My double bed room wasn't available. My son had to stay onba disgusting couch bed. When we pulled the cushions and flipped the matrress open it had old clothes and food wraoped innthe sheets. Showe had stains and mold towels had stains and sheets. Room smelt like old AC vented air. We traveld 6.5 hrs for an event for my son and he had to sleep on a old couch..

I loved how even though we had a late check in, we were greeted welcomingly and promptly. Everything was in the system ready for me to just get my key cards and go get in the bed. And the room was very clean and neat and cozy! Nothing.

We rented 2 rooms, 1 handicapped and 1 regular. Everything was nice and all, but unfortunaly my husband (right leg amputee) had a sad experience. When he went to take his shower the shower head popped off on him, leaving a wild hose spraying everywhere. He was completely helpless as he could not get up. I had to run in and turn off the water. He did not get to take a shower and was yet again reminded of his disability. We kindly brought this to the front desks attention twice. They only apologized, offering nothing in return. I myself am in hospitality. I actually run a resort and know how this should have gone. Everything else was great and I am open to changing this review given things are made right.

The breakfast wasn't any good but the room and everything else was good. I had an issue with the TV in my room and when I called the front desk cleck she was able to more us to a different room. The breakfast options could be better. There was enough selections and the lady that did breakfast didn't label the sausage. I didn't know which sausage was pork and which was turkey. She only put the labels out when someone mentioned it to her.

Clean room, nice staff, exercise room needed some update. Challange with reservation change onsite since booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com directed me to the property and the property agent said contact Hotels.com. Still not idea if a refund was processed for removing the lat night.

clean wifi was not available on my floor to access my stream service through firestick. Housekeeping is noisy and very nosey, often following me to front desk and peering at my personal information on the computer while I was engaged with the desk person

I was disappointed because the this hotel is only average. With paying an above average rate and it being a big name hotel with an above average reputation, I expected more. I travel for work and have stayed at much better hotels with lower rates. They couldn’t even make up for it with a good breakfast. Even saying that it’s average is being generous.

Everything looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and fluffy and comfortable. The only thing that threw me off was that the temp was controlled on a wall plate and not on the air conditioning unit, so I woke up hot and couldn’t figure out how to adjust until the next morning.

Everything was great, the room was spacious and clean. But the elevator was not working and although we can walk fine up and down the stairs. it’s a hastle to do so with a baby, car seat, and all the luggage.

Elevator is still not working, this is third time this happen, it should be a notice before booking that the Elevator is not working so we can make other hotel options. Hotel staff calls me on same day of reservation and ask if i want to cancell. Which also means i loose my mo ey even if i cancell, very very unprofessional. I will never come here again

Everything was great beside all night I had to be reporting ppl running and playing in the hallway with a bunch of kids hitting on walls screaming so loud,it was almost 3am by the time this ppl finally stayed quiet 🙄. They should not allow this, I hope the only reason nothing was done was that this was the night hurricane Beryl hit the Houston area ,but I really wished they could have kicked them out , very disrespectful, they spoke to them many many times and they didn’t care.

Our stay was comfortable. The beds are really high and hard to get into when you’re under 5’. The hotel sits on the corner of Hwy 288 and under the tollway. Lots of U turns to get to it. But overall, the staff was friendly and helpful so would stay again.

Hotel is not especially clean. Rooms are dingy. Toilet ran off and on all night. Air conditioning seemed to add humidity to the room.

This property was elegant, clean and quiet. The most impressive area of the suite was the bathroom. The hotel has only one elevator. This is an inconvenience to guests when the facility is fully occupied.

They advised me to file my complaint with Expedia saying that Expedia is a third party and it will contact the hotel and compensate for our experience at the hotel.

I reserved room with 2 beds months in advance and they gave me one bed didn’t even tell me got to room one bed so went back to desk they said no double beds so had to stay in one bed room than they was not even going chang price back to one bed tell I said something at check out than I ask for a discount for the rooms ontop of the change to a one bed room price they had to ask manager and would email me Invioce they did just moved it to a one bed price no discount but thing is when I reserved room months ago one bed price was cheaper than the price they gave me now they gave me this day price not the price when I reserve rooms and no discount for there screw up mistakes

Holiday Inn Express was located in a great location, Staff was amazing. Room was okay but I saw where they need to update the room. I saw several flaws . Otherwise it was a great stay.

Also-never gotten whiplash from an elevator before, but I guess there is a first for everything. Other than that-comfy beds, friendly staff, easy to get to. Would stay again.

Hot water didn’t work in the shower asked and was told they will come look at it and never did asked again and said they would get to it after the 3rd time was told that’s is as hot as it gets . Me and wife had the worst experience and it was the worst room I have ever rented hands-down service was the worst my wife took a cold shower and so did I because there was no hot water. Ask to change rooms was told the water was going to be the same it also smelled like smoke as soon as you walk in the hotel I gave this hotel a - 1 star review don’t ever stay here

The rooms and bathroom were very clean! The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious, we will definitely be staying here again! Oh and the sports bar that is walking distance from the hotel is a MUST TRY! GReat atmosphere and good adult drinks.

Breakfast was great. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were extra comfortable and our room was excellent. Don’t think the pool was heated but Houston heat takes care of that. It was very relaxing. Although there is a bar/grill close by, and music can be heard fairly loudly in the parking lot, don’t let that fool you. Once you step inside, you can’t hear a thing. I thought it would be an issue seeing as how we had to be awake early but we couldn’t hear anything from the outside in our room. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.
