wet and crying and got a room. This hotel refused the refund so I’m out $209 and never even got to my room.

Stayed at property about two years ago, property was excellent during that stay. Room was dirty, couch stained, and bathroom was not properly prepared for guessed.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at the room was very spacious and super clean you could literally smell the freshness. The staff was also super friendly and helpful and they even display your name in the television so you know you’re in the right room and as a welcoming. It was very enjoyable.

There were roaches (small) ones in the room. I killed three and told hotel desk about them. They apologized and said it was because of all the rain and they had no more rooms to move me to. I stayed up all night and made sure they weren’t crawling on me. Won’t be going back there.

Nice and clean room! Looked updated and smelled nice (not like it was trying to cover a smell or bleach). Breakfast was awesome with many options and there is always someone spot cleaning. Staff is great and coffee is always available!

We were escaping the storms that rocked Tenneessee, we packed our car with us and our 2 cats, I found this place searching pet friendly, there is a fee but we were happy to pay to have our cats safe with us. Everyone was nice and helpful, breakfast was good and free! Brittany helped to make sure we were welcomed with our cats. Thank you Hampton inn for being there when we needed you! We got back to our home and everything was fine but happy I did not have to suffer 12 hours of severe thunderstorms and potential tornados.

This hotel was in a nice location and close to several places to eat. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and smelled fresh, our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good too.

The bed was one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a hotel in a while, as soon as you walked in the front door it smelled clean and good. The room was the same way, the couch and office chair had some stains but we didn’t sit there.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in that it was quite nice and quite clean. My only negative thing is that there was such a STRONG "perfumy" smell when you walked in. So many people, me included, have allergies now. It was overpowering. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

I was using this as a stop for the night in my way home from Miami to Arkansas. The hotel is convenient located - close to the highway and several food options nearby. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is clean and quiet. The parking lots are well lit!

$75 surprise pet fee, for a "pet friendly" hotel, ridiculous.

Can't even check in without a deposit. Sucks. Took forever to get a person to come to the front desk.

Will be staying again!
