    At check‑in, the front desk emphasized that the property was non‑smoking, yet the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was obvious that an attempt had been made to mask the odor, but the result was overwhelming and uncomfortable. After requesting a room change, the second room was not much better—there was no security chain on the door, only two visible cameras in the hallway, and the room had a persistent, unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, because I had an event to attend at 6 PM, I had no time to find alternative accommodations. Returning later that night, around 11 PM, the property was poorly lit and did not feel safe. There was no internet connection, even though I was assured the tv would worked- did not- no internet Based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort.

    This property is old and worn down. These were the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. There were people running up and down the hallway all night. Its a motel 8 experience and overpriced.

    The carpet in my room was so dirty my colored socks actually turned completely black. The TV did not work and they had to switch it then the new remote did not work and they had to switch that. The room phone never worked so I could only contact them through my cell. The property had garbage on the ground by the trash can from Friday when I checked in till Sunday when I checked out. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs for the whole property but apparently no one uses the pool either way. I stayed here a month ago on the 2nd floor and that room had new floors but no fridge or phone. The free breakfast is a joke but that is what is expected from a property that doesn't care about their rooms only their golf course. The housekeeper did not speak any English and forgot to replace my hand towels or washcloths, so I was left without them. Their restaurant is closed and so is the tiki bar by the pool, there is nothing here but a golf course. They don't show it but you have to pay to park so be prepared.

    The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Highly recommended!

    The hotel was extremely outdated looked like a motel, rooms were somewhat clean, no outlets in the room, beds were so high on some sort of platform, just a weird and outdated place. Staff was good but I wouldn’t come back. Definitely recommend paying extra for a better hotel.

    "My stay at this resort was horrific and, frankly, unsafe. The room had a cockroach on the bed and a persistent smell of mold. The bathroom was non-functional, requiring me to manually refill the toilet tank just to flush it. Most alarming, however, was the mold on the ice machine, which is a significant health violation. For a 'resort' to lack basic plumbing and maintain such unsanitary conditions is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this property."

    Water was leaking in my room. Hotel phones were not working. I called multiple times via my phone but nobody answered. And one time a person picked up and told we are not the ones whom you should call front desk. I asked what is the front desk number and she replied don’t know and hung up. Today while checking out I told them and they just gave me managers card and told to email a complaint to manager. Ridiculous service.

    The hotel has no signage in front of the property where it resides which is also a huge golf course and residential properties. No hotel sign so I headed straight forward to a guard house where I waited 30 minutes in line in my car only to be turned around to the entrance and took a chance on the first right turn. Pulling up to the hotel's entrance, I waited another 10 minutes in front of the valet sign, when no one approached, I ran to reception only to be told there was no valet and that I had to self-park 500 feet away and walk back to reception. I did not appreciate being put in a room on the ground floor when half the hotel was empty, the room not only was across from the pool but also was in the corridor that employees use to go back and forth to their stock rooms, it was loud and obnoxious at times. The A/C in the room was so loud that in the middle of the night I woke up thinking someone was in my room. It sounds like a thundering storm which is normal for this time of year in Florida but not inside a hotel room. So overall not a great experience but I have to emphasize that the hotel is VERY clean (well not the carpet in the room but otherwise it's sanitary). The front desk staff, particularly Jada, were the epitome of welcoming and friendly. So there's that. I probably wouldn't stay there again but at least the staff is nice and the bed and bathroom was very clean.

    It was not a good experience, that is not a resort hotel, the rooms are old, the small refrigerator didn’t cool down and made a terrible sound, the carpet was old and dirty. I just couldn’t believe it since the place is in a niece area. Looks more like an abandon place. I was grateful that it was only for one night.

    The condition of the place that is listed as a hotel should be call a motel. Driving in appearance from the highway is nice and the reason it is because of the main highway. This place has mold broken furniture the pool needed work. I book 4 room for a wedding party never again. As I stated be fore it should be call a motel not a hotel.

