Definitely not what I expected from a 5 star, aside from valet and housekeeping who were very helpful, remaining staff weren’t very helpful and attentive.

The lobby area is very elegant, although somewhat small. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, although check in seemed to take longer than it should have given that only a few people were waiting. Breakfast was delicious. One minor observation was that I was given a specific promised delivery time for my order, with staff stating it would arrive "at or before" a certain time. That commitment was missed by about three to four minutes. Not a big deal in itself, but it did leave me wondering why a firm time was promised rather than simply providing an estimate. The room (a suite) was pristine, and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a nice view of both the golf course and the pool grounds, which were very well maintained. The only negative item that genuinely stood out, and was not simply a minor nitpick, was the condition of the carpet outside the service doors. It appeared worn, stained, and somewhat dirty. Unfortunately, because the rest of the property is maintained to such a high standard, it was particularly noticeable and felt out of place. It likely would have gone largely unnoticed at a lesser establishment, but here it stood out visually against an otherwise exceptional experience.

Staff was extremely helpful. New hotel. Nice to have cafe etc. -best meal of trip was teriyaki salmon at bar!!! Great for a Disney vacay( free transfer to parks) with LESS little kids. Eventually may be nice to have sundries shop, another restaurant but great hotel. Also suggest a few suites with washer dryer would be helpful.

This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great.

This is a really nice hotel and the service staff were great! The only issue we had was there were no washcloths until our last night there. Also, when we came in our sink drain would not open and someone had to come fix that our second day there. Besides those things, I really have no complaints with the hotel!

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Amelia in peacock alley was a gem! Some other servers were pleasant. Food for room service was ok not great. I expected a bit more luxury given the type of property but it just seemed like any other really nice hotel. Buddha (valet) was so pleasant and a nice person! All in all a good stay.

The staff, especially the manager was amazing. Expedia canceled part of our stay with the hotel, did not inform us, nor did they issue a refund. We found this out at 1am upon arrival. First, staff said they couldn’t help us and we were left without a room. Luckily the manager was able to handle everything and honor the stay. Although bumpy at first, the Waldorf exceeded expectations.

Staff were wonderfully courteous, I tipped the check-in lady and the guy who brought water to my room, and the room itself was wonderfully comfortable and quiet, and I could not have had a better experience - thank you!! :-)

We took our two dogs here with us for an Orlando trip around Christmas. The hotel is so beautiful and the staff are so nice. There are designated places to walk your dog, and it was very easy and accommodating to have them with us. The golf course is gorgeous! We will be back.

First, we found a cockroach in washroom, it was really scary. Second and Most important - After travelling down to Orlando for almost 12 hours when We reached hotel and thought of taking bath but to our utter surprise, there was no hot water in the shower and water was just kind of dripping from it. When we contacted front desk, we were informed that they are sending engineer to repair. We asked them to change our rooms then they should get it repaired by themselves. This is something we never expected in Waldorf hotel, which is a renowned name in hotel industry. .

Your staff was exceptional! In previous years, I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and the Four Seasons in Orlando but your staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We enjoyed your delicious room service daily served by polite staff members, we had a blast utilizing your beautiful pool cabanas with extraordinary service, and we spent our Thanksgiving dinner at the Bull & Bear restaurant that provided us with an extraordinary dining experience. Please keep up the excellent work! We will be back because your customer service is the best by far. Last but not least, I have to mention the incredible concierge team at your hotel. They texted me daily to answer any questions I may have, and made sure to offer their services until we departed. I left your hotel feeling well taken care of because of these remarkable individuals. Thank you! See you soon. We had a lengthy wait at the Bull & Bear but we were a large party of ten on Thanksgiving evening. With that being said, I highly recommend providing larger parties with small children faster service to avoid any tantrums brought on by hunger or lack of beverages. Once we received our food, it was delicious and the dessert portion exceeded our expectations. Just keep in mind the needs of families enjoying a meal at your restaurant. Speedy service, and more kid friendly options would be greatly appreciated.

Hotel is nice enough. Main turn off was that there was dirt and hair found under the blanket - indicating that the sheets were not replaced from the previous guest. I have experienced this in 3 - 3.5 star hotels post-covid as housekeeping is getting lazier. There were sugar granules on the counter next to the coffee machine too indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. When i alerted the staff they took care of it within the hour but provided nothing more than some feigned remorse - which is less than i expect from a Waldorf.

From valet to check-in the staff was excellent. Our room was great and the housekeeping team did such a great job. Pool was also wonderful with the wait staff being incredibly attentive. Well done to the Waldorf!

it’s a beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful, but the hotel does not have parking to self park. the parking is 40 dollars per day, it is 4 blocks away , if you return from the parks late at night , i didn’t feel safe to walk to the hotel. the valet parking is very expensive 57 dollars per day, so we spent an excessive amount of funds on parking, which is unacceptable with the amount of money we are already spending on the hotel

Greeted with glass of champagne on arrival. Check in was delayed due to room not being ready, they did provide a credit for the delay but once the room was ready it was great. Staff was amazing and plenty of eating options on the property and all were dog friendly!

