The hotel is ok. Its situated very close to interstate 10 and is easy to get on and off. My only frustration was the free breakfast. There was apple juice, orange juice, and coffee at the beverage station, but therr was no water. Other than no water being offered, the hotel was ok.

The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The facility is very clean. A particular convenience was the free parking at the hotel and the availability of a restaurant despite the hotel's considerable distance from the city center. You need a car to drive to the center of Pensacola

Stayed here in the process of moving. Location is off the highway so convenient. Parking is okay, we got in at an odd hour, so already trucks and Uhauls in place, but we were still able to find a spot for Uhaul and trailer. Not the cleanest, or most updated at all, but worked for our purposes!

I had to change rooms. They're just dirty . Had a huge palmetto in the 1st room. If you look closely around the cabinet between the beds, it's just so dirty. Bathroom is kinda updated but they Do not clean these rooms properly. I would not stay there ever again

The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Staff were pleasant. Hotel is in need of a remodel. The room could have been cleaner, and the breakfast was only ok. We had very noisy neighbors. They hotel allowed people to be set up drinking in the parking lot, which did not seem safe. Overall, just not great and would not recommend.

One day, at 8.30min the morning, there was absolutely nothing to eat, except some black coffee. No eggs, no meat, no bread, no muffins, no bagels, no mix for waffles, no syrup, no milk, no juices. Absolutely nothing and only one person looking around to see what was missing.

We stayed in May of 2026. The pool and pool area was clean and inviting and the breakfast is phenomenal for a hotel breakfast. You can tell they actually care whether your stay is pleasant. They also have a small "store" next to the front desk where you can buy snacks and drinks and even detergent to wash your clothes at the property. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing too fancy but perfect for what we needed. Staff was cordial. Breakfast staff was superb. Always replenishing smiling and greeting you.

I liked the staff and facility was clesn. My bed had stain on it when I arrived. It didn't get cleaned even after telling front desk. The breakfast was the same everyday. Then they mixed old eggs from earlier that morning and cut up and mixed in breakfast hours later. The OJ wasn't fresh but sour.

Pretty run down for close to $200. A night, but staff was fantastic.

I am a 77 year woman with a family member in hospital. I needed a safe place to get a good nights rest. It was quiet and the bed and linens were very nice and comfortable. I will stay there again.

I had to switch rooms because the water wouldn’t get warm or hot for us to shower plus some drunk teenagers were playing in the hallway and the room next door to us my kids couldn’t sleep. So after unpacking everything i had to pack everything back up to get to another room. Then upon arriving to the second room it was not cleaned thoroughly. Food was left in the room the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I was so aggravated and over it I just threw the trash away and cleaned the tub because nearby hotels were sold out or extremely expensive. They served breakfast. Absolutely everything else was a NO! I usually stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area because the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel is an older hotel, it is well maintained. The amenities, breakfast, pool, gym, etc. are very comparable to the more expensive hotels but at more reasonable rates. Perfect hotel for traveling and business purposes.

Room was okay. First room was dirty and had to request a new one. The front staff ladies went out of their way to accommodate us. Very helpful. Unfortunately, we did find a baby roach in our room. The breakfast was good but area was dirty from food being spilt on the floor. Average place to stay.

Room was absolutely disgusting. We did not stay there. Checked in, went to our room and saw the bad condition and booked a room at the Marriott. There was food on the floor, the floor was sticky, hair all over the bathroom, and the wall was falling apart.

I love the breakfast. OMG it was everything. The staff was so amazing and helpful. I did not like they did not have a indoor pool. With the weather being very breezy it would have been nice to have an indoor pool.

The hotel its self needs a deep clean from top down. The white blankets on the bed were dirty and had other guest hair on them. The lobby and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. The elevator was also dirty and an alarm was on inside for the two days we were there. The breakfast buffet was chaotic with lack of flow. The milk was chunchy and the bread had mold on it. We will not be returning to this location.

Room was nothing like the photos on the site very unlike a comfort inn it was really disappointing. AC didn’t work, Hôtel hallways had dirty carpets everywhere, doors of rooms were dirty as anything at the bottom from people kicking them or banging them with trolleys and luggage. Room itself was not at all comfortable or luxurious it was instead extremely basic and the ac unit seemed to have been dismantled and was open at the bottom with lots of dirt. I encountered two staff at the front desk, the lady who checked me in was so friendly and nice, the young man at checkout seemed like he hated his job and was not at all friendly. The car park (parking lot) had lots of unsavoury characters hanging around and did not feel safe. There were always people smoking on a bench outside the front door, and passing by it was impossible to avoid the stench of smoke. Very disappointing for a comfort hotel, should lose its branding.

