The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, relaxing, and perfectly designed for a comfortable family stay. My entire family was truly impressed and enjoyed every moment here. on arrival staff did not greet cordially. Staff didn't give full instructions how to operate hand held shower. Heated floor was not heated in all areas. Was given out dated high riser for toilet. Cleaning was not consistent and bed was not made thoroughly each day. Meals were not prepared as requested..

Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing. The only downside is that there are no Asian food options on the menu, and if you stay more than two nights, you will basically run out of new dishes to try.

The service was exceptional! Every need was anticipated and met with courtesy and efficiency. Food was fresh and preparations were lovely. The suites made it easy to feel at home, something very welcome since we had been looking for accommodations while our house was having work done. The parking facility l, while functional, was rather cramped.

The breakfast was great as was the service. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Excellent food and not a noisy, bustling restaurant. Some noise vibration in our room probably from construction on the roof.

My husband was an outpatient at Stanford med center and spent his days in the room, unfortunately pool construction was very loud and made daytime resting impossible. I was able to take advantage of nearby shopping to enjoy my day. Loved everything except the noise

the eggs benedict was as my son said, the best he's ever had. me too. gustavo's hollandaise is delicious as is the pico de gallo. i could order breakfast anytime. so sweet. balcony screen door should slide better, wasnt fixed while i was there.

Everything at the clement was fabulous! Especially the service - staff went out of their way to ensure all our requests were taken care of and always with a very friendly attitude. Will definitely be staying here again! resort fees 0f $92 per day were not explicitly and obviously stated by booking.com, so we were surprised by this extra fee once we checked into the hotel. (Although apparently if you book directly through the hotel this is made clear)

This hotel is really top tier. All the employees, especially the ones at the reception treat you really like guests and not only like customers. The service is outstanding. The room is very probably the best I've been at a hotel. Everything is very comfortable and very clean. Definitely best bath room ever. The restaurant is very good, also the pantry is always filled with great food and beverages. This hotel really lives up to the all inclusive concept. Thank you for the great time there!

We chose the right hotel to do that. While staying there for 3 nights, we ordered room service, ate til we're full, spent hours at the pool and hot tub, spent hours soaking in the giant tub in our suite, watched TV and rested our minds. This is not how we usually do our daily lives :) However, after working very hard every day this year, we felt entitled to reward ourselves with a luxury hotel stay. The only thing we hoped was more available was Chromecast on the TV. It's either the functionality was there but we didn't find it, or it was not there altogether. Our family watches a lot of Netflix to rewind so it would have made the experience much better if we had Chromecast or Netflix function on the TV. Overall, if you are looking somewhere to be pampered and treated like a royalty, this is the place. From guest services, housekeeping and all the personalized touches, it was very very good.

Overall this place is great, a little on the pricey side but if you utilized the all inclusive aspect of it, it makes you feel like it was worth it. Service is incredible and every employee there was very kind and helpful, the room was very nice with heated bathroom floors and tvs everywhere. My only problem was the bed, the mattress felt like quick sand, the pillows were so massive almost unuseable and the down comforter must have weighed 50lbs felt like i was getting smootheted but if you are into that kind of stuff than it's the perfect place! I will probably stay here again but might try the pull out couch next time!

If you are visiting Stanford this is the nicest hotel you will find in the area. The hotel is walking distance to the campus.The service is OUTSTANDING with a wonderful, professional, happy staff! The entire concept is unique and wonderful. We loved our stay at the Clement and have already booked our stay for Parents weekend.

I was in Palo Alto for 3 full days of work meetings and coming back to The Clement each evening was wonderful! The staff couldn't have been any more welcoming and friendly. The food was wonderful and my room was beautiful and so relaxing. I'm so glad that I chose The Clement for this trip!

The Clement will be our go to hotel in Palo Alto. It is a unique concept for an in town hotel; totally all inclusive including gourmet food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Chef Mark prepared a sumptuous eight course dinner for us including lobster and caviar (see photos). The room was so well outfitted with Frette towels and robes and high end linens. It even had a Toto toilet with built in bidet which we have at home and love. We also found the staff so friendly and helpful. We will return!

Well, we so enjoyed the Clement (outstanding comforts, staff, amenities, roof top patio with pools and during the afternoon a barbecue and a nice quiet lounge where we were wonderfully attended) that we decided to re-treat ourselves with a 2nd night stay! We have stayed at the Clement multiple times in the past few months and it is consistently outstanding. The hotel staff are wonderful and do anything to please their guests. It is a great location near the Town and Country shopping area, Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. Highlights of the hotel include the open kitchen and the rooftop pool.

Pros: amenities, aesthetics, comfort, cleanliness, and the OG concierge team (Gile and Sebastian). Cons: the mediocre food, brand new team of staffs that still needs to be trained, and the lack of personalization that was supposed to come along with the hefty price tag. Keep your expectations on the lower side, especially considering the price. Four Seasons would be a cheaper/more consistent option; I’d rather pay for my food with the money saved.

Lovely hotel. Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommend it and will definitely return!

NOT the place for an overnight business trip. Extended stay for the wealthy. Very comfortable luxury. Amenities are unnecessary unless you have time to take advantage of all you can eat and drink, luxuriating in the tub and watching tv on big screens everywhere. Too expensive for purpose of my trips.
