Everything was great except for the continental breakfast. It had very little variety and it was unappealing.

Very impressed with the complimentary body soap and shampoos they offered and their layout was great and very clean!

The pool had a few pieces of trash in it, which could have come from the poeple that were sitting out there when we got there, but other than that, the amenities were top notch! The only reason I gave a 4 star is because we had the tag outside our room door to come back later/not enter (however it was worded) and they still came in our room while we were away and cleaned it. While I appreciate wanting to be kind and cleaning it, I don't like the disregard of our wishes in not wanting anyone in the room whole we are gone.

The front desk staff. On March 7, 2026, My sister dropped me off next to my car which I have a legal handicapped sticker and six spinal surgeries. My sister dropped me off so I could get a few things out of my car near my car that night. As I was walking inside the hotel the worker, with her hair in a short ponytail, walked up didn’t even speak and said “im going to have to call the police on you” I said “what are you talking about?” She said you parked in the parking space that’s not a parking space (referring to the space with the blue striped lines near my car where my sister let me out to get a few things). I walked off because this was harassment. How do you walk up to someone and say such a thing but you don’t speak nor do you explain what you are talking about. The next morning, the same lady, with the headband on checked me out and asked me “if there was a problem I would let her know. Right?” This is harassment because she knew she had messed up the night before. I played along and said, “Sure?” She has a bad attitude and needs to get it together because she does not understand the seriousness of making a false police call on a customer. She has poor customer service.

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The doors slam and are not very secure. The walls are very thin. The elevator had some issues. The parking spots are very small. The breakfast was cereal and pastries. Definitely not the same value as other hotels around.

We didn't get to eat the breakfast but the rooms were nice, plenty of space, and quite. The water pressure was great! There was several empty places in the room that just seemed like wasted space. My entire experience was grand. It started with the front desk. Tammy is an excellent host. She treated us with royalty. All the employees were nice and professional, however Tammy went above and beyond. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and simple.

Convenience to the family I was visiting. The price. There was an unpleasant smell in the hall and in the room. I was too close to the ice machine and elevator- noise. Will make sure I’m not placed so close to either of these in the future.

At first i was apprehensive staying at this location. For one never heard of spark and 2 the area it was in. I didnt think it would be nice but to my surprise i arrived to a nuce spot as well as the area. Frok the time i walked in til i left the hotel employess wete awesome! From fromt desk to housekeeping theu were all very helpful! I will be back!

Only thing I would comment on is that it was stated that there would be 5 people in the 2 bed and 1 sofa bed room, and we only got 3 towels. I was hoping for quicker refresh with towels since we stayed 3 nights.

This is my second stay. I love the cleanliness and simple designs of the this facility. The local restaurants and ease of travel make it an ideal location for temporary living.

I likes the price, continental breakfast, and the location. One of the shower doors kept opening while showering. Maintenance came right away to fix it. Unfortunately, it continued to open.

The pillows were definitely cheap, and flattened out soon as you laid your head on them. The AC in the 2nd room they put me in sounded like someone was pressure washing outside. The house keeper walked in while I was in bed with my wife!! She did NOT KNOCK!! or announce herself. Most unprofessional !!!

There were ants in our room and the tv did not have sound despite staff working on it. They had to use their master remote but if you turned the channel or tv off and on it wouldn’t work again. The beds were also very hard and for breakfast they only had cereal and bagels.

This is my second stay here and was very pleased with the hotel. It is clean and the continental breakfast was fine. There are many restaurants, stores, & coffee places close by. It is by a major highway which makes traveling in the city easier.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Room was big, clean. As previous reviews stated, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest BUT they still had bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, good coffee! It worked just fine for us. We will definitely be back next year. A bonus, it’s right down the road from the kolache place!

This is a terrible place to stay! No luggage carts when I got there. The room did not have an ice bucket or cups among other missing things. The WORST breakfast we have ever endured during our many hotel stays. All they had was stale bagels and four little apple mufins that looked old also. Hilton should be ashamed to put thier name on this pig!!!

From the initial entrance to checkout the entire staff was superb.

Our room was not ready at 4:00 when we arrived when check in was 3:00. There was smelly and noisy remodeling going on our floor. The accessible room we reserved was a rom for a deaf person. Not accessible. The breakfasts were really good. The regular manager when she came back to work was very helpful.

The front desk lady was extremely nice but the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The smells Was horrible and there was mold on the ceilings that the tried to paint over. We left and stayed at the Hilton Inn because it was nauseating

There was renovation is going and i can feel so much paint smell all around the place. Unfortunately in front of my room and side by my rooms all renovation going on. It was completely discussting smell and I was not able to sleep at all. Atleast You need to inform to customers about the renovation thing while booking hotel.

Not the best place I've stayed but also not the worst. AC in the room worked well, fridge was cold, beds were comfortable, room was clean. However, the TV remote didn't work properly- had to manually turn on the tv and couldn't adjust the volume up or down. The hotel itself had a strong musty/moldy smell, but that may just be from age. The pillows were terrible- they're half the size of regular pillows and super lumpy/hard. Overall it was a good experience.

Do not let the positive reviews fool you, this place is horrible. The room they put me in was absolutely atrocious. There were gnats flying around, and I’m sure the bedding had bed bugs or fleas because my skin started itching so bad once I laid down. I also have bumps all over my skin after laying in the bed. The furniture was so worn down and literally looked liked they found it in a dumpster and put it in the room. The room also had a disgusting stale smell that made me sick to my stomach. There was also rust in the microwave, and rust all around the bathroom. My hotel experience was absolutely horrible. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet hotel, this place is not it. It gave more of a cheap motel vibe and like a place where you would pay a cheap hooker for a few minutes of pleasure. I checked in and checked out the same day because I refused to stay over night in such a decrepit, unsanitary, filthy room. I would never ever stay at this place again and I wish I never wasted my money on this crappy hotel.

Very clean and big rooms, pretty good overall.

I stayed in a pet friendly room. It smelled strongly of chemicals. Gave me a headache. The bed pillows were too small, they were the size of throw pillows. The morning desk clerk was less than helpful when I attempted to check out and cancel my 2nd night stay. She clearly didn’t like her job. I was treated like an inconvenience. I’m in the area frequently on business. Will not be returning to this location.

Very friendly environment , kind of off the main raods and gave a peaceful area that eliminated traffic noise etc.

Clean and friendly staff

Experience was okay-ish. Room keys were not working so had to go downstairs couple of times then the lady changed our room. We had to wait outside of the room for 10/15 minutes to check the keys.

Really enjoyed the staff and location, but the room was dirty....found gummy bears on the floor, along with small pieces of paper. The restroom had evidence of water marks, as the outside bottom of the tub was rusted and the wood board showed water logged.

My stay was outstanding!

This hotel is good not great, fairly old and some of the fixtures in the bathroom leaked. There was rust on the plumbing, but overall and for the price, it provide what I needed.
