The air conditioning didn’t work, and we all spent the entire night sweating. It was the worst night of my life. The front desk guy was rude and seemed disinterested in his job. The breakfast was poor, and the coffee was cheap and tasted strange. These small details can make your stay feel unpleasant and make you feel like you’re not getting your money’s worth.

We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the proximity to the beach. The pix online are not exactly representative of the actual hotel. But again for a budget hotel it was good. Certainly the most affordable place on Palm Beach.

We joined other guests trying to check in. Waited nearly 15 minutes for staff. A man appeared who said he was on bathroom break. Room 110 was musty but clean The floor level a/c unit was very noisy and made sleep difficult

It has a Great location across the beach within walking distance to a fabulous Cafe. Also convenient to nearby restaurants. Complimentary parking was plenty and near. The breakfast was complete and fresh. This is my second time and will come back again.

Not great but worth the price. Hotel room had a great view of the pool and ocean. It was throughly clean and the breakfast was good. Not too continental. The staff at breakfast was super friendly saying hi and good morning each day. The front desk could use a little more training about knowing the system and answering questions. I will say though on Thursday Night we called for more blankets at 10pm and the guy on staff was so nice and helpful. Great place especially if you have kids. Lots to do.

Great location but overall it was old and rundown. Mismatched furniture in all common areas, musty hallways, and the room had a damp feeling the whole time. You could also tell there are serious mold issues in the room, especially the bathroom, but they just are painting over it. The tv kept sitting off every 10 minutes which was super annoying. The beds are full, not queen, and super hard. The pool was ok but the furniture was on its last legs and the hot tub was dirty. Lastly, no one could get in the WiFi. After putting in your room number and last name, the connect button would not work. I overheard the front desk worker tell others it was their problem and it must be an issue with their phone. All of us!?!?

Housekeeping staff nice and did good job. I wish the bathroom door had a latch to lock it. I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit rather loud. Otherwise, great price for a hotel on Palm Beach island.

Great location, close to the airport, beach and a couple of restaurants across the street. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast every morning and we enjoyed the cookies and lemonade in the afternoon, would stay there again!

This hotel always have bugs in it. My children and I were bitten by bugs this time and every time that we stay there. Also, the air conditioner doesn't cool the room and we're always so hot. The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room. This placement of the air conditioner is so wrong

I love the location. Easy to get to and easy to get to north and south Florida. From this location, I was able to get to the Palm beach zoo in many other locations very easily. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The price was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Feeling of homeless for the first time of my life. Check in around 18:00, was told no room available due to over booking. Checking hotels around cost three to five times per night

Arrive at breakfast early because when they run out of something you might like, you’ll need to find a different option.

The rooms were confortable and cozy. Breakfast could be varied. They had the same exact food everyday.

Everything was very nice

Well, overall it wasn’t bad. We had a great view of the pool and water. Our room was decent but there were stains on the carpet and bath mat , the shower didn’t drain, and the wall air conditioner definitely has never been cleaned .

The hotel was nice, the pool and jacuzzi has salt water, and was okay. I reserved the hotel for $569 per night but the charged me $730 for my second night. They said Expedia did that not them. I'm not sure if I should be upset with Expedia or the hotel but I should be reimbursed for the extra charge.

Gym and breakfast was what you’d expect but much cleaner and food fresher. Room was extremely clean.

This is an amazing property located close to the beach. The pool is warm and overlooks the Inter coastal. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is nice and modern. Breakfast is great. We truly had a wonderful stay.

The hotel and rooms have the feel of a large chain property. There’s nothing particularly wrong, but also nothing exceptional to praise. It is commendable that breakfast is included in the room rate, although the breakfast itself was fairly basic. However, the uncomfortably loud air conditioning was a major drawback.

Location definitely is pretty good. I wanted to be close to golf course, beach walking distance and few restaurants without crowds. Also, coffee was available early morning till almost lunch and it was pretty good coffee. There was a continental breakfast available, if you care. The front desk especially Adriana was super helpful. Don’t get rooms in low 100. Guests are not thoughtful coming from their outing late night and being loud ( very loud!) also, it is close to the breakfast area which they start prepping at 6? It sounded like slamming some cabinets. I think there is an issue with moisture. The rooms had that dampness scent. I do want to say that they were able to change my room and what a difference. So thank you! Less people traffic and quiet. Although in that move I left my phone charger in first room which was not found. So I lost my charger (my fault I was not paying attention dorky packing and moving to a different room).