    This hotel should be call mold motel that smells furniture in poor condition out dated broken down cars in the park lots, pool area needs to be remodel.Appeared to be a live-in by the week or month motel. The front is somewhat kept up until you get to the main entrance. Please have them remove pictures from years old off the website. I booked five rooms and found all of them unacceptable.

    There was nothing at all that I like concerning my stay at that hotel. There was mold in my room. The carpet was very old. The furniture was very very old and chairs about to fall apart the bathroom water continue to run spiderwebs all in the room. the bed was very uncomfortable. Had a very large sink in the middle of the bed. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered and I feel that you all should remove this hotel from your site effective immediately.

    I came from the Guitar Hotel in Hollywood to this spot because of the close proximity to a concert venue and Whole Foods. This Hotel was beautiful back in the day. It’s lost a bit of its sparkle but the wonderful friendly staff and the very clean suite made up for it. They offered a free brekkie but I just popped into Whole Foods because it’s literally next door. The bed and pillows were just right! I actually slept through the night which is rare!

    Room was clean but falling apart. The property is completely run down. It was built in the 60's & never updated. I imagine back then it was a beautiful place. The restaurant was closed & posted on the door said unsafe. The complimentary breakfast was toast & yogurt. The TV didn't work right. They use some kind of internet & there were no local stations. The golf course looked nice. The manager was nice. I was told that the property is to be torn down in the next few months. We were to be there 3 nights & left after one night and was refunded in conjunction with the hotel & Expedia who was great.

    Pictures must have been taken 30 years ago. Air conditioner so noisy it kept me up at night. Broken down decor. Staff seemed friendly enough and trying their best. Just really shoddy and spooky old resort feels abandoned. Definitely a bargain price but not at all what I expected from the pictures.

    The hotel is on the older side but has been maintained pretty well. The location was good for us. The breakfast was skimpy. After flushing the toilet, it was not refilling the tank much of the time. I am sure it needed a new washer in the fill valve. The maintenance people did not understand and spoke only a little English. I was able to remove the top of the tank and jiggle the fill valve to get it to work when needed.

    The room and carpet had a bad smell. Needs to be changed. The furniture were mixed match 2 totally different chairs at the table. Got the room for my elderly parents dad being 92 years old with a cane. Mom 84 and front desk staff knew this and still gave us a regular room with a tub and high bed making it difficult for them. Only staying one night so it wasn’t worth changing. also was helping my parents check in with me being a possible third person. She didn’t even offer a breakfast card for me or ask if I was staying. Don’t rely on the free breakfast. It’s all carbs not many choices and no protein. It is not a breakfast. But looking at it, I’d rather spend money going to a breakfast diner. Property is definitely not a 3 star, I promise I’m not picky and have stayed 2.5 star location better than this- Grand palms will NOT see me again!

    The rooms were not clean, and the overall condition left a lot to be desired. There were no convenient electrical outlets in the bedroom area, which made even basic things like charging devices frustrating. The bathroom layout is poorly designed—the toilet is so large that the door actually hits it when you try to close it. The bathtub was also a concern. It appears to have been coated or refinished, but the surface is uneven, chipping, and extremely slippery, which feels unsafe. The furniture didn’t seem properly cleaned either—I couldn’t comfortably sit on the chair. Another major issue is noise. The doors between rooms are extremely thin, and you can clearly hear other guests, which makes it very difficult to rest or have any sense of privacy. The so-called continental breakfast was another letdown. It’s served in a strangely designed room that clearly wasn’t intended to be a dining area. The selection is extremely limited, there’s barely anything to eat, and the coffee is of very poor quality. As for the staff, they were not particularly attentive or welcoming. The overall impression is that there’s little care or effort put into the guest experience. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and would not recommend it.