After a red eye I was delighted they could accommodate me with a room that was ready as I walked in so early in the morning. Staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. The property is in stellar condition and there is so much on site as well as a connection to the hotel next door for even more options.

Being a Florida resident we go to Disney often and have stayed in almost every nice hotel both on Disney property and off. After we found the Waldorf we haven't stayed anywhere else. It's perfect. We love the hotel, the grounds, the dining etc. It's also considered a Disney hotel so you get to go early to the parks and they have convenient and free shuttles to take you to the parks or Disney Springs. Also it's newly renovated (not that it was needed) and they did a wonderful job with the refresh!

Best service I’ve ever received from a resort. Only thing I didn’t like was there’s no walking options for Disney Springs. That has nothing to do with the resort itself. There’s literally no sidewalks along the way. May be a safety thing to keep tourist off the roads. Other than that, stay here was one is the best decisions I made in Orlando. Shout out to Anthony at the front desk!!

Pool area dated and a little messy at times. Exterior of the building is ugly but entrance area was well done. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property, great room with a view of the fireworks. The hotel is located close to parks and many of the attractions.

The property was beautiful but, wasn't able to get drinks or snacks after 9pm. Also seemed to be under staffed at front desk.

We booked this hotel based on the name, plus the fact that it was considerably lower priced than a Disney hotel. We were not disappointed- the service was impeccable, from the nightly turn-down to the attendant at the pool. We would definitely recommend it!

I arrived late from my flight and no restaurant was open anymore and no one answered on their room service lines in the evening and in the mornings. Otherwise my stay was amazing and they have maintained how good their red velvet cake is!

The property was beautifully maintained and the staff was exceptional.

While the staff was excellent and the rooms beautiful/well appointed, the common areas/property looked slightly run down. Some of the seating was fraying or stained, with the pool area being the least clean/kept area of the hotel (disappointing as this was the main reason/location we planned to enjoy). We were told a large group buyout of the entire place just left that day, so you could tell they were playing catch up to the best of their ability (hence my comment about the staff being excellent), but a number of factors above and beyond what was mentioned above stopped this from being the five star experience I had hoped.

The King Suite Room was beautiful and clean. Staff from the valet and front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again.

The food options at Peacock Alley were a bit limited, and I wish they had expanded their menu with a few more items. On the other hand, the pool menu is a bit better.

Our favorite property that we've stayed at on Disney property (the past couple times, we've stayed at Grand Floridian). Was a nice and well kept property. Clean and beds were comfortable. Great restaurant options. Only downside was not having monorail to go straight to hotel, but it was super easy to jump in an uber at the park for a quick ride home (and we set up a car to pick up at designated time through Mears, which were great). Will definitely comeback for our next Disney stay!

Beautiful hotel! The pool is nice, the restaurants are good and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The fitness room is a dream. The only negative is that the Disney shuttle service sucks.

It was a great stay we love the property and we will return in Feb of 26 with our family God willing for a Disney trip!

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel! The service was outstanding and we had excellent food, drinks and golf! This is a wonderful, high-end resort and I look forward to our next visit. 5 stars from me to these guys - super pleased with our stay!

Good and comfortable lux hotel. Couldn’t handle restaurant crowd and in room dining on busy nights. Room service won’t replace the used items in the room (glasses etc). Asked for black tea - the guy handed me more chamomile and ran away. And it’s not a “disney” hotel. Limited shuttle and you can’t book lightening passes 7 days in advance

What a gorgeous property with easy access to all things Disney! The gym on property was fantastic and the cafe and bar were both very well done. I traveled with my wife but I saw young professionals, families and couples all enjoying the property

Beyond Fabulous!

We stay here often, however, this past time we encountered terrible service a few times. There were issues with our front door and balcony door. We were told someone would come and fix it twice and they never did. Also, housekeeping came and forgot to leave washcloths. I called down more than three times before someone came. It took around 2 hours to get them. I normally don't complain but when checking out I let the front desk know. They were very polite and apologized. We love the Waldorf but when issues arise like this it leaves a bad taste.

Few options for dining , not too much activities for a family with kids . Otherwise nice place to stay for those looking a good , quiet , and highly friendly environment.

Check in to our room was delayed by over 2 hours and I had to bring our bags up without any help from the bellman. No communication about when the room would be ready. I had to take the initiative to check in for timing of our room to be ready. Children had to change in the valet area into their bathing suits.

Very expensive and not really a great hotel

We were very disappointed as it did not seem like a 5star Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It felt like a 3Star Hilton Hotel. The breakfast restaurant wait time is no less than 30 min every morning. Make sure to carve out at least an hour in the morning before you head to the parks. The housekeeping was pretty basic. Room Service was cold . Couldn’t enjoy our dinner.
