I wonder know why this property has to charge $10.00 a day for parking at the property it's not easy for the Family stay one week on paid $70.00 for parking.

The room I was then given after midnight, was not cleaned. Linens were strewn about and so were used towels. The next room we were given could not be lit from the entry way and 2 of the lamps did not work. The next morning, we asked to switch to the room type we were paying for which was arranged. We were not assisted in moving our luggage. To get the charges for the first night changed, I had to wait for the manager to come in at 1 pm. After 1pm I was not contacted by the manager. When I was in the lobby later I needed to ask for the manager. The manager said she would print out a revised charge list for me. It was not provided until check out. The breakfast staff was very nice. The parking lot is nothing worth an additional charge of $10 per day. The first day we left the room late and took the DND off the doorknob at about 1 pm. It was not cleaned when we returned. Someone came by around 5 pm to offer towels I asked them to empty the garbage.

Room on top floor 509 , larger than normal , the A/C not powerfull enough to cool the room , summer in Miami very hot weather , I can’t sleep either of my 2 night because of the heat , and the hotel don’t have any fan or portable A/C .

The shower was not working properly and the water came out at a trickle. Hotel starting to show serious signs of age.

Staff was very helpful and respectful. They helped us with some packages being delivered. Breakfast was good and location is wonderfull. Quiet, family friendly and comfortable place. Nice price also compared to other similar options. We got a room assigned when we arrived but there was a finished joint in the bathroom floor. We reported it in mediately and we got a new room. Aside from this everything was great.

Everything about the hotel is great, the breakfast was great, you can make your own waffles and omelet or simple just have a bagel and coffee, love that they had cereal, yogurt, muffins and fruits for the kiddos too. Everything is clean,and smells great! The only not pleasant encounter we had was the receptionist that first recieved us. Hotels.com app was saying the parking was free(which we have proof) and the receptionist was trying to charge us for parking deapite us trying to show her on the app it stated parking was free, she didn't want to look at our phone nor at least tried to get a manager or supervisor, she simply didn't care. We waited till the following day to hopefully check out with someone different of which we did, and she was the supervisor. We expressed our concern and she took us very seriously, she refunded our money back for the parking charge and was very kind and helpful. Experience as a whole was a 9/10. Would I stay again? Probably, but hopefully the receptionist gets a little more proper training.

The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. I also found the property to be immaculately cleaned and maintained. The location is just minutes away from Pembroke Lakes Mall, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone whether business or leisure.

Breakfast ... a wide variety to choose from. I wished that the room was vacuumed daily. the bath room was tidied daily and towels replenished but the beds were left undone.

Breakfast is horrible. Food was tasteless. Had to ask employees to fill eggs and croissants. None in the dishes. employees making their own breakfast while guests waiting. Left bagels in the toaster and guest, waiting to toast, bagels and English muffin muffins.

comfortable beds and a good shower I think a little more variety at breakfast would be good.

3 outlets did not work. House keeping did not leave us coffee cups or coffee a couple of mornings. We were not given hand towels two mornings. When we requested coffee cups in the morning, we were told we would have to come get them. We wanted a cup of coffee while getting ready.

$10 a night for parking is a farce given your location.

I went to visit my daughter and the hotel was close by. Other than that. I was charged parking which I was not aware of. The room was very small. And they over charged my credit card. So, what was there to like. I would not be staying there again The breakfast was minimum. And the coffee tasted burned. And the rug in my room was dirty

We have been charged for the internet usage during our stay. We were not informed that there would be daily fees for using the web. We actually used our cellular data for a safer connection. Our usage of the hotel's internet was minimal. But we were charged without our knowledge.

The rug was dirty the closet so tiny could only hold two garments plus too many extra charges two separate taxes for each day plus government charge plus room charge, isn’t 122 a day the room charge over $40 in overcharging, including parking, never was told. I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn many times while doing business in Pembroke Pines area. I found that they have begun gouging people for an undisclosed parking fee of ten dollars. This in't known until check in. No alternative is available.

There was a fowl odor in my room. Got worse through the night. I was unable to sleep and forced to check out earlier than planned.

Customer service is everything and the guy that checked us in what stoic. I did not feel if I was wanted. In fact, it seemed as if he had been working all day and didn’t want to be bothered. I received a call from the front desk at 3am asking for someone I didn’t know, which hindered me from going back to sleep. It was also difficult to fall back to sleep because of the noises, which I couldn’t tell where they were coming from. Next time, I’ll listen to the ratings. This hotel should be rated lower. Nice area, horrible place to stay.

The carpet in the room smell terrible, when I walked in the room for the very first time the room had a heavy sweat smell.

They put an $1110 hold on my credit card on 7/9. It is now 7/17 and after repeated attempts to get it removed it is still being held by them even though I didn't spend one single night there. Their management company "Bonvoy" was absolutely incompetent and unable to help in any way. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at a Marriott. There are many better options. I'm still waiting form my $1110.00 to be released.

10 out of 10 such a nice room love the experience with the staff. They were so nice as I walked the property. If I'm in the area, I'll be staying here again.

The check in was convenient and was able to access atm. However the hotel needed to have a description of the close places to visit persons can walk to to get food. Breakfast was good . As for the rooms water needed to be place in each room.

Clean, professional. The front desk staff was very accomodating, Sharise in particular was a huge help throughout the week. Only complaint was the doors slam pretty hard very easily, and wake people up. wear ear plugs.

The property was okay. I’ve stayed at better ones but this one was not bad. Staff was friendly maids could be more detailed when cleaning rooms. Our shower courts in smelled pretty bad. We’re were there for a 2 day concert so we were to tired to complain.

Our guest room had an odor which is reminiscent of strong odors of cleaning products used in nursing homes. It was not typical of any other of the many Marriott properties we’ve stayed at for many decades. After being in our room for almost two hours I am still quite aware of the unpleasant odor..

The property was bad we found poop on the pool and when we go to sleep eyelashes were found in the bed. The sad part was no manager approach us to apologize. I though it will be more cleaner because it part of marriot but it wasnt like that.

It is not property management there is a bad smell of stagnant water around the property coming into the room.

Pillows are terrible. Rooms have musty smell.

1st room had TV not working, we were moved to another room down the hall. This one had tv working but AC didn’t cool and we were sweating middle of the night. We arrived late in the evening and were too tired to again call front desk. 2nd time staying and experience was very different but will avoid next time.

This place stinks! The hotel itself is fine but it is next to a Sewage plant. The smell of the sewage permeates the area including sometimes into the rooms itself.

Very nice property, my son loved the breakfast but there was sometimes this terrible smell in the air outside and seeped into the room.

I find Fairfield an amazing option and good price considering they offer breakfast. The staff is absolutely great and the manager is very friendly and helpful, I stayed at an older version of the rooms and found the room and bathroom could have been better cleaned.

The staff was awesome but my shower was not the cleanest and had hair in it and the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. The location of hotel was great but my bathroom Om door was not noise proof I heard every door and noise in the hallway. The lining at the bottom of room door was half missing. I would stay here again because of the service and location.
