The hotel staff was very nice and available for assistance. Breakfast area was always clean and fully stocked every day. I did like the variety of what was being offered. The room had a damp feel to it. The entrance doors had a strong alcohol or bleach smell. All of the areas were very clean. The door in my room and bathroom kept getting stuck. I do not know if it was the Texas humidity or what. I just quit trying to shut my bathroom door and had to always double check the room door. I heard my neighbor slamming their door so I don't think it was just my room. I was surprised they didn't clean my room everyday. I know that towels don't get washed every day if their not put on the floor. There is a sign in the bathroom regarding that practice. However, I enjoy going to hotels just so I can come back in the evening and the bed is made and trash cans empty. There were no trash bags when I arrived and on the last day when they did actually empty the trash their was no bags replaced. Of the 5 nights that I stayed they only cleaned twice. I might have been in the room one day when they were cleaning but no one knocked on the door and asked or came in to clean the room. I could understand 1 missed day but 2 days only is not enough. I'm not particularly messy but I made lunch in my room and had trash. I thought about taking it down myself but there were no trash bags. If I have to take out my own trash what's the point in paying extra for a littler nicer hotel?

The staff was attentive and kind. The property was terrible. The room decristion said it was for 5 people and when we got to the room it was only for 4 there was couch. We found a live spider on one of the beds and a dead bug on the other bed. We had reserved a room for two nights, but left the did not stay for both wr ended up going to the holiday Inn next door and it was much better.

We stayed here before, but this time it was very different. The bed were very uncomfortable. One of the mattresses was uneven like someone broke it and the pillows were uncomfortable too. The elevator didn't work, but there was no discount on our stay. The room smelled like something was sprayed to mask cigarette smoke.

My rating is based on a few things: -elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs to the 4th floor -garbage collectors came Saturday morning and were super loud! In general, ask for a room facing the back . The highway gets loud and you can hear it from the front facing rooms. -breakfast was cold (the eggs were) however I appreciate the variety and having vegetarian options -they need a second waffle maker -rooms smelled overly perfumed which was really really tough -there was a woman working the front desk on the weekend that took up two tables in the small breakfast room. She worked there and used the two tables and kept her stuff at them for the whole duration of breakfast both days we were there which I thought was ridiculous since there were so many people looking for a place to eat! Location was great. IHOP right in front. A lot of restaurants around and we went to the space center which was about 20 min away. There were bowling places and a lot of shopping centers around.

It was a very well accommodated overnight stay. We both agreed that we would choose this facility for future visits. The only not stellar thing about this facility is the soloist of the elevator. As the only thing that I could mention could use improvement, but everything was fantastic. Thank you for such a good visit.

Great showerhead but approx 18" of missing caulk near floor. Floor transition was was too short & bent at doorway. Crushed wall lamp shade (reported 3 times) Assortment of tea but no hotwater in lobby. Again, staff were all lovely!

Black out curtains had holes in them. Sink drained slow due to improper adjustment. Bathroom door scrapped the floor making it difficult to open and close. Floor may be buckled. See above statement.

We liked how pretty and comfortable it was for its price. Breakfast selection, if only there were other choice, which is understandable as we’re not much into American foods.

The air in the room felt stale . Kept us awake almost the whole night . Change of rooms too didn't help. It had a mildew kinda smell. Breakfast options could be better

The walls are paper thin,you can hear everyone's conversations, no breakfast,or room service,the restaurant food & Starbucks coffee was bad tasting and low quality for the price and the room smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing. Don't book here if you want to relax expecting room service.

This was our first time in this hotel and it was one of the most comfy stays we have ever had . It was so clean and the beds were so comfy . The complimentary breakfast had alot of options for anyone and a coffe and tea bar . It was truly a great stay

This Fairfield hotel has been one that I have stayed in the past. Our stay was not enjoyable because of the quality of the bed. Also there was a cigarette smoking smell in our room when we checked in. Would not stay at this hotel in the future.

Clean hotel and room! Our rooms weren’t cleaned and our towels weren’t changed to clean ones. Even though it specifically says if you need new towels place them outside your door. Towels were picked up but new ones were never brought up.

Check in was good and staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom door wouldn’t close - like the door didn’t fit in the door frame anymore. Hotel was in a good location. We stayed 2 nights and arrived to breakfast by 8:00 each morning and there was little left of the food options. We travel often to Marriott hotels and always appreciate free breakfast. This was our first negative experience. No one was around to assist with restocking.

This property was probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been at. However, the hallway and rooms had a flavored scent to the cleaner that led to a migraine. We ended up moving to a different hotel because of this. Please consider using an odor neutral cleaner/carpet cleaner in future. The pool was also a nope for us. Due to the high heat, the chlorine was ineffective and the pool was green and we were unable to relax in the pool after a long day of travel. Overall cleanliness and staff were excellent. It just wasn’t the place for us to stay at for the states reasons above.

This place is wonderful. Very clean and the customer service is excellent. The breakfast is included and it was great and the ladies working in the breakfast area are very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night. Arrived at 11pm from just flying in. Staff was very friendly at check in and at breakfast the next morning. She was kind, helpful and even brought water to our table. Rooms were great. Would stay again.

This property is well worth the money. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast available- lots of choices. Staff is very friendly. Located off of the highway. My only complaint would be that the third floor hallway off of the elevator smells very musty. I didn’t notice this anywhere else in the building.

This hotel is spacious in the common areas as well as more than enough space to move around in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the property was very quiet at night allowing for a great night's rest. Breakfast in the morning was simple, yet hot and adequate to start the day right. I will stay here again for sure. I rate this one 10 of 10.

The property was excellent but booking the expedia was challenging. The name sent to expedia was incorrect and it took over 30 minutes to get it straightened out.

Room 204 was the handicap room and had these issues. Also was not told of no housekeeping when checking in for two days so was supposed to come back to a dirty room. Had to go to desk to get towels and no one at desk when checking out so left key and wasn’t able to tell anyone about the room. I am sure someone had to say something before.

Bed sheets were nasty had hair all over it and so did the bathroom like if it weren’t clean. Also floors were not vacuumed I saw a small fishing hook on floor someone could’ve gotten injured with the fishing hook.

Located in a nice location with nearby restaurants. My stay has been peaceful. The front desk staff were courtesy too. Hate I found someone else hair stands inside the shower.

Absolutely loved our stay! Clean, accommodating, very friendly staff, great hot buffet breakfast and cold options the lady who worked the buffetwas on refilling things quicklyand with a beautiful smile, not to mention soft fresh home baked cookies at the front desk! Only thing we would say is we wish the pool was bigger and our trash was taken out daily. We will definitely be staying here again when we are out that way!