    The entrance looked very good however wheb you got into the area of the rooms it looked horrible. Alot of the tiles on the floor in the corridors were cracked, the place was more of a motel. The room was livable, the tv channels were often in and out. We got in rather late and our bed sheet had a stain so we left the covers on and slept. In the morning we asked for clean sheets and was told not that day we had to wait untik day 2. We were not there when the cleaner came and the sheet did not get cleaned. We just purchased some and used them until we left and took our own after. The continential breakfast was horrible it was toast, bagels with cream cheese or jelly, and oatmeal. They would often have a fruit out like bananas, oranges or apples. Coffee was self accessible but if you wanted tea they had to boil the water in the back. The air conditioning worked perfectly so that was a plus i guess. Oh and the vending machines didn’t work properly, it took our cash and when we reported it to the front desk they said we had to call the vendor ourself. The phone in the room didn’t work though and we were not from the US so we couldn't call.

    Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter they said it was the only one that they had and we laid it down and we slept on that Initially I only had shorts and I slept in the dress that I was engaged in because it was floor length and I was freaked out we were shoes the entire time we did not utilize the shower or the sink because it was disgusting. The television did not work nor were there any outlets very readily available to use.

    This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either.

    The hotel is obviously old but hasn’t seemed to be updated at all. The mattresses were very poor quality and felt worn. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay so can’t really elaborate on that. There was one washer and one dryer in the outside hallway for all the units to share which wasn’t enough. This is the type of hotel you book when low cost is the only priority. No elevator for the second floor.

    That there was a room. We could find nothing in Miami due to all the cancelled flights. The place was very outdated, tha carpet in our room was so dirty our feet were black. The restaurant was being renovated and closed. The pool was closed for repairs. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was a complete joke there was a woman trying to make eggs and sausage but she kept blowing breakers. I decided to have toast but another guest and I put some bread in the toaster but it blew another breaker.

    When looking at the reviews, make sure you read the negatives. And look at their pictures. They are all accurate !!! My standards are not very high at all but I honestly dont see how this hotel can be rated anything more that 5 out of 10. And parking is NOT FREE !!! The pool and pool area have been closed for months for maintenance. I asked and was told that they have no idea when it'll be reopen. The first room was disgusting. They gave me a second room. Better but I would rate the room 2 stars. Clean but very outdated, dirty carpets that need deep steam cleaning, toilet that never stops running, water dripping under sink that wet the carpets around the bathroom counter. Bathroom cabinet doors broke and/or rotten in sections (probably from the water). The phone didn't work (to call the even the front desk). I had to call the hotel from my cell to ask questions. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and had great customer service. The Hotel is overdue for a major renovation.

    The rooms were not clean. Would've been better if I slept outside in a muddy field. The tv didn't work and when I went to call the front desk I realized the phone didn't have any buttons to call out, nor did it have a dial tone. Walked down to the lobby to let the staff know and they just provided a card to the maintenance department because there was no one available. Also there were no handicap parking or other handicap accomodations as I was traveling with a person who needed these accommodations. They put us on the second floor when we asked for a first floor room as it was very hard for him to get up the stairs. We learned that there were actually rooms on the first floor that were not occupied

    The price was to much for one night, actually it was 12 hours from 11 to 11 and we paid over 250.00. The curtains was to short for the windows. Second time here we did get a microwave and fridge this time. The fridge was on the floor and everytime you open the door to the fridge it would rub against the carpet. Should be on a bigger fridge anyways.

    The price was to much for one night, actually it was 12 hours from 11 to 11 and we paid over 250.00. The curtains was to short for the windows.     I wasn't told about the continental breakfast until I was checking out. The room wasn't impressive a small tv and a coffee maker. It was advertised about a Spa with body massage and when I goes to the front desk to make a reservation to get a massage. The front desk clerk was astonished because she didn't know what I was taking about because they did have such amenities. The phone in the room doesn't work so I couldn't communicate the hotel or else i used my mobile. Parking was expensive and you sometime have waited for someone to pull out to get a park. The security chain on the door wasn't because couldn't secure the door. The property is in a good location and I would recommend the location but if you are not a golfer then I would recommend a different property in the same location

    Cheap place to stay compared to other properties in Miami area so must consider that. Property is a bit outdated and could use renovations but room was very clean which is important. Last night we had a mishap. Sewerage backup into our tub (liquid only). Nasty but the rectified it immediately and gave us a new room on second floor. Overall happy with property for the price and would stay there again. Sits on a very nice golf course

    Hotel rooms are old and smelly. It's a time capsule from 1989. A/C made noise all night. The included breakfast was a joke. Cold pancakes with super greasy bacon. I just threw it away. it was discussing. Staff seem as not to friendly, also bothered when asked a question.

