Very beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, quite night sleep. Amenities are limited for those of us who don't golf, main pool area is very welcoming and relaxing. There is are a variety of dining choices, with varied price points. The resort has shopping for the golf community, but limited for anyone else.

Loved the resort I really enjoyed the golf too Good service and nice food Unfortunately we were disturbed early morning by constant drilling in the room above and a rat ran across our table whilst dinning in the restaurant downstairs I mentioned these issues to the manager who said he would look into it but I never got a response So not entirely happy

I love the grounds everything was kept very clean and the golf course was immaculate. I love that we could walk around the property. Huge recommendation the carpets really need to be cleaned throughout the resort. The smell in certain hallways was not pleasant at all and the carpet in our room definitely needed a cleaning.

I would stay away. the pricepoint does not reflect the luxury experience you would think. Staff was not overly considerate despite the issues with the room. Have experience better service at lower quality hotels. Key issues and AC issues and having to switch rooms at midnight.

The Resort sits on a stunning property full of beautiful and peaceful golf courses. The staff is friendly and very attentive. A good way to finish a long trip through Florida.

For the most part the staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially valet and concierge, waitresses and hostess at the butchers club and honey belle restaurants as well. The staff by the pool however were not as welcoming and helpful when trying to order food/drinks. It was Memorial Day weekend so perhaps was more full than usual. Overall the hotel is very nice and definitely would come again

The Food the restaurant the staff they’re very kind respectful and it’s an amazing place for families to relax. Enjoy every moment. The gym is 10 out of 10. I enjoyed my stay with my kids and they recommend for anybody looking for a stay away getaway. It’s amazing.

The property was freshly renovated, enjoyed the calm and fun deco. The room was large and clean. Staff from check in to cleaning on the hallway were all warm and easy to communicate with. Will be back.

The staff was so helpful. Very kind. Very happy to help in anything you needed. Also, when we checked in they were very very kind. The place was immaculate and the staff. I can't say enough about the staff. Ballet guys were great bartender. Superb. I definitely will visit again

Has potential, but needs upgrades. Inattentive staff (had to request towels after room cleaned multiple times) Told about strict dress code for Butchers but a guest was wearing gym shorts and a tshirt. The check in desk at the racquet club disorganized and chaotic. Valet staff was excellent as well as staff at the coffee shop.

The golf is exceptional and gorgeous. The Honeybelle restaurant was great, nice ambiance and good food, helpful staff. The racquet club was very unorganized and not helpful and doesn't follow the schedule at all. Seems to cater to Members which they don't tell you upfront. The front desk was average, mostly empty suits.

Good amenities and food. We did have some issues in our room with water dripping down from the ceiling (air conditioning?) in the middle of the night. It woke us up and we had to put towels down. Certainly didn't ruin the visit, though.

Staff was wonderful. Shout out to Will at the pool bar and Honeybell for providing excellent service. It was very busy and he was so helpful and accommodating

Breakfast is always good at birdies. However if you’re in a bind and getting ready to tee off , it’s not a quick option. Staff everywhere is great,lobby bar always a good choice for pre dinner drinks or post. And before heading out on the town.

The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail.

Overall it is a great place. I’ve vacationed here many times. I enjoy it, but there are some things that I wish the would change. They charge too much for coffee, drinks and snacks. They are not accommodating at the front desk on rooms. Check in is typically late in the day, don’t even think about early check in. Worse than any bargain basement Motel 6 staff, this bunch couldn’t do anything right to such an extent that it became a joke to see what they’d screw up from day to day. Pure comedy. It actually made the trip in a sense because we’ll laugh about their incompetence for years to come. My advice if staying and playing here — get everything in writing. From your tee times to the number of players, to the greens fees and caddie requirements, GET IT IN WRITING. Also, go to the front desk after each round to make sure you’re billed correctly and promptly make corrections. Or don’t listen and enjoy years of laughter recalling just how comical their performance was. Either path works.

Felt like an oasis in the middle of Palm Beach. Cool property. Lived the lobby bar vibe. Rooms were nice. Pool was great. Service was all awesome. And all the food and restaurants were great! Our first floor patio allowed us to walk out to the pool. There were also cute bunnies roaming the property. Our shower curtain was missing the inside curtain part. Asked front desk about it but was never resolved so got water everywhere ? We were also there after Cognizant golf tournament so they still had grandstand up and all the trucks and noise from take down wasn’t fun.

The location Overpriced. Staff unfriendly, they all look miserable apart from the staff in Birdies restaurant. Drain smell in bathroom very strong!! You shower in 3 inches of water at your feet.

The grounds were well tended. Snapdragons in spring colors made it really pretty. The furniture on the terrace was in a really unattractive condition. They definitely need to replace it.

