Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners Norcross

I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here.

I stay at this hotel nearly every week when traveling to corporate office in Atlanta metro. I've stayed at almost every hotel in the area, and this one has become my go-to. Comfortable. Clean. Nice staff. Well priced (good value). Five stars.

We stayed 3 nights. It said maid service was every other day, but our room was never serviced. It would be nicer if they provided new clean towels every day.

My Husband and I have stayed here twice and have had a great experience both times! Only thing I might suggest is they get dampers for the room doors in order to prevent the doors from slamming shut. Other than that it was a great experience.

Clean, location is good Bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Constant humming noise, not sure where it was coming from. Stayed on 5th floor and still heard conversations from people outside in parking lot.

Everything was minimal. Dogs everywhere. Children and adults noisy slamming doors. Breakfast was horrible, did not eat. Coffee and waffle only. I would like at least a partial refund.

For the price paid, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this hotel clearly lacks proper maintenance and housekeeping standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

The breakfast had very few choices. The property seems to be old. The room had distinct smell and tried to hide by spraying air freshener.

Everything went smoothly, and it was a very peaceful stay. I want to thank all the cleaning staff—Raj, Reddy, Lisa, and Harry—and the manager, Saeed Shah. I have no complaints and will definitely return for a longer visit! I didn't stay longer.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean and smelled fantastic! Our room was wonderful! Clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge accommodating bathroom. I have health issues, and do not utilize elevators, and the front desk was fantastic and got us right into a downstairs room! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the all night coffee/tea bar was a great addition. The kids loved the pool, and it was always kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back!

Hotel is clean and in good shape. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is in a good area. My only complaint would be the elevators needing updated, the floor is coming apart pretty bad.

Only one elevator works and the floor of it is broken and a trip hazard. My bathroom shower looked like some one fell into the wall pushing it in and cracking the tile. Water can get through the cracks.

The room was ok. The bathroom made such loud noises coming from the Air-unit when we turned on the lights in the bathroom. We had to keep the light off during the entire stay because the loud noises were so disturbing, that it would have been impossible to sleep hearing that noise throughout the day or all night. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming. On arrival the front desk, Receptionist had a conflict about us being checked-In early, but eventually it was resolved, but the experience made our first impressions very unpleasant. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning. When you work the front desk, this is a customer service position. If the front desk Representative doesn't want to work with the public, then they should not take the job. We won't be returning.

Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps.

The Hampton is a very mediocre experience.

Asked for every other day housekeeping and they came everyday anyhow. Room had no Do Not Disturb sign so i went to the desk to get one and hung it on door. Housekeeping came in anyways and cleaned room again.

The hotel needs a remodel. One elevator was broken, the other you could look through the floor and see the elevator shaft, and the bathrooms need to be repaired.

The blankets were dirty they had food or blood on them. Staff behind the check in and check out counter were rude and not helpful at all! The people cleaning were very nice. They breakfast was okay my kids liked it. Coffee was great! Parking was fine as well.

Everything was great except for the maple sausages at breakfast lol. Plus i didn't know what had gluten ir not in it. The only other thing was no plain black tea. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay.

Room key stop working, was unable to retrieve items out of refrigerator before leaving, bathroom was not clean hair was all over toilet and tub upon arrival. Had to have housekeeping come and reclean Although the breakfast was pleasant.

We had a great stay with our grandkids this week. Room was clean and well stocked, pool area was comfortable and the kids swam for hours. Breakfast had a good selection each morning and they staff was very friendly.

Breakfast waffles were great, room couldn’t keep up on the AC side, housekeeping used the only one working elevator for their use while those of us trying to check out and leave, had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. They also ignored teo requests for new towels.

The smell of the WHOLE hotel was amazing as number 1. Number 2.... the room was very clean! Number 3 the swimming pool was very clean and the perfect temperature! It was also a very well kept grounds and building...minus the elevator that I've read has been out for OVER 2 years. The elevator that was out of order just made me mad honestly! It is not that im lazy one bit or to good to take the stairs, but that it was a big inconvenience! A family of 4 with a service dog and a hotel birthday party is a lot of trips.... mostly up stairs with heavy items!

The cable was very old not any good channels. The furniture was a little old as well. It was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was wonderful but they need to upgrade some of that furniture.

This property is clean and inviting. Front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always available with a smile during our 2 night stay. Breakfast service includes more options than most hotels. Good location with a SBUX, Aldi and other services nearby.

