Quite. Good location. Had an awning so you could unload your car when raining without getting drenched. They had a decent luggage cart. The WIFI scored well on the internet speed test. The treadmill had an announcement scrolling on its display, don't exactly recall the exact language, but it was something about using a "safety key". I went to the desk, and I asked about the "safety key". The clerk replied that she didn't have a "safety key", but the treadmill should be usable as is. She cautioned me to be careful. I returned to the fitness room, and I attempted to start the treadmill. Nothing I tried caused the treadmill to function. I gave up and drove to a gym and used their treadmill. The other thing I disliked was the soap. Too small, too soft, tended to melt on the ledge.

Shower handle was broken and had water leaking out of it into the hallway of the room.

The staff was real friendly and helpful I like that though real real clean place good location I didn't like to hold on the walls they're not like the refrigerator leaking bathroom door was hanging and had knife marks on it and the little mice the ran around the room

I didn't like the fact that there was no microwave in the hotel room or manner to cook anything. The filter in the AC unit was also not cleaned out, causing poor AC until it was cleaned.

I liked the space of the hotel room, it was nice and comfortable with good AC. It also had a full size fridge and a nice Alexa smart TV. It was near our family in Houston. I am a long term landlord in England and before covid I used to let four holiday flats in central Edinburgh. I have let many properties and presently own thirteen. Studio 6 should not ge allowed to be let. In our room the smoke alarms were broken. The bed had bed bugs, so we were bitten. The walls were greasy and sticky. The drawers were missing. There were no curtains. My daughter said that Studio 6 is known to be used by prostitutes. It also houses homeless people. In the UK this place would be closed, with no smoke alarms it is dangerous .

Don't book here. It's not like the pictures. A lot of homeless people, sketchy guys on parking lot. 2nd floor smells like drugs. The room we got the restroom light was a Lamp. Had to stay there for 2 nights due to work purposes but next time I'll prefer to pay $18 at a Loves and, take a shower and sleep in my truck than stay here. Trust me, don't book here.

At first the guy at front seemed understanding and nice. Then a week later he tells them a lie and denies my refund...wow! He is probably use to people that scam ...I was not doing that I rarely leave negative reviews because I travel often and usually have good experiences booking hotels through Booking.com. The photos, ratings, and reviews for this property were completely misleading. The moment I arrived, I felt unsafe. The property was dark, people were outside smoking marijuana, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I entered the room, it was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and had roaches everywhere — crawling on the walls, under furniture, near food, and even getting into my luggage and belongings. I immediately reported the issue to the manager on duty, who personally acknowledged the condition of the room and told me I would receive a refund within 5 days for both the room charge and my deposit. Because of how unsafe and unsanitary the room was, I left the property and did not stay there. After following up, the manager completely changed his story, denied the refund, and falsely accused us of trying to get a free room. That is completely untrue. No one should have to pay to stay in filthy, roach-infested conditions that feel unsafe and unhealthy. I have video of them tried to add. They were big fat black roaches ..and fast. Disgusting!! This experience was disgusting, dishonest, and unacceptable. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so others are aware before booking here.

Cleaning ladies are awesome and amazing front desk is no complaints there. After they remodel the hotel is going to be amazing when done. This location is ☆☆☆☆ . Beds are comfy coffee is on point. Most definitely coming back.

Imbedded vomit on the carpet, that's been there for at least a week. Holes in walls. Microwave didn't turn, and took longer to heat. NO visitors allowed at all. The second floor is full of marijuana smells. Yet they say No smoking in rooms. The phone had no phone cord to call out for food delivery. Mold on carpet,. God only knows what was on the walls. This is definitely a motel that is more for the people who only need it for 2 reasons. We should have done a better job and read the reviews.

The advertising pictures show its been updated-NOT. Will never stay here again.

The whole second floor where I stayed didnt have ac in the hallway. The ac in my room was off and I had to turn it on and wait for the room to cool on a hot day. There was someone staying across from me that was on drugs. Every 1/2 hour they kept slamming their door open and closed. I didn’t get much sleep before a work day

This hotel was terrible. I walked in my room and walked straight out. No ac , room smelled of mustiness and cigarette smoke. Ac didn’t work. Carpets had huge holes and was coming up in Multiple areas. The hotel and rooms were filthy. I couldn’t walk in the room. Let alone stay there for the night. Immediately requested my money back to which I was informed I could not get a refund. Almost 80 dollars gone. Pictures online are deceptive and not at all what this place looks like.