I paid $700 a night to be next to an ice machine and where the cleaning ladies all congregate. I asked to be moved the first night and they told me they were looking for a room on the second night. I asked to be moved as well and did not get a response on the third and final day I asked for a credit and they said that they could give me $100 I literally could not sleep and complain to upper management and they said they could give me another hundred dollars. My bill was over $2100 and I am very very disappointed at how loud the ice machine was all night long with people coming and going. There’s no way this room should be rented for a premium price and if it’s rented at all, the customer should be aware of what they’re getting into. PGA management did not seem like they really cared. There were a lot of things that were not quite right for the price point. They focused on the PGA golfers and gave them top-notch treatment while the rest of the folks were just kinda left on their own. I will say Pierre and the new manager who I did not really get a chance to talk to you about the problem and I don’t remember her name or exceptionally nice and kind I do appreciate their service and also the service from the people in the restaurant, but sadlythe overall experience with the hotel was not good because of the lack of concern for the noisy room, which was extremely noisy. You did not let us know about many things during the week of the tournament.. no driving range, inability to leave the car ar the hotel site, the Fabio coarse was in lousy shape yet you still charged $350.00. The second day we cancelled our t time and went to a public coarse. It was in much better condition and we saved $150.00

The Cognizant tournament was about to begin, so having to wear a wrist band and being limited only to using the valet were a bit annoying.

I will not return because the front desk is not managed properly. To check in or replace a key is a major project, involving several hotel staff and taking forever. Check in time is 4 pm, not 3pm, and the rooms aren’t ready! Telling guests to “just wait”

The rooms AC's were not working well at all. I stay at the PGA a few times a year when friends or family come into town for golf. I know from staying on the property the AC's get cold but this time around something was definitely wrong with the units and they were not working properly. Rooms AC's

Situation with aggressive flocks of blackbirds at pool area is disturbing. Golf fees and lessons are quite high in comparison to the area.

Customer service is non existent. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. But the front desk and bar staff gave us the feeling that we were bothering them. We were there for five nights and left the hotel for every meal. And only one elevator out of three worked. When we mentioned it, the impression was that they were unaware.

All was fine until i got our car and it was covered in water sprinkler spots. I complained to the night manager and was told in a sarcastic response "next time well park it in the middle of the parking lot",then he walked away. We will not be back.

Conference Location The final all you could eat surf and turf feast was delicious. Carpet was dirty (they did shampoo when I requested), bathroom had a bad smell, bottled water tasted terrible, had a robe but no slippers, and the robe belt was all crunched up. Seems tired and lacking finishing touches.

I had an excellent experience starting from the drop off to the concierge. The room design was elegant with a beautiful bed and sofa. I’m curious about the maker of the bed and may likely request a similar design. The music by the pool was not my style but it was a bonus and there were great friends and people around. The place is scenic especially for events and the staff at Birdies are so lovely and courteous. Highly recommend!

The best way I can describe this visit is "loud." We expected to be on somewhat of a peaceful getaway at a resort surrounded by a golf course, but that wasn't the case. There was a DJ blasting loud music (with expletives) poolside, and the music in the lobby was so loud you could barely carry on a conversation. We were also awakened around 1am by an alarm that beeped for about 30 minutes. It was intended to be a regenerative couples' getaway, but it was far from that. The hotel was very nice, though.

PGA National is one of the top golf courses I have been too. Resort exceptional! Birdies has the best coffee! Rooms clean, quiet, nice bath towels, warm water the whole shower, very comfortable beds, and love the vibe to the hotel. I will be back for another stay soon.

The properties decor is ugly and outdated. I had to switch three times to three different rooms in order to get an air conditioner that would drop below 75° and in Florida, that is uncommon. Most everything is outdated, and the restaurant is below average with prices that would compete with the finest restaurants in large cities. The staff is friendly, but in order to get anything accomplished rather than making a quick phone call from your room, you have to go to the front desk and they have to radio a team of people to take care of your request. It’s inefficiency run. This makes the customer service go down. Not to mention, the staff is friendly until you have an issue, then they seem bothered. I asked for a call from the general manager, and it’s been 36 business hours, and I have yet to hear back. I checked out a day early and forfeited the prepaid price just to go to a hotel that was updated and worth staying at. For the price I’m leaving this review sounding critical because of the prices they charge nightly, as well as for incidentals. Apparently, dining is not considered an incidental and was not deducted from the money they charged me. I’ve stayed at many resorts, but have never been nickeled and dimed before.