1) The comforter was not washed/changed, 2 pillows were not changed, floor was dirt and something on the floor next to bed.....handy blue light shows all! 2) At 9:04 I asked the kitchen staff if breakfast was over because the site said til 10am. She stated it was over. At 9:32 while fixing my tea, a person walked up and asked if it was over, can she get a muffin, she was given a muffin. How rude! 3) Received a call at 11:30 asking if I was staying another day. I said no, I asked for late check out since my flight was at 11pm. The male checkin person said I could stay until noon. When I went to desk at noon to check out, I asked if noon was noted on my account for checkout and she stated yes. So why call me before it was time for my check out. Try stating, hello Ms xx, just verying your noon checkout or if you would like to stay another night? Also, inform the staff so they are not knocking at 10:30ish. Why did no one know about my noon check out. I use to only stay at a Hampton Inn. Now I know why I stopped.

I loved the size of the room, I loved the free breakfast although it tended to be the same thing it was still great because they offered alternatives to pork and beef. I love the pool just wish it were open longer because of kids I like to swim when they are not around lol. I loved the decorations, and the parking. I didn't like the buffet style with guests not being considerate and using their hands instead of utensils to get food, I wanted that to be monitored better. I didn't like that there were only two trash cans outside and that they cut your card off immediately at checkout time. I got locked out trying to load my car but such is life.

The FREE breakfast is a JOKE. The staff is rude they eat before the guest. They start early and end TOO EARLY. They 9am even on weekends which in it self is a joke and inconsiderate to the guest. We know the staff doesn’t want to be bothered but the manager is useless for allowing it.

Room, and bath tub were not clean, towels were old, bath and vent fan was loud and noisy. The lift was terrible and you need wait longer to get on it due to its slowness and it was very bad. Water Breakfast was not good and horrible. I am deeply disappointed by the stay in the hotel and the price I paid. complementary water bottles will be given to only diamond and gold members.

The whole stay from check in to check out was perfect. There is tons of private parking as the hotel is set back away from the main road. The woman who checked us in is always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice, new, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a nice selection. We travel to Atlanta at least once a month and we stay here every time!!

Room wasn’t clean. When I asked them to clean it while we were gone, they said yes, and it still wasn’t done. Fourth floor reeks of marijuana. And there were sketchy guests open and closing doors all throughout the night. Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn.

All of the employees we have come across are all friendly, courteous and very helpful. Our daughters have stayed here and they really enjoyed their stays as well. There is tons of parking in their well lit parking lot that is set away from the road so it offers quiet and privacy. We plan on staying here every time that we are in town. They get 5 stars from us every time!!

We had good time at the Hampton however we had no housekeeping done once or amenities (coffee in the room stocked once) or towels. We will come back but will need to let front desk know. I did appreciate that the refrigerator & microwave worked nicely. A more expensive hotel, in the area, couldn't say the same on my last.trip. The style of the room was modern. Loved that !!!

When you arrive there is plenty of parking. The hotel is tucked away from the main road so it is peaceful and quiet. The lobby is very clean and inviting. The staff at the front desk were very warm, welcoming and helpful.The rooms are nice and fairly modern looking with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was your standard breakfast that touched all bases( cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast,coffee/tea and juices).The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around!

Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy breakfast as I leave for work at 2am. Overall,my stay was in the excellent range. The only things I can really point out are 1.,the shower head!! It's outdated and old, like from the early 90's. And second, the pillows. I had a king size bed with "twin" size pillows, that weren't at all updated, nor comfortable. I stay in a hotel every weekend with my job. And I have to say regardless of the lower price, I'll probably choose to stay somewhat else until Hampton catches up to 2025. And again, unfortunately the last few times I've stayed at a "Hilton" brand hotel, I've left disappointed!

When I asked the front day staff for a Target they seemed confused and after 3 tries I just gave up ; no smiles no help . Room was very comfortable but the bed was very hard . Good pillows . All in all for the price I paid I would stay again . But would not pay more than $99. Breakfast was well stocked and a good basic set up . Good coffee station ...

Overall was a good experience. The hallway on the 5th floor needed vacuuming and the room we stayed in had a very wet spot in the carpet from the fridge. Talked to front desk and they had written to check when I checked out so they were very attentive to fix the problem! Customer service was excellent! Besides those 2 little hiccups very well maintained in and out of property!

Convent location, clean, staff was very nice and helpful but, undesirables hanging around in hallways and outside

I stayed here based off reviews from previous guests; overall, I’d say I was let down with the accommodations. The room was somewhat clean but had a mysterious liquid on the cabinet, hair in random places, and a fingernail or toenail at the edge of the bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the doors paper thin. Friday night into Saturday, we heard people coming in and out of their rooms until around 3AM. It was disappointing that this was allowed as it wasn’t just people arriving later. I finally turned on a sound machine on my phone and could still hear everyone. The breakfast was decent, what you would expect but the area far too overcrowded and the food sparse. The pool was much smaller than pictured and when multiple kids’ parties were allowed in the area, we couldn’t even enjoy the area because of the screaming. It was too loud to enjoy. Overall, the space was decently clean but also a let down in several ways. The price is comparable to others in the area and I’d almost suggest it.

