15 minutes from each Disney park. Good selection of pools, son loved the 6 hole mini golf. Super convenient to grocery store (Winn Dixie). Will definitely be back again!

We liked the location and cleanliness. We stayed only one night and didn’t have time to enjoy the pools and other amenities but it looked fun and nice. They don’t tell you about the resort fee. It’s not outrageously high but still. Maybe that’s a standard with resorts and we just didn’t know.

This is our 3rd time staying here second time having what I think was an ant problem, tiny ants in the bathroom every day all over the sink found one the bed. I’m not 100 percent sure but either a guest had a party at the pool or maybe a worker but we saw people pull up in cars and go straight to the pool and leave at night no wristbands,we thought the person having the cook out may have worked there we have seen security before come check wristbands but that day none in sight , no big deal but it killed the vacation vibe.

Great place to stay close to the parks! We stay there every time we visit Orlando, which is at least 3-4 times a year! Comfortable apartments, clean and well taken care of.

This was our first stay here and it was wonderful. We had a ground level 1 bedroom next to one of the 4 pools. Our room came with a pull out couch, queen or king bed, washer + dryer and kitchen and patio. Everything we could ever need. Lots of towels which we washed when needed. We used the heated pools most. The hotel is close to alot of stores ect. We would deff stay again it was very clean, updated and lots of pools for the kids.

Room cleanliness

We have been coming to the Orlando area for years, either for work or family get togethers. We normally stay at one of the campsites or hotel where it's more crowded. Westgate Blue Tree Resort happen to pop up on the list of places to stay and we took a chance with it. Boy were we pleasantly surprised by everything. The room we had was very spacious! Loved the layout of the whole room. There was a pool near by and we did not get a chance to try out the put-put golf, but thought is was adorable to have on the grounds. Every staff you walked by greeted you with a smile. Our overall stay was WONDERFUL! The cost of the stay was also not expensive like it would have been if we would've stayed at the oher places we have been to before. Love, love this resort!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN! =)

Close proximity to pools. That not had hot tubs. No elevators. I asked in advance due to disability and was told there would be elevator.

The room was extremely musty. I would open the screen door to air it out but someone was smoking marijuana in the parking lot so I kept it shut.

Our room was on the third floor and there's no elevator. It's very inconvenient to haul your luggage up to the third floor. Next time we come there, we'll ask for a first floor.

Check in was easy and quick. The property was clean and quiet. The pool area was very nice. My daughter enjoyed her self. Our room was cleaned stocked with plenty towels. Overall would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the pools are incredible and my kids had so much fun. It's a fantastic location for getting to everything Disney and Universal. Convenient to a grocery store down the street so you can make your own food for the parks. Highly recommend. The staff was incredible. We got there early and they let me complete the check in process while were waiting for our room and let my kids swim.

Very pleasant staff, very clean all the way around. When I booked through you guys my confirmation receipt said that ALL Resort fees were included in my purchase price. When I checked out they emailed me my receipt and it tells me that I have a balance of $112 in Resort Fees.

Clean and quiet. Poor handicap access with steep steps (just had total knee replacement). Washer was super loud but worked well and a great surprise to find one in the unit! Never once saw security.

I love this hotel! It’s always so clean and conveniently close to the Disney parks! The staff is for the most part very nice and helpful! I’ve stayed here twice already and I plan on returning whenever I need to stay in Orlando!

The kitchen had a dead roach on the floor. There was no broom or dustpan. There weren't any extra blankets. And there were only sheets for the bed.

We liked the accommodations and it was a great location for Disney but we got charged $30 a night resort fee which we weren’t expecting. We booked with Hotels.com and it stated “this price includes all taxes and fees” but apparently it didn’t.

Very nice stay, westgate upgraded us to a two bedroom with two bath room (condo). Wish there was an elevator as we were on the third floor but other than that it was great. Be prepared for the time share spiel though.

The rooms could also use better cable channels. We had to use our yahoo tv login to have access more basic cable channels.

The kitchen doesn’t have hot water so the dishes were not clean the coffee maker had water inside and it was dirty. The bathroom was moldy. Thanks

Our stay was wonderful!!

Arrived with a disabled child and a service dog and were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator after specifically calling ahead to make sure this didn’t happen. I was told that room was all they had. Once we went to the room it smelled like strong curry was cooked and was awful. My husband had to go get air fresheners and things to try and air the room out. We then walk out on the balcony to find 2 pieces of a joint that the previous guest or staff must have left..

