Plenty of parking adjacent to rooms. Laundry service was good. Room was aged. There was damaged furniture surfaces. Shower fixtures were functional were in need of attention.

Went with my friends on a guys trip and we stayed in 2 rooms, comfiest and best rooms we’ve ever stayed at, guy at the front desk was very awesome and helpful. 10/10 would go again and recommend

I got the room for a very good price and was surprised that I got more than I expected. The room was clean, the friendly staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations for what I paid. The breakfast had a very good variety and the waffles and eggs were a bonus. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, supermarket, and shops. Furniture is bit dated but everything was working and in decent condition

La zona de la lavanderia esta abierta, no esta dentro de un cuarto con llave solo para los inquilinos. Las lavadoras son viejas y las secadoras de ropa no secan y se ven toallas sucias de los inquilinos, no hay orden. El personal de limpieza no te dan papel higienico, ni toallas, ni champoo; esto hay que pedirlo en el lobbie. Los cuartos de dos camas del segundo piso no tienen buena vista.

The room was DISGUSTING to say the least. The glass window in the bathroom was broken. The microwave had black stuff on the inside. The refrigerator and freezer doors stuck to one another with a mystery sticky substance. The air conditioning unit looked like it was ready to fall apart. One towel for a room booked for two people. The whole hotel was completely dated. It seriously felt like a bait and switch. I booked it because it was a Wyndham property and it felt cheaper than a Motel 6 or Super 8. If you're looking for a place to stay, don't stay here.

The fact I see my car from my room. Everything else.the rooms had never been cleaned.disgusting trash in 2 rooms had 2 move rooms in order for me to finally get tired of looking at rooms.

The room was dirty: sticky wood floor, bedding and walls were stained, the bathtub was unclean, there was chewed gum left on the air conditioner. Nothing good about the room, it was just a place to stay for one night. I was uncomfortable during my stay.

The location was perfect for where I had to be for work. The room was dirty and not clean the bed sheets had stains on them and the bed wasn't comfortable nor were the pillows.

This is a motel. I only needed a place to sleep for couple of hours after a long drive from Fresno. So i arrived at almost 12am i only needed it for 5 hours. I checked in at 11:30pm and the guy showed me the rooms so i can choose. The first one he showed, there was a leak in the bathroom, second one another leak and finally we arrived at third floor and thats the room he gave us. All rooms smelled rotten the bedsheets were not ironed and we found gray hairs in the bed. I had to use towels as a blanket because the sheets were so disgusting. Lastly, the hotel is on the street side, i couldnt even sleep for those couple of hours because i could hear every car that passed by. I will say that there is a free parking. The breakfast the next day, i wasn’t going to touch the food after seeing the room but i still wanted to see what they offer. EVERY MACHINE, the waffle maker, the cereal container everything was super dusty and disgusting. The tea machine had mold in it. They had couple of muffins and bread and butter. Thats it. Overall, bad experience. Never again.

Staff The first room they gave me the balcony door did not lock for the life of me. So I was transferred to another room … I wish I took a picture the bathroom toilet seat because it wasn’t cleaned . It appeared to look like blood stain and I was like no this can’t be it’s just a stain. I was so wrong. I got a wet toilet paper and wiped it the it came off… and then I pulled the comforter off the bed and the bottom sheet had hair on wat supposed to be a clean bed…I don’t think the person changed the sheets. . I checked out of there I didn’t even stay the night. I never would never book there again

The common areas and the elevator was filthy. The TV had only one channel and you had to stream your own streaming service we were told. Not do friendly front desk. Very minimal breakfast. Will never stay there again

They nickel and dime the hell out of you! If you arrive half an hour early and want to check in, that’s a fee. If you want a courtesy noon checkout (rather than the obscenely punitive 11am checkout) - that’s another fee. Staff wasn’t the most cheerful either. You’d think you were staying at the Ritz but it’s just the Ramada. And candidly, I could do without the admonition that I am to have no guests. What hotels say that at check in? Needless to say, the Travelodge across the street from here does offer courtesy late checkouts and is also a Wyndham property with far more cheerful employees and no needless commentary as to whom I (a 50 year old man) choose to bring to my overpriced but comfortable hotel room.

They may well have been clean but did not feel inviting. Also, I went down to the "lobby" shop area to get a bottle of water at 9 pm and found it closed. A vending machine outside did not work. I requested to shorten my stay and the manager on duty wasn’t there at the evening and also in the morning to talk with Expedia staff. After persisting, I finally got out of there. Not recommend. Dinning is also hard to find nearby. Everything is close at 9:00pm.

Terrible experience! Was woke up at 2:40 in the morning by the people in the room next door listening to loud music and taking loud. Tried calling front desk but nobody answered! And after many failed attempts to fall back asleep, we got up at 5:00 am and left! Our neighbors were still up partying and being loud. Stopped by the office @ 6:00am but again nobody was available. Horrible experience! Be aware! Unacceptable and disappointed!

Basically you get what you pay for and in LA that means pretty much nothing at this price point, so do not complain or be surprised. The building is flimsy at best with walls so thin you have little privacy. But room was clean. Definitely pick this hotel for the price and have corresponding low expectations.

The room had rat poop on the floor, a large rat trap behind the bed. People were loud and so was the room location right above a city bus stop. Office said that if I wanted to change the room I would need to speak with the manager. I had a two day stay. The rooms were not well maintained, sheers too small very old mattress and no mattress cover. Just unsanitary.