Breakfast was delicious with multiple options. The ac was making a lot of sound and never felt comfortable with the temperature. Also there is no ventilation/exhaust fan in the room. Kinda started stinking after a day.

Close to the beach which was nice. Breakfast was not good, food did not taste good. Bacon was over cooked. The quality overall was subpar. The room was filled with sugar ants. The room we chose had a view of the water but was also right above the pool, so it was not enjoyable to sit out because it was noisy and you were basically looking into each other's eyes. The hotel is OLD, badly in need of updating. The bed was so uncomfortable. It was definitely not worth the price.

Perfect hotel for a family beach vacation.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very pleasant and genuinely heated (around 40°C for the jacuzzi and slightly less for the pool), which was greatly appreciated. The view from the pool area is beautiful. The hotel is also well located, close to the beach and nearby restaurants. We were surprised to find disposable tableware at the breakfast buffet. The coffee was frequently unavailable, and we often had to wait some time before it was refilled, likely due to a lack of anticipation or organization.

The hot tub wasn’t working the entire stay.

Room is clean but outdated. Booked a 1 bedroom suite for 4 people. I would not call this a suite. There was no privacy between bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was not meant for 2 people and wad extremely uncomfortable. AC system is old, outdated & loud! I was celebrating my birthday so I asked for a room upgrade and was told they were sold out. Proceeded my room, mocked up a new reservation and found that they were not sold out. My husband went to the front desk and was told the same thing. What i intended to be a relaxing stay was absolutely not. My room was on the first floor, by the elevators amd directly across the employee room. Late night we were hearing guest and the morning we couldn't compensate for a sleep in because the employee door slams started at 6am. Horrible stay

Breakfast was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub was lovely and the location is perfect for heading to the beach for a couple of days! Four seasons restaurant and Acqua across the street has great food! We will stay here again.

The room was clean, the shower had spots in the grout I cleaned with a face towel. The shower was clogged. I told the front desk they said they would report it so it’s fixed after I leave.

Great breakfast. Great rooms. Great service. The pool and hot tub on the intercoastal were amazing. I wish they had written directions for how to turn on the hot tubs jets and more regularly replenished the beach towels. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and bus stop into Lake Worth.

front desk girls were amazing , let us borrow chairs and an umbrella for the beach , never made us feel like we were a bother . Called shortly after getting to our room to make sure we didn’t need anything else . When traveling with two kiddos it’s nice to have kind people near by with helpful tips and advice .

I think the ac unit was a little underpowered for the room size and the outside temperature had hit 100 Breakfast was included and was ok, the usual food on offer, with the dining areas kept very tidy. This hotel suited us, and the late 12pm check-out time was also helpful, allowing the kids to use the pool for a further period.

Our particular room was perfect, very clean and even though it only overlooked the parking lot it had a small balcony even with a basic room. Amazing bathrooms with old style barn sliding doors. Never saw that before. The lobby was impressive for this price point; small and modern but set up well and a large amount of snacks and stuff. Absolutely would return

Water pressure in the shower was minimal, and temperature was fluctuating. If you are a female with long hair beware!

Beach, FL. We like the room we always get that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway.

The bed is right next to the unit and you can not get away from the noise or the blowing on you, unless you turn the system off. The lights right outside of the window stayed on all night and even with the blackout curtains - the light still sneaked through. So with a combination of the issues stated above - the quality of sleep received was not very good.

One of the best parts was the location — just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed taking evening walks by the water, which made our stay feel even more relaxing. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise — great variety and quality. The only downside was the air conditioner. It was positioned right at the level of the bed and blew air directly on us, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night. Overall, though, it was a very good stay, and we would consider coming back, especially if the AC placement gets adjusted.

We loved our stay here. Right on the inter-coastal. Great sunset! Walking distance to Lake Worth Beach. Super beautiful! There is a pier that has fishing and great restaurant and outdoor bar. Benny’s on the beach. Fitness room is clean and was perfect. Pool and hot tub was nice as well!

Excellent front desk staff. Lady working till 11PM on 5/13/25 helped me TREMENDOUSLY after my bag with phone & ID had been stolen while I was in a different tourist area about 25 min away. I can’t compliment her enough. All the staff I encountered throughout my weeklong stay were wonderful.

