I liked the full size refrigerator. The police went into a room yesterday because of some unwanted guests

There were a bunch of dead bugs everywhere, mold on the wall next to the bed, stains on the mattress, everything felt humid and damp, poor insulation, mold on pillows and the blanket smelled like musty body odor. Bathroom shower curtain smelled like mildew and made the bathroom smell. There’s no couch, you only get two chairs and a table. No drawers. A small tv. This place is okay for like a one night stay if you desperately need somewhere to sleep. But I recommend you bring your own sheets and pillows. Woke up to people arguing right outside our door and window.

1. BED EXTREMELY AND COMFORTABLE, every time we moved the metal frame and noise. 2. Floors were filthy. We wore shoes until we crawled nto bed. Every time I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom I put my shoes back on. 3. The place smelled like mold, Pine-Sol, and wet dog. I had to sleep with a blanket over my face because the smell was way too bad. I stayed there because I booked through the site and it was non-refundable. I probably would have been better off sleeping in my car. The laundry facility was locked, not even available... no coffee in the lobby nor in the rooms. Not enough blanket or pillows... you want a cheap room and don't care about anything... there you go

But the bed was comfy, sheets were clean, AC cold, bathroom refurbished & nice, surprising quiet right on a major road. Apartment sized fridge, microwave, big TV. No coffee anywhere 😭 We needed a place to just spend the night and it worked for us. @ $70 for the night (06/26) the price was half other properties nearby. And the guy at the front desk was very accommodating (and apologetic for the burned up spread). I would stay again, just as it is.

Went to visit my son and stayed here. The place was clean and I felt safe. Off you are liking for a place to reasonably priced place to sleep this is it. Will be back.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. No bad smells. Clean sheets and towels. The owner was very nice as well. Will stay again. Thank you!

This issues: The bed is on a platform frame that’s floating. Every time we moved in the bed, you could hear it. The flooring is linoleum that’s supposed to look like carpet and it was very sticky and gross. The baseboards of the room were not lined up properly and missing. The room was very muggy. The property of smell like it’s older. The ice machine did not work the whole time we were there. The towels in the rooms are older. There was not a hair dryer. I stayed for three nights and the in between the first and second night. I actually talked to the cleaning staff. I didn’t let him in our room, because I did have my daughter with me. It was just me and her, but there was liquor present on the cleaning chart.

The property is clean, but the Owners are very difficult to communicate with. Even with proper documentation, service dogs are not well received.

Travis at the front desk was the best. 10/10. Everywhere should hire him because he made the stay that much better. Location isn't the best however it is the only acceptable place to stay on 29. Clean, quiet and no loud obnoxious noise. No lotiering or illegal activity here like at other places close by.

It’s how rude they are every single day housekeeping knocked on my door I paid for a week Even after I asked them not to then when I asked them to move rooms because my refrigerator didn’t work and there was no couch. They wouldn’t they then accuse me of having a pet instead of a service animal. However, the maintenance man and housekeeping are very nice.

The management is hostile and doesn’t speak English and expects you to figure it out. They are greedy for example changes prices during stay and per customer depending on clothes or color of skin. The beds are on make shift sort of military instant bed skeleton supoort structure unstable sorts. The air conditioners are faulty at BEST they either totally freeze you out or don’t cool at all and if you report sny issue tò the office they become hostile and tell you that you can leave anytime. The office management slso live on property and do anything tò charge extra fees like if you need a key reset bc the keys are faulty thwy will try to charge you ten dollars each time I’ve never seen that anywhere. The owners alter the costs of the rooms based on someone’s clothes or skin color and I even saw them chsrge one person one fee then someone else a totally cheaper rate then telling the person “their kind always messing up our rooms” Referring tò a black person. We had 4 people in our room. Front office said we were only allowed 2 washcloths and 2 big towels. We had to go and purchase towels so that we could bathe. Also housekeeping didn’t clean rooms. Only emptied trash if we put it by the door.

