I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire property had a strong odor that smelled like backed up toilets mixed with mildew, which made the environment extremely unpleasant. The pool was dirty and clearly not being maintained properly. The elevator was not working during my stay, which was a major inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. Despite these issues and me paying for the refundable option, the hotel and Expedia refused to refund my money or offer any reasonable solution. I understand that problems can happen but the condition of the hotel and the unwillingness to address legitimate concerns made this a very frustrating experience. I will not stay there again.

Please be careful staying here. I was charged extra for "pet stains" which were false. I called to ask for photos of the stains which they claim would send in 20 mins. Its been 2 hours and I have not received any photos yet. The room i stayed in had so many nats flying around and I spoke to the manager in front and she said it was probably because of my dog that caused the nats. The food was not great, the furniture in the room felt sticky and dirty. The room was extremely humid as well. The pool was dirty as well and hasn't been cleaned. The elevator also got stuck when trying to go to our room so we had to take the stairs. Don't waste your money staying here. I did not enjoy my stay overall. I just wanted to give my honest review.

Noise...repairs were being made below and next to my room. Loud drills going on and banging on the walls...

Same breakfast every day plain eggs,sausage,potatoes the pool was very dirty, elevator wasn’t working and the hallways smelled so bad! We will definitely not be going back there!

Our experience was great . The are was clean, the food was wonderful the staff was on top of it making sure it didn't ran out .

The breakfast was terrible as well. The gravy was watery, and the waffles had a strange taste.

The staff was unhelpful, there was vomit in the hallways, broken curtain, no shower curtain, room smelled of mildew. When the issues with the bedroom were brought up the desk clerk responded with not her fault.

It was close to the funeral home First the elevator was broke then they put us in a room where it smell of wet carpet and the TV didn’t work or the phone I got a headache from the smell the moved us because I said I wouldn’t sleep she first said I’ll refund your money so you can go elsewhere then she got us another room she was rude at first after I told her this had nothing to do with us she changed her manners when we finally got a good room it was better then at 11:30 at night the maintenance man lets himself in were sleeping but here my door open it’s like what in the world he said wrong room why do you even allow yourself in that’s wrong in every level I was not happy with this stay at La Quinta and I have always used them

The location and the property amenities I reserved my rooms from Sunday through Tuesday, but did not go until Monday and one of my rooms still wasn’t clean when I brought it to the attention of the employees. She said she couldn’t give a discount or anything because we didn’t cancel.

Elevator didn't work and one of us (80) year old ended up in the hospital for climbing 3 flights of stairs. Stole $50 cash from me with a bogus receipt. Then tried to steal more from my card right after we checked out. Not paying their employees their full checks. Definitely beware of this hotel!! Authorities should investigate this place!!

My room has no remote control for the TV .. the fridge was not operating. The gym équipements are just decorative . Few équipements really function( Treadmill, the electrical machine for instance were not working and there wasn’t any sign to indicate it.

The staff was super nice & location itself is pretty cozy. The shower head didn’t work, no pillow case & the pillows had sprinkles of stains , some of the pillows had a weird smell as well. The main room’s light wouldn’t turn on as well.

Con: It was hard navigating the television stations. Maybe a channel guide would be a great addition. My television would default to channel 15.1. I guess they had my television on a digital antenna.

This is the most discusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly the one and only elevator was out of order (and had been for months according to the receptionist). The room (304) was filthy and in poor condition. The bath had a mouldy shower mat, the curtains were mouldy, the ceiling was mouldy, the floor was filthy and sticky, the bedding did not smell clean, there were unsafe electrical outlets and switches, there was a used bar of soap in the bath. There was a pooly fitted (pushed up into the ceiling) fire sprinkler, totally unsafe. It was horrible. We checked out and cancelled the remaining 3 days because it was so, so disgusting. We expect a full refund from Hotels.com. I have emailed them the same photos.

The receptionist was completely drunk, didn't know what she was doing, and was making nonsense. It took a long time, and she had to call the maintenance guy for help. He helped us and other guests who had been given rooms that were occupied by the receptionist. I can't believe they show up to work like this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us we traveled with our kids and as people know kids are heavy footed most of the time so we asked for a 1st floor room to not disturb anyone they only had a king room they gave us a roller bed for free of in the area we will go back

Terrible the door to the side was broken making easy for everyone to come in, the elevator was broken, the rooms smelled like fresh cigarette smoke, the Poole was green and they said they are non refundable if you wanted to cancel your stay there.

I bought a coke and it was hot cause the cooler wasn't working & when I went to get in the hot tub I walk out to realize the hot tub has been filled in with cement & the pool was less than desirable it was very dirty I refused to get in! I didn’t have any high hopes it was a 3-star hotel rating but their were gnats in the restroom. The toilet seat was very loose and the sheets weren’t the cleanest (I had to pray and Lysol the entirety of the place) other than that it did what it needed to do provided a roof over my head while I was out visiting family.

The hotel receptionist/managers were excellent, and attentive. But, she couldn't activate it either. She called the technician, and thought it's fixed, but still couldn't activate it. She apologized, and mentioned that this has happened to others too! Breakfast could use improved (sausage and eggs.)

