Very unhappy for the price. Could not get rid of room mildew smell. Shower head needed replacement. Common areas neglected, cluttered with leaves and trash. Tv screen quality poor. Lobby smelled bad upon arrival, but better 2 days later. Almost moved to another hotel mid-stay, but didn’t trust a refund would be forthcoming. (Btw borrowed a key for another room, but equally bad mildew smell.). Shopping convenient and right on I95.

The lower rate is the only plus Roaches roaches and more roaches….definitely infested rooms Was so bad…i woke up because i felt something crawling on my face and it was a roach…of course The room should be minimum $80-90 a night…. but sometimes it had the nerve to reach 120-130$ And when you ask price match or to go down to 80 bucks that you see somewhere some girls will but not all and even the owner was there one day when I try to get it for a lower rate and they don’t be wanting to go down very punctual on payment but you mention roaches and to call some type of pest control and its crickets. I dont do slum establishments it’s not about the name it’s are you a slumlord? You’re not a landlord i know but still. Are you the owner that just collects collects collects but neglect the integrity of the property and the answer is yes They have people living there on a daily, which people do live in hotels that’s true, but there is no rules that families living there with their kids and the kids running up and down your room door all day long you’re not gonna get much sleep because it’s loud at all times due to children and then on the weekends its louder you hear your neighbors through the walls bunch of knocking… kids running by your door 24/7 of the day because this is a hotel that they have children living in And children get bored and can’t stay in their rooms and they don’t have that type of intelligence. The parents is supposed to have that and they don’t so not only is it not for rest like a hotel SHOULD be it’s more like a section 8 apartments because of the living and the children and the chaos that happens around there. It’s no peace and quiet. It’s all loud and inconsiderate. And on the weekends, they sit outside like if they’re in their front yard and hang out and let the kids play all loud like they are actually in a freaking yard while others rooms nearby are not sound proof . You won’t get much rest so don’t go there if you wanna sleep. Exactly what you hoped wouldnt be

The place smelled from the lobby to the room. Bugs crawling in room. Bugs got in my bags. Blankets had burn holes in them even though it was supposed to be non smoking room. I didn't even stay night two, I slept in my car.

Great for sleeping wish we had availability to coffee in our rooms and little better towels seems towels were clean but stained. And bathroom was not cleaned properly but bed microwave and fridge were clean appreciate the kind staff i met at check in and check out.

The room had insects and roaches inside! The toilet was not properly secured to the floor. The tub, sink and toilet were permanently scratched/stained. The fabric covered lounge chair was very dirty. All lamps and wall sconces were corroded. The walls and curtains had holes.

Room was clean,front desk clerk was excellent. Kind of felt unsafe only because the door to my room had been kicked in so the door wasn't closed good because there was a crack were the door was uneven. Other than that it was a good stay beds were very comfortable and not one roach!!!

When we requested another pillow the front desk lady could only locate one and told us maintenance could provide more the next day. I asked the maid the next day about pillows she referred me to the front desk. Needless to say we never got the pillows. We bought some since my husband is on CPAP machine. Overall it was a nice stay. My recommendation would be to better educate the staff as to who handles what so the customer can get something done.

Our stay was horrible! The rooms were dirty, old, and infested with live roaches. My parents ended up killing ten roaches before the hotel's administration changed their room, which also had roaches. I found a live roach on the bed underneath the pillow.

The pictures will fool you. This is a very low class place. The first room we had was full of roaches and it stinked. The second room as the same results. Not worth the price the television is small you need a magnifying glass to watch and it’s not even HD nor 4k people hangout all time of night no peace at all. Stay away from this spot it should be no more then $25 a night seriously

This is an absolute terrible property. The bathtub was dirty, the bathroom was used and the previous person did not flush, room walls were dirty and half the bed was lower than the other half. They charged me $115. It is a room worth $40, at most.

I had a none smoking room but since there were people outside smoking, it all got sucked into the room. Peeaple knoking on my door being mad at the manager to have given this room to someone. The room seam to have been used before I occupied it. The TV wasn't working, all plugs for microwave and fridge were unpluged, the towels have just been folded wet with heir hanging off of. I was scared to stay there and told the manager that I would call the police If the don't stop those peaple. There seam to have been a lot of questionable activity going on. This was truly among the worst stays for me not just comparing to Hotels.com.

The location was great for everything we needed & for the price the room was passable. Updated but not the cleanest. We didn’t have a microwave or a working air conditioner when we arrived but they fixed both right away & with a smile. Very nice staff. My only issue was their wifi didn’t work. If you need to do any computer work, there’s a Barnes & Noble just 3 miles from the hotel. I tried from my room & from the hotel lobby & no dice on a computer. Other than that, it’s a great location & a very nice staff.

