Arrived early and was able to get checked into my room an hour early. Great service and friendly staff. Glad for the wifi as there is no cellular service in that area. Room was clean and nice. The view was beautiful seeing the ocean and hearing ocean at night.

Don’t be fooled by the modern paint scheme in the pictures - this place is old and dumpy. Terrible bed, everything is old and creaky and musty. Terrible nights sleep. We booked a partial ocean view room and it turned out to be zero ocean view whatsoever. The front desk offered no remedy, just - “oh yeah that’s not an ocean view at all sorry about that”.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and having parking included was a big plus. The location was convenient and it was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and food options. My only complaint is the parking at night. There’s plenty of parking during the morning and afternoon, but if you leave and return after around 9 PM, be prepared to wait for a spot or park outside the property. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay here again.

The location, cleanliness, and ability to open the window! Alex at the front desk was wonderful over the phone and during check in! I'll remember the Inn because of the experience I had with him, Gotta watch out for entering the elevator due to a trip hazard upon entering.

The tv in our room stopped working and I mentioned it to the man at the desk, he stated to unplug it and plug it back in to see if it works, it didn't and I let him know. He told me he would check on it and I don't believe he did because it was still not working when I came back to my room. I had my toddler with me so it would have been nice to have the tv.

We were awaken Sunday morning at 7:00am with construction work taking place in the room next to ours. It continued very loudly for two hours. At this point we were fed up and called hotels.com to ask for a refund for our second night as we were checking out. We were issued a refund but it required us checking out with the manager on site. It was very disappointing to us that the manager was not very helpful. We explained to her that we were there for our Anniversary and she simply stated, “ok so are your things out of the room?” We gladly left with our refund and found another property that actually appreciated our business. I wouldn’t stay at this property again nor would I recommend it.

Very nice and clean rooms. Clean lobby everywhere. Thankful for coffee but would have been nice to have some continental stuff in the AM. Was able to check in a little early which was helpful. Short walk to the beach and short drives to some restaurants and grocery store. Second time staying here and has been renovated since so that was a nice surprise. Pet friendly which is why we chose this place. We had a view of the ocean which was nice as well. Would go back again!

Free parking inside and around the hotel. Easy checkin and close to the beach. 2nd story gets you an ocean view but the hotel is very dated. Stairs and hallways need a real upgrade and so do the rooms. You can feel the floor move when you walk. Bed was fine but rooms needs some deep cleaning to make it feel clean and clear some of the dust bunnies. Just a lil TLC would make such a difference in this place.

The water is about 50 yards from the motel so not a bad walk and plenty of hiking trails around

The cleaning staff were very friendly! We got the most amazing room, 315, with the best views and falling asleep at night listening to the waves completely topped off our trip!! I will not get into the weather… it’s not for the faint of heart! The wind… All in all we had a fantastic 4 day stay over the weekend celebrating our son’s 23rd birthday!! We will most DEFINITELY stay here again! About the location it’s self. Very clean room. We had a little issue with the toilet. Tank not filling up properly. The vanity sink faucet had very little water pressure, water was going on the countertop more than in the sink itself. The shower had great water pressure! A couple of drywall cracks next to the shower/tub area by the floor. Beds very comfortable. Lots of pillows!! TV worked good. Coffee machine is a pod style unit if you wanted to bring your favorite coffee pods with you. Fridge was cold and a good size, dorm size, with an upper freezer. Parking was a little tight if you drive a bigger truck, mine is a crew cab full size 4x4. Clean parking lot. Ice machine is on the second floor right of the elevator. If you’re fast enough you can get off the elevator, fill the room supplied bucket and get back on the elevator before it closes!! I would rate the inn a 4.5 out of 5.

I love that the property is minutes away from the beach. The view was spectacular. In addition, I am appreciative of how the staff changed our room to a waterfront view on the spot being it was a special occasion for me and my husband. The staff was very friendly.

The room is for 4 people. There is only 1 chair at table. There is not even coffee nor tea. Even though the room and bathroom were clean and the staff were nice, it just felt so uninviting and out of place in such a great location! With just a little bit of investment, the room can be made much more pleasant and nice to stay at. This is typical of management neglect. I would not stay there again.

