Clean rooms

The room was very clean, and the hotel was well-maintained. Even though pets are allowed, there was no animal odor anywhere in the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The room size and breakfast. During the wee hours of the morning the bathroom stunk like a septic tank. The digital key malfunctioned. There are no stores or shopping centers easily accessible.

I loved the breakfast. There was also a restaurant in walking distance that has great food, vibes, and customer service. There was a patrol car outside of the hotel every night, that was a bonus!

Room was nice and clean, Had 4 adults in our room and only enough towels for 2. The only complaint we had was the breakfast was terrible. If they are going to offer a complimentary breakfast, Charge extra and buy some better food. Hard to mess up a waffle, but they figured out how. Fruit was on the verge of being no good. Would definitely stay there again, just skip breakfast!

For what I paid I’m surprised that the room wasn’t a little nicer. The wall had a long crack running through it, the blind was ripped. It was very clean and cozy just feel like I paid a little too much at $270. The staff were very nice.

Besides the entryway, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The entrance and exit to hotel were a little confusing.

I stay here often, the breakfast has went down. The keep up was not kept well. They couldn’t keep up with the cleaning nor the replacement of the complementary breakfast. I notice the towels were Not clean/ / white like normal. The rooms nice but need upgrades. Location is nice. It’s nice & clean when you walk-in, Stafff at front desk is always friendly when entering.

Yes, my room wasn't cleaned by the staff.

We were told by the staff that while sitting down in lobby area that they were not allowed to turn the TV station to another channel. We wanted to look at the football bowl game while we were reclining down in the lobby. We were disappointed by that

Really like the way the King Suite is set up. Lots of space to keep things organized. Also, liked that they use moveable furniture pieces to allow for families to play games or eat at the table together and then tuck the table away afterwards. The only issues I had was very low water pressure in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the door handle on the inside of the bathroom was very loose, and it looked like someone had dripped urine on the back of the bathroom door and it was not cleaned.

Leaving The water wasn’t hot. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC in the main room didn’t work. The lame by the bed tripped the breaker when I would plug my phone charger in. The breakfast was horrible.

Someone was next door to me and kept up so much noise I thought it was a bombshell explosion and I made several calls and complained about it and nothing was done I asked for half refund and nothing was done I will call corporate and file complaint I asked when I checked out if she would tell management and nothing was done

Nothing I canceled my reservation within 2 hours of booking for 2 rooms. I even called the hotel to cancel it over the phone. I was only reimbursed for 1 room. The property kept $129.17. Not happy at all!

They hotel was nice the only reason I didn’t give it a 10 star is bc we had a group of us for baseball and one of our coaches trick was stolen from the parking lot.

The first night we stayed was great the staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us settled and also explained what we could ask for. The second night I messaged the front desk as instructed and “Ebony” was not at all interested in accommodating or even assisting in anything. It’s really no use in using the app if your workers are still going to say come to the front desk and ask for it. My husband went down to ask for some and she acted like he was asking for the company safe password. The next night I just didn’t even bother asking for towels as not to sour our last night. Probably won’t book again next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and the environment felt very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival, and the hotel is in a great location, close to lots of food spots. If I had to be extra picky, breakfast was a bit small, seating was limited when it got busy, and although there was a sign saying rooms would be cleaned every other stay, ours wasn't during the trip. But overall, it was a comfortable experience and the service made up for the small things!

This place was alright until we got to our floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, but people were definitely smoking weed. Once we got into our room, it smelled like a sweaty dude just came into the room a rolled around on all surfaces of the room.

I was put in a room that the lock did not operate correctly. Door was opened when I got to the room and door would not lock. Front desk person said all rooms were booked and could not accommodate me there and I had to go to another hotel. I did appreciate having to go to another hotel when I booked there already.

Stay was pretty good. Our room accommodated two adults and our teenager. Breakfast was ok… several items were cold that should have been warm. There was a water leak late one night in the lobby but it cleaned up and looked repaired by the morning. Staff was very friendly.

I felt that the way to ensure that there is no conflict between the hotel and guests that have a pet ,please include the cost for a pet quest at the hotel,saying it’s pet friendly is comforting when you’re told you have to pay for your pet.

The staff was super friendly , the housekeepers weren't though . We tried asking them questions they ran off as if they didn't want to be bothered it was rude . Overall the staff was friendly and rooms were very nice but smelled funky like the carpet was wet with an old smell .

It just seems like hotels don’t take the time to properly clean rooms, especially bathrooms. Not pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom, but nonetheless at least the beds were comfortable. They came in and changed our sheets at our 2nd request, but thought they would when we initially left in the morning. Overall… the stay was sufficient for a couple days!

This hotel provided most necessary accommodations for an extended stay with the exception of an oven. I was misinformed when securing my reservations. I was informed that the room included a fully functional kitchen. A fully functional kitchen includes a cooktop &/or stove. The microwave should be replaced w/a conventional oven. This will allow quests to prepare meals. Overall, the staff was exceptional, kind & courteous. My husband & I are OCD, therefore we truly appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. Most disappointing, was the pool section. The design of the hotel offers a spacious & attractive seating area near the main entrance but fails to display an elegant, stylish, & relaxed spacious ambience setting in the rear. A portion of the space provides two tables & a few chairs surrounded by a gate. The square footage of the pool consumes most of the area. Most guests visiting from chilly/cold climates look forward to relaxing near the pool. Only 2 washers & dryers are available. One of each was not in service and there was a long wait for availability. Recommendations- No shuttle service to airport & amenities 7/8 away, breakfast should be extended to 10a & the partnered restaurant (menu is provided) is not reliable. My order was placed at 2:55p. My order had not arrived, so I called for delivery status at 3:30p. I was told, the driver left 10mins prior. He finally arrived at 5:15p with a semi-warm pizza. it was not accepted. I was forced to find dinner that night.

I liked the options for breakfast and the restaurant in walking distance to the hotel.

Really nice hotel and location next to Bombshells sports bar. Spent most of my time out of the room because my TV was not working the entire time. I was told they were working on TV for the building and it would be back in 30 minutes. It never worked. I was also told they had no hand towels because they ran out. When I asked to speak to a manager i was told they would call me and I never heard back. I didnt feel that the front desk was accomodating at all.

On negative side = no shuttle to Hobby

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and really the whole hotel was. The price was great also. I really wasn’t expecting everything they had to offer for guests. I will most definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

This was a great option for a short stay in Pearland, with a good breakfast option, very nice fitness center, and large room sizes. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with the only drawback being that the window A/C unit was not as strong as we would have liked and would mostly only affect the bed area, as it was located right beside it. But still a great place to stay and will choose again when we are in the area.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! We were impressed with all the amenities -especially the walk in shower. Their cleanliness was superb and noticeable from when you walk into the hotel lobby -to the room we stayed in. We only wish that all other hotels would learn to be just like this one!

Good location. I stay in another location 3 weeks prior and enjoyed the Complementary water. This location didn’t provide any. However the front staff did get us some.