    It says under amenities that there is an elevator, asked staff and looked for one. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I had Open Heart Surgery in Jan so I had to bring my suitcase and everything up to the 2nd floor. Also nothing on the website to indicate that the pool was "Closed!!" That is one thing I always look forward to is the pool. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant!

    This place had a clean comfortable room that met my needs. The voicemail on the in room phone did not work when I was there, people could not leave messages for me, but not very many people use that these days, but just a little thing I noticed. The restaurant and the pool were closed for renovation, but the breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay again.

    The hotel was not up to par. The breakfast was definitely trash. The staff was however friendly the housekeepers don’t speak English as well as they didn’t clean well they said they only washed sheets on two days out the week the kitchen one day they said the power was out overall the state wasn’t all of that, said the, the staff, especially in the front desk was nice.

    But the breakfast buffet? That was the absolute low point and downright disgusting. The “buffet” was a sad, half-empty spread that had clearly been sitting out for hours, burnt omelets, mushy hasbrowns, stale pastries that tasted like cardboard. The coffee was weak and tasted burnt. Flies were buzzing around the food uncovered trays, and the whole area smelled sour and unclean. gross! I wouldn’t stay at this place anymore.

    For the price we paid, the stay was better than expected. Only downside was the pool was out of commission. That wasn’t too bad but all the nice lounge chairs were also behind the gate and I just wanted to lay out and get some sun and they could have moved the chairs so guests could access. Otherwise, it was great.

    Amenities did not match Expedia claims. No Spa, no Pool, no Restaurant. Golf was only discounted $5 per rd for hotel guests. Tub did not drain, toilet ran all night for a week straight. Housekeeping entered room with DND doorhanger. She got an eyeful. Dead rodents all over property. Smokers everywhere. Room was clean but no clock or tables. Course was great!

    Roaches the maintenance guy entered our room without knocking not announcement of entering saw me naked then came back an hour later and knocked and laughed like it was funny when I told front desk they disregarded it and bushed it off like nothing I asked for anger to contact me none did I also asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else told by front desk manager would call never did . Everything smells like mold run down hotel they do not disclose you pay for parking that is unmonitored or checked this place is nothing but a golf club or for year kids to party unsupervised will never recommend or stay here again.

    The rooms were very neglected, the pool was closed and looks like it hasn’t been used in a long time. Very outdated. Also one house keeping came by. They missed our room so we had to go to the front desk for some towels and they gave us pool towels. Very poor quality hotel most mostly felt like a motel very sketchy did not feel safe.

    The buildings were rather run-down. The pool was closed "for maintenance" but it didn't look like a temporary closure. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The breakfast area was almost completely out of food, even though a voucher was required. The smoke detector in the room was dangling by a couple of wires. The mattress felt like just a box spring without much padding. People were smoking tobacco and marijuana near the room doors. They charged an extra $8 just to park in the parking lot. On the positive side, it was mostly quiet, so there's that.

    Cons: It’s not suitable for families . Barely any families at the hotel . More used by athletes / workers temporary stay . It’s like a motel. Breakfast was not good . I will give an 1.5 for breakfast. Iron box damaged our clothes . Foam mattress without ventilation , so on a warm day you will boil and sweat . Internet wifi was inconsistent . Room service did not change or do beds for full length of 4 nights . Found hair on the pillow covers. Walls were thin and you could hear taking loudly from other rooms . Corners of the room were dirty.

    The inside definitely need a makeover the toilet seat are for little people as well as the furniture, the tub, and the sink. The furniture needs to be changed it's outdated and not fit for a elegant place like that. There needs to be staff there that can communicate with the guest none of the maintenance workers or even housekeepers speak English they are using apps to communicate with people. And that breakfast was so horrible the pancakes were Fair but the sausages was over through the oatmeal was hard and dried out not smooth or creamy. They need to be able to serve top breakfast for an elegant looking place like that I was very disappointed in my stay. They need landline cable not streaming cable. My television was off more than it was on. When I complain several times about my television the staff did not send maintenance like they said they were. When the shift change I spoke with a young lady by the name of Amy she went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her the rest didn't care.