It was an amazing stay. It was my wife and I first time in West Palm Beach. Came in around 1pm from a long drive from Miami and was thankful for a room ready for us! Unfortunately, the “mobility accessible” room was not what we reserved for nor asked for. We asked if they need it for other guests, they said no. So we gave it a try. First of all, the AC was a foot away from the bed and was extremely loud with inconsistent and ineffective temperature. We were freezing and hot the whole night. We had a rough night. We went to the front desk and Amalfi were able to switch us to another room and upgraded us to a suite on the same floor for easy transition. What a difference! Everything was wonderful! A quiet AC, great space and beautiful bathroom. Even the shower was fabulous with great water pressure. Our last night was fantastic since we slept very well. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast had decent choices. Outdoor pool overlooking the water was wonderful. A short walk to Benny’s at the beach and a mile to downtown with tons of restaurants. Beautiful drive on S Ocean Drive and Worth Drive. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and location with wonderful staff and personnel. Amalfi and Maria and breakfast staff are truly amazing and hardworking people. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place.

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. The person that set up and managed the breakfast each morning was very friendly and i enjoyed conversing with her. The breakfast had lotts of yummy options.

It felt like an overpriced best western. Very old and should probably be demolished and rebuilt. I have never stayed at such a run down Fairfield.

It’s was great experience for me

All ok except the place and rooms smell like mold and dust, rugs and carpets need to be deep cleanned or replaced . Also there were roches in the room, bathroom and bedroom, i had one walked over me while sleeping. Too bad for well located place wirh good staff.

The front office manager Amalfi was very accommodating and helpful. She gave us a lot of useful information of the area. They had a full breakfast in the morning. The beach was a short walk. I would definitely go back.

This was the greatest hotel experience our young family has had. We have two little ones so you can appreciate how challenging a hotel stay can be. We showed up at 11am due to a schedule change and we were allowed to check in four hours early. The housekeepers made sure to come to our room in the morning so as not to interfere with nap times.The breakfast was a fun way to start our day. Pool and hot tub were both great. Cannot beat the location right close to the Lake Worth restaurants ne beaches. Cannot say enough about this place and I NEVER leave reviews.

Dining options across the street within walking distance. Pool was clean and a comfortable temp with towels at the poolside. Lots of umbrella tables and different levels to hang out in. Breakfast was included and consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereal, which was a nice suprise to see the hot stuff too. Rooms very comfortable would have been nice to see a kitchenette. But for 2 nights it was perfect. Cleaning ladiy Jeannie was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at WPB!! This hotel is in a wonderful location! Only about a 4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The staff is amazing!! Having the complimentary breakfast is also very fast and convenient !!

The property location was its outstanding feature during my stay. The amenities were sufficient and appreciated. I feel that most properties, including this one, can use more effort to improve offering healthier food choices without added preservatives and sugar.

They offer a laundry room, but ran out of detergent to sell. Pool hours were supposed to be until 10, it was closed by 9. Dust and dirt around the microwave area.

This place was perfect for our stay in Palm Beach! The pool and hot tub are right on the Intercoastal so you can watch boats go by and enjoy a breeze. Then walk directly across the street to enjoy public beach access, restaurants, casino, and walk south a bit to a beautiful pier. Easy driving access to I-95 or A1A for a more scenic drive north to West Palm Beach. They let us check in early as our room was already clean (which we appreciated so we could drop our stuff and change into swimsuits for the beach). You can even rent beach towels to take over to the beach for the day. Not high quality towels but they work if you don’t have any. Everything about the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

Very expensive hotel that is outdated. The only area that was newer was the bathroom. The room was small and we hear every noise from the hallway and exterior of the building. The bed was very uncomfortable and the smell of marijuana was all through the hallway. I would not recommend saying here for that price. Not worth it.

When we arrived there was a sign at front desk stating staff away please be patient. We waited for about 20 mins for her to return. I understand restroom visits, but clearly that was too long to be away from desk. Two other people came up to desk while we waited and ended up walking away.

This hotel is a great location to the beach and many shopping and dining options. All of them are within walking distance. The hotel pool and hot tub were a nice touch at the end of a long drive day. The beds were amazing and rooms perfectly clean.