The room was nice and spacious the ac worked really well the shower head and water pressure was great the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The things I didn't like is the remote for tv didn't work so couldn't watch tv the room doesn't have a phone to call front desk or get a wake up call and the property no longer has a pool.

Next door neighbors were fighting for hours until it suddenly stopped which i was hoping didn't end in a death because it was really that bad because i heard stuff slamming. Was given 2 full size beds even though i was supposed to have 1 king size bed room and was told that's all they had and they didn't seem to care. It won't let me upload my pics but i have proof of how bad this place is for real!!!!

Sounded like up stairs neighbors were bowling or moving furniture all night long even after complaining to the front desk. Next door neighbors were fighting for hours until it suddenly stopped which i was hoping didn't end in a death because it was really that bad because i heard stuff slamming. Was given 2 full size beds even though i was supposed to have 1 king size bed room and was told that's all they had and they didn't seem to care. It won't let me upload my pics but i have proof of how bad this place is for real!!!!

Hotels.com AND their actual web page both advertise a pool and hot tub. Called specifically about the hot tub to double check because it was super cold out. They said it was open. Got here and the hot tub and pool had been completely closed and filled in with dirt. Found 2 roaches in our room. Also breakfast consisted of waffles and a muffin. Nothing else. Not even cereal and milk. Was really odd. Would not reccommend.

The room #217 I booked here at this location was just so ridiculous the room was just infested with roaches in the restroom, behind the head board , around the tv area & in the microwave I was not able to sleep I honestly had to get up from my sleep and check out at 4AM and sleep in my car due to the fact of me not having anymore funds but thanks to Expedia I got my full refund back I just don’t have not other words this was just so nasty.

The free breakfast was a plus

A little rough around the edges but clean sheets and hot running water was fair enough for the price and nearby lots of convenience but totally disappointed with continental breakfast

My family was very happy with the stay here. The bed was very comfortable.

Room was old door handles loose breakfasts was not to be desired tv not working properly.Had roaches never will I stay here,worst hotel ever .!!!!!. I guess you get what you pay for!!! Shower was real bad

The hallways had a very very strong smell of marijuana. Had to hold our breaths and run to the room it smelled so strong. I killed two cockroaches in our room. The breakfast the hotel offered was a joke. I actually laughed out loud at the sight of it. Will never stay at a days inn again. Shameful for Wyndham.

Was quiet

It was comfortable, served its purpose. The pillows need to be a little larger, they were the size of my throw pillows on my sofa. I had no coffee pot or ice bucket but when I asked for it they were quick to accommodate. Very appreciative of the quietness. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

It was a great experience, the lady at the front take good care of us and allowed us an eay check inn.Highly recommend

Sheets needed to be new they had cigarette burns and stains. Pillows need to be fluffier and staff need to keep a better eye on ppl in the lobby

I read some of the reviews before i booked and was a big mistake. Several said clean rooms. At the rate it i would have been happy with just that. The room was in horrible and have pictures to prove it! Breakfast was nothing but a waffle and really mean just a waffle maker and waffle batter. The didn't even have butter! The room so have been condemned. Normally i would have called customer service and asked to be relocated. I was so tired from work i passed out. Look at the and see for yourself.

The pool was empty and trashed. The non smoking room had cigarette burns everywhere and stunk really bad. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom.

Older property, still smells like smoke. Can't expect much for the price, but it’s close to Hobby airport and has dining options nearby.

My reservation was canceled by hotel and I was told it would be cash only for a room, and they charged wha5 they wanted. I refused but still waiting for refund. Had multiple disabled vehicles in parking lot with wheels removed I guess so they wouldn’t be stolen. It was desperate times after the hurricane but not that desperate and seemed owners wanted to exploit people who had no choices

The room was dirty and hairs all over the tub. Carpet was dry and full of stains and ripped off areas. The room smells like they were smoking on it before us and the smoke detector was covered with tape. We only use the room to get ready for a wedding and checked out. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend at all. I was our only choice do to the storm.

It's respectable, clean and comfortable.

Not at all what was expected. I chose this property for the said amenities and had a jacuzzi style tub. Tub was falling apart. The pool was empty and dried out. It smelled like marijuana in the hall daily. The room smelled musty at first. The pictures online aren't correct. Bed is comfortable and air worked perfectly. It's fair for a place to lay your head but beyond that no.

The Hallways where dirty w a bad smell and the elevator looked like it never been cleaned. The toilet in our room didn’t work. There’s No Pool to swim the pool was green totally disgusting!!!!! Not recommended.