The pool is incredibly tiny.... exaggerate a size in your head and that's the exact size.... TINY.... The floor upstairs are bowing i.e. falling in on the walkways. The elevator almost crushed my 4 year old and my self. The room was disgusting..... i could tell.... ( from experience and knowing smells) Someone died in that room or bled out and they didn't clean the room properly at ALL..... it wreaked of biohazard.... We asked for anther room we were told it was unavailable. The linen, disgusting. Bathroom disgusting Floor disgusting Bed disgusting Bathroom disgusting Spiders crawling across the floor The windows look into apartments across the alley. Furniture dirty and dilapidated. They refused to give us our money back so we left Saturday morning and never came back.... They still charged us even after we complained. Don't stay here.... The hot tub was not hot only warm and the jets did not work. Big hot tub though. I missed breakfast by 10 min so go early before 9:30am. The gentleman was nice enough to get me a coffee even though I was late. So I appreciate that.

We were just glad that we had a decent place to stay where the AC worked and it didn’t stink. The room didn’t need some work but again I will not be complaining since we just needed a place to rest after a long day at the Pasadena convention center. I am also very happy that there was plenty of parking and some was covered in shade. Which was very helpful since the weekend was in the high 90s.

Broken shower curtain rod, shower fixture coming off the wall, limited internet and passwords not accurate and working, "breakfast included" not accurate as it's only on weekends, grab and go breakfast a joke, noisy.

We have stayed at this location for years. The room we had, had bed bugs. Teen age kids running back on forth on the walkway in early morning hours.

The deluxe room including two queen beds definitely did not have queen beds - they absolutely were Full sized. Besides the bed size being inaccurate, to say breakfast is included is a stretch - very minimal offerings of poor quality. Moreover, the toilets have poor plumbing and posed a hazard. Overall, a decent experience for only two nights.

I don’t have high expectations for a room at a hotel like the Ramada. However for $180 this room was pretty awful. I can’t list out all of its issues or this will be a thousand word essay but let’s just say it feels like management is doing as little as possible to keep the rooms function able. I will say that the manager did find a replacement tv remote when I called and said there wasn’t one in the room. Also the shower had hot water and the TV worked fine (after I got the remote.)

The staff was friendly and try to assist but we’re unsuccessful. We did end up getting a TV in the end. There were roaches crawling around the bathroom like a lot. They tried to tell us that they were outside roaches, but working in property management I have seen enough roaches to know the difference.

We went back and he got it switched but the whole thing took like 45-50 minutes. The room itself had dirty floors with a gap between the floor and the door (the outside door, so a big enough space for anything to crawl through) that we had to stuff 3 towels to fill. The bathroom had only one working light and the fan didn't work. We weren't expecting the nicest room but overall it was worse than we even had thought it would be.

Room had a very strong odor like sewer. The room needed maintenace. Good thing my family and I were only sleeping there for one night. I have stayed there before and did get better rooms. Not completely satisfied. I think next time im in Pasadena, I'll try a different hotel.

It was a nice experience. The people in reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and provided all the things that we needed for the days we spent in Pasadena.

I accidentally booked the wrong day on Oct 27th and then rebooked the current days this past weekend for the soccer game at RoseBowl for a two day stay. I am disappointed with staff that they wouldn’t refund my money for Oct 27th and it’s not like they didn’t receive money from me from a two day stay. I will not recommend staying here as they do not work with their customers and checking in took 45 mins.

I had a comfy stay 2night stay*

Nobody would answer the phone in the front desk. Called multiple times and just rang until it hung up. The little shop was closed and doors locked for front desk area. Room was janky and the bed was wobbly I almost fell off the bed. Bed constantly was creaking with any movement. Baseball team was there while we stayed and they kept slamming doors next to our room all night. Really loud neighbors so couldn't really sleep and my 10 year old had a hard time getting any rest. Our door you had to shove from the inside to get it closed all the way. Parking lot in back had random people walking through didn't know if my vehicle was going to be safe or not. Overall I would not stay here unless I absolutely had no other options if I needed to be in Pasadena.

I never complain about hotels but this was bad. The bathroom floor and tub had not been cleaned recently. The sink was completely full of water and never drained. I am traveling with my infant son and checked ahead of time online that they have cribs available, only to discover when we arrived late at night that this was a false advertisement. The guy at reception was nice to at least double-check and bring up an extra blanket. Finally, there were exposed, worn-away wires sticking out from the air unit. Super dangerous for a little guy just learning to crawl.

It was solid for the money. The cleanliness was a bit on the rough side, but the room itself was nice and the beds were solid. The pool was also good for the money, and the staff was very nice.

The room was well made but also had a lot of dust in it. I didn't get the feeling the room nor the bathroom was clean. Another dissatisfying feature was the wifi which stopped working many times. On a 5-night stay at the hotel, only there in the evenings to early mornings, and within those periods on several days, the wifi didn't connect. Or it would be on for a while and then go off - sometimes for up to 30 minutes. The message it would give indicated it was "full" or something; can't remember the exact wording. I had a lot of work to do so was stranded. 'Twas definitely a disappointing experience. Only good things for me were the air-conditioning which functioned well, and the pillows which were soft. Oh, and the morning front desk staff member was helpful. Apart from these, I'd never want to return there nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room fridge was unplugged when we got there, WiFi router was sitting on the floor and I know since I am in the business that several manufacturers make in wall access points to clean that up. Damage to bathroom, Tiles broken, curtain hanger was very loose, though nothing major. Basic maintenance would be good.

Absolutely nothing special. A place to lay your head for the night. I called ahead of time to make sure the pool/hot tub were open only to find the pool ice cold and the hot tub barely warm. Nothing fancy. BARE MINIMUM.

Only stayed here because the rooms were non refundable. So disappointed and will definitely not be staying here again.