Lastly, when I went back to my room on my last night my hotel room was open and my key card didn’t work. I don’t know if there was an attempt to steal happening and I just happened to show up just in time or what because that was the weirdest thing I ever experienced. I was hyperventilating in fear that someone would come in my room in the middle of the night. From what it looked like nothing was taken but by that point I already felt violated. I checked out a day early and the lady at the front desk said I would be charged an early checkout fee. I replied no ma’am not after all I’ve been through. When I tried to talk to staff early in the morning nobody was there because the employee didn’t show up for their shift. By the time someone was there I was rushing to checkout because I had to drive back home 4 hours away. I don’t know if they will try to charge me a fee but if you’re looking to stay at a hotel this is not the one for you.

Upon showing pics of the mold to the front desk worker, she immediately changed our room. The new room was fine. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are saying. Area is just factories and very industrial. I will attach a picture of our view.

First night there we walked into the room and seen all the damages in the room, the ceiling was falling down a bit, light fixtures were falling, there were no alarm clock nor a phone in the room! A roach on the ceiling and then the next morning at breakfast there was roaches on the table. You have to request for your room to be cleaned so we did and the 4 days we had to stay they never showed up! Elevator was broken on the 2nd floor so you’d have to go up to the third and walk down to the 2nd. Overall just a bad stay! Nothing was refundable so definitely will not be a returning customer.

First night there we walked into the room and seen all the damages in the room, the ceiling was falling down a bit, light fixtures were falling, there were no alarm clock nor a phone in the room! A roach on the ceiling and then the next morning at breakfast there was roaches on the table. You have to request for your room to be cleaned so we did and the 4 days we had to stay they never showed up! The room was not clean there was wax all over the walls and dresser and the side of the tv was not wiped down. The bed was hard as the floor. Then it said it slepted 4 people with one bed. I had asked for a dobled bed and they wanted to charge an extra 50 per night on top of what i already payed. They had a roll out bed and wanted to charge 10 more for it. Just a bad experience. The breakfast was trash the gravy was sour.

A very large crack that ran from fllor to ceiling on the exterior side of my room. I was on the 2nd or 3 floors. Very concerning that the management had ZERO concern. Location was loud as hell. Great place to stay for all you ROKU users.

I’ve stayed at over 20 hotels, and I’m not a hard guy to please. This place, however, is downright horrible. There was no room service (our room was never cleaned), and we had to ask for clean towels constantly. The management seemed completely disorganized during check-in. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business soon! Also, be CAREFUL—people loiter around the property. When we arrived, there were four homeless people drinking alcohol in the parking lot.

I was honestly really disappointed by how dirty the room was. I took pictures as proof bc I was in disbelief. The bed was clean though so I can honestly give them that. The top cover duvet had stains but the inner sheets were clean and after inspecting the mattress no bed bugs. When we arrived, the door was cracked open and every cabinet and drawer the room was open. The filters were pulled out from the ac also which we assumed were to show that they were clean. Only reason I stayed is bc we were in Pasadena for a fighting tournament for less than 24 hours. We didn’t have time to report anything or really stay in our room. The hotel seemed to be more for working men just passing through. The breakfast was hot, and good. Staff were all very nice, but seemed to be a little overwhelmed even at check in.

It was nice clean room, staff was great, but the room smelled of humidity and there was mold on the celing and bathroom.

The room itself wasn’t horrible. Bathroom could use some work as they had no magnifying mirror or blow dryer. And walls around shower looked sketchy. The television in our room was super small, and we could hear our neighbors dogs barking constantly. We didn’t complain as we were there on a leisure trip so silence wasn’t utmost importance. I can honestly say however, my next trip I more than likely won’t be staying there.

The cleaning staff was excellent! Extremely helpful and polite. Two of the front desk clerks were also excellent but it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone. The pool was closed. The lighting is poor and for the location a little extra lighting wouldn't hurt. Noisy neighbors with noisy kids at 3am. Kinda upsetting but it is what it is. When I arrived I told the clerk I need a shower chair and she made no offers to accommodate. It wasn't until the next day I had to ask again and the day clerk was on it and got me what I needed immediately. Cleaning staff brought it up to me.

It was disgusting. There were thick, creamy substances dried on the ac unit, chairs, and seat which looked like semen, brown marks in the toilet and shower, and the key pad was broken. I also ordered a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed.

Pool open from 6-10 pm. Night person had her fam- 8’people deep drinking leaving bottle caps everywhere. Hot tub so disgusting i gagged everytime i walked passed it.

Only downside was the parking area, one side was closed.

The staff was nice, no complaints there. The room stunk and had mold on the ceiling, curtains, walls, and some of the carpet. The room ac is AMAZING! Pool was nasty, and the hot tub didn’t work. Beds were hard and super stained. Breakfast was fire, though! Lots of men standing around in the parking lot all hours of the night.

The service was excellent, the rooms super roomy and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent outstanding.

The elevator broke a few times while staying.

The staff was amazing and I really loved the breakfast. I am very pleased with my stay and the fact that they are dog friendly.

The staff go thru your items to see if you have any valuables, I brought this up to the front desk and nothing and again my backpack was searched thru don’t leave any valuables there