The view Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Reservation Handling and Guest Experience To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent reservation made through Booking.com. The accommodation I selected was located in Pacifica; however, the reservation confirmation reflected a different property that I did not intend to book. Unfortunately, this is the second occurrence of an incorrect booking through your platform. While I acknowledge that I did not identify the discrepancy prior to arrival, the error itself raises concerns regarding the accuracy and reliability of your reservation system. This matter was particularly significant, as the trip was arranged to celebrate my wife’s birthday during a weekend in which she also had a scheduled performance. My wife is currently six months pregnant, and the situation introduced unnecessary stress and disappointment during what should have been a meaningful and enjoyable occasion. Regrettably, the experience was further impacted by disruptive conditions at the hotel. On both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we were woken at an unreasonably early hour by loud remodeling work taking place directly across from our room, with shared walls intensifying the disturbance. This ongoing disruption significantly affected our ability to rest and compounded an already unsatisfactory experience. While I would like to acknowledge that the hotel staff were courteous and accommodating, the overall circumstances reflect poorly on the end-to-end service provided. Given these issues, I have lost confidence in your platform. However, I would be open to reconsidering my position if an appropriate resolution is offered. Specifically, I would consider continuing to use your services if you are able to provide a complimentary weekend stay at the original property I intended to book in Pacifica, under comparable conditions. The rate to allow dogs is the highest I’ve EVER EVER PAID at $69 every night, which is what it is, but on Expedia it says $60 per night when I called to verify that’s what they shared, so at least I was prepared and then the guy at checkin, where I signed stating I understood the pet policies, clarified and said I had it All wrong, it was $60 for the whole stay. Well, what a relief- until I got my folio, and was charged $69 each night. I manage 150 properties, it’s difficult to keep up with each of the OTA’s, but please train your desk agents. Thanks!

Stayed at this hotel for the close access to Mori point hike to see the flower moon. There are many beautiful hiking trails and beaches within walking distance from this location. Thanks to Annette at the front lobby for making our stay comfortable with easy check in and good rooms. there are good restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries within walking distance and short drive from here. highly recommend Rosalind bakery, bueno italia cafe and Zaza grill if staying here.

Had zero cell service on any provider was reliant on spotty WiFi. Paint was coming off the wall in one corner of the room floor was damaged and sticky my wife wouldn’t even remove her shoes. Didn’t seem to be enough parking for all the rooms.property was in a general state of disrepair seemed like someone tried to do updates to the property but with no maintenance or upkeep it was falling into disrepair. We are the cost of the room for the night and continued on with our travel plans

Room smell clean, but wasn't really. Dirt built up against the corners of the room. Ants were walking along the AC unit. Counters were sticky. Only thing we enjoyed was the view and the restaurants in walking distance.

Pacifica is a quiet little area on the cliffs by the beach. Lovely area.dig friendly.

The ocean view was there but could see the back of the next building with a streetlight. The sound traveled from the room above, maybe our upstairs neighbor was an elephant. Overall great place to stay, obviously no pool or restaurant but that was not in the description, do we did not expect it. There was always a place to park in the hotel lot which was nice.

I forgot a comb and asked at front desk if they had one (hotels often have basic sundries at desk). Clerk looked at me like I was crazy. It would be nice if they had some items like toothbrushes, combs, razor… just in case someone forgot something. They sell snacks and drinks in lobby. Price was higher than usual as we stayed over Easter weekend. Beach is hard to get down to but there is a bridge to more accessible one (closed during our visit).

We didn’t ask for a ocean view which was fine, we went to dinner at the moonraker and had a wonderful dinner with a beautiful sunset. The desk clerk was so sweet, Maddie was so helpful with letting me check-in early due to surgery the same day. Love having a coffee machine in the lobby as well. Plenty of safe parking. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Terrific location! Walking distance to Pacifica Beach. Take the trail to Aramai Point on the way. If you're here, you must visit the most beautiful Taco Bell. In the opposite direction take the trail to Labyrinth and Mori Point. Come down the stairs to the trailhead. Friendly reception staff!! For mom, dad, and our two teens. We had the QUEEN-QUEEN-SOFABED room. I recommend having a small dining table with chairs. It is a large space and it needs a gather area if the sofa bed is in use. There is no in room safe. Neither pro nor con: the floors are laminate, not carpet. The wi-fi is weak on the 3rd floor in our room. The signal from the Fairfield Marriott was better. There's a access point on the 2nd floor and it's super strong next to it.

