The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff says I must speak to their Manager, but that # goes to a generic voicemail. I have left a couple of messages with no response yet. I sent an email, as instructed, to get credit for the parking, but I haven't received a reply. There seems to be a disconnect between Expedia and Marriott, and another disconnect between Marriott staff and the District or General Manager.

Parking charge when parking is apart of the hotel property. Parking fee per night is ridiculous. There was no amenities as they were all under construction. Pool, gym all down. Floor has a weird smell. Would not stay here ever again.

The air conditioning malfunctioned on the first night, and on the second night, the door was locked due to the battery dying. The construction noise in the breakfast area was unbearable, making it a completely unpleasant experience.

Had to get moved to another room as the water was not getting hot and the air conditioning unit was whirring like a jet plane! The second room had better hot water but the AC units are just old and loud and need to be replaced. And paying for parking was lame considering the hotel is older and most Marriott’s have free parking for members. Don’t know if I would chose this location the next time.

The room had an odor smelling as if they mopped with dirty water or something g. It was not a clean fresh scent. I’m glad I had some spray. They need to make sure when cleaning that they’re using fresh water and nothing old. You can always smell it.

Burneesha and Dominique were professional and overall Excellent to work with. It was my son’s wedding weekend and lots of out of town family stayed at the hotel. Burneesha did an amazing job of putting together our Friday night family and friends meet and greet. The decor was beautiful, the food was wonderful (thank you chef!) and the staff very responsive. I can’t thank you all enough! The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Would definitely give the entire experience a 10 plus plus! Thank you again. Will highly recommend.

My room was comfortable with a nice layout, and I appreciated the cozy bed and quiet atmosphere—it made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping options, which was a plus. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to that fact that the pool was out of order, the ice machine on our floor was also out of order and there were renovations taking place. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place in the Peachtree Corners area.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so I think it’s important Expedia advertises that because a few of the amenities were not available. But otherwise I highly recommend once the hotel is finished. It’s a beautiful property, clean, friendly staff and the location is perfect. It’s nice and quiet, a great spot on the outskirts of Atlanta so you can drive into the city and plenty of shops and food within a reasonable distance.

Unfortunately, when I checked in they put in a room with 2 double beds vs the room I reserved with a king bed. This must be a room that is not used very often because overall it looked very dated and overly clean. I should receive some sort of credit or partial refund since they were not able to deliver what I reserved.

Our stay at the Marriott was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff was eager to help. My only gripe was registering my car to park at the hotel for 12.00/ day when there did not appear to be any shortage of hotel parking in the lot.

The receptionist. She was very friendly and very helpful during my stay. I didn't like the room I was given, the lock was broken and I wasn't immediately offered to be switched to another room. The room was not properly cleaned and the pillow cases were dirty. There was a whole full body mirror missing in that room that was needed, after that I discovered an infestation of ants that was all over my daughter and I shoes and some clothes. I was then offered another room and it was a big step up to what was initially offered but I was still turned off by the lack of cleanliness and lack of attention to detail to a room that has a broken lock is a big safety issue. If the rooms were ALL as pleasant as the receptionist that night and next morning, id recommend everyone to stay, but unfortunately I will never return to this location when I return. And then I was charged for checking out an hour later than regular check out time. The incidental rates are OUTRAGEOUS.

the air conditioning in the rooms are old fashioned and super loud and woke me up several times a night when they rumbled on. i hate the cold, sticky vinyl flooring instead of carpet. i know the vinyl is cleaner but they need to have some rugs at least. there was a tiny one at the foot of the bed.

To start, the bar is a scam. No price menu or a heads that drinks are $30-40 each, so 20 minutes can run you $150 like it did us. Next, the room AC will cause you serious sinus issues. Lastly, check the bathroom shower for black mold because ours had it all over the walls and tracks of the door.

This hotel was incredibly accommodating to me! Since I arrived in the city late, I called ahead to confirm my check-in, and they graciously allowed me to do so. I would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the heater cover accidentally fell on my leg.

I think the process involving the hold they place on your account when you check out should be explained in greater detail because there was no real explanation or clarification on how many days it would take for it to show up on my account, nor was there an explanation on why it was so much - it was not until I was checking out that I discovered I was basically being charged $50 per night and that is an awfully lot of money to hold on someone's account, especially when you consider that you all can take up to ten days to release it. I also thought I saw that it was advertised that there was two restaurants in this hotel, but I only saw one.

