Check in was quick and easy. Access to all amenities were easy to find and use. Breakfast was pretty decent with selection of eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, waffles, cereal and different flavors of drink. Our room was clean however it did give off a musty water scent and the walls were pretty thin so you can hear down the hallway. Overall the staff were very nice and helpful each time and the hotel made it very family friendly.

Breakfast was advertised to last until 10. We came at 9, and all that was left were scraps. No refills of the food had taken place. Food that was arill available was low quality and pretty stale.

It was gorgeous! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was for the amount we paid. It was a little difficult to access the property, it's located on a bit of a side road so until you can see where you're going it's a little hard to find with Apple Maps. Especially at night. However, after we found it the first time it was easy to find it again.

We loved having a hot breakfast included in the cost! So many options to accommodate the entire family. The staff were kind and helped us through a stressful check-in experience (we booked third party - never again). Just a quick overnight stay to watch the Blue Angels practice session prior to hitting PCB. Hotel was just average. Served its purpose but run down. The small pull out couch in our room was horrible and looked like it hadn’t been used as a bed for years. Staff were nice and attentive, but were booked up so we couldn’t change rooms.

Everything was fine except that when we exited the elevator on floor three we were hit with a horrible musty smell and humidity. The room air and smell was awful too. Sinuses immediately clogged up and sneezing was awful therefore hard to sleep. I mentioned it to front desk and she said oh yes that happens when it’s cloudy all day. My opinion is that management doesn’t care enough to upgrade hvac to account for Florida weather therefore I will never stay there again.

Room condition was not good. Hairs in bathtub and sheets. Bathtub wall leaked so badly that there was a huge puddle on the floor. Hotel was fully booked so they could not move me, but did not offer any other options. Smelled musty & gross.

Overall ok place. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the best part. Bed lines had stains and shower curtain had someone's hair on it. During checkout the staff members just sat in the office and didn't bother to get up but did ask from her chair if there were any complaints if not just leave the keys.

The staff were very pleasant from check-in and beyond. The hotel was in like- new conditions and parking was safe and convenient. Breakfast was hot and fresh and the Community Coffee available around the clock was an added bonus!

Room was very clean and mattresses were great. A large breakfast selection (eggs, meat, biscuits, potatoes, bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt, cereals, fruit) that included almond milk for my dairy free grandson! Also was only a 15 minute drive to downtown so perfect location. Would definitely stay there again.

The price is what you pay for. Bed was comfy but definitely old, the waterproof mattress topper was covered in yellow stains....had the housekeeper take it off completely. Toilet was loose, bulbs were out and the last night we had to deal with people BLASTING music while they were in the pool with screaming kids at 9:30 at night. Called and complained about it 3 times and the front desk just kept saying "well the pool is open till 10:30" wow okay so you're going to just allow people to be inconsiderate and loud?? Lost my business. Don't even get me started on the 12" x 12" "pillows" you had. They were as thin as a folded towel and the size of a couch pillow. Get some actual pillows. They polished a turd with the remodel of this place and oh yeah..the damn maintenance man tried to enter my room as I was getting dressed! Good thing I had the latch on the door. He came to "fix the bulbs that were out" yall didn't think of that beforehand?? Never staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in was quick and easy. Staff member friendly and courteous. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure, large towels. Breakfast was excellent. We liked that they have a different menu each morning posted, as well as the usual staples. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was fresh and provided nice options. Always clean and well kept. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained. The staff were excellent. No complaints. Best option for the price in Pensacola! This will be my go to hotel in Pensacola. My dad always chose Best Western hotels when we were traveling. I now realize why that was.

That we had kids and they don't understand that kids are gonna be kids why they keep calling us for the littlest things when we have kids I didn't like that we keep getting the blame for making the noise when it was others making it

LOCATION! The view from our balcony overlooking The Island was very nice. Parking was a bit "Odd". You park in a back parking lot then walk across the street to the hotel. It wasn't terrible, just "Odd".

Didn't Make it too the gym much but very clean, food was great and staff was super helpful. This hotel is an easy on and off highway, right in the middle of it all. 43 minutes away from the Alabama and 30 from the national aviation museum which you'll need a real id for that one.