Other than that, check-in went smoothly, the front desk staff was kind and very nice. They have snacks and alcohol in the front desk area to purchase if needed. We went to our room, which was a nice, very clean room that faced the ocean and we had beautiful views. The hotel is close to several restaurants, coffee shop, and other little stores and drivable to many other areas in the surrounding area. Slept well, beds were comfortable, room was comfortable and would definitely return.

We had a great time staying at this hotel and will definitely stay here again! We were able to travel into San Francisco without any issues and wasn't too far way. The area is very quiet and the beach is beautiful. For being near the beach, you can't ask for anything else!

Had a rough stay at the Inn at Rockaway. Thin walls made it hard to sleep with noise from neighboring rooms, water pressure was a trickle, and the mattress was super uncomfortable. No screens on windows, and the parking lot was full so I ended up parking on the street. Broken chair in the room didn't help. Ocean view was the highlight, but wasn't enough to make up for it. Price was okay, but wouldn't recommend unless you're on a super tight budget.

Staff was awesome! Rates were affordable for my 2 week stay. 2 minute walk from my room to the ocean. Hotel was in need of general maintenance, but pretty well. One of my major concerns was lack of strong Wi-Fi in the room, which rendered my phone and laptop very limited in function. Some of the patrons had multiple dogs in their rooms, so frequently there was loud noise and barking at all hours. Others were smoking marijuana in the parking lot, which became a nightly occurrence. Obviously, those are not things necessarily in the control of the hotel staff or management, but I feel enforcement of rules was lacking. I would give this hotel another try if rates are well in the future.

The next thing was the TV -- the programs wouldn't load and even after spending several minutes trying to create a Samsung account, it didn't work and we ended up using our own device for a quick show. For $180 for one night, the TV should have worked properly.

My only complaints are that I could hear every footstep of the person in the room above us and that the sink in the bathroom did not reach over the sink very far so water went everywhere. Otherwise great pick 👌 I wouls recommend but would request to stay on the top floor.

There are restaurants and shops in the area and the coastline and beach are really great. One thing I wish is that management/owner would take room maintenance more seriously. We stayed two days and the first day I turned on the shower with the wonky handle that was loosely attached and the shower head at the hose connection started leaking…actually squirting water past the curtain so I had to awkwardly adjust it so it wouldn’t squirt out but could not stop the leak. Then my hot water ran out after about five minutes. Luckily I just washed off. Later when my wife arrived, there was no hot water. And the next day there was no hot water either so there was no shower for either of us. This is not what I expected from a three star hotel. Even the baseboards in the room looked like they could have used a touchup, and in general, a lack of attention to appearance was evident. The chair for the desk after adjusting it higher, slowly let you down as you sat there. I talked to the nice young lady who checked us in and out and told her about these things. She was nice enough, but could only muster that she was really sorry. Twice. I guess I was expecting a discount for not being able to take a hot shower fully for two days but nothing was offered. Upon arrival I checked in and got my room key, once I got to my room I was unable to get into the room. I went to the front desk and was given another room because they said the locked ran out of battery on the previous room I had. Once I got to the next room I was surprised to find the door cracked open already. Hesitant to go inside I closed the door but then unlocked it to go inside. When I entered I saw food boxes and drinks on the table an undone bed and messy bathroom. There were also bags in the room, I went back to the front desk telling them they gave me a room in which people are staying in. Finally they gave me another room I was able to get into this one but it was still a little dirty.

Quaint and clean. Very close to the beach. Loved sleeping with the windows open. Ask for the third floor. The floors are thin and your upstairs neighbors will sound like they’re playing football but third floor is the top floor so no upstairs neighbors is best.