I like this place, so quiet for take good vacations with the family. My son use a wheelchair and they access for person with limited mobility. Good place and so clean.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa. The space was large and included great amenities including a washer/dryer with laundry detergent, full kitchen with dishwasher detergent and all of the kitchen accessories you would need. The resort is located close to a lot of restaurants and a Wawa. On the negative side our thermostat was broken and would not go above 64. We did not have a remote control in our bedroom and we were charged a late check in fee that was not disclosed on Expedia or at check-in.

We highly recommend this place! Amazing! You won’t regret to stay here. We will definitely come back.

Check in was good and when we first arrived everything was fine but as the night went on we notice the room was getting stuffy. The AC was not working properly ... it was a short stay for us so it wasnt a huge deal... on top of that I was given a $50 hold which is common but it has now been 5 days and that money has still not been released which is not acceptable

The property has no elevators. I was traveling with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair and we had to carry her up a flight of stairs. There’s no elevators no ramps so I made it very difficult for us to get her in and out of the hotel room.

This is our second time staying here and we were so impressed both times. We had so much space, it was cleanly and quiet and had so many wonderful activities for kids and adults as well as structured, instructor-led activities. Very good price. Great accommodations and in close proximity to the Disney parks and Universal and SeaWorld. Overall 10 out of 10!!

Needed a reasonably priced accommodations, near the Caribe Royal for an event I participated in. Friendly Staff, clean rooms, free parking, and popular restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay! No elevators, but I booked early enough and got a 1st floor unit!

I room was not cleaned. I went out to Magic Kingdom. Came back to a dirty room. When I called about it I was told I had to request it. This should be told when you check in.

The stay was great. I was happy with everything except for the charge of $100.00 for late check in. I called letting them know that we were driving and would get there at 11.50PM. It was not mentioned there would be a charge of $100.00 for a late check in. Unfortunately, we were not able to leave Atlanta until later.

This is a great resort. The size and location of property is so close to everything but off of the main road so quiet. They allow pets and have a fenced in area in the back to walk them. The only bad thing is no elevators. Being placed on the 3rd floor was a small struggle to bring my belongings up 3 flights. The check in clerk said I could request help but I wasn't sure how long that would take and did it myself.

When we first got into our room, not even three minutes later, somebody comes pounding on my door and it was a security person saying that we have a 12 o'clock check out I'm like no we just checked in. She's like you have a 12 o'clock check out. I said I do not. I literally just checked in and got into the room so I put a very bad taste in my mouth and that's why I left a day early would never stay here again for the incompetence of your staff

Excellent room with spacious accomodations. Everything was great. The only downfall is you can't check into until 4 and you have to check out by 10 am. That is an inconvenience when the industry is usually 11:00 checkout.

Property and decorations around were great. Staff was helpful. Room size and amenities were great. However, the balcony sliding glass door was off track and hard to close. When entering the room there was old dried food on the floor. There were also little black worms in the shower. More would appear after washing others away. Property is situated with easy access to the theme parks. Whole resort was very clean and well maintained. One bedroom apartment was perfect for 2 of us. We did have a ground floor apartment which made life easier as there are no lifts. Suited us.

This property offers great amenities for families. Definitely a family environment. Has clean and spacious rooms. Way better than what Disney Hotels offer and right outside of Disney properties. Instead of a small hotel room you have a condominium with washer and dryers in your condo with full kitchen. Very economical for families.

My family enjoyed themselves, the suite had everything we needed. Fully furnished kitchen, dining room table for 6. Sleeper couch, veranda, it really felt like an apartment it was perfect for my family of 5. The kids had space to run around and play. My kids especially enjoyed the kiddie pool and the arcade. It was close to everything and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Property clean & beds comfy , staff really helpful & friendly, kitchen well equipped & good to have laundry facilities. Pool area great and perfect at end of a day at theme parks. No lifts to apartment, wasn’t a problem for us as family with teens.

Room was clean and super comfortable! Family oriented. Loved our stay.

Our 8 day stay was wonderful. This is our preferred WG property in the Orlando area because it is less crowded and parking is readily available. The full kitchen and washer/dryer in room made this ideal for us. There are plenty of grilling areas and numerous pools throughout the property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was way better than we expected. We will definitely recommend Westgate to anyone wanting an exteriors exceptional stay.

Great value, con no elevator so unless you are in first floor not the best choice (alternatively not the most attentive staff to help check in / check out)

Everything was perfect!! Very clean!!

Very quiet and clean. Lots of security going around. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. Beds are nice and soft. We stayed at the villas and it was renovated. Very well done with quality