The breakfast was awesome each morning. Food was hot and plentiful Food area was clean and inviting. The lady in charge was a delight. Very friendly and all smiles making me feel very welcome each morning Don’t let her get away she is an assert to your hotel I was not crazy about the envelope under the tv inviting me to put tip money for housekeeping. That felt like it was expected of me from the very beginning of my stay to tip when I felt that I should be allowed to decide on my last day if I thought a tip was well deserved

Location was great, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Had to cut stay short, due to unforseen issue,only stayed one night and couldn't get credit for second night, but we understand our reservation was for 2 nights.

Breakfast was excellent. The inn was clean and most of the staff were very professional. A group was staying and they were EXTREMELY LOUD. Running up and down the hallways, Teenaged girls laughing VERY LOUD until about midnight and then up at it again beginning about 4:30 a.m.

This Best Western was clean, the staff was so friendly welcoming and professional. I will now look for Best Western in any stays I visit looking for the same type of stay I experienced here in Pensacola. The room was less comfortable than expected as the air conditioning unit in the room failed to regulate the humidity so the carpets & bedding were damp every night. It was exceptionally clean, or I would have been concerned for mold. The entry smelled of stale cigarette smell, but the rest of the hotel was clean-smelling. Overall, I highly recommend

Great Sunday morning breakfast, I wish I could make the eggs that fluffy. Was visiting family, brought the littles to the pool, steps were perfect for the not so confident swimmers. Sleeping was so comfortable. Didnt hear a sound from any neighbors. Thank you for great experience

I could not remain at this hotel because of the disgusting appearance, location, and staff! There were numerous homeless and abandoned buildings! All the entrances to the hotel lobby were locked and you had to check in through a barred tented window through a small hole in which you had to correspond with the clerk. I could not subject my family to such a disgusting, dark, terrifying experience, so I had to leave and find another hotel where I felt welcomed and safe! Not at all the appearance or pictures listed on the Hotel.Com website!!🙁

The pullout couch was filthy and bugs crawled out of the sprinkler. Other than that, overall the hotel was fine. Not super great, but also not horrible.

The lady behind the desk on check in was really nice and helpful after the horrible experience at thr super 8 up the road. Was way cleaner and bug free.

This hotel is small yet beautiful. It was very quiet and although there were families with children I didn't have to worry about them stomping, running and carrying on in previous hotel stays in much larger ones. There were many options for breakfast to choose from, very delicious. Overall I was impressed with this hotel, no complaints from me.

This was my favorite stay at a Best Western. The property was clean, well lit and quiet. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Everything was fine except the housekeeping ladies. They were rushing us out at 8 AM and checkout wasn’t til 11 AM and became rude when I said we are leaving at 11

The closet doors in our room did not shut properly. The walls are very thin. The noise from other rooms was very loud, it sounded like furniture being moved or people running. The pool was small and it was dirty, it had bugs in it. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. I would not recommend it to anyone to stay here.

Hotel lobby is a nice, different theme appropriate for the area. King bed felt like it had pressure on all the joints the whole night, and ended up not sleeping. Bit of a 'is it the body or is it the bed?' I would give it a second chance. Bathroom is nice. AC is nice. Pleasant staff.

Front desk staff was amazing! Room was clean and the property was quiet.

Accomodations were fine. Only issue was that when I returned to the room around 5:30PM after leaving around 9AM, the room had still not been cleaned. By the time housekeeping arrived, I had settled in and did not want to be disturbed, so went without fresh towels and more coffee.

Very nice hotel, great location. We stayed there 3 days, staff was very attentive & asked if you needed anything during your entire stay. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of options. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean & had extra towels in bathroom.

Every morning the breakfast changed. Very good place to come very clean. No smell no roaches no mold just absolutely home away from home I will say. Take it from me this place here in Pensacola is the best place to rent a room.

It was a great place to stay & staff could not have been nicer, especially Mary who did the breakfast! She was as super plus!!

Everything was great. My only negative, but not a huge issue, was the beds in my handicap room were too high up. Hard to get in and out of with my problems.

My daughter arrived before I did and with a 2 year old you know it can be crazy. One simple phone call and they let her check in on my behalf. This is the type of hospitality services I find top notch.

The place was very clean and conveniently located near the highway and a lot of places to eat, but very quiet, but for us the highlight of the hotel was that the staff that was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast with a lot of options, this for us was a plus.

Very clean and quiet with housekeeping everyday of our stay. The folks in charge of the breakfast were super sweet, and the breakfast itself was a little better than your typical hotel breakfast. FYI both the breakfast staff and housekeeping ask for optional tips. Looking forward to staying here again.