We were tired and just wanted to rest so we covered the sheets/pillows with our own and my husband removed the overgrowing lint from bathroom vent. Also, the light by the beds were covered with dust and we used their towels to cover up. One last thing the tv didn’t work as well and the receptionist tried helping with no luck.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room itself was comfortable, and the beds were cozy enough that I slept really well. I also appreciated the white noise machine they provided. It was a thoughtful and unexpected touch that added to the overall comfort. Although the hallway felt a little dated, it wasn’t a major drawback and didn’t take away from the quality of the stay. The room and the rest of the property felt clean, calm, and well-maintained. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with friendly service, convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and a hard-to-beat waterfront location. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

excellent experience and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. the real plus was having a sound machine in the room as i have trouble sleeping. tv didnt work so good but staying in the room wasn't a priority

You cannot call this "ocean view" when really, it is more like a partial ocean view. We had to change to another room, and still were not happy overall with the stay. You charge way too high for a so-called ocean view room. The heating unit was leaking heavily, creating a big puddle on the floor and so presumably, that is why your floorboard was sagging, leading to a potential safety hazard. Your toilet took forever to fill the tank, which was quite inconvenient. We are glad we stayed only for one night. The only things nice about this hotel were the parking space and the reception staff. Both ladies we interacted with were kind, patient, and professional. Decent parking space. Not coming back.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the room smelled stale, had food from previous guests in the fridge and just appeared to be given a once over but not really cleaned.

Ocean view, parked our car on Sunday and didn’t get in it again till we checked out on Tuesday. We picked two great day sunny and clear. Beautiful sunsets.

Staff helpful. Older property but clean and easy access to stunning ocean views. Private parking for guests as well was nice. Restaurants are only a few feet away and food was good, but a little pricy. I had Sea Scallops at Nick's and they were amazing! I had the Rosemary Chicken at dinner and it was just ok. Seafood there is definitely a better choice.

Staff was courteous and helpful and provided us with what we asked. Only thing was that all of the 3 coffee packages holding the napkins, stir stick etc were all open. Had to go to the office to get replacement. Aside from that it was all good.

The room was great ~ however I noticed the floor was very dirty ~ like it had not been mopped for weeks. I’m not sure because it’s a dog room on the third floor. We did bring our dog & that was very nice but that is my only complaint.

This is my second time visiting the property and I really love it. You just walk right out and look at the most epic views of crashing waves and stunning rocks. There’s a fabulous meadow, just a block away with trails and Pompas and such glorious nature. Perfect for a dog! There’s also a really wonderful coffee shop nearby called Pacific Java. 1 minute walk from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are just delightful. I really like Yosh and Maddie. ♥️ They really go the extra mile and make you feel at home and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay, great location! Walkable to fining and shopoing. Easy drive to San Francisco or Half Moon Bay. We had room 306 with a beach view for 5 adults. The room was adequate it was two queens and a sofa bed. The room was clean and well stocked. The sofa bed was very noisy, sleeping horizontally alleviated that enough to not bother my roommates, and the bedding in it had not been changed from the prior user, it had crumbs in it. It was late and I was tired so I just shook the bedding out myself and slept on top of the blanket. The shower water pressure was good but I had a hard time getting a comfortable water temperature Freezing snd scalding were easy but the it took a while to find an in between setting. The bathroom faucet was also set back to far so the water gets allover the counter when you use it.

The staff was great and our room was spotless. The view outside our 3rd story window was stunning. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

While the staff and location of this property were top notch, the facilities themselves were pretty disappointing. The stairs and hallway were heavily stained. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, but the room itself was in rough shape. The curtains were starting to fall down, the flooring was a lumpy, gap riddled catastrophy and the bathroom had many places where the paint was peeling away.

The staff was helpful and very nice. A few negatives...the windows weren't clean so the view was a little interrupted. We had 2 queen beds and mine was comfy, but my friends was a little lumpy. Even with those 2 items I would absolutely stay there again!

The beds were not comfortable at all. The elevator sucks. Horrible ocean view. You can see some of the ocean if you look way over the other buildings blocking your view. And the people above us didn't get in until 2:45 am and decided to constantly walk back and forth rapidly for over an hour. Will never stay here again

Great location but renovation lacked attention to detail. The toilet paper roll constantly fell apart, the wall patches in bathroom were not finished, the faucet was set too far back and was not only difficult to use but make a huge water mess, and the flooring was not done properly. It was obvious that significant sections were missing and the bed placed to hide that fact; however, the floor boards slid when walking showing several inch gaps. Housecleaning forgot to freshen room. The staff at front desk was nice.