The properties decor is ugly and outdated. I had to switch three times to three different rooms in order to get an air conditioner that would drop below 75° and in Florida, that is uncommon. Most everything is outdated, and the restaurant is below average with prices that would compete with the finest restaurants in large cities. The staff is friendly, but in order to get anything accomplished rather than making a quick phone call from your room, you have to go to the front desk and they have to radio a team of people to take care of your request. It’s inefficiency run. This makes the customer service go down. Not to mention, the staff is friendly until you have an issue, then they seem bothered. I asked for a call from the general manager, and it’s been 36 business hours, and I have yet to hear back. I checked out a day early and forfeited the prepaid price just to go to a hotel that was updated and worth staying at. For the price I’m leaving this review sounding critical because of the prices they charge nightly, as well as for incidentals. Apparently, dining is not considered an incidental and was not deducted from the money they charged me. I’ve stayed at many resorts, but have never been nickeled and dimed before.

The room was spacious and well laid out, our was the junior king suite. The bed was very soft. Staff was very nice. Cons: room AC was not great. The room never got cold enough and felt a bit damp to us. Front desk said to give it some time, but it never really got better, just ok. The furniture looked a bit dated and had a few stains. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty as well. I know they are trying but it's not quite excellent. It's just ok. Standard but nothing special. It has potential but they really need to steam clean the furniture and the carpets. Lastly, the shower had a rain head. Very difficult to wash yourself. No shower door. Water all over the floor. Just odd layout of the bathroom. Shower did have a handheld sprayer; it helped but definitely had to make sure you didn't spray out onto the floor with it. Lastly, $42 per night for valet parking is crazy.....

Beautiful rooms! I loved when I checked in reception noticed it was my birthday and had a small cake delivered to my room ! The staff was so gracious and helpful throughout our stay !

Great hotel!

The property itself was modern. My only complaint is that there isn’t anywhere to walk outside. In the evening there are no activities at except for the bar.

No upgrades offered, no refund for the round I booked at champions course, only a voucher to play Palmers course at 5 o’clock Sunday evening. Richard at Honeybelle saved the day and was generous enough to book me a tee time at his member club nearby! Great hospitality from Richard! Butchers club food is incredible. Sushi by bou, order the “Big Mac”!

Second night for all night our room air conditioner was not working all night we were sweating

the steak house is absolutely terrific, if pricey. beautiful golf opportunity, large inviting pool, staff is wonderful. I just had to walk a mile from the desk to my room and I hated the mid century modern look on the room with terrible khaki green colors. The bath was also awkwardly redone, tho I liked the white cabinet and overhead shower.

Great weekend trip for my husband and I! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Met some new friends. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

Food was great, staff was lovely and amenities were good. The champions golf course was very sub par for the price though…Was quite shocked considering they have a PGA event there very year.

Place was very nice and the staff was awesome. The young black guy was so helpful and very nice. The white guy was awesome to.

The room was supposed resort view but it was a view of a wall. Ask if you are on first what the view might be. Could hear everything in room next to me. Hardly worth the price and the additional fees. Not yo mention the expensive basic food.

The room we were provided felt like a dungeon, dark, walled in on the outside, below grade under the valet entrance. The shower drain was clogged and the tub filled to your knees with filthy water. The gym facility wreaked like mold and fungus so badly I started to cough within minutes and could not use the equipment.

Greeting at reception was less than engaged and welcoming. The bathroom in the room had very weak water pressure. The Honeybelle restaurant was terribly mediocre for the resort and quality dining in general. I had to send my scallops back - they were rubbery and brown. Overall, the hotel feels dated and could use a refresh already (I know they just had a significant renovation).

It's a beautiful resort. The staff is very good. The only thing that was disappointing is that you cannot walk around the resort. It's a gorgeous area with wide paved "roads" for the golf & maintenance carts, but no walking allowed. And there are no sidewalks on the roads leading into the resort.

It's fantastic. Great housekeeping service multiple times a day, good breakfast options, enough pool chairs, chill vibe, clean all-around, pretty, good gyms. All-around a fantastic place.

The property was beautiful, well maintained. Staff was friendly, especially the bar staff in the lobby. This issue was upon check out they could not find my husbands golf clubs!!! Misplaced, lost was words we received. My husband had to walk back to the pro shop to find them himself. For the clubs to sitting in plain sight when he walked in the door. So who was the curbside valet speaking with back there and what kind of looking were they doing in the pro shop!!! We were detained with all of that nonsense. My husband golfs all over the U.S. and has NEVER had this happen before!!! The concern was lackluster as well. Never going back!!!

It’s a beautiful property and friendly staff. It’s expensive to stay at PGA but what you expect for the overnights. I was disappointed that the resort and parking fees are outrageous. $22 to self park your car in the parking lot and $42 resort fee for basically nothing. I enjoyed the room but don’t think it’s worth the complete cost that you pay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The restaurants were great and the hotel room was very clean. My husband loved the golf course .