They donot offer hous keeping when you are a stay over.We had to go to the office to get towels. We arrived and the swimming pools had several bic lighter torches a broken I pad.The room plugs part of them would not work. The front desk clerk on the weekend was not pleasant to deal with. The price I paid for the room was very expensive. I do not recommend this place.

It wasnt clean and it had roaches

I always stay here i have no problems.

Shower leaked in bathroom floor. Had to ask for fresh towels

Pool was closed. Bugs in room. Shower curtain moldy

When we checked in we were told if we needed any linen to come to the office or ask the woman cleaning the rooms to be able to get them from her cart. My son is 5 and the first night had had peed though his over night diaper. We went to the front desk and they told us they didn’t have anything as they hadn’t done laundry yet. We had to put a towel on the bed to cover the pee. All throughout the night we heard banging and loud noises. Every morning we would wake up to our room smelling of weed from what I’m assuming the people that lived on the other side of the hotel. Pool was broken and had a chain on the fence. Cars were parked in the parking lot with cones around them. Not somewhere I would ever want to bring my family again.

Will stay again.

Door was had big gap at bottom of it. Mole was on ceiling and shower curtain. Covers had cigarette burns on them. In an non smoking room I killed three roaches so I left hotel room at 5am to sleep in my rental ca. I felt more comfortable in car then there

Not the cleaness place but good choice if there is nothing else around.

Hotel was tucked away in the corner of I-95 and Northlake Blvd. Facility is aging. Light fixture would not turn off without unplugging the bulb, AC/Heater was old and loud. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a door connected to the next room. Grounds were well-lit at night. Good location off the interstate. Good dining options nearby. Gas prices next door were horrendous at $4.73/gallon.

The daytime front desk clerk was foolishly unfriendly and argumentative over simple questions with paying customers. She needs to go.

Was unsatisfied with the service provided. Staff was rude.

Cockroaches

Luckily we have a car navigator, as we would have not been able to find the place without it. On the good side, once we landed, there is a great Irish Bar and Grill right across the street. We highly recommend it for good food and hospitality.

There were dried gummy bears all in the sheets of one of the beds. Just really shows that the sheets and comforters truly don’t get washed and cleaned in-between customers

This property didn’t any rooms for the disable peopleI have storm meniscus in the right knee had to climb three flights of stairs shower leaking the flor when you to a shower tray was on the table and in the corner of the room by the front door no late check out I stayed two night no towels or toilet paper was given it was over priced.

Stayed overnight on business. Economical hotel for the area.

For the price it was fine. Room was clean and quiet. Not the greatest place but fine for 1 night.

Very low class truckers motel in very poor condition. Avoid st all costs!

Tub trim was not very clean.

Room must have been moldy it smelled like a basement. For two days my eyes itched and I'm still coughing and sneezing. I went to my friends house and just from keeping my clothes in room 261 she started sneezing and getting itchy. Definitely not COVID because I had to take a test for work since I couldn't stop sneezing and coughing.

It was close to everything.

Not a hotel I would ever stay at or recommend.

Not worth the money spent. We only stayed 1 night since we were passing thru. I was hesitant to rate this hotel bc I hate to see any business look bad; if the price was lower, I could justify spending a lower amount for the quality.

I didn’t like the fact that when I opened the door to my room 227, the bed was clearly being slept on by an intruder or rapist with a master key that was waiting for me to be their next victim. That or the housekeeping staff completely forgot to clean the room from the previous guest, but you never know. What I do know though is I have never seen that before in my 39 years of life. My replacement room was normal, bed made, but the blanket had brown stains on it. The hotel should throw out soiled linens and perhaps charge the guilty guests instead of punishing new guests with them. Just a thought.

Not clean.

Dirty and smells like smoke

Smell, stains on carpet, clogged shower drain, multiple cigarette burns on filthy uncomfortable bedding in non-smoking room. We felt cheap and dirty staying here. $300 for two nights, don’t waste your money. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Roaches in room , no towels in room, mattress is over used felt like sleeping on sand with all the lumps , not worth $$ booked for two nights had to leave on the first night

The hotel was very quiet, always a plus. The room was old, but clean. Some USB plugs would have been a nice update.

This was the most Terrible hotel I went on my Life, I don t recommend dis Hotel, This was dirty

I will not be back

This property was nasty. The rooms were dirty, sheets weren’t bleached so they were stained. Felt very unsafe at this place. Yelling outside from parking lot to rims on the premises, lots of loud music. Will never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our bedspread had large burn holes also our blanket sheets we’re good shower curtain tattered floor in bathroom and in front of sink soiled, staff very accommodating

The property is not how look like in the picture. The area is not safe and the property needs updates. Everything falling aparts. Room was not as i expected. From desk was not friendly at all. I will never stay in this property again. I rather pay more for another hotel in the area.