The facility itself was not well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I think this was the saving grace. If the price were better I would be ok with this place but I have stayed at cheaper cleaner places.

We arrived late, and bleary-eyed after much travel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. There is some wear on the property exterior but it's right on the ocean so that never ends. Room was clean and comfy.

Property is not what I expected. I was calling nonstop to confirm my reservation before I left. There was no answer. There is an answering machine that you can’t leave a message on. that should’ve been the first red flag. Upon our arrival for check-in, they asked if I would be keeping my vehicle overnight.. well duh. Then proceeded to tell me there’s a $15 charge to have my vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot. The ocean view was ok but the building you see before the ocean “ Nicks” is run down so it takes away from the “ view” . The windows were damaged and very dirty in the hotel room so you really couldn’t even enjoy the “ocean view”. The beds were obviously double beds not queen beds ( what I paid for). The beds are also very hard, not comfortable at all. The room itself was average but the outside it was very dirty and dingy. People checking in. We’re having problems with their reservations and the hotel was just not it.

Everything was as pictured, except the room was smaller than I thought it would be. I booked a room for one night at it was fine. Nothing spectacular but did the job. The room was decorated nicely. Close to the beach.

It was nice. The customer service was great just the pictures online that a little bit more fancier than it was but it was a good stay.

I literally have been getting the best sleep since coming here… Their pillows are great, the bed is great, just the right amount of blankets and sheets. The heater/air conditioner is easy to use.

It was walking distancie to the beach. It was quiet and convenient. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

If you don’t mind sleeping in bedding covered in stains and filth (including pillow cases) and an uncomfortable mattress or showering in a shower full of pink and yellow scum and other people’s hair, then by all means, this place is perfect for you! Location is great! Next time I will try somewhere else. Definitely go to this area, see the beach eat at Nick’s and Breakers.

The place is very run down, very dirty stained carpet and weird updated decor felt like lipstick on a pig to be quite honest.

Everything is cheap and shabby. The elevator makes a loud bang every time the door opens. Lighting is so poor, one cant see their face in the bathroom mirror.

As far as the room you can tell it’s outdated and has old furnishings. Some paint peeling off of walls and baseboard makes it feel old. The sink was clogged and the toilet is really low to the ground. The towels were half clean and half dirty. Two towels for shower if you stay two nights. It’s only a problems when one towel has weeds and mud on it and in it. Not sure what happened from the wash to the room but it was obviously not clean at all. The bathroom fan cover was missing and all the dust from centuries was seen and could possibly fall on your head at any moment. Besides all that the staff was mostly friendly and fast at service. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 5pm so I took another on a lower floor. Beach view is great and can’t be beat. I hope this review helps someone deciding on staying here for business or for leisure. If not Internet is needed or cell service then this location is great because of the beach and few restaurants and stores.

Place did not seem clean, sheets had noticeable stains. Some spots were dusty, obviously not been cleaned in a while.

We booked the hotel and came to the room at around 8PM. The sheets were stained with what seems like blood, and after my kids just sat on the sofa they started scratching like crazy with blisters on their body, we went to the lobby and the receptionist gave us other room which was the same with stains, we asked to leave and the receptionist told he understands and he will payback the fee to Hotels. We went directly to Laundry facility as we couldn’t stop scratching!!!! The next day I contacted Hotels who contacted the hotel which then refuses to pay back the money (although he promised, if they didn’t promise I would accept it)

Great room. We had two queen beds and a pull out couch. Nice large room. Parking is tight and you are not guaranteed a spot even though you pay $15 for it. Nice walk to Rockaway beach. For some reason the walkway bridge is closed off, so you have to walk down a gulley to get there. Saw humpback whales one morning. Breakers Breakfast is a great cafe with incredible food and staff. Pacific Java Cafe has great staff, coffee, and treats. Short easy drive into SF.