My son in law brought his gaming system…we could not connect it in the room…he went back home and brought his tv from home so he could play it. I did not enjoy my stay because it started by not getting the rate I was told I was going to get. Next my water icons in the shower for hot and cold were reversed, imagine my surprise when I stepped in. The heat worked day one it was freezing the whole time I was their granted I could of let maintenence know but I didn't really want to move rooms so that's partially on me. I got there at night and no one was at the counter. Literally took them about 20 minutes to finally come, the ding from walking in didn't do the job, calling the front desk didn't do the job but instead I had to reach behind the counter and ring the bell, only to be told I wasn't waiting out there very long. I got to the hotel at 121 in the am and didn't get my keys in hamd until 157

The AC in the rooms stays cold. The way I like it. The night staff are very respectful and place the customers first.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I was allowed to check-in an hour early which I needed desperately. Tiffany was fantastic and pleasant during the check-in process. I did not have any heat in my room and the following day Dana sent an engineer to the room and the heat could not be repaired. Dana changed my room and upgraded my stay. The rest of the trip was awesome. Breakfast is super good. Parking is free. Not like other hotels in the area. My only negative was WiFi. They charge $10 - $15 per day for WiFi. That is a bummer! But I’ll try it again in 3 weeks and hopefully it will be great again!

When we come to Norcross, Atlanta we always stay at the Marriott. It’s one of our favorite places to stay. Everything is so neat and comfortable. We appreciate the staff and how close the stores are and some good restaurants as well.

Ac was making so much noise like you were in the factory. Could not sleep at all. Call night auditor he asked me to maybe move in different room if available. It was 10 pm also offer me for breakfast. I didn’t take it because my friend invited for breakfast. Then he said let see if I can do anything.

One complaint and only was the pillows were just too soft , granted it’s a very personal preference but as one with fused neck vertebrae a variation of firmer pillow options would be nice. As I said everything else was great from service to facility

Staff at check in were unaware of procedures in dealing with 3rd party vendors for booking hotel rooms and as a result I ended up having to swipe my card again even though I showed the clerk my receipt indicating the room had been paid for. VERY frustrating!

This was most unusual. My booking was made through Expedia. I've booked dozens of hotel stays and travel through Expedia. Never had a problem with any hotel chain requesting I provide proof of prepayment at check-in. I had to scroll through my (personal) banking transactions on my cellphone, to prove to the front desk associate at Marriott that I had paid for the hotel stay. I'd think Expedia would've shared this with the hotel. They've always done so. Don't understand why Peachtree Marriott questioned the prepayment of my reservation. I felt we were profiled, without justification.

The rooms were ok. Booked 2 rooms on the 4th floor had absolutely no hot water, after a long road trip a hot shower is necessary!! But Ms. Diana came to rescue and got us right. Indoor pool was nice…definitely a 8.5/10 just because the hot water wasn’t jumping and we had to switch rooms

We stayed at this property many times. This time the hot water didnt work, the room was so humid that even the beds were wet, and bathroom had mold. The staff was fantastic but feel like no one is taking care or the rooms. Its a shame because the room itself is good and like the flooring and look of the hotel. I'm disappointed that this may be the last time we stay in this hotel.

College students were having a party. We complained once and nothing was done, It was amazing drunken behavior, beer bottles being broken, threats of bodily harm and unusual behavior. On my second call to the front desk I told them I was afraid that was someone was going to be hurt. They did not seem concerned and I threatened to call the police, the desk clerk seemed very aggravated and begged me not to. Turns out she had many visitors that night and it went on all night long. We did not get much sleep. No one seemed to care.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. The shower only has cold water, and since it's the weekend, there's no engineer to fix it and they can't change my room. On top of that, all the facilities are extremely old and worn out. I only recommend staying here if you never need hot water and want a cheap place.

Everything was ok except it was hard to get hot water to take a shower. It took a long time to come on and would go away quickly. Call front desk and they said they would send someone the next morning and never did. Also there is no free wifi unless you are a member for there rewards program. Wanted to charge me even with not clicking on which service and not using it.

But registration desk staff were sloppy - we were given the wrong key twice to our room. In addition, our room was not prepared prior to checking us in - we had to change rooms 12 midnight when we realized there was no hot water for a shower. These standards are unlike for Marriort hotels...