    The staff were very friendly and courteous. When booking a room for 4, there should be enough supplies for 4 in the room. There was only 2 towels and tried to call to ask for more. However, the phone didn’t work. The tv barely worked after trying for an hour. I couldn’t use their internet because it was so slow, I had to connect to my phone’s hotspot. The hairdryer didn’t work either. But, I do expect to get what’s paid for. The entire hotel needs an overhaul. It’s incredibly old and falling apart. I found a razor blade under/side of our car’s tire. Overall, our stay was ok-we knew it wasn’t a 5 star hotel. However, I would not stay here again. We booked 20 min away from a sporting event because the rate at this hotel was more affordable and room a bit larger. I would pay the extra money, stay closer, get a nicer hotel. It’s worth spending more money to get what you need and convenience.

    The hotel/motel was bad from start to finish. The parking lot is poorly lit and doesn’t feel safe at all. The smell is musty and the rooms are completely outdated and dingy. There was a small refrigerator with a microwave sitting on the floor. The bath tub had huge patches where the enamel was worn out, you could hear people talking in the room next door through the bathroom vents. There are barely any outlets. The iron did not work and when I told the girl at the front, she said”oh, I’m sorry about that”. The breakfast is a complete joke. The room with the food was dirty and you could tell they just took the furniture out and used it as a makeshift kitchen/eating area. They had folding tables as the seating. The laundry area is outside in the breezeway. I could go on and on. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!

    I was placed in the room 154, looked on the sheets and voila, NOT ironed. And the door chain is broken, and the lock on the bathroom door is broken, and a fan in the bathroom not working. Very old nightstand lamps with NO USB chargers. There only 2 USB chargers in the room and they are located NOT next to bed. So, if there are 2 persons with 2 cell phones and 2 laptops/tablets there are no place to charge the all. In addition, I specifically book a room with a microwave and a fridge. And, guess what, room 154 has no microwave nor fridge. June at the reception was nice and gave me another room. And, please take a look the pictures from room 160. Guess what? You are correct, NOT ironed sheets again! Is this a new trend? In the morning of January 6th, Room 160 has uninvited guests -red ants. I didn't know that I have to bring tea and decaf coffee for myself. There is NO tea and NO decaf coffee in the rooms. Pool had been closed. The Restaurant is under reconstruction and breakfast with no eggs, no oatmeal, no small sandwiches, no cereal, and no pancakes (just bagels, cream cheese with grape jelly, apples, juice and coffee) has been served in small tiny room. The person sitting in that room was collecting vouchers meanwhile she has a big "Tips" cup next to her. What for we have to pay tips for? Parking is NOT free. $8.50. Has not been disclosed. VERY disappointed!

    Half the building condemned as unsafe since September of last year, including the pool and restaurant. ‘Continental’ breakfast became a ‘light continental’ breakfast between the time I booked and arrived. And the breakfast was poor in general. Totally disappointing. At least the golf course works.

    Let's start with the state of the room. Judging from the dated decor and carpet, the worn paint, and the mosquitos I had to chase out of the bathroom, I'd say it was subpar at best. But the kicker is that there was some vulgar graffiti written on the wall next to the vanity -- hard to miss. I reported it to the front desk, something housekeeping should have done. For the sake of decorum, I won't post the pictures I took. The room telephone was there purely for decoration, worthless even for calling the front desk. The TV was next to worthless; the maintenance guy explained it could not get any major networks, so watching the news was out of the question. In the morning I followed the signs to the restaurant - only to find there is no restaurant. A continental breakfast was served in a makeshift room. Incredibly there were no plates, though there was food that demanded a plate. The staff charges $8.50 to park your car -- something that came as a shock to me. I could not find it in the Expedia write-up. I protested but paid the fee. Later, because of the graffiti I reported, the staff said they'd refund this fee to me. They lied. In short, even if you're a diehard golfer, you can do better than this dump... without trying hard.

    the instalations are so old and dirty, smell bad, they show some picture with new rooms or remodeled room and then give you an old, stinky room with dirty linen, 1st and last time i stay there sorry but i am not that kind the guess have complaint for everything but this is totally disappointing, great location but much money for the quality on the place, and thanks i have just to stay for just 2 nights.