I believe this is my 3rd time staying at the Inn at Rockaway. I choose the Inn at Rockaway because it is a close to the beach, the price is good, and front office staff are friendly. These three things are still true, but when we entered our room we did notice the floor could have been cleaned better, and in the shower there was a clump of hair on the shower wall and the body wash container was broken. Overall the stay was good though

Our stay was amazing, other than the bed being uncomfortable, the staff was phenomenal, we had issues checking in because our keyless entry needed to be reprogrammed, so we had to wait for the Regional Manager to arrive. They did offer us a late check out which was fantastic. We will definitely stay again. Also the views from our room on the third floor were absolutely amazing and beautiful.

Only problem was a sort of mildew smell when we entered the room.

We stayed here last Aug with no issues. This time we were in room 217. The bathtub had mold around the caulking, the shower wall was dirty. The towels had what looked like blood stains, luckily I brought my own. But the WiFi never connected and the tv didn’t work. The location is awesome, the beach is in walking distance like a quick 3 min walk. The view was cool but the window doesn’t open all the way so it’s not a very clear view. The staff was very nice and professional just wish the WiFi and cable had been working.

The faucet in the bathroom is not the right size so when you wash your hands or brush your teeth, water gets all over the sink. Also, there wasn’t a closet to hang items only a small area in the wrong part of the room and very small. The elevator was ancient and the carpet on the stairs was dirty and dated. For the price, and location this was a very dated motel for the price per night.

A few hiccups, but we will definitely be back!

Room was average. Water from shower seemed to be leaking on the floor. Pricy for one night, but close to the beach. They charged for parking which is crazy for the price of the room. Stayed here before and no parking charge.

Although we booked a room with an ocean view, it only had one small window with a limited view that didn’t live up to expectations. We had planned a two-night stay but ended up leaving right after checking in. It was a frustrating waste of time, money, and travel.

The sheets were clean. So there’s that. We didn’t pay a million bucks for the room but I expect a no frills room to at least be clean. Actually clean. Not just pretend clean. You have an absolutely beautiful location. Do better! I’d come back if it was clean. Unfortunately, I’ll never take that chance again.

I paid for two ocean view room with two queen beds but I received room ms with a street , road view and one queen bed. Why i paid extra for view and have to sleep in the cheapest room???

We stayed here while having work done on our house. The room was clean when we moved in but there was no cleaning service of any kind during our week long stay. We took out our own garbage. When we ran out of soap or coffee, we had to go to the office for supplies. Mid week, we put out the supplied sign asking that the room be refreshed, but nobody came. It was nice being near the ocean. The staff was friendly. If I was staying for a shorter time, it would have been great.

Couldn’t get hot water to work in room was on barley warm to shower , drains wouldn’t drain in shower or sink it took a long time to go down , wi fi didn’t work but like 2 minutes , elevator broke while their and we were on the third floor , no soaps in shower had dispensers but all empty went and asked to get them filled no one ever came to address so I ran to store and bought soaps

This hotel was recently refreshed. however the craftmanship, the finishes, and the materials used are not top notch. There are two restaurants around for dinner and one breakfast place. If you are planning to stay for one night that is all you need. However, if you plan to stay for a longer period and have no alternative motives you will die of boredom. The sea views were fantastic, and I guess that's its most important feature.

Great location on the coast in Pacifica. Bed linens had stains and wood floor was separating and lifting. Otherwise, nice place.

The room was dirty, sheets and towels were stained yellow. The toilet seat was filled of urine and the floors and base boards were gross! Definitely don’t recommend and everything around the town was closed on a Tuesday.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It started out pleasently with the very friendly front staff (Yash)who directed us to some local beaches and nearby restaurants. I loved the room it was perfect for a couple that wants the perks of being able to walk to some of the nearby attractions and businesses. I would defeninitely return and loved all the things in the reception area that gave it added convenience.

The hotel was sufficient, we just needed a place to stay one night in Pacifica. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and the area was nice.

Clean but very small rooms. Recently renovated so everything was in good condition. The bed was pretty soft. You do have a view of the ocean but there is a restaurant in between. The windows are not clean so it’s not a clean view and the window opens 4” and no screen. You can walk to Nicks restaurant. Over priced though.