The rooms were smaller than a motel 6. I couldn't even get by to hang my clothes without tripping over a chair.

Hotel is in a quiet area walking distance to grocery stores, some retail stores and restaurants. We were there for four nights and no one emptied our garbage or changed the towels during that time even though I asked twice at front desk. I finally had to get some extra towels myself and empty the garbage myself as well. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Also the free breakfast was subpar and ended early.

It was amazing!! Staff was great, breakfast was amazing!! And the pools were clean and not super full. Plus it was located in such a nice walkable area. Absolutely 10/10! Good Job!!

Pleasant Stay

Good hotel with a good location. Its a little away from the bustle. Common areas were warm, but the rooms are cofy.

They really need to change their TV line up. When you are staying for a few days you have some downtime and the selection is awful.

Besides waiting on the digital key after checking in the day before(which im not sure of they are in fault) the stay was great. A nice hot breakfast in the mornings and a nice lobby area to work.

The room was clean. The facility was nice. The biggest problem was the doors do not have a dampener on the closing so every time someone closes a door it slams shut. I was woken up over seven times in my stay of one night. If they got that resolve I would give it a five-star experience.

Was not aware this was a pet friendly property, too many pets for my liking being walked around the property upon arrival. Decided not to even check in. Got charged for the night because even though I booked the property on 5/2, for some reason I had to modify or cancel by 5/1 👀🤔. Probably a nice property but just not my preference.

It was very clean and quiet, wish the pool was a bit warmer. When we got in, it was quite cold. Breakfast was good but wish there was more variety in hot options instead of just eggs.

Everything was good. Towels and bed linens need upgrading.

Excellent stay .. comfortable bed king size w sofa was amazing for relaxing…indoors pool was a plus.One particular young man was very welcoming @ front desk, as well as a young gentleman helping every where, hard worker and pleasant. Hope to see him again soon.

We are elated we located this property and Travelocity ensuring once we arrived into Metro Atlanta we had a place to stay close to my business. My wife didn’t enjoy our 4th floor experience due to children noise and loud door slamming. We did ask for a convenient floor due to our son having a heart transplant surgery and accompanying my wife and I during this travel. Overall I was pleased but my wife not so happy because of our sons ability to relax without door slamming constantly. I'm not problematic but happy wife happy life. Thank you for asking and thank you for being a great facilitator what happens on a property doesn't reflect you but the Hampton Inn.

If you are a sketchy person, you will fit in well. If you want to stay at a place that smells like weed all of the time, this is your place. The subpar "free breakfast" did not include water. Ash, the front desk attendant stated "water is free for diamond club members"! That in itself probably can give you the impression of what kind of place this is. There is more but this should be enough.

Staff at front desk charge my credit card for $50 instead of holding deposit on my card. i needed to call them to solve the problem after few days. They return the charge of $50 back to my card. I still think that they need to train their staff so don’t repeat that mistake with someone else. if i wouldn’t catch this mistake would cost me extra $50 for that night stay.

I like the staff and the cleanliness. I didn't like how you have to come down to the lobby for essential items.

This was always our go to hotel until construction. We tried again and to dismay, no hot water in shower. Counter lady didn't even acknowledge our leaving. We don't know if we will return

This hotel is in serious need of a makeover or scrap and rebuild. There was a loud noise coming the bathroom periodically during the night. Sounded like the water pipes were going to burst or something. When I closed the door, and secured the lock, I noticed I could still see through the door on the side and at the bottom. Very noisy hallway when people are leaving. The towels are also very small and thin, and lastly, I had to ask for more pillows as those on the bed were for a twin not a king.

Bed very uncomfortable, woke up every morning with a very sore back. Room needed upgraded, paint chips on walls and in bathtub. Some staff was friendly and others were not. The elevator was very scary, scared was going to get suck in it. It was very hard when stopped.

Breakfast has many options, almost too many! Room clean. Body lotion provided in the shower rather than body wash. Good location.

Over all great stay, Just want to bring it to someone’s attention that The beds had sharp metal rails sticking out of the sides that my child cut their leg on.

Is a more friendly place with the new management. I've stayed here before, especially for its location. It will be my number one for next time.

This hotel was nice, I slept great and I’d stay here again. The breakfast didn’t taste the best, but there were lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I only interacted with staff during my check in and it was quick and the associate was pleasant.

Then housekeeping bangs on door 11am, 11;15 am & 12pm & lady was sooo rude to me. We had late checkout & she starting yelling. Completely unacceptable Then manager at desk was rude also. & strting arguing with me abt late checkout & disnt care abt housekeeping waking me up 3x . Ridiculous. Never stay here again
