The hot breakfast was great! I loved having access to the Fitness room. The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was great! Housekeeping did come in and get the trash and exchange towels, but did not make the bed.

We came to Pensacola for a graduation , and the location was perfect. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. What I want to mention that impressed us is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. We planned to have a gathering in a park with family and friends after graduation, but it rained every day we were there. We asked the staff if we could use the breakfast area for the meeting in the afternoon, and they did let us do it. We thank you very much, Manager Latasha and the lady who checked us in late at night( we didn't ask her name)

My only complaint is that the room had a musty smell to it. I'm just hoping it didn't have mold. When we came in they had it hot in there, so maybe that's why it had a musty smell.

It was ok. Not the best Hampton I have stayed at. The bed seemed old and worn out. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Just a mediocre experience.

Checked into my room and it smelled like DOG. I called the front desk and asked if a different room was available because it smelled. The staff apologized and put me into another room. When I entered the new room the floor was sticky. I thought maybe I picked up something from the hallway because it and the elevator floor appeared dirty. I took a wet hand towel and ran it across the floor with my feet and it was so dirty you can see my shoe imprints. Mind you only the entryway and bathroom was tile. I had to clean the toilet seat because it had dirty butt residue. All night long and early morning we could hear a child running back and forth above our room. The best part of our stay would be the late checkout time at noon but at 11:47am housekeeping knocked on our door asking what time are we checking out.

This is our “go-to” place to stay when we visit our family in Pensacola. The staff is so friendly and the accommodations are always just what we have come to expect. And it is close to wonderful shopping and dining.

I was there this past weekend with our NJROTC Unit for Navy Nationals. The staff was very personable and accomodating. Breakfast was wonderful and all of our cadets had a great experience. Thank you!

Coffee available all day and cookies were available at front desk every afternoon. Staff was very friendly. The pool was dirty and the water level was very low the day we were there. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was a little different every day, but always very good. There were consistent hot and cold ootions. Coffee and tea were available at all times. The daily take along snack bags were a pleasant surprise! We stayed 4 days and on day 2 staff left a set of fresh towels without us asking which was much appreciated.

We stayed here for our trip to the Snowball Derby and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hot breakfast was great and they had coffee and hot water available all day which was perfect for us to take to the track on the really cold days. Staff was friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Only had handicamp rooms available making taking a shower very difficult. Had to go to the front desk for wash cloths and towels since there was no room service.

She wanted us all to start our day with a full tummy and positive attitude: robust coffee, juice low-fat milk, half-&-half, eggs of several styles, sausage, bacon, self-made waffles, jam/jelly/syrup, English muffins, toast, cereal;, oatmeal with cinnamon/ raisens & sliced almonds, Greek yogurt and 5 kinds of fresh fruit...the morning-news on TV. Hellofa experience. She deserves a raise.

We always stay at this location every year. After trying others that are just plain nasty, we have fallen in love with this location & it’s our go-to. Ms Fancy in the dining area is so nice. We look forward to talking to her every visit. Bkft is great alternating sausage and bacon and always offering eggs, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, scones, yogurt, juice , coffee. There’s a water refill station on the 1st floor by the restrooms. The towels in the rooms are fluffy and smell so nice. Room is super clean. Outdoor pool is clean. Restaurants at the end of the block.

The room was clean. But the staff wasn't friendly and the hotel was difficult to find. The directions given did not get me to the hotel properly, I drove around exhausted from my day's drive until I finally recognized the building by the scaffolding in the front.

I am very pleased with my stay at the Hampton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was done with little effort. My room was impressive - plenty of space and linens, comfortable beds. The breakfast provided a smorgasbord of foods from which to choose. The ladies was so nice as they greeted us and resupplied the dishes. This was the second time I stayed at this Hampton, and I was not disappointed at all.

Tasha checked us in and was friendly, she even laughed at our corny jokes! She was great. Check in had a hiccup, but she was diligent through it, asked for assistance, and we were soon ready to go. Our room was clean and quiet! We would stay again.

The reviews are right on… this hotel deserves the 5 stars that most are giving. And as far as continental breakfasts go, this one is very good… the omelets were excellent.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The lobby and our room were very clean! Our stay was nice and quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Good comfortable location

Good stay all around.

The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great, and the lady taking care of the breakfast was wonderful! I thought about calling to find out if there has been a major change, I'm willing to give them the benefit a one off situation, but if this is the new norm, we will have to find different semi-annual accommodations.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The property was in a safe, quiet area with shopping and restaurants nearby. The facility was very clean and new in appearance. The room was comfortable. Great selection of TV options. Overall, very good experience.

Our room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, I had no issues or complaints checking in and out. The location was convenient, parking was easy and finding places to eat and shop are no problem. I would stay here again. My family loved it!

Check in person was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very clean facility.

Clean rooms

Upon arrival, the check in process was quick and efficient. The desk attendant was friendly. However, when in the room trying to lower the blind, the entire fixture fell off and on top of my head. Since it was after midnight when I arrived, I notified staff in the morning. I took pictures of the fixtures as well as the cut on top of my head. An incident report was filled out at the front desk. No one has reached out to me and I feel that an acknowledgment was due. (Scott B)

Good location with some good establishments near it. Would recommend Coffee Guy. And Taqueria El Asador is a must go.