You could have booked the room for the dates requested but no booking. com booked my room for January 11th 2026 and I was no longer on vacation not even in Florida at that time. I've requested a refund 4 times now and yet you refused to acknowledge my request.

Check in was easy, staff was wonderful! Room had issues. Room phone didn’t work, TV didn’t work. Staff fixed TV, which was great. However, hotel had some loud guests slamming doors and shouting in the hallway at 3:30 am. Didn’t get much sleep.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I appreciate feeling safe here. The staff has always been friendly and kind. While the breakfast offerings are decent, I wish they had plant based milk or even non-dairy coffee creamer as I can’t have dairy.

Not sure why this room had such good reviews. The Hotel is pretty tired. There was a good 1/4” of dust on the lamp and the shelf in the closet was covered. The microwave was showing :12 seconds left which means nobody bothered to even clean it after the last use. We spent the night and left. Didn’t want to even try the breakfast.

Hotel was just off the expressway so it was a bit noisy. However the room was clean and the staff did an excellent job. And loved the ladies fix’n breakfast, always friendly and smiling.

The floor of my room was dirty. It was a faux wood floor, and it made my new socks filthy. I spilled water and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel was drenched with a brown film immediately. The bed had black hairs in it on th "clean" sheets.

-I could not get to the pool because from 6PM to 11PM it was occupied by about 10-12 kids (middle and high school age) who appeared to be from local schools just hanging in the pool, when I asked how long they will be here they refused to leave and stayed till 11PM.

Everything was fine, except the elevators were not working properly and they kept allowing people to get on. I witnessed two people stuck and having to get someone to pry open the doors to get them off. It was very unsafe.

I’d already bathed and MIL was already in bed so we hoped it would eventually cool off. It’s 74 in here. Would never recommend this place. Beds are too soft.

The gym was fine. I used the treadmill. The grounds were clean and the location very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay was pretty good. The workers were constantly cleaning and making sure everything was nice. Our beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good and well stocked. The ladies kept the breakfast area clean. The only reason for the 4 is that the room felt small compared to a hotel with the same name in New Iberia and there were some small areas that could have been replaced in the room. I would stay again though.

My stay was pretty good. The workers were constantly cleaning and making sure everything was nice. Our beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good and well stocked. The ladies kept the breakfast area clean. The only reason for the 4 is that the room felt small compared to a hotel with the same name in New Iberia and there were some small areas that could have been replaced in the room. I would stay again though.

Quick stay over Labor Day weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s not a 5 star hotel obviously but it’s great for the price.

Continental breakfast was so crowded you couldn’t get to anything and there was not enough seating. Room was not very clean and outdated. The pictures of the facility look much nicer and newer than it actually is. The room was also very small.

The property was well maintained and the room appeared clean, however both queen sized beds smelled bad.

2nd day we came back to our room and they were just about to clean it. We told them to skip. 3rd day we were out all day and the room wasn’t cleaned. Not a big deal we just needed a couple towels.

Not the newest hotel in town but still in decent shape. I think they are renovating because our room felt fresher, new flooring, remodeled bathroom etc. The best part was the staff. Every staff person I saw talked to me and were very friendly. Great staff.

No unwelcome surprises. Staff was very pleasant and cordial. Accommodations very comfortable. Shout out to Amelia who made a wonderful first impression.

No air conditioning in Florida! AC didn't work. Not cool. Room was super tiny and cramped. Beds were so soft that you sank into them like a marshmallow. Not a bad location but pass if you prefer to have AC in your room.

This is my 3rd time staying at this location. Everything was perfect & will be staying here again in the future.

Hotel was a bit outdated the carpet was dirty and the toilet was really low to the ground.

The breakfast was good. The front desk attention was always great. Housekeeping ... not great. All they did was make the beds. Sheets never changed and bathroom never cleaned .... just towels replaced, room never vacuum. The view was a run down trailer...not pleasant.

Super comfortable! Bed was great, pillows were cozy. Bathroom had a night light, and lamp had a dimmer that was just right. Lots of plugs and USB ports for all of our devices. Continental breakfast was really good. Furnishings weren’t particularly fancy but I was very pleased with our stay.

Floors were filthy. Room was small. Construction all around. One working ice machine in the whole building.

This was a lovely, clean room. Everything was pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Pensacola!

Our destination was New Orleans. This Comfort Inn is a perfect location for us. All staff is friendly and answers any questions we have. The breakfast is great and the coffee starts our day!

My room was spotless and the pillows were especially comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The coffee could have been better.

Very comfortable hotel with very attentive staff - very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was much more than we expected, and very tasty. Something for everyone in the family. The lemon infused water being available in the lobby 24/7 was very comforting and tasty. Thanks so much. :)