Its cheap, it was very clean, it was worth what I paid. The staff were polite and helpful. It is old and dated, still well worth the price.

Nothing Room was dirty. Towels were stained. Everything was covered in dust. We had an 11 AM check out and they started knocking on the door at 10 am saying it was time to check out. And when they pulled the sheets; they took my Legoland jacket. Then said that they didn't have it.

Easy check in, decent rooms on par with the nightly price. Other reviews are exaggerated this place is decent, felt safe.

Nothing other than the tv. The bed was comfortable and shower was hot The ppl above us sounded like a family of elephants the ceiling was peeling. Also the housekeeping never gave us towels hand towels we had to use big towels to clean ourselves. The ppl upfront weren’t that friendly gave a vibe of stand-offish and don’t wanna be bothered vibes. The housekeeping was sweet though. I still made the best of my trip tho and was grateful.

When I submit reviews on motel rooms, I try to remember this is someone's livelihood, and give them the benefit of the doubt. That's hard to do this time. During the check-in process, I noticed a sign on the front desk stating no refunds would be given after being in the room 10 minutes. I wondered what the room would be like. We entered the room and noticed an odor. Luckily, we carry a large can of Lysol after similar stays. My wife always checks for sign of bedbugs. While there was none, we DID see a lot of short human hair on the sheet along with unidentifiable black debris. We also noticed the sheet was torn near the foot area, and the mattress cover was stained and dingy. The second floor room itself was decently quiet. It had two hard plastic chairs for seating, an apt. size fridge, a microwave with the usual crusty food on the inside ceiling, and a bed comparable in softness to an ironing board. There was no bed quilt, but there was a top sheet and blanket. Every faucet in the bathroom had a white corrosion on it that didn't wipe off.Sadly, there was a letter on the front desk directed to the contracted cleaning service. They pay for this service. The shower was hot, but it had a noticeable slant toward the drain that forced you to lean in the opposite direction to remain upright. Our stay was Friday night to Sunday morning. We were unexpectedly treated to local female entrepreneurs hoping to meet new clients in the parking lot and close business deals in their rooms.

Also, you couldn't use the microwave if someone in the room beside you was using their microwave too, or else it would flip the breaker and you'd be without power. In the middle of night. It was very annoying when you're trying to watch a show or movie with the family before bed. The only thing good about staying here, was the pool. It wasnt the best pool, but it worked just fine for us. -5/10 I do not reccomend! I will book with somewhere else next time.

The parking lot is well lit at night. Very quiet and I felt safe staying there. Customer service was fast and friendly. One of the better ones in the area.

I stayed in room 106. It was clean for the most part. I moved the couch next to the bed so I could sit and watch tv instead of laying in the bed and there was half ate chip bag under the couch, a broken cigarette and a used hand towel. Also the beds are really firm. Not soft. But overall for the price, it was a decent room. Bad side of town, but I felt safe staying at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and check in and check out was fast. The room size are large and the tvs are newer and nice size. Very hot showers! Also for being in bad part of town, it was very well lit parking lot and very quiet at night.

The clerks were friendly and very professional. The room was very clean. The bed was a little old, but comfortable, and the edges of the mattress were showing a little wear. the bathroom was very clean. The tub was a little slick, but shiny. Overall I very much enjoyed my brief stay.

1st start with the good. The bathroom was an excellent condition and saying to have been recently redone. The rest of the room was not in such good condition. The pull out love seat had mold under the cushions. The carpeting was very dirty. You could hear people walking above you all night.

Room was dirty. There was a wadded up toilet paper pile next to the toilet. There was hair on the sheets. Room smelled generally musty. But it had AC, two bed that were ok, and cable that worked. We were escaping a hurricane. Also it was way way overpriced.

It looked like a Crack head motel, dirty. Pictures say it all! Caulk should not be used until the tub is clean. Covering the head board with a pillow.

