The problems started the second we opened the door to our room. The smell was overwhelming, a combination of weed, mildew, and cat urine that hit us immediately and never went away. It was impossible to relax or feel comfortable in a room that smelled that bad. The room looked worn down and poorly maintained, and cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. When we brought our concerns to the staff, there was little sense of urgency to address the situation or make things right. A hotel room should provide a clean, comfortable place to rest. Instead, we spent the entire stay trying to ignore the odor and counting down the hours until we could leave. For the price we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. I understand that hotels can have occasional issues, but strong odors like this don’t develop overnight. It felt like this room should never have been rented out in the condition it was in. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other places to stay that actually value cleanliness and guest comfort. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

The very first room we went into it smelled like someone smoke a pack of cigarettes in there went back to the desk and ask can we get another room and the second room we went to the room had same smell but a little less of the cigarette smell I will never return to this Extend Stay ever. The bed was uneven and very hard. The check out morning the maintenance man tried to walk in our room without knocking and said he didn’t know that someone was checked into the room. So that tells me very poor communication.

It’s an old hotel. No amenities. Only 1 staff worker. Don’t recommend.

Nothing is maintained . The halls , the lobby even the elevator was dirty. Rooms are dirty and need a maintenance check. Everything in this hotel needs updating.

Elevator smelled of human urine, carpet throughout route to room filthy & stained. Hotel room has strong marijuana smell along with cherry air freshner. Left location for different hotel. Don't bother with this location.

Not a spoon plate coffee pot or nothing in site. The carpets are horrible. The afternoon clerk has a attitude and not friendly at all. I stayed here years ago and the service and quality was 100 percent thats why I came back. After this stay I will go elsewhere.

Location was reasonable. Fan was noisy, compressor on the fridge in room 102 kept me up all night, the MDF furniture in the kitchen area was swollen due to mositure.

Filthy room. Hair on clean towels. Refrigerator full of rust and wouldn’t open. Looked like someone lived in that room for a months. Lots of areas with stain that could have been wiped up but evidence that room has not been cleaned at all.

Microwave was rusted from the inside, When we entered the room the windows were open and a light smell of smoke. Basically, everything was old and dingy and needs to be gutted and updated. The outside of building and lobby seem to be in good shape

Hotel had a few issues. But during our stay, they were making improvements, to better the overall hotel health. Reasonably price, considering. It’s worth a stay and experience the ambiance it provides.

This place is absolutely disgusting. First things first dirty used needles laying in front of the door. Many needle caps and needles throughout the parking lot. Making it unsafe for pets. Roaches bed bugs and drug addicts Roaches drug needles and rude staff

The staff here 10/10 didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t willing to help me. The rooms were very nice and furnished. I’d say it’s your best bang for your buck. Didn’t really have an issues

I did not take breakfast and the was to old, carpet nasty with holes and the toilet dirty.

The area was not the best with several drug deals going on. When we entered the building we instantly smelled smoke. The elevator was broken and took 3 minutes to go one floor. When we got to our hallway to our room it smelled like weed and cat pee mixture which was very unsettling. We had hoped when we got to the room it would have been cleaned properly but it was not. The floors were sticky and so were the counters. We only felt comfortable putting our bags in the tables and felt like we had to wear our crocs in the room because of the poor cleanliness of the room. Also we were told we would have a continental breakfast and all they had were a small stand with coffee and some oatmeal and muffins available. We had come last minute because of a family emergency and this was advertised differently. We were not happy with our stay nor we would ever recommend this again to anyone.

Nothing It was filthy smells like smoke the moment you walk in. There was bed bugs, furniture is ragged in the rooms the floor was filthy. I left as soon as I checked in and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND ( plus they had the nerve to charge 175.00 smoking fee smh)

The hotel was good for the price. The front desk was helpful. The only thing was the condition of the room was outdated. The fridge had rust on the outside, one of the drawers on the TV stand was broken, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But those just show the age of the building; nothing that made it a bad stay.

We ending not staying at this property, as soon as we arrived there was more than 6 homeless outside the property very close to one of the exit doors, the smell of marijuana was extremely strong, but we decided to give a chance and walk in to check the inside and the smell of marijuana was even stronger and people that were inside their look high and we feel intimidated and uncomfortable, the front lady was ok and she tell us we need to pay a $100 dls deposit to check in.

We stayed for one night because we were driving through. Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. The location is great because there are several restaurants and shops around. I only have three complaints; first one is that there was someone on our floor smoking weed in their room and it permeated the entire hallway. I was traveling with 2 smaller children and they even commented on how bad it smelled. Second complaint is that the hallway carpets are extremely dirty as well as the room floors. We took out shoes off in the room and within 15 minutes, our feet were black. I ended up mopping the room floors with the Clorox wipes I brought. Third complaint is there is essentially no breakfast. I intentionally searched for a hotel with breakfast to help us save on time in our travels. The breakfast was coffee, muffins and granola bars. Needless to say, we lost time due to having to stop and find somewhere to eat. Overall, it was not too terrible and I would stay again if I was passing through and did not have kids.

There were items under the bed, we were so grossed out we wore socks and slides the whole time, the elevator was extra sketch and the lobby doesn’t have a restroom (not that I’d use it after seeing the state of everything else), one bed was hard as a rock & soooo uncomfortable (& I had just spent the past 5 nights in an rv!) Do yourself a favor and scroll right past this hotel.