    The hotel itself is good, though parking costs $8 per day. However, the breakfast service was disappointing. A staff member was unhelpful when asked about pork ingredients, and another employee was discouraged from explaining. Guests are also restricted in how much food they can receive, which was inconvenient for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, the experience felt poorly handled and uncomfortable.

    Unfortunately, the breakfast service was disappointing. One staff member was unhelpful and rude when we asked whether certain items contained pork, repeatedly responding that she did not know. Another staff member tried to explain, but she stopped him from doing so in a way that made us uncomfortable. Additionally, guests are not allowed to serve themselves and are limited to one or two items, which was frustrating given dietary restrictions. If breakfast service is limited, it would be better to communicate this clearly rather than making guests feel disrespected.

    I sat on the bed near the top and the mattress came up in the air off of the box it was sitting on not even a frame! The hot water didn’t work they told us when we arrived and said we can refund your money but then I would of had to find another hotel and the refund would take 3 to 5 days so I stayed. They advertised restaurant and Bar so I got dressed and went to find the bar well it closed a while back is what the lady said. And when I checked in their was a Spanish lady to my left and she was talking to another guy who was upset about the hot water and I said well do we get a discount or anything she said, and very rudely “ you already got a discount price from the third party booking” as she smacked her tongue but I got that discount with hot water and a bar included! It was one of the worse stays I’ve ever had and they offered nothing to try to make it better

    Food was made in tea kettles and a toaster oven. Food temperature was not legal. The building where the restaurant is located is condemned due to electrical outlets not being up to code. Outlets in the room did not work. There was no hot water in the building; they said that the city turned off their hot water, but their sister property next door had hot water. There were no mattresses in the room, just a 2-inch foam pad. If I had to dream about what it was like to sleep in jail, that would be it. Pool has been closed down for months

    No hot water and we were not notifed until we got there, that they were without hot water for a month already! We arrived so tired, that we decided to stay like that. Personal is nice, but the hotel this time was not in good shape, the area where the bar and restaurant is, was closed, breakfast was served in an office like area, very small to the point that we decided to take it to the room to eat it there as people did not fit in that small place. I hope they finish all the fixing project before nobody goes there anymore.

    Absolutely No Customer Service. They Refused to honor Reservation and give me a room. They had access to give out rooms, but Refused to because their system was down to process payment.     The woman working the breakfast was rude and loud using profanity it was so uncomfortable for early in the morning specially and when I checked in I wasn’t advised there was no Hot Water no one told me that until the next morning when I proceeded to take a shower. After a long exhausting evening I was looking forward to hot shower and that did not happen . This would be a third time I have had a bad experience with renting. But I have not been compensated.

    No hot water and guest not notified until morning of check in via email. Mail not seen as guest was traveling. Office staff states that adjustment to room rates was made due to this issue. Blamed the city of Pembroke Pines for not having hot water. In speaking with a rep from the city of Pembroke Pines, following our check in, we were informed that the city is responsible for getting water to properties but they are in no way responsible for the temperature of 5he water at the property. The hotels explanation doesn’t seem to jive with what the city rep said. In addition, the charge to us was exactly the same as the time of booking. We informed the desk that we had made the reservation at least a week in advance. We were told that the rates were adjusted last week. Again, this doesn’t jive. We made our reservation eleven days in advance. There was no change to our charge. This would “imply” that the hotel has had a hot water issue for more than eleven days(?) if they truly did adjust rates for this weekends bookings. Something is not right with these explanations. We dealt with it since it was too late to make alternate arrangements. If there were truly an issue where they made adjustments to rates last week (none were made to our booking) then why would they wait until the morning of check in to let people know….very odd and comes across as deceptive. I’d advise the hotel to fix the hot water heaters and/or boiler room to address the problem..be honest

