Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good, Waffles, cereal, danishes, microwaveable cheese omelets, pancake dogs on a stick, breakfast sandwich along with coffee juices and yogurt. Grandkids loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Older style motel - drive up to your room but the rooms were remodeled and very nice. Breakfast needs attention. No hot water, milk, or coffee available when I ate.

At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given..

The ad said smoking/non smoking. My receipt reflected the same. When I got to the motel I requested a non smoking room. I was told that is not what I booked, I had booked a smoking room and they could not change the room because they were too booked. I looked on hotels.com and there was a non smoking room available. I pointed this out and was told I could book that non smoking room listed, but they would not give me a non smoking room and they would not refund me for the one I had already book. Worst customer service ever

The staff was helpful with my reservation. There was a glitch with the booking of my room with Expedia. It took a call to Expedia support to resolve my booking. The room was clean, bed nice firm. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the pillows was. The breakfast was OK and the coffee was real good

The first night the room smell was of tobacco smoke. We asked for a different room. Second room was so much better.

Location was excellent. Bed was so comfy That the bathroom light and bathroom vent both come on at the same time. Noisy when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom it easily disturbs others sleeping

I was not able to stay in the room due to the horrific smell of marijuana. The smell was unbearable. There were no other rooms available and I couldn’t book another room.

Location was great. Easy access to Walmart and food. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The ac was cold. The room was noisy. We heard the water running and toilets flushing in adjacent rooms. The walls are thin and could hear the conversations in the room next to us. The TV didn't work and when we informed the person at the desk she said there was nothing she could do.

The front desk employee seemed upset that I interrupted her meal break when I arrived to check in. I booked a non-smoking room on booking.com. She asked if I wanted a smoking room so I said if that's all that is available. Then she said that I could stay in a smoking room if if I wanted to smell like cigarettes. I just wanted to get the key & melt into a king size bed without dealing with attitude. Needless to say, I will go out of my way not to stay here again.

This location was incredibly clean! the pool looked beautiful, room was clean and spacious. You can tell pride is taken in this property. Breakfast options were limited, but I was happy to see prepackaged microwavable breakfast sandwiches as an option. 10/10 would stay here again.

We did not check in until around 9 pm but had no issues as you have until 12. We also left very early the next morning. The room was clean, we checked in quickly and checked out quickly. I would definitely go back to this property Nothing, everything was great

The Lady behind the desk was nice but thats it. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a motel which means you drive up to your room and walk right in. The description never said it was a motel. But that’s exactly what it is. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. It much like motel 6&8

The manager and the lady working the desk when checking in was very unprofessional and broke the law. I have a service dog and they were giving me a hard time and asking a lot of questions and we were not the only one they did this to that night. I even showed the lady behind the desk the service animal support vest and still charged me for the dog. The bed only had a flat sheet on the bottom of the bed instead of a fitted sheet. When checking out I tried talking to the same lady that checked us in and she said she was not going to talk about it. This is the only Best Western that I have been to that has tried us that bad and told us if we don’t pay for the dog then we can’t stay but yet they had already charged my card for the stay. This is how we get treated being gold members then I will never go back to Beat Western again.

This property was in a great area, walking distance from a Walmart, 20 minutes from downtown Houston depending traffic, also near the property restaurants, daiquiri shop, liquor store, dentist office, tractor supply, whatever I needed was within limits, this property was nice and clean for my short stay, staff was nice front desk and house keepers, no this property is not five star but it's reasonable and my stay again was comfortable

Usually this hotel is perfectly fine when we visit, but we never stayed on this wing so we were suprised by the condition. Would have been nice for some ki d if adjustment on the bill for the room condition.

Unfortunately, after I arrived I realized that this was a Motel with the rooms on the outside which I don't like. Also, the Motel is basically on the edge of a Walmart parking lot that is separated by a row of bushes. None of which are depicted in the posted pictures. The room was fine but I will never stay here again for the aforementioned reasons.

We met with an accident on our way to this property and had a 2 day booking for 2 rooms. The property directed us to talk to expedia ok the refund and hotels.com to either the property or expedia and expedia back to the property. Essentially, we were going in circles and nobody could assist with the refund causing us to lose close to $500. Worst management .

September 2024: Stains on floor, chair, bed, and towels. Room smelled very wet and musty. AC had loud grinding noise. No hot water one of the nights. Was disappointed. We had stayed here in March of 2023 and it was much better then.

I was surprised that it was a “Motel” the doors are outside. I went back to look and don’t see anywhere that I missed that information. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the 100 degree heat. The first day there was a strong odor of marijuana outside the rooms. The beds were clean and comfy, but the room was just average.

Rooms are big and very clean, staff is friendly, feel very safe at this hotel very close to shoping and dining. The pool is nice but water could be alot cleaner then what it was this last time we were there.

The room was clean, plenty of room to move around, included a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot and they offered free breakfast. The staff was friendly and when my wife came back from an outing and the entrance was blocked because of a party that was going on (not at the hotel), she had to park in the lot of a business next to the hotel. She called the front desk to find out if there was another way to get into the parking lot and I form them of the blocked driveway. The lady was very nice and informed us that she had already called the police and taken care of the matter and sure enough, about 10 minutes later, I went to check on the situation and move the car and everything was free and clear. We had no other issues and were quite happy with our stay.

We weren’t at the hotel often but we thought it was good for what we paid. We didn’t get to experience the pool because of the weather but it looked nice! The beds were comfy & the shower was nice. Overall it was clean & convenient for our needs.

The building looked old. However, the rooms are very modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were really clean. My only issue is that I had to pay a $30 per day fee for my pet. I wasn’t informed of the fee when I booked the room through Expedia. I would have gone to a different hotel had I known of the fee.

Terrible room location. The room window had a great view of a brick wall. There was no excuse for using that room as the facility was not full . Nor did it fill up. Thought I had reserved a room but housekeeping was slow to clean the rooms.

The door didn't shut completely closed on room 121 and you could see daylight. Made us worry that bugs would get into the room

I always stay at Best Western in Pearland. The price is affordable and the rooms and service are always excellent.

The bed was as hard as a rock, and I could get better food at the convenience store for breakfast. Definitely not worth the cost of the room. And the room has a weird smell to it.

Rooms were recently remodeled. Bed was average, mattress was somewhat hard. Breakfast was mediocre at best, slow to be refilled when they ran out. Bananas were filled up on Saturday and it looked like the remaining ones were left on Sunday. Muffins quickly gone, bread slow to be refilled. Pancake machine broken on the second day. Overall decent, would consider staying again if the price is right.