I had dinner at the bar. It wasn’t busy. After food delivered, no one checked on me to ask if all ok. No one came to refill my water or offer me another cocktails. At one point, one of the valets was working behind the bar. Restaurant did not open for breakfast until 830. Had to settle for cafe in lobby. Poor selection of healthy options. Water pressure in shower very poor.

The cottage is outdated and not well kept. The floor was so dirty that one hour after check-in my baby had her foot black. Carpets were extremely dirty and she showed signs of allergy during our stay. Cottages also don’t feel part of the hotel as they are outside of the perimeter. There is non room service either. So extremely expensive for what it offers

Lovely property and facilities, great food and bar; but very very expensive overall and excessive charge for open self parking, and no walking trails unless you go out to the public streets.

Beautiful property and excellent staff. Only downside was the suite was said to have a soaking tub, which it dis not, but juat a small thing. Overall the location, pool and room were excellent.

Very nice atmosphere- retro decor - friendly helpful and attentive staff- nice selection of restaurants- pool area is beautiful- room was spacious and I loved the decor. They accommodated a late check out request of 4pm with no fee. That was much appreciated! Didn’t seen to be much else to do in terms of entertainment at the hotel in the evening. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again…

Went with friends to attend an anniversary party. The hotel had lots of available activities. The rooms were modern and clean. The bar was a central focus as it was in the main lobby. It was well located to shops and restaurants and of course golf was front and center. The outdoor areas were in need of sprucing up, some paint and raking up of ground debris, leaves and branches.

Beautiful property with an impressive makeover! My room was enormous and well furnished. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens and separate his / hers sinks and closets. Four restaurants on property including a sushi bar plus a quick market in the lobby which was convenient. Stellar fitness center and a massive pool. Very cool lobby bar and veranda. Enjoyed morning runs around the par 3. Valets were great, always had my car in minutes. Very friendly staff. Only room for improvement would be staffing / management at Honeybelle restaurant. Did I mention everything is new? This is my new go to spot in Palm Beach.

Honestly it's a great hotel but SOOO over priced when you take into consideration the daily resort fee and the parking fee. If you're a golfer, you can use their driving range for free which is great, but not much else to do that's included. Prepare to tack on an extra $100 a night to what you think you'll be paying

Staff of PGA for such an amazing stay. MY husband and I stayed there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the time we checked in, we met Charlize, she had such a welcoming personality. She provided us with all the Information needed for the stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were ok with everything. She definitely is a star our eyes. Then we met one of the houseman that was working there floor, he was so nice to us and ask how we are enjoying the stay so far and if we love the room. We were just amazed by the service. Thank you to Tommy at the bar for the amazing drinks and Danielle at the pool for being so kind as a server. We had dinner at Honeybelle and Juan was soooo amazing. Like everyone here smiles. The ambiance with the live music in the lobby is beautiful. We met Ricardo who also was a star at the front desk. He was so polite and very professional, spoke with kindness and care. On our last day, the experience shifted and went sour. We went by the front desk and spoke to Brianna who was also nice by the way to inquire about our final bill and get a copy. We asked about things that were part of our stay and we did not see on our bill. She then called Ms. Kimberly who automatically had an attitude and not so welcoming at all. Let me just say her personality is the worst for someone who is a front desk supervisor. We explained what we were told regarding our bill and we were not seeing on there. For the money the room was subpar. More like a two star hotel. Filthy carpet . TV and Coffee maker didn’t work. No microwave, terrible water pressure. The pool , gym and hot tub are very nice .$22 a day to park outside is a rip off! Won’t be back.

We evacuated from the west coast of Florida during Hurricane Milton and the PGA National was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and our stay was very comfortable.

I like the service.I don’t like the food

We left at 730am on what was supposed to be a nice family weekend at the resort. We concluded our house was a nicer staycation. Overall my opinion is to stay at a Hampton Inn instead, go to a driving range and pay $10-20 for range balls, head out to a local dinner restaurant and come out ahead by several hundred dollars. Not worth the money to stay here.

Well, I would not recommend booking the 2 bed room cottages. Total false advertising. They are located a 3 minute drive from resort inside an HOA. No room service and did I mention it is located in an old HOA? I’m surprised they are doing this and not mentioning anything on their website or Expedia website that the cottages are not on site. Anyways, we switched to a junior suite inside resort once we drove to see the cottages. The suite was much better and the amenities at the resort are great. Kids loved the pool and arcade room and their gym is nice as well. We did not try the steakhouse or sushi restaurant but did eat at the casual restaurant downstairs which also provides room service. Definitely, not worth dining there. The food is just mediocre which is a disappointment because the restaurant looks nice. Staff was friendly and resort well kept. Stay was average but good value given price.