    had to have a fridge and microwave brought to room. We had no internet or t.v through the whole visit. water pressure was very low. Toilet flap broke I tried to fix it but the rubber had already been repaired before, they put a new hole it apparently it didnt work. my wife is handicap so bringing her food back to the room helps out a lot.the cook it was only one lady there let me take it to the room even though she knew it wasnt allowed.     This is the worse "hotel" anyone would want to stay at. I found the staff very cordial and professional. But, for the 4 days I was there, there was no hot water for showering etc. and they said it was due to the "city". I do not believe that. Also, to my surprise, they charged $25 plus tax for parking. This is robbery. They said they would refund me the parking charges because of the inconvenience with the "hot water". They have refused to do so despite Expedia's efforts. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

    When we arrived, there was a burst pipe leading to a delay in check in. We had to sit by the pool area where there were only 2 umbrellas, the one available table was located next to a bee hive in a tree stump. When we finally got into our room, the sink area rug was saturated, the toilet had to be consistently filled with water from the sink using the ice bucket, and the shower leaked. The grounds smelled like marijuana - like everywhere. Although the staff was pleasent, there is not a chance that I would recommend this place to anyone!

    This place is filthy. Old furniture and air conditioning doesn’t work. No microwave or small fridge to use. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Staff stay on personal cell phones carrying conversation then to help answer questions. The picture they show online is nothing like what the provide. Lizards running around lizards in the bathtub and in the room.

    Junie and the other lovely staff at the front desk were simply amazing, professional, and accommodating. After the first night, my husband suggested a suite viewing of the golf course, and Junie changed our room with no issues. The room was clean, and the ladies who did room service were polite. We will definitely book here again!

    This place was not "Grand," nor was it a "Resort." It most likely peaked in the 50's. It was rundown, and felt like it needed a major overhaul. There were water stains on our ceiling and water was dripping from the awnings outside our room. Our room did not have a fridge, microwave, nor safe. Our room reservation was for 4 people but there were only 2 sets of towels in the room, when I asked for more towels at the office, they said they only had the smaller, non bath towels, to offer me. Bizarre. I will say the office staff was friendly and nice, but this place is sketchy AF. And when we went for our free breakfast, which looked like it may have been eggs/pancakes, made to order, but nobody was there to make our breakfast, even though we arrived 15 minutes before the end of breakfast service, so we left.

    The property was convenient for my stay. The place NEEDS to be remodeled. But it served its purpose. The room was good, clean, and no complaints. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Great location.

    With all the options in the area I would never stay there again even if offered a free stay. Ps, they hold a fee for incidentals as most hotels do, but offer no incidentals , no snack bar (machines outside only) no in room movie options so I guess that is for possible damages???? Again, good front desk and bar staff other than that a 1 on a scale of 1-10 .

    No amenities in room. No refrigerator, no microwave. Little tiny shampoo n conditioner that could be used one time. No remote for tv. I was also itchy in the bed. I left after 1 hour of being there. Spare yourself the disappointment

    The overall stay was comfortable. It’s not opulent but a comfortable place to spend an evening. If you’re looking for five star dining, this is not the place of accommodations. Air conditioning works perfectly. The beds are very clean, the front desk staff is friendly.

    My clothes were moved from 2 drawers into one & 2 food items taken from my snack bag and another item left in bag. The room keys were deactivated on day 2 then the room was full of cannibis odor then cigarette smoke was coming through bathroom vent. Had to change to another room. Bed & pillows were comfortable.

    It was an older facilities but the service was excellent. Yes there is a parking fee but it was not like you were paying a crazy rate per day. A weeks worth of parking there is what you pay for one day at other places. Over all it was clean and comfortable.

    Patricia works at the front desk. She's disrespectful, has a bad attitude, and expresses herself poorly. She's short-tempered. The housekeepers are excellent. The breakfast (limited variety) is a disaster.