It looked like a Crack head motel, dirty. Pictures say it all! Caulk should not be used until the tub is clean. Covering the head board with a pillow.

Stay was okay, but when i moved the chair and the dressers there were food and trash under them and the room smelled like mold until i went and purchased some bleach spray and sprayed tye shower and the smell in the room went away. Overall it was a okay stay and a little over-priced.

We paid $286 dollars to stay in this nasty room . It smelled , no towels , literally the worse bed and pillow I’ve ever slept on . The ac unit soaked all the curtains and the floor . There was something sticky around the bed skirt . I never even seen a pool but I didn’t look behind the hotel . We were so disappointed

They promptly change the room but they no longer had a king or queen bed so we got stuck with a two bed room. The new room smelled like mold. We had the impression it was not that clean. The general state of the room was not good also. Fridge was dirty inside and some decorations and furnitures were broken. The restroom seemed to have been re done but still no feeling of it being clean. Very disappointed.

My room was so dirty. The room reeked of cigarettes and my comforter even had cigarette burns. The staff was fine, the area was okay. I slept on my towels to avoid even touching the sheets and comforter. You're better off going somewhere else.

There was garbage all around the building and the building next door was getting roof repair so several men just sat on top of the roof over looking the pool, making for a uncomfortable time. The service was nice, but they definitely need to close and renovated this entire facility.

They gave us another room, that was some better. However, it was right across from the ice machine, so no sleep for us. All night long people were outside drinking and smoking, very hard to sleep. Web site says beaches close by, but bridge is out so nearest beach is over an hour away.

Our towels were old and thread bare, and both bedcovers were soiled with something wet, when we checked in. The attendant gave us fresh blankets, but failed to pick up the soiled ones.

It was so bad I went to call the front desk when I first checked in as soon as I walk through the door because the bed was not made there was hair and what I believe to be bodily 6 fluids on the bed and a used condom I immediately called the office to ask for another room or my money back to go to a different place and the front office was no longer available after they took my money and checks me in and I had to go across the street and stay in another hotel and pay for another place to stay right across the street when I went back the next morning to collect my belongings before the 12 check out time that he specified with me because I just dropped my bag and left I was so disgusted that I just dropped my bag and forgot it there was a big gentleman walking down the hallway to the office with a bag that had my bag in it and only half of my belongings were there in my bag and it was not even this piston I check out time yet it wasn't even 11:00 yet I'm very upset with this place this place sucked

I didn't expect anything fancy, but this was not good. The area was terrible, the rooms were dirty, our first room smelled like smoke horribly bad, and the second room wasn't much better. I can definitely say I won't be back. The workers were all extremely nice, and the gentleman that checked us in had no issue with us changing rooms after walking into the first one. All the rooms say no smoking, but I could smell smoke everytime someone lit up outside the room.

No elevator, rug n sofa we’re so dirty and had stains on them. Smell of musty. Bed linen feels dirty. Not to mention there were dark stain marks on towels. The hair blower did not work correctly. You have to hold the button down while drying your hair. So one hand hold the hair dryer while the other hand keep on holding the on button that means I need a 3rd hand to work with my hair. The shower is nice. Tv worked fine.

This is a $50 or less place to stay and i was totally ripped off and with false information..

Parking lot was small .desk clerk was rude..some of the guest was on phonw yelling screaming and cussing loud that toy could hear it in room over tv foe a while

Front desk gentleman was very helpful and honest, as I had just left a hotel down the road and had a terrible experience with them (bayfront inn and suites). He was able to assure me that their rooms were actually clean; and even showed me a room so I was able to make sure I didn’t run into the same issue at the hotel down the road, that I had to cancel for and am still waiting on my refund. Executive inn front desk gentleman was helpful with my questions about the ice machine and even gave us maps and info on things to do in the area. If you are going Pensacola and want an affordable hotel with a decent price, definitely go to executive inn!!!!