This place is a little outdated but the staff make up for any deficiencies! They are friendly and seem happy to serve! It’s on a highway so the traffic at night was pretty noisy. Other than that, it served it’s purpose.

Upon opening the door I was blasted in the face by a strong smell of dog, my remote was chewed by a dog, I killed 1 cockroach walking across my carpet that evening, the linoleum around the toilet was black & pulling up around the tub...great place for mold to grow. The microwave was dirty & rusty, stains on my sheets, halogen bulbs on bedside lights broken, and in order not to hear the outdoor conversations through my 1st floor window I had to buy a noise machine to sleep with. I even went to the Dollar Tree to purchase room spray the smell was so bad. This place needs a complete remodel. I've stayed at Extended Stays before and they were NOTHING like this. Great location and fast Wifi but the guests living there is very noticable. The covered Corvette outside the front entrance should be moved to the back. That doesn't look good. I would not stay here again but knowing I was there just to sleep and shower so I could visit my daughter in Ensley made it palatable.

While the staff was fairly nice the rooms were dirty and had broken fixtures. There was hair caked in the tub drain. Some of the pillows were so flat they were as thick as a blanket. I stayed here because recent reviews said it was a good place but it was not at all

Rooms were FILTHY! The floor hadn’t been mopped or swept in a long time. The bathroom vent was covered in lent and made so much noise. The back of the door was very dusty. Inside the kitchenette cabinets was filth. Reeked of cigarettes and pets. DO NOT BOOK!

I did not feel safe at this location, property, source of accomodation. I love all people; however, our entire 5-night stay we could not sleep at all hours of the night because of person's in the rooms next to us, below us, or in the rooms above us doing drugs, getting high, being strung out and making noise and damage in their rooms. It was scary. People with unsheltered or lower incomes needs hanging out and loitering at all hours of the day in and around the hotel parking lot - we are shocked our car was not broken into or stolen by the end of our stay. And the free breakfast was terrible, meager. Just lots of carbohydrates available like some oatmeal, packaged muffins, and some coffee. I've stayed with Extended Stay many times and this was the worst of them unfortunately. Believe me, it pains me to leave a negative review but this accomodation property needs some honesty and resolve to make necessary changes in the near future.

Upon arrival, the hotel is located not in the best area. The first room I was given did not have a tv. Requested a different room, inside that room the kitchenette counter top had a chunk of laminate broken off. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, above the vanity the ceiling was wet possibly from a leak coming from the room above. The vent fan didn’t work and the grill for the fan was falling off. There was an odor throughout the entire building. No continental breakfast. Only vending machines.

We evacuated from St. Petersburg, Fl because of Hurricane Milton. We arrived mentally and physically exhausted. The young lady at the front desk, Kaia, immediately made us calm down. She was professional, explained everything to us that we needed to know and was a total sweetheart. We appreciated her so much!

I should've just spent the night in my car. The walls were so thin I got no sleep, half the outlets didn't work, it was dirty, dog crap on every piece of dirt because no grass, they said complimentary coffee with muffins but had no coffee. It was the worse excuse for a hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

We arrived in the evening. Drug deals going on in parking lot. Night clerk was high and rude until she noticed i took her pic of her ignoring us while she was on the phone with a friend. The sheet and lillow case was dirty. It was not a good choice for us. The day staff was good. Kia was very nice.

the price's didn't match the poor quality of the whole hotel. free breakfast was a joke , appliances in my room were old and rusty . shower diverter had large leaks and weakened the water pressure. air conditioner worked well.

The rooms and hallways smelled disgusting. My first room I was put in had spiders in the sheets. The staff was very kind and moved my room. In my second room, there were pubes in the shower, no hot water in the shower, missing the screen on the window, smelled like something died in there, and all the towels provided had stains on it. If you can, I would avoid this place.

The breakfast is a complete rip-off, all they put is a coffee machine and some rolls and oatmeal packets and no milk, I can't believe I paid $108 for a night with a supposed breakfast included, fortunately I had fruit and yogurt for my daughter, they shouldn't say that they include breakfast, just a morning snack. This is a pigsty, please gentlemen of Expedia, don't continue sponsoring this, it's a hotel that's not worth more than $70 a night, horrible!!! I feel ripped off and now without knowing if the $100 security deposit of this pigsty will be reimbursed to me, I have stayed in $100 hotels, better than this, old mattresses, horrible dark toothpicks, there is no lobby, horrible!!!

The room we were in was certainly well used. There was even a period stain on the sheets, and not a stain that had been washed either.

Hallways had real bad smell. It was disgusting.

The place had bed bugs I informed the front desk took pictures of the bugs waited for the manager to call but he never did. I clean the bed washed the linen sprayed bleach and alcohol all over bed. I just upset because no one tried to reach out or anything. I had videos and photos.

This property was filthy, noisy, in a bad area, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. As soon as I got there I canceled my reservation after seeing the facility and my room, I was disgusted.

I have never seen such a filthy carpet! The bed was ok but too small.

Sketchy location with homeless people hanging around the property. Elevator not working on morning of departure so had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Dark hallways. Definitely would not book again.
